Gwangju Aura Hotel

The breakfast was great. The whole stay was great, the only problem was that not all the staff spoke English (at the reception) so asking for an additional blanket was pretty difficult. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Recommended

①部屋の中に衣類除菌乾燥機があり、スイッチを入れてから20分位で着古した下着類の臭いが取れた。洗剤を使わなくて良いし、他のホテルではこのような便利な設備を見たことが無い。イチオシに素晴らしい点である。 ②光州松汀駅から直ぐの立地で食堂街にも近い。 今回2度目の利用であるが機会があれば次にもぜひ泊まりたい。 ③朝食のバイキング料理が、品数もありとても美味しかった。 ④枕元に部屋の照明を制御するスイッチがありとても便利だった。 ⑤韓国の多くのホテルではテレビリモコンのスイッチを押しても画面が暗い儘で、点け方の説明書も無く、当然ながらスイッチはハングルで書いてあるので特に外国人には使い勝手が分からない。この点、このホテルではテレビリモコンのスイッチを押すと直ぐに画面が映るのが良い（その理由を教えて欲しい）

①食堂の開店時間が朝7時なのに6時45分に来た西洋人が鍵の掛かってない入口から食堂内に入り、勝手に自分の食事を準備していた。 従業員にその事を話すと「あの人はいつもそうなんです」と言う返事しか貰えなかった。 開店時間になる迄扉に施錠すれば良いではないか。 他の宿泊客が不公平感を抱くので、ルールを守らない人には毅然として対応願いたい。 ②外国人はバスの予約をしようとしてもアプリへ登録できない（韓国通信会社の電話番号が必要）ので、事前にバスの予約を頼んだが断られた。 外国人特有の事情があるので、其れを考慮して柔軟に対応願いたい。

Absolutely loved the spa bath - was an unexpected bonus. A nighttime light show! Shower was great. Loved the size of the bed and the pillows were great.

We only got one towel for the 2 of us.

Locatie was vlak bij de metro en heerlijke eettentjes in de direct omgeving. Een fijn ruime kamer (en badkamer) met een eigen massagestoel. Manager van het hotel heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen bij een geschil met een parkeergarage (rekende heel veel geld voor halfuur parkeren)

Bed had een erg harde matras

①今回の旅行で一番良い部屋だった。その割に価格も手頃だった。 ②トイレの便器はお尻洗浄便座だった。 ③浴槽が広く、且つ湯が直ぐに溜まった。ジャグジ付きであった。 ④バイキング式の朝食が付いていた。 ⑤駅に近く飲食店にも近かった。

Clothing sanitizer/deodorizer machine in the room was a great amenity to have, room was spacious enough, clean, and great location to Gwangju station.

Location was close to station, room was clean, and almost good experience...

Very upset about the room being "upgraded" without letting me know prior to check in. Reserved a standard double room with bathtub, got a deluxe double room without it instead. Couldn't change after I found out, which I had to ask to find out. They basically ignored or forgot about the guest and excluded the one amenity I desired when deciding to book this hotel.

정말 깨끗하고 좋아요. 다음에 또 이용하려합니다. 기차역도 가깝고 맛집도 시장도 있어요!

受付の方がシンプルで親切 ペットボトルでの水提供が豊富 お湯も少し待てば出ます、水圧もそこまで悪くないです テレビのチャンネルは豊富ですがチャンネル変更ができず、やり方が良く分からなかったです

의류 관리기가 있어서 출장시 깔끔한 착장을 유지하기 좋고 조식도 나름은 제공되어 아침 식사도 편했습니다.

전반적으로 좋았습니다.

친절했고, 주차도 편했습니다. 만족합니다.

한국 호텔, 모텔의 장점이 칫솔, 치약, 면도기 등등의 어메니티인데, 여기는 별도로 구매해야함. 가격도 5000원. 조식은 7000원짜리 한식부페 보다 조금 부족하나 컵라면이 있어 그나마 다행.

Since it's a business hotel, they have stylus which help iron your clothing and it works really well. It's really spacious too.

