Good location. The girl on the desk was lovely and very helpful. Also arranged transport for our return to the airport which was really helpful as it was an early flight.

Not easy to locate, just a door on the street. Basic facilities, tiny lift that only fit 1 person with cases. Room was clean and fresh but no tea/coffee making facilities. We were beside reception so could hear the phone ringing a lot and conversations with guests arriving/leaving.

Exceeded expectations, the rooms are comfortable and hotel feels welcoming and safe. Good location, most sights are around 15-20 minutes walk, bus stop is right outside with many bus options.

The location is great, close to the main tourist attrac tions, we did everything on foot. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable.

Aircon was heavenly given how hot Rome was. Great location, nice sized clean rooms, helpful staff.

I was on 3rd floor, the door to the landing got stuck a few times after putting the code in. On most occasions I had to try 4 or 5 times to get in.

The staff was excellent and incredibly kind. The gentleman who provided transportation early in the morning was very helpful, and the girls at reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the room upgrade at the same price. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and felt very well taken care of.

Well located, friendly staff, an overall ok. We got 2 rooms, a normal twin bed and a king size bed, the rooms were ok in size, small but comfortable. The showers were nice and the a/c worked well for the heat wave.

It should be noted that is not a hotel, there are some rooms in the first and third floor of the property but there are also apartments from people that live there. I messaged the property to confirm if I was getting a bigger bed as I booked it king size on purpose because it would be me, my partner and our 5yo in the same bed. The bed was bigger than the twin, but they never specified it was a sofa bed, which was very noisy and uncomfortable because the mattress was too soft and would sink a bit in the middle. Anyway, it did the job, but it was not great to not get a proper bed, they should at least advertise it as such.

We liked the location.

The shower was a little small. Felt the room could be repainted or at least doors wiped down. No full length mirror.

Hieman harhaanjohtavaa laittaa check-in ajaksi 9.30, kun se olikin vain aika jolloin saa jättää matkatavarat, huoneen saa 12.30-13, mikä sekin toki aikaisemmin kuin monissa majoituksissa. Itse saavun Roomaan aamulla ja kriteerini oli aikainen check-in.

Las habitaciones son similares a la de la foto, esta ubicado cerca de las atracciones. A media cuadra hay un supermercado y cerca tambien muchos restaurantes. Limpiaban la habitación a diario y todo el personal fue muy amable.

L'hôtel est bien placé par rapport à la gare et aux principaux lieux à visiter. Des restaurants très proches sont de bonne qualité. Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours. La petite salle de relaxation et le café mis à disposition sont vraiment appréciables. Le personnel est vraiment sympa.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue. L'insonorisation est à revoir. Entre les camions poubelles à 3h du matin et le bruit de la rue, les personnes ayant un sommeil léger seront aux anges.

El hotel es un piso muy grande en un portal de roma, donde dentro del piso han hecho la separación para cada habitación. Las habitaciones no tienen ninguna zona común, tienes total privacidad para todo. La limpieza viene todas las mañanas ( una vez haga la ronda si te has quedado dentro ya no te la limpian hasta el día siguiente ). Los chicos de recepción ( nosotros coincidimos con 1 chico y 2 chicas… que de verdad que son amores de personas, súper amables súper atentos con mucha paciencia.

Les escribí al hacer la reserva de que no quería que mi habitación doble fuese de 2 camas individuales pegadas. Me respondieron y me dijeron que perfecto que contaban con ello y tendría 1 cama de matrimonio, al llegar (11:00AM) la habitación que nos tocaba no estaba recogida y nos cambiaron a otro que si eran 2 camas individuales unidas, no quisimos dar problemas y lo dejamos pasar. El desayuno incluido es una cafetera con cápsulas de café que la verdad está algo pegajosa, no quise ni probaría ese café.

Location of hotel is great, 10-15 min walk to all historic sigths. Situated in quiet street and close to train station Termini. AC was working normally and it was never hot in the room. Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was smaller and there's limited closet space but it's enough for shorter 2-3 day stays.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent just a short walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from many of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus during the heat wave. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, with secure access to the hotel and guest areas. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

The only downside was that we booked a king room, and the bed turned out to be a pullout sofa. The center support wasn't very comfortable, so the bed wasn't quite what we were expecting. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

L’hôtel est situé au premier étage d’un immeuble. On rentre dans l’hôtel comme si on rentrait dans un appartement, avec la réception dans le couloir. Les chambres sont collées au desk de la réception et on entend tout depuis la chambre comme si nous étions avec eux. Pas du tout insonorisé. De plus la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel claque à chaque fois qu’un client de l’hôtel rentre ou sort. Super dérangeant en terme de bruit

Staff was great. Location was good. Room was small. It needs more wall hooks, a shelf in the bathroom, a chair, a second bed side-table. Happy it had an elevator, air con, and TV.

Everything was great. The check-in was very pleasent. The staff was nice, the room was clean. Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. Although I used a car to get to the hotel but I still walked over the train station to catch a train and it was easy with the luggages I had.

I didn't like that there was no Iron in the room and when I asked the help desk, he said there is only one available and it was in use by someone else. I had to wait for it. The staff was very nice to bring it to my room when it became available. After a long flight and folded clothes in the luggage, an iron is always needed to straighten out few things here and there.

A cama era um sofá-cama com um colchão em cima. Apesar do colchão ser bem alto, tinha uma curvatura muito grande e chegava a ser desconfortável para dormir. No check in nos foi dado uma tag para acessar a porta do prédio, mas não tinha lugar para encostar, graças a Deus um rapaz (acredito que não era do hotel) nos ajudou informando um código para entrar. Depois vimos mais hóspedes com o mesmo problema. A recepção passamos muito tempo fechada, então não conseguíamos falar com alguém sobre isso.
