Aircon tak sejuk. Tidur mlm panas. Aircon atas kepala katil, menghala ke kaki. Kedudukan aircon yg tak sesuai. Bunyi bising dari pelanggan lain. Takde privasi. Bilik tak kedap bunyi.

The room is not what I expected. The room isn't soundproof. They provide smoking area in the living area which is smelling. So many India people and so noisy.

My room was at the Ground level but I need to go to the 2nd level to iron my clothes. I really hope that the property put the iron at every level for an easy access. Just a suggestion for the Ground level guests, maybe let the guest collect the iron from the counter, iron their clothes and return it? 🥹

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026There was a rather loud noise coming from the water piping system, which caused significant discomfort while trying to sleep. In addition, I have a young child with me. I raised this issue with the receptionist and was informed that it is a common occurrence. However, I believe it should be given proper attention, as the noise only stopped at around 2:00 a.m. and started again as early as 5:00 a.m. The disturbance affected our ability to rest comfortably, and I hope the matter can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

I don’t like one think about room it’s 207 room Nomber we are a couple and it’s have a window and if you talk or anything people can listen to you easily that make me uncomfortable and they put chair front of that window so if you a couple and want some enjoyment that’s not a good room for couple

We stay at level 1, the room had level 2 water drainage connect. The whole night, intermittently water draining sound. It is so loud, disturbing n shocking as it is sudden pour down. We are not able to sleep the whole night. Also we asked for different room change after 1 night, was told full House.

We stayed in Room 106. Unfortunately, whenever the guests staying above us took a shower, it was extremely noisy—the sound of the water was so loud that it felt like it was coming through our ceiling. During our stay, this happened both during the day and in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. Secondly, from our room we could clearly hear children running around and people talking loudly, which made it difficult for us to get proper rest. In conclusion, the room is not soundproof and the noise level was very distubing

The stay was okay overall, but the room was quite small for a family. I wouldn’t recommend it for those traveling with kids or in a group. There weren’t enough power sockets, which was a inconvenient, and there was a bad odour coming from the cabinet. It might be more suitable for couples or two people traveling light.
