location is great, apartment is lovely. views in both directions, apartment has a kitchen, dining table and living space which is very comfortable, wish i could have stayed longer. for those traveling on the cumbria way walk or coast-to-coast walk, and you want to use a luggage service, since this is a private property, it's not possible to have your bags dropped at the property, but you can use keswick laundry services for a minimal fee.
host didn't see correspondence and messages through the booking.com app and no one answered the phone number on the confirmation email. it seems the host will look into this glitch and correct it. otherwise place is lovely and would highly recommend.
Centrally located, very well appointed, incredibly clean and tidy.
Nothing
Property is centrally located but still quiet. Clean and all amenities that we required.
Location - it is perfect. Generally, it is a high standard of accommodation but showing signs of wear and tear that need addressing.
For the price there are too many little issues that need addressing. The bathroom is badly designed such that the shower is far too small; the lounge area has a very small and uncomfortable sofa and only one armchair - it needs a comfy 3-seater sofa; the fridge was wobbly and it felt like it might tip over every time I opened it, and its baseboard was broken; we are not supposed to wear outdoor shoes inside but there is no hard flooring by the door to help alleviate this issue; there are no hooks for hanging up coats or dressing gowns or towels; the TV in the bedroom would not connect to the WiFi so it was rendered useless; the sofa cushions were dirty and had broken zips.
Great location and very comfortable and clean.
My wife said the shower was a bit too small, that’s all.
The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean and well finished. The communication prior to staying with entry details, etc was helpful.
Due to the recessed entry door, the step was a magnet for dogs to pee on. Didn't smell the best when entering and exiting as a result.
Very central and everything we needed for our short stay.
The shower was very small.
Beautifully well kept apartment with stunning views. Shops, bars, cafes right on the doorstep and the lake right round the corner, would absolutely stay again.
Nothing to dislike.
Central location, plenty of space for 2 couples, well appointed and well equipped. Good communication with owners, though we never met.
The door shelf in the fridge was loose, so we didn't use it. Apart from that, nothing of note.
Location very good and very clean

Very central location was perfect for our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable.
Esperienza davvero ottima, consigliatissimo!
Loved that it was right in the centre The apartment had everything we needed it was comfy warm just what we needed
Nothing
Very central and place was spotless
Perfect location, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and it was a smooth check in. Quite quiet too considering the area it's in. The whole apartment is very spacious.
We really like the ground floor apartment we had, I'd say the only downside I can think of is privacy. The blinds were great, but you'd look round to find people sitting on the window sill outside.
We loved the location. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and close to all amenities.
There was nothing to dislike.
Location Modern
Nothing
Location was great, the apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the communal hall and staircase. Although it was very central, we weren’t disturbed by any noise. Whilst there’s no allocated parking due to the central location, the public car park was close by and we always managed to find a space. We would gladly return.
Tiny mugs Nowhere to put wet coats and shoes (it did actually rain during our stay!) The site suggested it was possible to reserve parking for the week, but the owner/agent didn’t get back to me when I contacted him about this. Handy hint: if there are two of you, it helps if you both download the app, that way you can book a session in advance and you don’t need to remember at the exact moment your session expires. Do factor in the cost of parking as well as the rent for the week. We would have appreciated better instructions for finding the car park, the best area to park in when arriving to unload for the week, and then for walking from the car park to the flat.
The location of the property was perfectly positioned in the town centre.
The apartment we booked was on the 3rd floor (attic) and the last set of stairs only had one rail, were very narrow steps and completely open at the other side which for two, elderly women were very difficult to manage. However as the apartment was just a base they were only needed to be manoeuvred twice a day.
Excellent location, clean flat, keyless entry so you don’t have to worry about keys/cards! Also equipments in the flats were amazing and clean!
Sound isolation was a bit poor, you can hear the noises from other flats. Didn’t bother us but some people may be wouldn’t like it.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well located, with a nice view.
