Alles is sehr persönlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Perfekt um erstmal in Bali anzukommen.

I've stayed here several times previously and have always appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, lovely grounds , quaint rooms and décor and the large games room and gym.

Small points , but if you add them up, they start to compound: Aircon, if I could have even read the display, (which I had to take photos of and expand), was barely keeping up with a low temp setting, let alone a normal one. Think the central units need thorough cleaning / re- gassing or replacement with split systems. For breakfast, I had the "Mie Goreng", which in itself was fairly standard, but what I thought would be normally served on the plate with it, would have been Prawn Crackers (Keropok). Instead what was given was literally a swiggly thing that tasted like cardboard. These can normally be bought on the roadside in bulk, in Bali, from a guy with a huge bag of them for a very small sum of money. Personally I think this is embarrassing for a hotel of this standard, and no, no other hotels I have stayed at in Bali (which are many), have served this with a Mie or Nasi Goreng. Please stop serving this. Also standard black "Bali Coffee" is not really a breakfast item on a Western Breakfast menu. If possible, a coffee machine would be great.

pillow was too hard. this is the only thing to complain. Rooms are ok, shower is simple with too weak water pressure. bed is good, toilet is not sound isolated. AC is working well. Food to order was good.

The staff were exceptional and very kind. Putu, Ulu and the staff were kind and responsive. They provided a very sweet birthday celebration for my wife. The resort is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend for a quiet vacation outside the busy center.

The wifi was out when we arrived but back on a few hours later. The pool was under maintenance and the roof being replaced which happens every 10 years. The staff were very apologetic. The location is out of the city centre so not as easy convenient but the quiet and beauty of the resort is lovely. The bathroom in our room had the shower and toilet combo in one. Be alert when booking the cheapest room.

Staffs were all helpful, from security, receptionist, waitress and all. We needed an early checkout, the receptionist was very kind and help prepared our breakfast box in advance. We truly appreciate that very much! This hotel is a quiet stay. 👍

Staff was great, going over and above the expectations. The owners of the property Sir Patrick and Miss Devi were warm and welcoming. We were lucky to have a quick conversation with them. 10/10 staff, property and services. Ilu is the best person- She brings so much positivity and homely feel to the place.

I loved everything, the room size could be better.

Really kind sweet staff at this hotel. Great food at the restaurant, beautiful gardens and villa. Lots of different areas to relax, massages available overlooking the gardens. Free daily shuttle to Sanur. Close to Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang - ask for the guide Crocodile!

Beautiful property with stunning landscaped gardens, lovely pool area and filled with interesting antiques and artwork throughout. The staff were 10/10 - super helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this to a couple or family. The gym and games room are excellent!

A very tranquil and unique place I felt like I was in someone’s home the staff were wonderful and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in

Very clean and spacious room. Bed was very comfortable and gardens and pool area beautifully looked after. Staff particularly kind and accommodating. Great to have the restaurant on site too.

Doesn’t reflect on the actual property as such but there was some building work next door so there was some disturbance with that at times.

The location was to far away from Sanur and there was nothing around the area. The gym was old and rusty needs updating .

It is out of tourist land so it is very quiet. Very quiet with exceptional gardens and some really lovely staff. My room with balcony was truly beautiful.

It isn't near any shops or facilities and the traffic is heavy into Sanur

Die Badezimmersituation war ein bisschen unpraktisch.

Le personnel est très accueillant et à votre écoute. L'hôtel a un charme authentique. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles.

Vous en trouverez sûrement. Ce qui compte c'est ce que vous en attendez pour vos vacances.

We stayed here just for a night after we landed. The hotel arranged us a pick up service which was super convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They did their best to make us feel home. Breakfast was also satisfactory and overall it was worth the price.

The bathroom was a bit small and water pressure was almost non-existent (no idea if it is always like that). But we stayed just for a night so it didn't bother us. For a longer stay a mosquito net around the bed would be great.

Het personeel en de absolute rust die je daar geniet. Tevens hebben ze ons topservice geleverd. We konden onze bagage daar stallen totdat we weer terug komen vanuit andere plaatsen in Indonesië

Er is in de buurt niet veel te doen. Als je maar buiten gaat is er een aardige portier die het hek voor je open doet. Weinig verlichting 'savonds in de straat.

