Reviewed Jul 31, 2025The location was certainly central in Erzincan, as downtown as can get. The check-in was easy, the staff was helpful. Different shops and supermarkets were within walking distance.
The kitchen lacked basic equipment, the gas stove requires a lighter to be started (lucky for us that we had brought our own lighter). The bathroom sink leaked quite a bit, hot water was quickly out. The hotel does not offer own parking, finding a decent parking spot proved to be quite the challenge, especially with a bigger vehicle.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2024Was supposed to have AC and didn’t, was extremely hot inside despite it dropping to low temperatures outside. Had windows open with no screens but it still didn’t cool and allowed very noisy people to wake us at 12:30 and 4 am talking loudly on street under our window. Was supposed to have a clothes dryer and didn’t. The washing machine eco cycle became stuck on wash cycle for 3 hours, and we had to hang up dripping wet clothes at midnight, too late to try another cycle. These aspects were disappointing yet it could have been a good place to stay.
