We had the 2 bed apartment on 9th floor. Spacious. Lovely view from patio, great to watch the sunsets. Central location to access each end of island. Lots of restaurants, shops and businesses. Only a couple of minutes walk across the road to beach. Easy use of the free bus to Grand world and that end of the island.

Front desk staff are so friendly and help you out with anything. Always got greeted with a smile. Location of the hotel is great. Right next to Long beach area with lots of restaurants.

공항근처 가성비 좋은 호텔임. 도보거리에 맛집이 많고 해변이 가까움. 수영장은 작지만 이용하는 사람이 적어서 아이들 놀기에 딱이었음. 야시장, 킹콩마트 가까움.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops. blocks from the beach. Perfect spot for visitors.

Gutes, einfaches Hotel mit gutem Preisleistungverhältnis, in Strandnähe an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Gutes Frühstück.

金庫の電池が入っていなかったりバスルームの鍵が開かなくなったりしましたが、すぐに丁寧に対応してくれました。立地もとても便利でした。

여행중 먹어본 조식중 최악이었습니다. 부페대신 4개 메뉴를 선택하라고 했는데, 그나마 2개 메뉴도 불가하다고 하네요. 밤 10시부터 윗층에서 소음이 시작되어 아침 5시까지 계속되어 숙면을 취할수 없었습니다. 리셉션의 호텔직원과의 기본적인 영어 소통이 불가하여, 번역기를 사용해야 했습니다. 호텔 가격이 싼것 외에는 좋은게 없는것 같네요. 이왕이면 조금더 비싼 호텔 추천합니다.

No gym whatsoever as advertised. Breakfast is below average because too sweet or no taste. Excursions must be cash payment which never conveyed to the customer beforehand! Tried to charge customer on every little things in the room. Be careful and read and check everything in the room before occupying. Let them know the anything is not or damaged in the room (such as safe, lamp, tea cups and pot as examples) per their list on the back of the directory book.

Good location near night market and walking distant to beach. Morning buffet is ok (need more variety’s choice). Overall is a good hotel for the price I paid for.

Very nice hotel with good service, liked my stay. Good quality and value. Only downside was that the pool was close to main road, a privacy separator would be nice :)

가성비 좋은 숙소임. 야시장까지는 걸어서 20분 정도 걸리고 조식도 생각보다 괜찮아서 잘 먹었어요 수영장은 너무 작아서 있으나 마나구 룸 컨디션은 깨끗하구 좋았어요

생각보다 방은 작았지만 깔끔하게 정리가 잘 되어있어서 좋았음. 호텔 바로 앞 생맥주 집도 좋았고 주변 상점도 많아 불편한 점이 없었음. 다른 지역으로의 이동도 택시가 주변에 많아 전혀 문제가 없었음. 전반적으로 무난한 호텔임

ロケーションがとても良く、レストランもスーパーも近くです。ただ、ビーチまでは少し歩きます。ビーチに面してないので、ホテル所有のビーチチェアはありません。バイクのレンタルも可能で、市内相場と同じ価格です。総じて良いホテルでした。

Wonderful, rooms are just hot and the AC takes a long time to cool the room. Very friendly staff.

Her var det meste skittent når vi kom (flekker etc). Fikk rengjøringspersonell til å komme med nytt skifte, som var litt mindre skittent. Tror nok problemet ligger i hvordan sengetøy etc blir vasket. Frokost var bra, beliggeheten ok, og rommet var greit i forhold til prisen. Helhetsinntrykket ble likevel skuffende.

Melko hyvä hotelli. Tilat uudet ja siistit. Sänky melko kova. Rannalle oli vähän hankala päästä koska ranta on niin täynnä hotelleja, että ihan joka paikasta ei voi rannalle mennä.

시내와 가까운 무난한 호텔입니다.

Hotellet ligger sentralt, med kort vei til alt du trenger. Herlig å sitte på balkongen og nyte solnedgangen. Det du behøver til frokost. God omelett! Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Nydelig og billig mat i restauranten. Minuset er «bybeliggenhet», med trafikkstøy. And, for the hotel, clean the bathroom better!!

Es gibt in Phu Quoc nicht viel zu sehen. Das Hotel liegt in einer der Hauptstrasse von Phu Quoc. Der Strand in der Nähe ist leider schlecht. Zu einem besseren Strand dauert ziemlich lange.

현지인 추천으로 2박을 하였습니다.(신축한지 8개월이라고..). 규모는 작아 보이는데, 내부는 깔끔하고, 조식이 맛있습니다.(요리 종류는 조금,.) 약간의 불만은, 가구가 새거라서 그런지 작은 벌레(개미?)가 종종 눈에 띕니다. 그리고, 직원들이 바빠서 그런지 아주 친절한 편은 아닙니다. 야시장은 가까운데 걸어서 가기에는 조금 애매합니다.(더위, 차 많은 도로로 이동) 택시 타면 2만동이면 갈수 있습니다.

Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Bed like a rock. No housekeeping basically for 4 days except to change towels. Very poor English spoken. Good selection for breakfast but Vietnamese basically

Strand war leider 500m über Umwege erreichbar. Die Nachbarhotels haben den Strand für sich beansprucht. Man findet somit nur schwer einen Platz im Schatten. Das Serviceteam war nicht sehr gut gelaunt, irgendwie deprimierende Stimmung.

