The meals were exceptional. The traditional cuisine is what enhanced the cultural experience. The location was probably the only drawback. For one to get to Sanur, one needed to have a driver. Although this was not an expensive exercise (when using Grab), if the driver didn't speak English they were reluctant to accept the job.

There is really not much I didn't like. The setting was beautiful, relaxing and calming. It was certainly what was needed after the fast pace of work. However, one thing that could be included is a laundry bag if one wanted to give their laundry to housekeeping. Although, overall, this is minor.

I always love staying here.. Lovely staff whom are well trained. Quality rooms and grounds are well looked after.

Aircons in gym need to be replaced. They have been serviced but they still pump out warm air. Better to not run them at all. Gym is hot and humid.. Not good for a gym..

This was the most fantastic accomendation i’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely amazing and super clean. The hotel had everything you could ask for. Amazing food, massages, a gym and the staff was incredibly friendly. No request was too much for them. Thank you so much to all the staff of Harsono for this unforgetable experience we had. I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this paradise of a hotel.

Vom herzlichen Empfang über die luxuriösen Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, zur romantischen Lage am Fluss und das überaus kompetente und äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ebenso das Restaurant mit der hervorragenden und frischen Küche ist ein Gaumenschmaus. Die balinesische Massage war außerordentlich entspannend. Der liebenswürdige Manager und sein Personal helfen bei der Buchung von Ausflügen, Taxis und Fragen jeder Art. Dieses Hotel ist genau richtig für Menschen, die Klasse statt Masse bevorzugen. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und kann wunderbar entspannen.

Didn’t like the setup of sharing a private pool with two other rooms. Quirks in the room: a/c and fridge are rattling, strange smell in bathroom, and confusing light switches.

Beautifully curated and detailed resort everything was well thought through. The staff were lovely it is such a beautiful location the only issue was the fitness center had no AC and the equipment was old. But we would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

The staff and quality of the service is impeccable as well as the villa and breakfast that was served with an amazing view ! The resort is enormous with plenty of facilities such as an amazing gym facing the river, a pool, a pool bar. It is very calm and peaceful, an absolute must-see !

Attentive staff, lovely small, but very well stocked, buffet breakfast. Nice grounds and lovely rooms. (Sometimes there weren't any staff at reception to see in person or pick up calls - lack of staff problem?)

These are points I have already raised with the Guest Experience Manager, but they are very small points: 1) You have balconies , but no chairs or table. I suggest putting high plastic/simulated cane, chairs on the balcony to improve the guest experience further. (or normal lower ones with a small table). The reason i mentioned "high" is because the balcony already has a railing that can be used as a table if the chairs are high enough. We asked for 2 of these type and the staff found some and delivered them promptly. 2) Aircons in room. Our room was fitted with a very new Aircon and "trendy" control panel. (no remote control). The control panel itself is touch screen and there is no indication on it WHERE you press to raise and lower the room temp. Suggest a small card be placed under each panel on the table to advise guests where to press, and how to operate the other features, because the current tech is very counter-intuitive, (and I'm quite techy). 3) Aircons in gym. Both were pumping out warm air with a message on each control panel "Please clean filter". Suggest these are both serviced and cleaned once every 6 months. I hope these points help the overall guest experience.

This was the perfect place to finish our trip to Bali! The staff were exceptional - very friendly and super helpful. The spa was fully booked when we visited so we didn't get an opportunity to try their services. The room was very spacious ans clean and bed was comfortable. The pools were lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. We also enjoyed some lunch at the on site restaurant when we arrived earlier than anticipated - the food was delicious - a little pricier than what you'd pay elsewhere but that's to be expected for the convenience. We'd definitely visit again in future and stay longer than one night next time. We loved how quiet it was.

It's a little out of the way, about 15 mins from Sanur town centre. Note that this property is not accessible for those with limited mobility as there are a lot of stairs to get around the complex. The staff are great though and will carry your luggage to and from your room which was appreciated in the heat. Neither of these things were issues for us personally but worth sharing to help others decision making. Mijor feedback for the team - the bathroom would have been improved by an extraction fan.

We had a wonderful stay at Harsano. It’s a beautiful resort, very comfortable and peaceful, with a great location. The breakfast was exceptional — definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They did everything they could to assist me and make sure our stay went as smoothly and comfortably as possible, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your kindness, care and hospitality. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

An absolut hidden gem. I definitely recommend this place. We had a spacious villa with private pool and loved everything about it. Also dinner is delicious.

The only small downside is, there are no reading lights on the nightstand.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was fine for our three nights, the restaurant menu wasn’t very big but the food was nice

the breakfast wasn’t very nice with stale baked goods and most of the food had ran out so had to wait a while for it to be replenished whilst we waited for our pick up time. The pool was filthy, dirty and a lot of dead insects,wasps and beetles and bird feathers everywhere we did ask for it to be cleaned on our arrival but it was not done as the same things where floating around for days. Bed bugs my wife and I were bitten only through the night in this hotel yet didn’t get bitten anywhere else in our 20 day Bali trip. We didn’t use the pool and hated going to bed at night . We had to get a 19:45 flight and check out time was 12:00 weeks didn’t get any options to pro long the stay other then sit by the pool or use the gym. There is nothing near the resort so you’ll have to have a driver or a grab to get to anything or do anything.

They are far away from Sanur, 25-45 min by taxi, depend on traffic, remote area, quite noisy, bad noise isolation, local dog barking and chicken and rooster in the early morning. Breakfast poor, every day same. In this resort you don’t have nothing to do, so for visiting Sanur, you have to use taxi every time (cca 70-110K). Better to find something in Sanur

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pools were fabulous and the river going through was lovely. The food both in restaurants, including breakfast and in-room dining was delicious and reasonably priced. Even though we were told the resort was nearly full of guests it didn’t ever seem busy which for us, was nice. I appreciate some people like more activity around them.