駅に近いビジネスホテルクラスだと思っていましたが、大当たりです。確かにフロント前のロビーは狭いですが、部屋も清潔ですし、特にバスルームとトイレがとても広くて驚きました。周辺には飲食(食堂、居酒屋)も多く、朝食も満足いくものでした。朝食付き、駅前でこの価格はお買い得です。

세살 아이와 함께 방문했는데요, 조용하고 깨끗해서 하루 묵기 최고였습니다. 조식도 아주 맛있어서 과식했어요~ ㅎㅎ 광주엔 일년에 한두번 가는데 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다.

위치: 마지막 목적지에서 숙소를 모르고 너무 멀리 잡았네요. 시설: 숙소의 시설은 괜찮아요. 특히 스타일러가 있어 옷 말리거나 걸어놓기 좋았어요. 위치 빼면 전체적으로 만족해요.

Near the subway and KTX Station. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Appreciated having breakfast included.

Lack of drawers and wardrobe space for putting clothes in, however, it had a clothes steamer and I left my clothes in my suitcase. The room is large and had a good shelf to put the suitcase so it wasn't really a problem.

good location for local bus and subway.. but a bit far from intercity / express bus terminal. good breakfast and nice staff.

no electricity outlet near the bed. they provide a charging station near the bed, but it's not fast charging.. I prefer to use my own charger, but then I have to plug it in across the room.

Walking distance to Gwangju Songjeong station. Lots of local food. Breakfast which is both local and western is sufficient.

It's location is 15min taxi ride from centre of Gwangju. There is a subway line that also brings you into city centre too.

It was central enough next to the main train station. It was located in an interesting part if town that was an interesting meander. Plenty of surrounding restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies within the block

Difficult to find. The room was ok. Some areas in the room for maintenance that made it a bit tired. As it was a deluxe room was a bit disappointed. Were told at check in we had a complimentary breakfast but then got charged for it when we went. We only went because we were told it was free.

Hotel is clean and in an excellent location for food and shopping. The entire staff was amazing and so kind.

Very much satified !!! Reasonable price. Clean and roomy room, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice huge TV. Nice breakfast. Roomy and clean washroom with videt and extra towels. Lots of eatery in the area. Ballot parking. Near a station. An airport is munutes away by taxi. To the bus terminal, about $10(us) by taxi. Value wise, I think it is a superb place. BTW, I am a Korean Canadian. Thanks.

Air condition was not working propertly. It was too cold and you could not turn it off.

Location was great, very close to the KTX Gwangju Songjeong station! It is also located near the 1913 Songjeong Market which has many food options. Rooms were spacious, and the styler was great for refreshing clothes

Super convenient for both the KTX train station and the airport. Excellent Korean breakfast buffet where even a vegetarian like me could get her tummy full enough to last most of the day. And such a comfortable room that I regretted only booking one night, and not being able to enjoy it more.

I genuinely believe this property is overrated, while the location is optimal in term of transportation (train, underground and bus stops less than 5min walk from the hotel), it was was quite far from some of the most popular attractions in the area. The staff was really kind and tried their best to help, but they don’t speak much English. The property has big rooms,however the room I checked in had really soiled bedsheets and I had to move to another, which still ended up having stained bed linings.the place lack a lot in term of cleanliness, on the second floor, where the cafeteria, communal microwave and public toilets are situated, on my last night I saw a cockroach coming out of the men toilet. The laundry room is more of a storage which seems to be used by staff, nothing is labelled clearly to make the process potentially smooth for their customers, to the point that when I went to ask help to a member of staff, they were themselves at lost, having a hard time understanding what to do.

Great location not far from both the airport and main train station in Gwangju. Very spacious room and bathroom. Nice fixtures in the bathroom. Great view from the hotel room window. Clean and modern looking hotel. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee in the room. Excellent buffet style breakfast!

On one hand metro and bus literally on doorstep, BUT, it is at least 1/2 hour to bus terminal to get intercity (wewent tea plantation, bamboo forest and even national oark in the east - 1 hour -although direct single bus.) So it is not a good location in terms of seeing Gwangju and surroundings
