Завтраки небольшие, на завтра вы можете выбрать только один стакан из напитков. Сами стаканы очень маленькие. Порции небольшие. Очень шумный кондиционер в номере и дырявые простыни. В целом это не значительные недостатки, которые не испортили наш отдых!

This an overall nice compound with multiple room types, very nicely positioned and the rooms are spacious, the location is great, close enough to the center yet quite, which is very rare to find in Ubud. Overall, a very nice place to stay in.

Really nice hotel in “in the middle of small jungle”. The room was spacious and clean. Great location, friendly staff. They offer free yoga class twice a week.

Breakfast was a bit small. We needed to pay for extra portion to not feel hungry.

Very clean, comfortable, calm and whole in a natural envoronment. The open restoran for breakfast with view on the pool and the vegetation gives an extra cool experience.

Me encantó la decoración, la piscina es un sueño y la ubicación a es excelente si buscas en el centro, pero de repente entrar en un oasis de paz. Personal muy atento y muy amable, muy profesionales. Desayuno con vistas muy bueno también.

Lo único que mejoraría del alojamiento son las toallas, estaban un poco desgastadas y viejas. Da pena la imagen que dan con lo precioso que es el resto.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious. The outdoor areas were beautifully maintained as is the pool. The kitchen/bar was delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the resort itself is in a very quiet area.

Il complesso è davvero suggestivo e caratteristico, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, la camera esteticamente è bellissima e con tutti i comfort. Noleggiando un motorino e’ molto semplice raggiungere i posti da visitare, e il centro è a pochi minuti ( circa 15 minuti).

Ci sono molti gradini quindi per chi ha difficoltà o per chi è in carrozzina non è agibile purtroppo, ma comunque lo stuff è disponibile nel caricare la valigie a mano.

El bar muy lento y con poco horario de desayuno. Muchas escaleras y para el acceso con maletas o problemas de movilidad es difícil. El armario de la habitación estaba dentro de la ducha.

Rooms were spacious & clean. Setting was a tropical oasis only across the road from all the hustle & bustle, yet still quiet.

Out of anyone’s control but the surrounding construction was noisy but it stopped at good hours so didn’t interrupt sleep or anything.

Ants , bugs inside the room , ants inside the toilet bowl wasnt nice after every night. Birds nest outside the balcony door which left bird poo and food all infront of the door every morning. Also a alot of steep steps to get to the room.

The room was comfortable and cosy. Nothing flashy but it had everything we needed. The hotel itself is near the busiest part of town but somehow you feel like you're in this hidden enclave surrounded by trees and near silence, and plenty of sunshine (weather permitting). Breakfast was a feast of fresh fruit and well prepared meals. The staff were friendly and always very helpful.

Our first couple of nights we lost wifi but that was very quickly sorted and the rest of the stay (6 nights in total) was fine.

Little slice of paradise. Beautiful tropical rainforest outlook, was nice and secluded when in the resort but still close to heaps of nice restaurants and things. Note: breakfast is to order not a buffet. Air quality outside was so good I could turn off the aircon and have the balcony doors open in the afternoon.

My friends I went with had problems with their air conditioning, it would keep turning off after 20 minutes or so, it was never properly fixed, we did only ask reception once to fix it though so probably should have made more of an effort to get help. We stayed in rooms at the very top of the resort and could sometimes hear people coming and going but not a big deal.

Excellent location close to Ubud main attractions. Peaceful hotel with a gorgeous pool overlooking the jungle. Very helpful staff.

L’établissement était très bien et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. À noter toutefois que, pour accéder au restaurant, il faut monter et descendre un grand nombre de marches. Cela peut être contraignant pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Nous avions choisi la formule avec petit-déjeuner. Celui-ci est proposé à la carte, avec plusieurs options incluses , Ma fille a adoré les pancakes à la banane. Il est également possible de demander un petit-déjeuner à emporter (take away) si vous partez tôt en excursion. En revanche, certains plats ou boissons sont proposés avec un supplément. La piscine est très agréable, entourée de verdure, ce qui offre un cadre calme et reposant. En raison de la végétation et de l’emplacement de l’hôtel, elle est cependant rapidement à l’ombre dans l’après-midi. Après nos journées d’activités, lorsque nous rentrions à l’hôtel, il n’y avait donc plus beaucoup de soleil autour de la piscine. Ce n’est pas un point négatif, mais une information utile pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter de la piscine en fin de journée. L’hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville d’Ubud. Il est facile de s’y rendre à pied ou en Grab. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous recommandons cet établissement et y séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir.