We were disappointed by how commercial and impersonal the arrival process was. As we usually do in all our other accommodations, we asked whether we could leave our luggage when we arrived so that we could start visiting Keswick before check-in. We only received an automated email with the self check-in instructions and rules, including a very long explanation about the paid car park, even though I had already said that we would be arriving by bus. The email stated that the accommodation would be ready at 3 pm and that we would be contacted if it was ready earlier. Unfortunately, nobody contacted us. As a result, we had to spend hours carrying our suitcases around Keswick. We could not visit the lake and the tiny bookshop. We had to take our suitcases all the way to the Pencil Museum, which was difficult because of the incredible crowds on the narrow pavements. Once there, security staff would not let us in because a huge Christian convention was taking place next to the museum. By the time we were finally able to access the accommodation, it was too late to go back to the Museum. Because of our hiking schedule, we had to wait until our last day to visit it. We had to pay to leave our luggage at a laundrette, and we did not have enough time to see all the interactive videos and exhibits because we had a bus and a train to catch. This also took up part of our last day in Keswick. This unfortunately had a significant impact on our stay and ruined much of our first day as well as part of our last day in Keswick. One other small issue was the only frying pan, which was unusable because the non-stick coating was peeling. Fortunately, I found a recipe for making scrambled eggs in the microwave. I had to put them back in several times before they were finally ready, and they were not quite as good! Apart from these points, the accommodation itself was excellent.
So many positives, excellent position in the town, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The only thing was the fridge was very noisy, not a big deal, but rather annoying.
Location
Minimal kitchen equipment and the provided Internet was intermittent.
Really good location and really good priced.
Parking is a nightmare especially when you arrive on a weekend. No WiFi. Emailed regarding the WiFi however did not get a reply. Shower is really small and there’s a lot of house rules.
Location was superb, apartment was spacious and very clean. Complimentary toiletries were a nice surprise too.
Nothing, no complaints.
I liked the size of the property. It felt safe and cosy.
I would have liked a shower and a bathroom door that closed properly.
Clean and had everything we needed
The parking was very tight to get to
We have stayed here before and would stay again but not on the ground floor. It was exceptionally clean. Well furnished. High quality furnishings.
The lay out in our apartment was very unusual. The bathroom was off the bedroom but it was partitioned with opaque glazed doors. The only window we could open was a tiny window in the bathroom. At most it was 40 cms by 30 cms. That was the only ventilation in the whole of the apartment. We couldn’t make the bedroom dark. The blinds in the bathroom didn’t block out the light. Kitchen utensils and cutlery was minimal. Not even a spatula. The bath was artistically angled but you couldn’t access the towel rail. Nowhere to put your soap . Showering was interesting . Thankfully we are fit and agile. We managed. I had to wear flip flops because there was no rubber mat available. All small things but they do need attention
Great location in the town of Keswick. And the size of the apartment for two adults.
We stayed in 30 plus degree heat and unfortunately even though we contacted for support, the front windows facing the town didn’t open causing it to be quite uncomfortably hot. With one very small fan and back window in the bedroom. Would definitely stay again in the winter as it is more set up for normal UK weather.
Very clean apartment, everything you need for your stay. Great location, right in Keswick, short walk to lake, numerous places to eat and drink minutes away. Bus station short walk away.
Fire alarm went off early hours of morning and fire brigade came , false alarm, one of those things I guess.
Beautiful comfortable Appartment, all the facilities you need for self catering, I would highly recommend these Appartment's in the center of Keswick
Everything was perfect.
The location was excellent for walking in the town centre. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Modern apartment, nicely decorated. Large towels.
Second floor apartment, a lot of stairs to climb. Would not suit everyone. Parking offsite, it was very busy and difficult to find a space. Had to go back first thing to pay and display again. The pale grey carpet throughout isn’t ideal for a holiday cottage, made me feel abit on edge about spilling something! Lots of house rules! Tiny shower.
Location Property very nice decor & interior.
The fact that the only window in the apartment that opened was the bedroom which just fell down and shut after trying to open was very very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no air flow in the lounge/kitchen as those windows are painted shut. I appreciate that the last few days have been extremely warm but to only supply a pathetic fan and no ventilation made our stay unbearable. My husband literally did not sleep at all. I stripped the bedding today and the under sheet was stained which was certainly not from us. There was a cracked tile in the bathroom. I really wish I could be more positive about our stay as the apartment really did look beautiful but it is of no benefit if not comfortable, clean and practical. No reply from contact email regarding my disappointment
Not one negative. So lucky to have found this accommodation.