Great service and attentive staff. Beautiful grounds,appreciated the gym and the pool and the homey vibe. Could stay a month if it was closer to the things I wanted to do.

It's far from everything I personally wanted to do. The shower in my room (#1) literally was a wild thing, spraying water all over the bathroom and there was no way to clear the water except for one small towel. Had to take all things out of bathroom or they'd be soaked. The TP even got wet since the toilet is in the same small room. Seems like a risk if need bathroom in middle of night and slip.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä, jaksoivat aina kysyä kuulumisia. Upea rauhallinen puutarha. Joustavuus ravintolan aukiloissa. Uima-allas alue oli ihana. Saimme myös hyviä ohjeita mm. Crab palvelusta, mistä emme tienneet etukäteen.

Sijainti oli hieman syrjässä keskustasta. Yhden päivän ajan suoritettiin remonttia mistä koitui meteliä mutta tätä kyllä pahoiteltiin kovasti.

Beautiful place, tranquil, Bali style, very quiet, the staff were lovely. The owner was very nice and took the time to have a chat and show me around the rooms, and his personal collection of furniture and art from collected over the years around the world. Was more of an extension of his home than a hotel.

Lovely garden with pool. Complimentary massage. Room had safe, fridge & great hot shower.

The water bottle in our room had sludge at the bottom! Management couldn't explain how this occured! The bed was very squeaky every time you move. We requested another room as we were given a dimly lit room with a tiny bathroom where the shower was almost above the sink! Our new room at extra price was noisy at night from a water pump below our room! Came ON at 1am and again 2am etc badly affecting our sleep. It spoilt a very nice room.

Obsługa hotelu sprawiła że nasze wakacje były niezapomniana. Bardzo miła atmosfera, uśmiechnięci ludzie, ich serdeczność i indywidualne podejście do gości zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. W żadnym hotelu nie spotkałam się z obsługa która pyta jak minął dzień, jak się podoba Bali. Naprawdę polecamy ten hotel, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątany basen, na śniadanie trzeba chwilke poczekać ale warto. Z całego serca polecamy!!!!

Nous avons tout adoré ! Un grand grand merci à Patrick, sa femme et à tout le personnel, en particulier Putu, Dedi, et Niluh. Ils ont tous été adorables et très serviables et ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Patrick a été très arrangeant avec nous et nous a donné pleins de conseils pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. On ne voulait plus repartir! La villa a été aménagée avec goût et la chambre était très confortable. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix! Les plats étaient savoureux et très bons ! Ambiance chaleureuse et familiale.

Tout, établissement magnifique, très bon petit déjeuner, les services, le personnel et son gérant français qui donne de très bon conseil. La mise à disposition de vélo pour se ballader dans les environs de Sanur .

The building grounds, landscape and pagodas were excellent. The restaurant is great, staff is attentive and friendly.

The location is in a narrow alley, no walkable path to the beach, there was a strong smell in the room of phenylephrine so much that I couldn't breathe. The toilet area was open to the elements and had mosquitoes! The excerise facility was not air-conditioned so probably not usable (we didn't bother).

Het enige, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, is dat het wat verder van de haven en het centrum vandaan is.

The area is not walking distance to anything. Not in Sanur

La chambre est assez spacieuse, avec vue et accès direct sur la piscine très agréable. Un grand dressing pratique et fonctionnel. Bien equipé. Le personnel est disponible pour organiser des activités.

Une forte odeur d'humidité et de renfermé imposible à enlever malgré une aération journalière et des encens parfumé. Un concert de grenouilles chaque nuit fortement gênant. Quelques oublis du personnel sur des réservations. Et des tarifs pas clairs. PS Attention au tarif massage.

De locatie was goed, op 10 minuten rijden van het toeristisch centrum en alles goed te bereiken. Het hotelpersoneel was super vriendelijk en kon je alles aan vragen. Een kleinschalig hotel, een familiegevoel.

In de directe omgeving van het hotel was er weinig te doen.

Sweet employees, calm atmosphere, good breakfast, super value of money!

Actually everything was beyond expectations!

Meer dan goed ontbijt, vers en zeer smakelijk! Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame crew. Geweldige mooie tuin, zeer goed onderhouden. De tuin oa bracht je echt in tropische sferen. Een rustige locatie, fijn en stil in de nacht.

