Riad et personnel agréable mais qui mérite un entretien et une gestion plus approfondi: - au stagnante dans le bac à douche, pas trés agréable de mettre ses pieds dans l'eau sale - température et pression de l'eau de douche impossible à controler. tiede, puis brulant avec augmentation de la pression pendant plusieurs secondes et le cycle se répète sans cesse. Probleme généralisé aux autres chambres. - Pas de shampoing et de réassort du gel douche - porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas. Pas cool pour l'intimité. - jonction entre les 2 lits regroupés inconfortable - TV en arabe. Nous avons demandé au personnel de modifier la langue - Wifi nous communiqué à notre arrivée et non indiqué dans la chambre.

Wonderful stay. Riad has a beautiful patio area with relaxing plunge pool. Asma was extremely helpful throughout our stay and Tariq also happy to provide any support.

this place was beautifull! Very comfortable and peacefull. The breakfast was generous and very good. the Riad was very clean and the staff were amazing. We had forgotten to give them the keys when we left and only reallized halfway to casablanca... they accommodated us and were able to wait for our return a week after!!! We felt so bad that when we came back we wanted to give a nice generous tip and the girl refused the tip!!! Great place to go.

This is a fantastic location all in walking distance to the Medina and a short drive from the airport. The Riad was a beautiful comfortable with exceptionaly friendly staff, very helpful. The breakfast which is included was just average. However there are many places to choose from which you can go to for a reasonable price.

The location and the style of the Riad very pleasing to the eye

Our staircase to our room was a spiral with a shelf on the left and we often hit our shoulders as we passed by.

Disguido al nostro arrivo con il servizio taxi: avevamo riservato in anticipo il servizio taxi, indicando che saremmo arrivati al mattino alle 7:15 all’aeroporto. Non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci e quando abbiamo chiamato la struttura ci hanno detto che avevano segnato il nostro arrivo nel pomeriggio. La piscina è minuscola e in mezzo al riad dove si fanno le colazioni e i check in. Il cestino del bagno al nostro arrivo non era stato svuotato e c’erano dei capelli non miei per terra.

We zijn 2 nachten in deze Riad geweest, de eerste nacht en de laatste nacht van onze korte vakantie in Marokko. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, we konden Engels en Frans spreken met het personeel en we kregen ook een plattegrond en informatie over bezienswaardigheden in de stad. De binnenplaats waar ook het ontbijt werd geserveerd, was heel mooi ingericht. We hadden een kamer op de begane grond die uitkwam op de binnenplaats. De kamer was niet heel groot, maar had een heerlijk groot bed, een fijne badkamer met inloopdouche, een tv en een klein koelkastje. Vanuit de Riad kon je heel gemakkelijk de stad inlopen, de souks waren om de hoek en de grotere bezienswaardigheden zoals de paleizen, waren op een een half uurtje loopafstand. We konden de auto op 2 minuten loopafstand parkeren op een bewaakte parkeerplaats waar we 60 Dirham voor hebben betaald voor één nacht.

Il proprietario del Riad insieme al suo staff sono stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità infinita. Ho smarrito il cellulare è si sono attivati per farmelo riavere. Lo consiglio a tutti gli italiani che non parlano lingue straniere.

The confusing direction when you enter within the Medina.

There are not enough words to describe how great our stay at the Riad was. Everything was exactly as seen in the photos. Asma and Mohammed were amazing and the best hosts I have ever had. Extremely helpful, smiley, welcoming and available 24/7 for whatever we needed. Rooms were clean, spacious and with all the comforts in. Breakfast was great too with lots of options. I can’t recommend this Riad enough. 10/10!! Thank you for everything again and hope to see you soon guys :)

Great experience! Beautiful, authentic, and clean riad. Friendly staff. For dinner, we ordered tagine and couscous—absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge.

GREAT LOCATION, walking distance to every mayor spot in Marrakech. Great service staff, clean rooms and very spacious. Relaxing sleep because of no noise and disturbance. Good price for a week. Very charming hotel.

Perfect location, back door is near a main road making it easy to transport cases without having to navigate the winding alleys. Front door is 100 metres away from the hustle and bustle you want. The riad is clean and beautifully decorated. With a number of breakfast options and a roof terrace. Would recommend

Beautiful Riad in the Souk in Marrakech. We stayed in 7 riads on our trip to Morocco and this was the best one!

The riad is relatively clean but it is far for 4 stars. Maybe 2 stars would be more appropriate. It is not easy to find, our taxi left us in a public marked near by and we had to find the riad by ourselves as there is no sign whatsoever. I would return if the price would be lower only.

Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear everything was happening/ saying in the riad, plus that the birds start their singing at 5 am. The size of the riad appears bigger in the pictures.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno corazón de Marrakech pero manteniendo la tranquilidad necesaria para descansar. Sin duda, lo mejor fue el trato del personal; fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir muy bienvenidos.

La habitación era adecuada y estaba limpia, aunque quizás algo sencilla o justa de espacio en comparación con el encanto de las zonas comunes del riad.

Pretty riad, each staff is so lovely and helpful. We booked two rooms one in the first floor and other is in the second floor, and i can say that each rooms were spacious and clean ( also comfortable beds) ı think also location is good having one side looking to main street( good for taxi) and other side is inside the medina.

Went to Marrakesh for a long weekend with my mother. Stayed in the beautiful Riad, perfect location just a short walk into the medina but far enough that it was still quiet, felt very safe. Great value for money. The staff, Asma and Tariq definitely made the experience, they were so kind and welcoming, offered tips and suggested places to go and see. We had traditional tea and sweet treats on arrival. The room was lovely, mini fridge with drinks, big bathroom with hairdryer, robes and towels provided. Bed could have been a bit softer but we didn’t mind. The riad was lovely and clean, and a selection of breakfast was provided. Overall, great riad and would definitely return and recommend!

Our stay at Riad Dar Dialkoum was the best experience we could hope for. Tariq Mohamed and Esma took care of us as we were on a 5 star. They arranged hammam and taxis when we needed and gave us advice and additional service (breakfast) every time. Rooms were wide and clean. Location is very close to Marrakech city centre but in a quiet place. Atmosphere was always welcoming anc charm. Best Value for money experience we could wish for!

Had a short winter break in this stunning Riad. Location was perfect, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent , fresh and plentiful We had a deluxe double (kasbah) with a blue tiled bathroom, the weather was not the best but the heating was good and our room was very comfortable. The staff hospitality was great - very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this Riad - make sure you wear good walking shoes for all the sooks in the Médina Would also recommend the Kosybar rooftop/kabana rooftop - great food and alcohol beautiful locations and decor outstanding

Our stay was phenomenal! I’ve been to several countries and stayed in many different types of accommodations, but the hospitality at this Riad was on another level. Besides the exceptional hospitality, the Riad was in a great location. Easy for taxis to pick you up and drop you off, and safe at night. The room was spacious, and we had housekeeping every day, even though it wasn’t a hotel. Every evening, we were amazed at how meticulously the room was cleaned. The housekeeper would even fold your pajamas and place them neatly on the bed. In the morning, we’d wake up to birds singing, and the breakfast was delicious, it kept us full until late lunchtime. Beyond all the essentials you’d expect from a great 4-star hotel, our stay became completely stress- and worry-free thanks to Ahmed! From the moment we checked in, he was the nicest and most helpful person, always available at anytime to help and accommodate. He recommended great restaurants, organized a trip, spa treatments, and taxi transfers, and answered all our questions. Huge credit to Ahmed for making our stay at RIAD DAR DIALKOUM truly fantastic!

Staff muito atencioso, sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas, indicar os melhores sítios. Tínhamos pequeno almoço que era bastante bom. O quarto era grande, a cama espaçosa e confortável. Trocavam as toalhas todos os dias. Localizado na Medina, permitiu que explorássemos tudo a pé.

O isolamento acústico não é o melhor. Ficamos hospedados num quarto perto da entrada principal, então ouvíamos constantemente a porta a bater e as pessoas a falar.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Dialkoum. The riad itself was charming, clean, and peaceful. What really made the stay exceptional was the hospitality of our host, Ismail. From the moment we arrived, Ismail made us feel welcome. He personally greeted us, walked with us into town to make sure we were oriented, and even met us again on the way back — such a thoughtful gesture. We had an early checkout, and despite the timing, he went out of his way to make sure we were provided with breakfast before the usual serving hours. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to feel at home. I highly recommend this riad — and if you have the pleasure of being hosted by Ismail, you’re in great hands.

Ismail and Ghizlan were our hosts and they were so so lovely, helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely sized room on the second floor with a stunning bathroom, access to the roof terrace. The breakfast was my favourite thing, and the location of the riad was perfect.

The only thing I liked was the staff, they were very nice and very helpful. The most I didn't like was the area around the hotel was very very dirty.

