The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. The position of the room near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was superb.

The room was spacious, with a decent bathroom and small kitchenette. A very nice stay, close to a 7-Eleven and walking distance to lots of nice sea-facing restaurants along the beach road. We arrived very late due to a flight delay, but we were so grateful for Nong, who made contact with us well before our arrival (via WhatsApp). We were able to communicate the delay, and Nong went out of her way to assist, staying up till after 00:30 that morning to make sure we were able to get to our room. She arranged with a colleague to meet us after the taxi dropped us off, and show us to our room. As a result of the flight delay, one of our bags only arrived the next day. Nong assisted with payment for the taxi driver who brought the luggage the next afternoon, while we were not close to the hotel. Thank you very much!

Great location.

Reception arrangements are odd - there is a gate next to reception but you can’t access it until checked in. Really confused me and taxi driver! Beach is really a working beach with boats etc. no sunbeds.

Chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse vue sur mer. Cuisine bien équipée. Grande sdb lumineuse. Google TV. Bon room service. Deux très grandes et belles piscines.

Beaucoup de circulation sur le front de mer. Pétarades incessantes des motocyclettes et des bâteaux de tourisme permettant de visiter les îles avoisinantes. Pas d’eau chaude à l’évier de la sdb. Pas assez de transats près des piscines.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Aufzug im Gebäude, ruhig und in der Nähe des Strands gelegen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Alles gut abgesichert und bewacht. Die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat eine schon defekte TV Fernbedienung sofort ersetzt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Promthep Cape mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Mussten die Koffer auf den Boden legen. War aber kein grosses Problem, da alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu hart.

This was an excellent experience The people and the cleaning staff could not do enough for me I would recommend this apartment for any one to stay

This is an amazing place to stay. Directly overlooking the Andaman Sea Consequently THIS APARTMENT is the best as we were not overlooked. Great nights sleep always. Good kitchen facilities Excellent a/c We have booked to return in December this year. Speaks volumes. Swimming pool 🏊 very good. Nong the agent great as we never waited for a response. Charming lady. Two TV’s NO COMPLAINTS

Appartement très fonctionnel et propre. La présence d’une cuisine, d’un balcon et d’une piscine rendent le logement incontournable.

L’emplacement n’est pas idéal si vous n’avez pas de moyens de locomotion, la première plage est à 30 min à pied.

Proximité de tous commerces et des différentes plages. Chambre de bonne taille avec très bonne literie, SDB impeccable (douche et baignoire), séjour de bonne taille également.

Ustensiles de cuisine en quantité insuffisante (manque plats...). Concernant certaines restrictions dans le règlement intérieur (accrochage de serviettes sur le balcon...), merci de prévenir à l'avance les clients des interdits plutôt que de recevoir des "mises en demeure" avec amendes à la clef.

My stay was very good. The condo is clean, spacious and has all that you need for a great stay. Host is quick to respond and cleaning staff are wonderful. You feel like home here.

All was fine. No issues.

Property was immaculate and exactly as pictured on site. Bed very comfortable and slept well every night. Secure parking for moped. Location superb, less than 10 min moped ride to Nai Harn and less than that to Yanui beach and 5 min walk to beach front bars on Rawai beach. Spacious balcony with view of Rawai beach. Nong, the host, absolutely superb giving detailed instructions to get there and ensured cleaner waiting for me for late check in. Easy and quick check in and Nong kindly left some cold beers in the fridge for me as a welcome! Room cleaned daily with fresh bath towels and beach towels. Two bottles of complimentary water each day as well. Fantastic value for money and can’t wait to stay there again.

The only slight downside which is nothing to do with the host was the room next to me smoked cannabis all day and night and the smell was constant despite signs saying in complex smoking it there was not permitted.

Otroligt bra läge, personalen var mycket trevlig. Vi hyrde en scooter och åkte runt till dom olika stränderna runtomkring utöver den direkt framför hotellet. Bra mat i området, poolen var bra och skönt med parkering för scootern direkt utanför

Staff were very helpful and kind. The appartment was lovely and very clean.

Property is very well situated within the Rawai beach front location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the property itself is very quiet with lovely pools and gardens. Free onsite parking and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet vacation.

This was a great place to stay on a budget. I really liked the location, and the apartment was cleaned well on a daily basis.

It was kind of difficult to find, but in hindsight, I should have called/messaged rather than tried to ask the security man.

Very central to the beach strip. Walk across the road and your at the beach. We stayed here to have a relaxing break. room had good aircon so was so nice to escape the heat. Nice bathroom, nice bed, very comfortable stay. Little kitchenette which was also nice.