We’ve been coming here for a number of years and whenever we visit Keswick we try to book here but it’s not always available as gets booked out quite quickly. We love the location as it’s so central. The kitchen facilities are great. Lovely bedrooms and cosy living room. And the staff are always so helpful. For me there is no better place to stay!
Nothing
Love the location and the cosy but contemporary style
Nothing
Location and cleanliness
Only slight problem was that we were cooking and there weren’t as many kitchen utensils as we would have hoped for. No potato masher for example. Only a slight issue though as everything else was first class
Comfortable, well equipped apartment. Very central, close to restaurants and bars but never heard any noise once inside. Will definitely come back
Very light in the bedroom due to opaque bathroom doors, bring eye masks if you need darkness to sleep
Sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Ausblick Reibungsloser Check in über Türcodes Parkplatz ein paar Gehminuten nur entfernt
Kein Fahrstuhl
The property is superbly located, right in the heart of Keswick. It's well presented and very comfortable.
There are off-site parking options, but it does add another dimension to think about / manage.
Fantastic location in busy area also quiet. Very modern and practical fit out, perfect for two. Everything we wanted for a short stay
Glass sliding entrance to bathroom for bedroom, one sliding owner a bit clunky.
Location is great and apartments are lovely

The kitchen could have more equipment.
Great location. Lovely, clean and comfortable.
Location, cosy, ease of access
Small things - more storage space in bathroom, small shower
The apartment was really nice and clean and the location was ideal
There was not anything we didn't like
Excellent location, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything you would need . Home from home .

Fabulous location Beautiful apartment 100% recommend
No front window opened
Although centrally located it was very quiet. Well decorated and furnished, with plenty of room.
Nothing
The accommodation was fantastic. It was clean. There was everything you needed. The location was perfect, even though it was on a very central street, it was very quite within the property. Just fabulous 👌
Location is amazing. Clean, comfortable. Decor is modern and tasteful. Check-in information is clear and easy to follow.
Pillows, flat as a pancake. It would have been nice to have had a few tea/coffee bags for initial check-in.
Great location, spacious, clean and well decorated apartment.
Nothing
Location. Right in the centre of town.
Better blackout blind in the bedroom would be good. Lots of light in the bedroom around 5:30.
Great layout for people with accessibility issues
Lovely apartment, excellent value for money. Perfect location
Nothing
Location was great. Very clean and modern
Sofa was tiny and chair uncomfortable. Nowhere to place toiletry bag in bathroom. No tea or coffee provided
Great location. Lovely clean apartment with an amazing view.
Great location, clean, perfect
Super location, clean and tidy
Minimal amenities. Bathroom door faulty and has been this way for some time as stayed here a year ago and was the same.
Location was ideal, really clean, and very comfortable. We stayed in the cat bells top apartment and the stairs were definitely worth the amazing views you get!
Welcome pack would have been highly appreciated on arrival, even just some milk and tea bags. Just felt the apartment didn’t give that ‘home feel’ and could have had better cooking supplies due to the frying pan being unusable. Ideal if you’re looking to eat out every night though.
Central location but still quiet at night. Great night's sleep
Beautifully presented, incredibly clean, excellent location.
The bathroom door doesn’t shut properly.
Fantastic location and a very clean property! Beds were comfortable, shower was powerfully and the overall facilities were good. We found the location easily and had a smooth check in.
Poor communication from the hosts. We tried to contact the hosts twice to report a broken chair leg but they never got back to us or acknowledged the message at all. I would also recommend you bring an eye mask of some sort as each bedroom has a bright safety light that stays on throughout the night.
Comfortable apartment in a great location.
Just needs a few more kitchen utensils for example a baking tray and oven gloves.
Perfect high street location. We had a ground floor apartment and noise was not a concern as you may think it could be! Apartment was very spacious, clean and modern with everything you may need.
One slight dislike was that our apartment only offered a bath and not a shower (personal preference) however, this was much appreciated after a long day walking to soak in! Also note, the recommended car park is 2 mins walk away which is perfect but be mindful that it only allows you to book 12 hours at a time until 7am each day - at which point you can extend (it doesn't allow you to do this any earlier so be aware you need to extend)!