Our bedrooms were unfortunately underneath the main lobby, so throughout the night and early morning, the receptionist moving their chair on the floor was constantly heard, making a continuous period of sleep hard. Also the bathroom windows need mosquito nets as they are permanently open due to the wooden design.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was beautifully taken care of, from the peaceful and lovely surroundings to the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, making me feel very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The personal touch and attention to detail really made the experience special. I would happily return!

Zeer mooie resort, zeer speciaal. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, omgeving was ook heel proper en rijkere klasse.

Beautiful large villa with a massive pool. So peaceful in the morning with the sounds of birds chirping and the river flowing. A hidden gem in Sanur and one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at:)

Hotel in general would benefit from refurbishment, very peaceful location, staff very good, always helpful and smiling., food wonderful.

Location is away from city centre, shops, any attractions.

The kids absolutely loved the private pool, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The rooms were immaculate, and the bathrooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location wasn't all that great. You have to stay inside the resort most of the time because there's virtually nothing outside—no restaurants, cafés, or places to walk. It's located in the middle of a residential area, so it feels quite isolated. I'd recommend staying for one or two nights at most, but not any longer. WiFi doesn't work properly.

Me and my wife visitied Harsono for 3 nights and really enjoyied the overall experience, staff was really kind and super fast with all our requests. Breakfast was excellent and pool and pool bar were relaxing. In general amazing experience and would highly recommand : )

素晴らしい自然美、静けさ、バリ島のオアシス。 市街からかなり離れており、静かで清らかな場所にあります。川が流れているのは本当に素晴らしいです。その川と建物、自然をうまく調合した設計は神の技としか思えません。 料理も美味しく、朝食のビュッフェも迷わず食べれるちょうどよい選択肢でした。子連れやファミリー層も偶然か少なく、静かに過ごしたい、1人やカップルにも向いています。

よくなかった点はないです。ただ、お部屋以外で仕事したり読書したり自由に使えるエリアが自然の中にあれば最高でした。一階のお部屋の真ん中は、両サイド他のお客様に挟まれているので、景色を楽しむためにカーテンを開けられませんでした。

Beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and private.

It feels like a little paradise with its bridge over the river connecting the 2 parts of the hotel, and the private pool was a very good size with a great view over it all. Personnel were very attentive, and the hotel was beautifully presented. Would have loved to stay there longer.

The breakfast. Considering the high standard of absolutely everything else, the breakfast quality was more in alignment with a 3-star than a 5-star, and it's a bit stingy to charge more money for a cappuccino.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with a picturesque river flowing right alongside the property that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One of my favourite features was the bathroom—it was beautifully designed, spacious, and added a touch of luxury to the stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit. Overall, it's a lovely resort in a stunning location, and I would happily stay here again.

The breakfast was decent, but the selection was fairly limited and the quality didn't quite match what we'd expect from a 5-star resort. One thing that felt a bit odd was the bottled water policy. Complimentary bottles were provided in the room, but the exact same bottle cost around $4 when ordered in the restaurant, which seemed unnecessarily inconsistent.

Tutto. La struttura è stupenda, sembra di stare in paradiso. Il personale è gentilissimo, molto disponibile. Le camere sono grandi, ben arredate e pulite,il letto comodissimo è grande. Noi avevamo una piscina quasi privata.

La struttura è un po' isolata, bisogna sempre chiamare Grab per muoversi o avere la macchina. La colazione è ripetitica e non molto abbondante

Very good value, and staff couldn't do enough for us

Resort is a fair way from Senur which we thought was where it was, however the resort had a shuttle bus and took us whenever we wanted to go. Couldn't believe the accommodation, it was first class

Harsono Boutique Resort was a perfect hidden gem offering me some much-deserved relaxation. The spa was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

It wasn't really near very much, but it wasn't advertised as such.

The WiFi connection, it keeps disconnecting every now and then

Het is een fantastisch mooi en sfeervol hotel met een zeer aardige en correcte bediening die alles tot in de puntjes voor je wil regelen. De kamer was zeer ruim, perfect schoon, modern en met veel aandacht voor details ingericht. De ligging is best even weg van het drukke Sanur Beach, maar dat is juist een verademing na een drukke dag. Wat is het hier mooi en rustig. Het hotel regelt een eigen taxi voor je, zelfs toen we om 4:00 uur naar het vliegveld moesten. Wel ietsje duurder maar je wordt wel compleet ontzorgd. De manager vertelde mij dat ze plannen hebben om een eigen shuttlebusje naar Sanur beach te organisateren in de toekomst. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader als je geen probleem hebt om wat buiten de hectiek van Sanur te zitten. Top!

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen. Met name de pancakes en wafels waren droog. Die hebben we daarna niet meer genomen. Wel heel veel ei gerechten die verder prima waren.

Exceptional, tranquil, breathtaking setting with a river flowing through the resort. 'Sanur' villa with private infinity pool was incredibly spacious and well equipped. Super friendly staff . We never wanted to leave.

Las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, el tamaño de la habitación y lo confortable que era y lo paradisíaco de su ubicación está instalaciones.

La ubicación está un poco lejana a los principales atractivos de la isla lo que se acrecienta por el horrible tráfico de Bali. El único pero es que baño holía un poco a humedad y el buffet de desayuno podía tener algo más de variedad.

We were really impressed with Harsono. It’s a beautiful resort, the gardens and outdoor areas are superb and our room was amazing - really modern and luxurious but understated. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Can’t fault this hotel at all.