The property was fine, we weren’t the biggest fans of rawai beach in general but the property was nothing to do with this

Our check in experience made us feel unwelcome. There’s security everywhere yet no one is doing/checking anything and when we left our bags in storage for an extra couple hours they couldn’t guarantee that they would be safe. The room had lots of mould and smelt bad

Great location right on the beach, reasonable price, convenient for all shops, restaurants, bars in Rawai Rooms were clean and pools were all clean and lovely with trees and water features around, staff very friendly and welcoming too. Shower in the bathroom is lovely and powerful too and beds very comfortable (mattress quite hard how we like them)

Slightly higher price than other hotels in area but worth it for us, was ideal for what we were looking for

Loved the pool, apartment and location! Apartment had everything you need, super clean and well looked after and the pool was lovely. Great location with so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Love this area of Rawai too!

Only thing was that the complex was a bit confusing to find.

Big room with kitchen. Very confortable mattress ( the first one in one month in thailand) All clean, well equipped ( fridge, toaster, water boiler) with balcony straight next to the pool ( one of the 5 pools of the structure) Lots of russian long time guest with kids. There is a free gym.

There is almost no staff, no lobby, no check out. But not a big issue.

Great location near the beach. Perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. There is a small promenade nearby where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view. We had a great time; the complex has pools and daily cleaning.

This place was such a good find, everything was immaculate with great facilities ( mosqito guard on the balcony door and air conditioning aswell) We originally booked for one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. Such good value for money and a very good location opposite the beach and 7/11 next door. Lots of restraunts and currency exchange near by and a quieter part of Phuket The host was so kind and accommodating as we arrived extremely late to check in from our flight being delayed and she was more than accommodating and brilliant at communicating with via WhatsApp she gave very clear easy instructions how to locate the property also making sure we knew where to get dropped off by our taxi I would definitely recommend booking here you won't regret it

Our studio was small but very nice. Quiet with pool access.Nice deck area to eat or sit at and beds around the pool. Pool a bit shallow but otherwise pleasant. Had everything we needed - good WiFi, TV with English channels. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with microwave and 2 hobs,fridge, cutlery and crockery. Development next to coffee shop, 7/11 store and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant.

We booked that hotel because of the kitchen. As a family its quite convenient to cook for our baby. Very clean indeed. Family place. For adults not really suggested. Price performance hotel.

Rawai beach not for swimming. Location is good but you need vehicle to drive nai harn. Bed quality a bit low.

Everything Staying on level 2 is perfect . Pool is amazing Clean The garden and pool was very well maintained. Good security system for the lock . Bed is huge . Cooking utensils are good . Nice big fridge . Bedside tables & lamps on both sides of the bed are such a convenience . Easy access . Easy check in . Big balcony with great view of the pool & garden

There should be more hook to towel / hang clothes inside the toilet Water temperature for the shower is hard to adjust . When it gets hot it stayed hot even when you want to lower the heat .

No reception desk. Got to apartment and had to wait 30 minutes for sweet female staff to let me in. Was 9.30 pm and was charged 175 baht late arrival fee.

The room was great. We had a small kitchen with a refrigerator so we were able to cook food. It was a balcony room with a pool view. The bathroom is very spacious with a nice rain shower and lots of hot water. Very convenient location right across from the beach. Lots of good restaurants to choose from near by and 7-Eleven is right next-door. very secure they had security and locked gates. The pools were awesome very clean and very beautiful.

The bed was as hard as a rock !! You have to deal with a property manager that is not on site through what’s app.

It's a service Appartment. It has all tha basic things you need on daily basis. It has two TV. Washing Machine. Fridge and an electric stove with utensils.

Beautiful place with manicured grounds, pools everywhere, security gated and security guards at entrances. Very central to main street of Rawai.

Great location, with 3 pools one just steps from the studio. There are several good restaurants nearby. Decor and furniture very modern. Comfortable bed . Excellent levels of cleanliness. Shower was particularly good.. All the staff we had dealings with were pleasant and very helpful. Security excellent with key card enterance to the complex.

Check in was confusing as the studio in located in Title West but managed by another part of the complex. Staff sorted it out . Crockery, cutlery and glasses were the minimum, only 2 dinner plates, no side plates, only 2 small tumblers, no wine or beer glasses.

Great stay, great pool, room cleaned beautifully on a daily basis, right opposite Rawai beach and great that it's not touristy. Would happily stay again.