Amazing location right in the heart of Keswick.
Very modern and a great bath.

Location excellent. Lovely apartment.
Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
The apartment was really lovely. We were sent all the instructions before for the door codes and we told the apartment was ready. We were on the second floor and the views were beautiful. It was a perfect location to the bars, restaurant and the lake. It had everything we needed it was really well stocked and lovely quality.
We struggled to find the front door even though we had instructions but I think that was us!
It was clean and central
Bathroom. The towel radiator does not work, so the bathroom was freezing. The sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom is frosted glass, they do not close properly. One door is hanging off the runner. The light around the mirror does not switch off. I emailed the property twice, they never responded. I looked back at reviews over the last 3/4 months and note other have mentioned the broken radiator and sliding doors. Cleary not fussed to get these issues sorted.
A fantastic place to stay so quiet but right on the high street, this was our 5th stay and was excellent as always
Nothing , everything was perfect
Great apartment, finished well.
Could of done with the option for additional pillows but wasn’t really an issue
Gorgeous apartment with excellent facilities located on the main street
The apartment was excellently located right in the centre of Keswick, within walking distance of all of the amenities, the lake and Latrigg too. We brought our own cleaning products, but the apartment was already equipped with some, including dishwasher tablets.
I didn't like the fact that there was no private parking; however, the Keswick's Council ran central car park was about a 2 minute walk away and could be seen from the bedroom window. This car park is understandably busy on a weekend, and we had to drive around for about 20 minutes until we got a bay. Later on the evening I moved my car into an empty bay that was visible from the apartment. Parking costs are around £11 for upto 12 hours, then a further £1.10 over night.
Central location, everything thought about, extremely cosy and clean, and lovely and warm on arrival - which in February, was much appreciated!
The main bathroom was a little cold, but that’s all. It was a bit tricky to find, even with the excellent directions from Floria and even though she said one drives down a pedestrian street, that still felt as if we were doing something. Maybe the property could work with the town council for a small sign or something.
In great location and lovely apartment with all you needed for a comfortable stay just like home from home
Nothing
Modern, clean and well equipped. Comfy bed and fantastic, central location.
Doors to bathroom didn’t close properly and iron wasn’t working properly Radiator in bathroom not working so bit cold.
Lovely apartment located in the heart of town. Very clean, private, quiet, nice comfy bed & luxury bathroom. We stayed 2 nights & would highly recommend.
Well designed. Really fine quality of appliances, fixtures and fittings, a beautiful outlook on both sides and effective, modern heating.
Nowhere for muddy boots - a simple grill or mat outside apartments’ entrance or the flat itself would have been good. A very noisy fridge that erratically starts up at elevated volume then quiets down for no reason, just as suddenly. No coffee, tea or milk provided though very nice bathroom provisions.
Lovely apartment right in the heart of the town centre. Apartment has everything you need from kitchen facilities to the really comfy bed. Felt really homely and was spotlessly clean. Location is brilliant. Would recommend and definitely book again in the future.
Just needed some coat pegs inside the apartment to be able to hang outdoor coats.
Absolutely beautiful apartment and the location couldn’t be better. Very clean and well laid out 👌🏻
Nothing
The location was perfect. It was very quiet inside the property compared to how busy it was outside, no noise at all. Loved the bath!
The bathroom doors don’t fully close, making it difficult to use the bathroom in private. Having a fully cream carpeted property made it difficult to deal with getting in and out after walks. There was nothing to tidy up with or put mucky shoes, meaning we left them outside the front door in the hallway.
Great location right in the centre of Keswick, although it might be noisy in the summer due to its proximity to bars and restaurants, it was absolutely fine in March.
Shower could have been bigger, there’s certainly enough space to accommodate a larger shower cubicle.
Appartment is right in the centre of Keswick making it easy to acess all the town's facilities. The property was very clean and well equiped throughout.
Parking was a bit expensive using the Central Carpark, £11.20 for 24 hours, we were there for two nights. Our appartment (Catbells) was at the very top of the property, 51 steps up, probbly not suitable for anyone with mobily issues ( we didn't have any), final flight was very steep.
Lovely accommodation in a great location.
Lovely nothing to complain about would love to stay again
