Eriza Hotel

L’hôtel Eriza est situé dans le centre-ville. Le réceptionniste parle anglais et nous a indiqué où garer notre voiture. Le parking étant actuellement en travaux, nous avons pu stationner juste à côté de l’hôtel, dans une petite cour qui était ouverte. Le réceptionniste nous a également précisé que des caméras surveillaient la voiture, ce qui était rassurant. Il s’est avéré que le propriétaire de l’hôtel parle également un peu français. Il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable et nous a réservé une hospitalité exceptionnelle. Il nous a même accompagnés dans un très bon restaurant pas loin de l'hôtel. Sa seule préoccupation était que nous nous sentions bien et que nous ne manquions de rien. Au petit-déjeuner, il nous a vraiment régalés ! Mon frère et moi sommes végétariens, et il a pris soin de remplacer tous les aliments à base de viande par d’autres options afin que nous puissions profiter pleinement du repas. Notre chien était également le bienvenu dans la chambre, ce qui a été un vrai plus pour nous. 🐶 À notre arrivée, nous avions également chacun deux bouteilles d’eau chacun dans le réfrigérateur. Le logement est très bien équipé : il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une bonne nuit et se rafraîchir. Rien que pour la gentillesse et l’accueil d’Husein, je vous recommande vivement de séjourner dans cet hôtel lors de votre escale à Erzincan. Une très belle rencontre et une hospitalité qui fait vraiment plaisir !

We had a wonderful, big room with a very good bathroom. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was good as well. Thanks a lot for everything!

The hotel was perfect but it was not very easy to find a parking spot.

En general la ubicación es muy buena y no es tan ruidoso como creía. Lo más lindo es la gente. En la recepción Fathe siempre fue muy amable y amistoso, y el señor del desayuno es un amor! Siempre súper atento, trayendo muchísima comida al punto de que ese desayuno sirve de almuerzo también.

Las habitaciones tenían olor a cigarrillo ya que allá es común que todos fumen adentro. No lo sabía pero dudo que hubiese una habitación no fumadora. También tuve algunos problemas de manutención pero nada terrible (la mesada estaba en mal estado x daños por agua y el primer cuarto tenía roto el botón del inodoro) o falta de insumos como crema de enjuague para el cabello, sólo había shampoo. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre d’Erzincan. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout est accessible facilement à pied. Un grand merci surtout au personnel, qui est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Erzincan şehir merkezinde bulunan bu otelde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle personel son derece güler yüzlü, samimi ve her zaman yardımcıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Das Hotel war nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche wies Blutflecken sowie dunkle Flecken auf. Uns wurden insgesamt drei verschiedene Zimmer gezeigt, jedoch hatten alle diese Zimmer dieselben Flecken. Dies deutet auf einen möglichen Bettwanzenbefall hin und ist hygienisch nicht akzeptabel.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre. Personnel accueillant, à l’écoute et serviable. Belle chambre fonctionnelle et propre avec bouilloire, thé et café à disposition. Frigo bien pratique ! Climatisation. Ascenseur. Place de parc. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Insgesamt ein freundliches und angenehmes Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Dame an der Rezeption war überaus zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit - weit über das normale Maß hinaus 👌.

Arkadaşımı ziyaret etmek için geldim bu süre zarfında; özellikle merkezi konumu olsun, çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü ki resepsiyon da görev yapan Sevgi hanım çok içten ve yardımseverdi; diğer bir yandan oda çok temizdi ve yatak da rahattı, sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi hepsi birleşince güzel bir deneyim yaşadım, teşekkür ederim.

Bu konaklama yerinin en büyük avantajı personelin tavrı , dezavantaj olarak açık otoparkın asfalt olmaması ve yağmurlu havada çamur olması.

The staff was very nice and helpful. they spoke english and were attentive to our needs. BUT- the top floor which (on the website) looked like a beautiful dining area was torn up and totally shut down so meals were only in the dark little pub. Our car got blocked in to the parking lot so we could not get out. Apparently this happens a lot but still - we had to change our plans because we could not leave the parking lot when we wanted to. Also, someone else's socks were in the bathroom storage area under the sink. Kind of gross.

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the female receptionist and the owner. I'm currently on a cycling trip and ran into some mechanical problems but unfortunately the parts could only be obtained from Ankara. The owner of the hotel arranged for someone to pick up the part in Ankara and take the overnight bus to deliver them the next day here. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and helpfulness. Also the burgers in the attached downstairs bar were excellent!!