We were able to cancel our booking 2 hours after arrival with no implications.

Not a family friendly hotel. There’s way too many stairs just to reach your room, then more to get to the pool area. The aircon alone was horrible, did not cool the room at all. We cancelled our booking shortly after arriving. Do not recommend for families, especially with young children.

Sehr viele störende Ameisen und tiere im Zimmer und Bett. Balkontüre und Eingangstüre haben einen großen Spalt unten! Elektrogeräte sehr alt und abgegriffen und ranzig! Sehr laut in der Nacht! Haben nach der 1. Nacht Hotel gewechselt... Glas am Foto stand für 2h am Tisch und war voll mit Ameisen!

La struttura si trovava in una buona posizione , a piedi raggiungevi parecchi punti di interesse e servizi.Ma la piscina era poco invitante , la camera ampia ma il bagno era davvero brutto .

Great location, no road noise, down a short lane off a busy road. Walking distance to restaurants, small convenience stores, massage and shops. Rooms and bathrooms more spacious than in pictures. Lots of plants surrounding property. Staff helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, fresh juice, fruit, and choice of smoothie bowl/Indonesian/English breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. Quite a few steps, but not a problem unless mobility issues.

A few lights didn't work. Towels a bit old but clean, pool water very slightly dirty but bonus that isn't super chlorinated like other pools.

Très bien placé, possibilité de partir à pied pour les visites (marché, monkey forest...) tout en étant très au calme. Chambres agréables bien équipées, magnifique piscine, végétation foisonnante, yoga gratuit certains matins avec un prof très sympa.

Un peu moins de services que dans d'autres hôtels de Bali : laverie très chère (mais il y en a dans la rue qui pratiquent les tarifs habituels), pas de réservation pour les spectacles (mais c'est facile à faire au Royal Palace), petit déjeuner un peu lent dès qu'il y a plus d'une famille en même temps.

This is my 2nd time staying at Jungle Haven or "Jungle Heaven" as I like to call it. Fery and his staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I stayed in 205 for 3 nights and 102 for 2 nights. Both rooms have the same amentities, except 205 has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The beds are pillows make for comfy sleeping. The peaceful, tranquail setting melts your stress away. It's a well loved place!

The breakfast was limited and not well communicated to the staff on what they need to give us.. The breakfast also started late (08:30) so you will not get breakfast if you have to go on some excursions

I think the hotel should change its breakfast system. Right now, when you go to the restaurant in the morning, the staff gives you a menu and you have to choose one breakfast item. I think a buffet would be much better because guests can see the food before choosing and decide what they like or what they can eat. In my case, I ordered something from the menu, but when it was served, I realized I couldn’t eat it. If I had been able to see the food beforehand, I would have chosen something else.

Very friendly kitchen, house keeping, reception staff. Fery made us feel very welcomed and offered suggestions on activities that were cheaper then going directly with the provider. Food was amazing and good prices. They don’t offer buffet breakfast but have a menu you can choose from, we did not mind this. Lots of other food places near hotel and walking distance to town.

The room was clean and well appointed and serviced daily. The pool is fabulous. Breakfast has excellent choices and is well presented. The resort is peaceful and protected from the Ubud chaos outside. Very handy to money changers, massage and numerous restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Jungle Haven Resort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them to do. They always checked in to make sure everything was good and we were happy. Our room was very spacious and clean which was cleaned daily. We loved having our private pool and area to sit and relax. Breakfast each morning was good and plenty to choose from. The location was good in a beautiful setting which was very secluded. You could walk everywhere. It was extremely quiet considering we were just off the main street. I recommend this place to stay.

