the room is actually not soundproof, so we can hear noises from other room. and roomcard provided is only one, so it is hard for us to go different way. like if i went out earlier then my family also went out after, so if i want to get back to the room, i need to get the card from my family in order to enter the room. also the air conditioning takes time to make the room cold

Air sejuk & panas disediakan di corridor luar bilik. Ada complimentary air mineral & nescafe +krimer dalam bilik. Aircond sejuk, shower heater fungsi dgn baik. Pendek kata semuanya memuaskan. I like the smell of the lobby and the room, maybe the detergent they used, nice & fresh.
Untuk hotel budget, tak ada yg negatif saya nak tulis. Cuma penambah baikan, mungkin boleh tukar wall paper sbb byk yg koyak2.

I hardly give bad reviews, but this stay was one of the worst experiences. The bed had bed bugs and we felt itchy the whole night. The soundproofing was terrible — karaoke singing went on until past 2 a.m. The wall between the bed and the toilet was just a thin false wall that made loud noises even with a light touch. To make things worse, we found a large cockroach in the morning. Overall, very poor value for money. Not worth staying here, even just for a night’s sleep.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Our room was just next to a 24 hour restaurant. It was very noisy throughout the whole night with washing of dishes, the very loud knocking and the staff talking very loudly. Plus the hotel is facing the main road. Traffic sound of vehicles, especially motor bikes were very loud throughout the night. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025Good for 1 night stay as the room is clean with very basic facilities. No kettle inside the room but there is a water dispenser with hot n cold water on every floor. It is considered good for the rates paid.
We got room 103 which has a leaking basin in the toilet. The room is facing the road so it is quite noisy.