Ok hotell. Poolen hade skugga hela dagen och låg precis vid gatan. Ok som stadshotell. Vi var mer ute efter ett badhotell

酒店地理位置尚可，共预定了三间房，酒店给免费升级了两间，但入住的房间卫生条件总体一般。其中一间房内床单较脏，同时门后发现有用过的浴帽等洗漱用品。其他两间房尚好，酒店的早餐可以，中晚餐如果自带酒水会加收服务费，延时退房也加收额外费用。从酒店去海滩需要走10分钟路。

Nytt hotell med utsikt över havet. Dock så kan man önska att städningen var bättre. Poolen är för syns skull. Inget man vill eller knappt kan bada i. Frukosten var som vilken vietnamesisk buffé som helst. Det tog 10-15 min ungefär för att komma till en strand. Skulle kunna bo här igen.

Udfra billeder og hvad vi havde læst os til, skulle øen være en perle. Det var ikke det vi oplevede, og slet ikke byen vi boede i. Et stort bygge rod, mange steder, megen larm fra trafikken og strandparadiset, var svært at finde. Gaia hotel var et godt hotel, med meget flot udsigt til havet og omegn. Problemet var, at hotellet ikke havde ret til et stykke strand, hvilket gjorde, at det var svært og umuligt f.eks. at leje liggestole. Den offentlige strand, fandtes på et lille stykke strand, som inden længe også vil blive privat strand, til et nybygget hotel. Beliggenheden af hotellet, var ok med gåafstand til byens seværdigheder.

only blot on the stay was the lack of house keeping, we retrained to the hotel after a hot day at the beach. found our room was not remade and the towels were wet from the morning showers.

Checked into the hotel with ease no issues at all every one was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bright and new. The beach is a short 5 min walk you can get towels in the hotel that you can take with you. Breakfast was good lots of options. The staff was always ready to help and point us in there right direction. Would come back and stay here.

酒店地點在長灘大路旁, 附近有好多餐館選擇, 步行20分鐘左右就可到達夜市 關於酒店, 房間大小適中, 不過一進房間已發現好多螞蟻在枱上活動, 反映清潔不到位 因坐落大街旁, 早上非常嘈吵, 窗簾沒有遮光布, 基本上只能早睡早起 早餐就2-3標準, 基本沒有選擇, 味道就不用說啦 至於泳池就在酒店正門旁(對著大街), 大小就覺得似水池多過泳池, 本人就沒有興趣一邊吸塵一邊暢泳 總體來講, 如每晚價格可調低3成左右, 都不失為一個理想留宿的酒店

We traveled through Southeast Asia for three weeks and this was our favorite hotel. A new, modern and tasteful hotel that’s in a good location. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is incredible overlooking the ocean. We cannot thank the owner and his staff enough for personally welcoming us and taking care of us throughout our stay. There is surely not a better hotel to stay at on the island for a natter value. Thank you Gaia!

All good, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Nice coffee and large choice at breakfast. Simple and quite standard but nice design in the rooms. Convenient location close to many restaurants and beaches.

We stayed here only one night on our short exploring trip to Phu Quoc, surprisingly very nice hotel, we got to check in early, view with partial ocean view, clean and modern set up, comfortable bed.

we spend 7 amazing nights in this hotel, its a new facility , the staff is very educated and trying to help all the time. i will totally recommend this hotel, the price is great , i recommend to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, the food is super tasty and cheap .

年末年始に滞在しましたが、レセプションの英語力・対応は十分でなく、レストランやツアーの予約を頼むのに苦労しました。 部屋の清掃についても、前の宿泊者のアメニティがそのまま残っていたりし、不愉快でした。

This is a new place on the strip. The staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and location was good. Be warned that it’s loud when you on the main road. The beds are very hard, but this is no different than 80% of the places in Vietnam. The breakfast was not great, so this would be my biggest compliant.

새로생긴 호텔로 굉장히 깨끗하고 다른 3성 호텔에 비해 조식도 좋았어요...호핑투어도 호텔에 문의해서 해결하니 편하고 좋더군요..다음에도 이용할 생각 있어요,,,,참 수영장은 정말 작아요...없다고 생각하시면 좋아요,,,

Hotel très propre, bonne situation, proche de la ville, plein de petits restos aux alentours. Literie au top, personnel adorable, très belle vue de la chambre. Seul bémol, plage pas terrible à mon goût. A conseiller les yeux fermés. Prix trés attractifs proposés par ebookers.

Location & view are good , breakfast need to improve . swimming pool is too small

Echt een super mooi hotel, alles in perfecte staat. Het is ook nog heel nieuw, pas in augustus 2017 geopend. We hadden de superior kamer geboekt met uitzicht op zee, we hadden elke dag het aller beste uitzicht voor de zonsondergang. Het zwembad zit alleen wel zowat naast de stoep, dus iedereen zou kunnen zien hoe jij even lekker ligt te zonnen en te zwemmen. Wat meer beschutting zou het zwembad prima maken. Verder was alles super!

Breadfast not that good as Praha Hotel , location and view are better.
