One serious concern: it seems the hotel’s booking database may have been compromised, as people somehow got hold of my booking details. I received numerous messages that appeared to come from the hotel, asking me to confirm or reconfirm my arrival and check in online. Be very careful and confirm directly with the hotel before clicking on any links.

Tuvieron algún fallo,como no recogernos los vasos sucios en cuatro días, tuvimos que comentarlo en recepción ya que nos quedamos, después de limpiar la habitación,con un solo vaso de cristal limpio. En recepción nos dieron rápidamente otros dos,ya que la habitación era de tres adultos. Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas nos pareció un fallo inaceptable por parte del servicio de limpieza. También el hecho de que no tengan la opción de un bar o cafetería,para tomarte un café con una tostada en el desayuno,nos parece un error, ya que mucha gente no desayunamos más que eso y el precio del buffet era de 17€. Tienen un recipiente con agua fría y limón a la entrada de cortesía, que nos pareció ideal, pero tuvimos que solicitar en dos ocasiones que lo rellenas en porque estaba vacío. El personal lo hizo sin dilación y con buena cara,eso sí. La luz en el dormitorio faltaría algún punto más opcional. Y se echa en falta otro espejo fuera del baño,sobre todo siendo una habitación de tres En resumen, detalles que,jamás nos hemos encontrado en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Deberían tener en cuenta esos pequeños detalles.

No teníamos agua de cortesía en la habitación, aunque al decirlo en recepción, nos dijeron que podíamos coger la del minibar.

El personal amable, sobre todo mencion especial para el recepcionista Pablo. Hay zona,de parking libre a 450m., cerca de la calle Laurel y entre el puente de hierro y el de piedra.

Unfortunately our room faced a block of flats, due to the heat those flats had their windows open all night, and our hotel room was not soundproofed even with our window closed, so a crying baby in one of the flats kept us awake all night. We were hoping to use the gym and pool, the pool was closed and the gym was not great not much equipment and not really fit for purpose. Room was missing some basics like a kettle, tea/ coffee and complimentary water, we stayed at another hotel in this brand which had all of these things.

No escuchamos ruidos de la calle por la noche, muy tranquilo a pesar de estar en un primer piso. Me gustó que el sofá cama estuviera hecho cuando llegamos. La localización muy buena; está a 5 minutos andando del Espolón.
El colchón de la cama principal algo blando, pero igual es cuestión de gustos.

The staff was great and room was very clean and nice design. Location perfect. The only problem we had, and it was a big one, was we could not find parking. We had to drive around the city to find a spot because we had not reserved a spot at the hotel in time. eventually we found a parking spot about 20 minutes away. It was a very stressful way to start our stay.

Para ser de 4 estrellas, le hace falta más mantenimiento. La ducha de pared descolgada, hongos en la puerta de la ducha… no está mal, pero no para tirar cohetes.

Swimming pool is in small & restricted area with no natural light. Gym area seems dark, oppressive & uninviting.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera té o café disponible en la habitación.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Spacious room and lovely large and comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast, very short walk to centre. Excellent underground car park.
Air conditioning was OK but a little "underperforming", it took a long time to make any difference and it is turned off every time you leave the room and removed the key. An OK idea for waste and the environment but if you just pop out rather annoying.

Staff not very welcoming or helpful. Blue parking spaces were available but not offered ? Terrible experience trying to find a secure parking spaces. Hotel smells of drains

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026En realidad el servicio en recepción del hotel, encontre personal amable que le gusta hacer su trabajo, presto a ayudarte con tus requerimientos, el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno, el spa las instalaciones en general, es recomendable dedicar tiempo para poder disfrutar de sus instaciones.
Esta todo muy bien curado por lo cual no hay nada que me disguste.