We had the most wonderful stay at Riad Dar Dialkoum! The place itself is beautiful, calm, and full of charm , but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing host, Ahmed. He was so kind, helpful, and hands-on from the moment we arrived. He gave us the best local tips, helped us plan our days, and made us feel genuinely welcome, like staying at a friend’s home. His English is excellent, and his warm energy really made a difference. Thank you Ahmed for everything, we’ll definitely come back, and can’t recommend this riad enough!

We stayed at the riad for five days and had a truly excellent experience. The cleanliness and breakfast service were outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. In particular, Ahmad went above and beyond—he provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Marrakech, and was very helpful in arranging taxis for us throughout our stay.

Absolutely stunning riad in Marrakech! The perfect place to relax , and indulge in a delicious lunch surrounded by traditional Moroccan charm, prepared by the riad chef 👨‍🍳 , we really enjoyed the food here, the breakfast is so generous and we had 3 different breakfast it was so interesting to discover the difference between South breakfast and North breakfast in Morocco there is many thing to discover, We also had a massage in the riad at the rooftop. I truly recommend if you prefer staying at the riad to 😌 relax. A truly memorable experience!

This riad and its staff truly made our stay an exceptional experience! The riad itself is located in an ideal position- not too far into the entrance of the Medina and our room was beautiful and spacious. The amenities of the Riad were also great!! We utilized the transport service to and from the train stations and it was truly seamless. Ahmed really helped us enjoy our stay. He coordinated our tours and helped us plan our itinerary during our stay, and gave us tips and tricks as we navigated the Medina and toured the city! Thank you Ahmed! Must stay place in Marrakech!! 100% would recommend.

We had a really lovely stay here at this Riad hotel, Ahmed and his team made us feel very welcome and wen above and beyond to make sure we had all information we needed to make our holiday run smoothly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were lovely, cleanliness etc There's also a lovely roof garden to de chill and a pool to cool off after, I would definately recommend this hotel if you are looking for a full cultural experience in Marrakesh 👍🏻

The riad (hotel) was immaculate. The staff are fantastic. Ahmed (nicest guy!) came and got us when we got lost. The nearby restaurant, La Terrasse Du Jardin, is world class. The free breakfast is delicious with so many delicious offerings. Tea and cookies are provided on arrival.

Breakfast is only served from 08:30, too late for excursions. We were also not able to have the included breakfast due to checking out at 8am. On previous days we had ordered mint tea twice in the afternoon, a common drink in the city. We were charged 80dr for this. When I contested perhaps this could be waived as we were not being served breakfast on our last day which normally includes this. They refused. We were also told late on the last night of these said charges and that we could only pay in cash. The shower head holder in the suit room was broken. Never fixed throughout our stay - making the position of the water fall awkwardly. We also requested a jug or something similar for proper washing facilities in order to pray. I asked for this three times and this was never delivered. Shocking considering it is a muslim country and this riad did not cater for muslims. The location is fine. Quite a walk after the medina and I would not recommend to walk alone. The staff seem friendly at first but they did a bad job in actually meeting any request. Apart from one waitor. Before arrive I requested and confirmed an early check-in. We also arrived at 11:30/midday, and I requested to have the breakfast or something served a little later. Neither requests were delivered. Annoying after an early start. Breakfast is mostly bread by the way. Not much fresh fruit. We were served fresh orange juice on the first day and then demoted to carton the following days. The shakshuka wasn't shakshuka, I've had the dish before. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Beautiful riad with friendly staff (especially Ahmed!), expansive rooftop and serene courtyard, huge and tasty breakfasts included. They helped arrange transport and gave helpful advice on where to go and what to avoid. Bed could have been a little softer but pillows were great and we were exhausted after busy days so slept great anyway. We thought the location was good - though hard to say given that we are not local and only stayed here while in Marrakesh - and walked everywhere. Great value, would stay again and highly recommend.

We loved Riad Dar Dialkoum, we had a lovely room, but it’s the staff that really stand out, going out of their way to care for us very patiently. If you haven’t been to Marrakech and stayed in a Riad it is different than a hotel, more charm, local environment, with a local market close by, that probably has been pretty much the same for hundreds of years. Cars can’t drive to the small streets so you need to adjust to this. They can help arrange drivers but it’s a few blocks away, so they help you. Breakfast each day was lovely. You hear the sounds outside too. But if you want an authentic and elegant traditional experience, I recommend going. There’s also an amazing Moroccan cooking lesson a few blocks from here, you can find it searching online.

The property is beautiful. Quiet peaceful oasis in the middle of bustling medina. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Walking distance from many attractions.

Location. But this applies to most riads where its in the middle of a maze and getting there with luggage is difficult. Porters are present but its at your personal charge.