Nice hotel to visit. Good and drink is readily available at any time and my Moto had parking right outside the front entrance. Close to other food options and shopping areas

Stayed with family and loved the hotel. very nice people. I had issue with car. Staff and owner spend hours on phone with Avis rental to help me out. Would love to stay again.

1. It is in a good location. 2. After coming from Georgia and Armenia, I really appreciated sleeping on a bed with fitted sheets, which are not used there.

1. Requested, in advance, to not be on the highway side and was given a room off the main road, but on the side road and parking lot side. 2. Upon checking in, I was not given the AC remote control and did not sleep the first night. I said I would be staying two nights instead of 1, but received no verbal confirmation and had to request confirmation from another employee the next day. 3. Impolite passport request, just "passport," and did not respond when I prompted her with "please." 4. Parking lot was full, not with guests, forcing me to park on the sidewalk. 5. Wi-fi password written on a dirty piece of red tape on the bedside table was wrong. Because no receptionist was around, a worker at the connected restaurant went behind the counter to give me the password, which did not work. The next morning I was told that the handwritten partly illegible password was incorrect and not what I assumed. Back in my room, it still would not work for any of the four possible connections. At reception, I was told that the password was correct, so I returned to my room to retry it multiple times for each of the possible connections. I returned to reception to request further assistance getting Wi-Fi. The further attempts in my room by the hotel employee also did not work until he left and returned with a totally different password that he had to try multiple times. 6. The last straw was discovering a broken toilet seat that is completely broken all the way through, not just cracked! 7. Although I really wanted to move to another hotel after all the problems here, but I had lost my glasses and cane, had no Turkish money because the border exchange (and here) refuse to accept Georgian money, my SIM card from Georgia no longer worked, and I was too tired and handicapped without my cane to follow helpful directions politely given to an ATM and SIM card to hobble anywhere. I decided to stay a third day today and take care of my needs here locally.

Not too small, good beds and very responsive, helpful personnel. Close to the center of the city. Good check-in and check-out time. Can live with a dog for an extra fee of 10 euros. Amazing breakfast with tasty watermelon slices.

The apartment wasn't ready for living - looks like the roof had a leakage in the bathroom, making all the towels and toilet paper straining in rusty water, but it wasn't wet, so I assume it did happen some time ago. That wasn't the most disappointing part though, since the staff did quickly solve that problem once it was reported and bring us new towers and toilet paper right away, which was a great service. The most disappointing part was not working WiFi. I've reported the problem - two available access points didn't allow connecting from any of our devices (connection error, seemed like router malfunction). While I've showcased it, one barely available access point showed up, and we could connect to it, but the connection worked only outside the apartment unfortunately, leaving us without a stable internet connection. Also, the kettle was missing for a strange reason - only the bottom part with a cord was in place =D I didn't report it since we do travel with our own kettle.

The room was a little used. Nothing bad, but overall impression. Strange smell in public areas. My credit cards (3 different ones) did not work.

It is a good central location, and the hotel is relatively recently built. It was easy to find and the area was quiet and peaceful at night.

The staff could have been more polite and welcoming! The lift did not work, and many items were missing (such as towels etc) each item had to be asked for as we discovered what was missing when we came to use it. The breakfast was in a very sterile environment, almost everything was packed and was in separate plastic wrapping rather than being fresh. The staff were left to face the problems created by the owner/management.

I stayed at Eriza for 3 nights, it served my purpose well. The room was clean and the service worked well. The reception does not speak English, but they try to be helpful using Google translate on their mobile. The parking outside is not exclusive, but the hotel staff tries to help and I did got a spot without much problem every day.

Cheap comparing with the other one , near to the market, kind staff

Room is spacious and clean. Two easy chairs and a large bed. But very hot and the ac unit is inadequate. Only sheers for curtains over much of the full wall window, with very bright light just across at night and sunrise in the early morning. Restaurant not open. Passed an uncomfortable night.

It is a medium sized hotel, located in the city center. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Owner Mesut is a hands-on boss. Rooms are great for the price. Breakfast is very satisfactory open-buffet. Hotel restaurant has Turkish live music on many week days, which attracts non-hotel customers from locals. Alcohol is served, which is not typical for Erzincan. A few times a year all the hotels in Erzincan are fully booked during the visit of families of soldiers due to mandatory military service. Best is to book in advance and confirm clearly, this goes for all hotels in Erzincan, the population doubles at such times. Overall Eriza is strongly recommended for the very good value.