In de villa bij kamer 1 en 2 zijn de douche en toilet unit grenzend aan de patio. Als je dan buiten op de patio zit voor jouw kamer, dan hoor je letterlijk wat er allemaal gebeurt in de douche en op het toilet van je buren….

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le personnel particulièrement gentil, très serviable bref très bien? La chambre était confortable grâce la clim, pas très grande, l'hôtel très calme et la piscine très sympa. Nous avons diné sur place et c'était très bon.

Malheureusement pour moi je souffre énormément d'un genou et la situation de notre chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur m'a été très pénible. A part ça c'était parfait !

Le personnel de l'établissement est adorable et très à l'écoute. Nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces et nous avons passé un super moment. Notre chambre était très belle et très agréable. La piscine est un vrai petit coin de paradis.

L'établissement est un peu loin du centre de sanur mais ils y a pas mal de grab aux alentours

Amazing helpful staff, located in a quiet area nearby the main road leading to anywhere on an island, beautiful and peaceful garden, swimming pool and old school decorations. Room is nice, comfy bed, has all amenities you need, can rent a motorbike as well as some trips. Included breakfast was delicious, a la carte menu is very good price and appetizing. Surely would be back!

Nothing to complain about

Et helt fantastisk sted. Den smukkeste have og det mest vidunderlige personale. Morgenmaden var dejlig og vi valgte at spise på hotellet en aften, som også var god mad. Det er muligt at hente frisk vand til køleskabet og personalet gjorde alt for at vi kunne nyde ferien. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor Sanur hvilket ikke var et problem, da man bare tager en taxa/grab ind til byen.

Hvis jeg skal skrive noget, var det ene værelse i stueetagen lidt præget af en lugt af fugt, men det var ikke et stort problem.

Las instalaciones, además de piscina hay gimnasio, billar, futbolin, dardos... Y los jardines son preciosos, hay muchas zonas comunes y se está muy a gusto.

El cuarto de baño no está a la altura. Es extraño que en un sitio así tengan ese cuarto de baño tan minúsculo, incómodo y caluroso. No hemos puesto más nota por el cuarto de baño.

Le calme et la tranquillité. Le confort de la chambre. La gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. La qualité des repas du soir et du petit déjeuner. Les propriétaires non présents a notre arrivée parlent le Français.

La chambre nest pas nettoyé tous les jours ! Difficulté de compréhension a l'accueil si on ne maîtrise pas l'anglais.

Les services additionnels sont relativement chers par rapport à ce qui se pratique dans le reste de l’île. On a payé 200 000 roupies le transfert port à l’hôtel alors que finalement en grab c’était à peine 50 000…. Idem les massages 350 K roupies par personne C’est dommage car tout le reste est parfait

Die Gastgeber haben alles getan, um unsere dreitägigen Flitterwochen so angenehm und unvergesslich wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Bett war mit wunderschönen Blütenblättern dekoriert. Das Zimmer bietet alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Safe im Dressing, und das Badezimmer ist mit Zahnbürste, Kamm und weitere Toilettenartikel ausgestattet – kurz gesagt, alles was man braucht . Auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet drei Auswahlmöglichkeiten: balinesisch, amerikanisch oder europäisch. Die Eigentümer, Patric und seine Frau, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben wertvolle Informationen über Bali und Ausflüge, die man direkt bei ihnen buchen kann. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Villa-Team für diese wundervollen Tage!

Die Lage der Villa ist nicht sehr geeignet um zu Fuss zu Restaurants oder zu Shopping zu gehen, hierfür ist ein Taxi nötig.

Lugar precioso, tranquilo, apartado. Personal muy agradable, llegamos un poco tarde cuando ya iban a cerrar el restaurante para la cena y nos dejaron cenar cerrando un poco más tarde la cocina, un detalle. Solo pasamos una noche pero el tiempo que estuvimos nos encantó. Muy familiar y limpio

El baño un poco pequeño, tal vez era nuestra habitación.

Super freundliches Personal, wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, zum Ankommen perfekt geeignet. Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Würden wieder kommen.

Un très bel établissement à l’écart de la ville Le jardin est magnifique et la décoration intérieure, mélange balinais et français rend cet endroit atypique Personnel est à l’écoute Mention spécial pour le Massage, il fait partie de notre top trois!

Les WC, lieu où nous recherchons l’hygiène, nécessiteraient de voir ses lunettes changés en tout cas pour la chambre que nous avons eu.
