Rebooked here after checking out originally. Booked a premium king room and it was perfect. Room size, hotel location and facilities were all incredible Staff were helpful

During the last night there was a small issue with the aircon however Ella technician attended instantly and tried to fix it.

The facilities were amazing and the view from the rooftop pool was really good. The staff were really helpful

On the lower floors during the night the traffic was slightly noisy

a localização é excelente. possivel caminhar para a praia e para varias discotecas. funcionários simpáticos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. a comida do restaurante é boa, com diversidade para varios gostos.

a quando do check-out, os atendentes do front desk não foram nada simpáticos. a dificuldade da língua, uma vez que muitos funcionários não percebem inglês. o hotel esta a beira da estrada e o quarto que estávamos não tinha isolamento nas janelas e com tantas motas que passam as vezes pode ser incomodo.

The night shift staff is very rude. They charge you 1000B every time you bring a person in. is insane is not written anywhere when you make the booking.

Buenas instalaciones . Amplia habitación y buen baño con su correspondiente mampara ( en Tailandia a veces difícil ) . Cama grande , neverita en la habitación , aire acondicionado bueno y televisión. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora porque la habitación estaba lista y se agradece. Buen personal . Piscina arriba en la azotea bonita y un gym bastante decente . Buena ubicación, cerca de todo el meollo pero lo suficiente alejado para no escuchar nada y descansar tranquilo .

Solo hay dos ascensores para todo el hotel y a veces se tardaba en bajar o subir . La cama en mi opinión un poco dura .

A única coisa razoável desse lugar é a localização. O resto é só enganação. Investiram pesado em uma recepção e rooftop bonitinhos e o resto todo é péssimo.

Fiz upgrade no Booking “para ficar em um quarto ainda melhor”, piada… Primeiramente, para começar a desmentir o anúncio, a cama NÃO É DE CASAL, são duas de solteiro, que além de tudo são duras pra caramba, com essa junção de camas as tomadas ficam bem em cima da cabeça de gente e o colchão vai empurrando… (Quarto 306) O banheiro vaza água durante todo o banho, a banheira é imunda de sujeira, toda cheia de fungos. O Wi-fi pra ser PÉSSIMO precisa melhorar um bocado, velocidade de internet anos 90, funciona melhorzinho apenas na recepção (tem que tentar impactar o cliente antes dele subir no quarto né?) Por fim, essa é uma das piores partes: eles cobram o cartão de crédito (no meu caso usei o Nubank Ultravioleta que me obriga a fazer compras online porque o físico não vem com numeração por questão de segurança), quando cheguei no check-in cancelaram a minha reserva porque não aceitavam o cartão virtual na Apple Pay e o cartão obrigatoriamente tinha que ter os mesmos números (impossível pra mim), aí com o cancelamento me cobraram ABUSIVAMENTE 5% do valor da reserva apenas por essa divergência. Para piorar, meu cartão JÁ HAVIA SIDO COBRADO e para estornarem VAI DE 40 A 60 DIAS, ou seja, PAGUEI DUAS VEZES e a intenção de resolver de forma prática foi quase nula e acabou me onerando, pois até a devolução não posso contar com o dinheiro, certo? “Ah, mais é pouco”… é pouco mais é meu!! Resumindo: FUJAM dessa espelunca, reservem qualquer outra coisa. E cuidado viu Booking? Esses cancelamentos abusivos com essa desculpa esfarrapada de que a numeração tem que ser a mesma é um truque para recuperar ou até mesmo fugir da comissão de vocês, analisem para ver se não estão sendo lesados também…

Rewelacyjny hotel!!!. Pokoje przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone i sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Przepyszne śniadania!!! Dodatkowym atutem jest wyjątkowy basen na dach hotelu, z którego można oglądać panoramę miasta.

Too much noise from the street i couldn’t sleep well, also the humidity comes inside the room even when windows are closed unless your turn on the ac, also the curtains dont block away the sun 100%

I had a fantastic stay at Marina Hotel Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and they made sure everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was a great place to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to Patong Beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to enjoy some peace and rest. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Marina Hotel Phuket for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location. I would definitely come back again!

The pool is nice and open until very late, although quite crowded with drunk people in the late hours. Breakfast is very good with many options

The staff were very unfriendly, just doing the bare minimum, not really a good example of hospitality. One time I asked for a pair of chopsticks and the guy at the reception sent me to a restaurant across the street to go ask if the could give me instead of just taking a pair from the hotel restaurant. I would say it is quite expensive for Phuket standards compared to the quality of services.

The bad more than good

My stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely noisy—it felt like sleeping on the sidewalk because I could hear everything from outside. It seems like the hotel is located on Hospital Road, so you can hear ambulances every hour. The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower had almost no separation, so the entire bathroom floor became flooded after every shower. On top of that, the water pressure was very weak. Another issue was the guest policy. If you have a visitor come to your room, the hotel charges 1,000 THB for every visit, which should be made much clearer before booking. The check-in process was also frustrating. Even though I had already paid, the hotel would not accept my previous payment because I didn’t have the physical credit card used for the booking. I was required to pay again during check-in. Finally, the housekeeping service was very slow. Whenever I called for room service or housekeeping, it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to respond. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Room do not have soundproof windows. We barely slept at night as we were directly facing the main road and we could hear all the vehicles the whole night. You need to get into the bathtub to shower which i didn't like and comfortable with.

It was very clean and had a very good infinity pool also the staff was very friendly

I loved the property but when i booked it for another day the price went up which wasnt a good property to money ratio

I like the hotel’s location

I didn’t like the policy of them asking guests to come with the cards they paid for their rooms with. I don’t think that’s necessary at all. If I have paid for my rooms online, there should be absolutely no reason for me to come with my card again. I mean nobody travels with cards anymore when there is wallet on my phone I can pay with. I had to pay again for my room that I already paid for because my card’s chip didn’t work for card verification when I was checking in. That really affected my trip because that was money I didn’t plan for at all. And the refund takes a whole month. What if I didn’t have the money to pay at the spot? Would I have been denied checking in and left on the streets of Phuket stranded? It’s really not nice. The management needs to scrap that policy because it’s absolutely useless and very inconvenient for guests. I don’t like going everywhere with my card because I can easily pay with my wallet on my phone. Also, toothbrush and paste, bathrobe and slippers weren’t provided in the room.

The hot water was murky and brown. I had to use the cold water for the most part because it was the cleanest. I also got food poisoning from the chicken wings pop dinner they had for room service. Had to stay in the last couple of days due to being unwell. Thankfully they have a pharmacy just nearby

The staff there are impeccable such beautiful people they’re working. They care about you. They are honest. They’re welcome with open arms. I’m so happy that I booked this place. I’m definitely gonna come again.