Perfectly located with plenty of eateries and amenities within a 200m walk. Super central so a short stroll to the main Ubud markets also. The staff are exceptional and incredibly friendly. Have stayed here twice before and will be coming back for sure.

The location is wonderful, walkable distances to main streets of Ubud. Pool is surrounded by jungle, I loved watching the birds and squirrels in the trees.

Stairs. Best to be relatively fit as pool is down the bottom, restaurant is halfway and rooms are located on several levels.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Très belle piscine et très belle chambre et bon petit déjeuner . Aucune nuisance sonore du centre ville d’Ubud . Massage Ayuna Spa top juste à côté de l’hôtel !

Nuisance sonore du aux grenouilles du bassin près des chambres cela peut paraître insignifiant mais prenez des boules quies !

The staff were so beautiful and helpful in every way The room was comfortable and the pool was set in a magical jungle setting.

There were a lot of steps down to our room so if you have problems with stairs I suggest you ask for a room at the top.

Very beautiful location and amazing facilities. Close to central without the noise and business. Food is phenomenal with lots of choices and customer service was immaculate. Love love love.

Hot water ran out a couple times

We loved our stay at Jungle Haven Resort. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The place has a beautiful atmosphere and is very true to it's name. It's like a little haven where you hear none of the noise from the busy street outside. The breakfast was good – I enjoyed the veg omelette, comes with sides of tomato, potatoes and choice of bacon, ham or sausage (I think). The room was comfortable and had effective aircon and a good shower. They cleaned it every day (unless we had the 'do not disturb sign on'). We were lucky enough to be there for the 10 year anniversary of this hotel. They had a lovely 10 year birthday party and invited all the guests and staff to share dinner, drinks and music together, which was so generous! It felt like there was a really good culture there among the staff and many of them were passionate about what they do.

I don't think this is common anywhere in Bali, but it would be good if they had safe filtered water available to fill up your drink bottle. You just have to use water in plastic bottles. I felt the smoothie bowl with granola breakfast was a little stingy on the granola. Vegan options weren't obvious, but the staff are accommodating if you chat to them.

Room smelt musky. Lots of stairs, resturant was great for breakfast but dinner was terrible. A little far for me to walk into central ubud.

La semplicità e il rifugio perfetto all’interno di un paese caotico come Ubud. Io e il mio ragazzo Patrick ci siamo trovati molto bene, la struttura offre tutte le comodità e c’è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare lì nel ristorante, grazie a una bravissima Masterchef come Meli!! Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro amico Feri, che ci ha fatto anche emozionare durante la serata dell’anniversario! Grazie a tutti ragazzi!

La Chambre est magnifique,grande avec une decoration raffinée et de bons équipements (frigo, balcon, peignoirs, pantoufles, sèche cheveux, télévision, douche bien fonctionnelle..) Bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine et la végétation. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue calme d'Ubud (environ 15-20minutes de marche pour les centres d'intérêt) Le personnel est gentil et arrangeant.

Rien à signaler hormis qu'il y a des marches pour acceder au restaurant et à la piscine donc pas adapter aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really felt welcomed throughout our stay. Very beautiful setting. Feels intimate and small enough that it doesn’t feel too touristy. Quiet and surrounded by greenery and sounds of the jungle. But so easy to get into centre of Ubud in just a few minutes by grab taxi. Or walkable but hot.

The actual property is just really lovely and the staff make it a really special stay. When we first arrived we walked down the entrance passageway we were slightly thrown off as it didn’t look like the pictures online. But as soon as you are in the actual hotel area it’s exactly like the photos and better.

Am ersten Abend kleine bissige Ameisen 🐜 am Bett und Nachttisch. Wurden auf Beschwerde weggesprayt und Bettwäsche sofort ausgetauscht. Allerdings wurde der Nachttisch 4Tage nicht abgewischt, so dass die Leichen liegen blieben. Habe mich allerdings auch nicht mehr beschwert. Ein Zimmertelefon zum Anrufen der Rezeption wäre ganz gut und die Föns gehören ausgetauscht.
