Consistently praised for its prime Echoland location, close to shuttles, restaurants and slope access — repeatedly cited as a major plus.

Staff repeatedly described as excellent, friendly and accommodating (front desk, restaurant staff, named staff praised), though there were a few communication issues about shuttle pickup; overall sentiment strongly positive.

Breakfast and food repeatedly praised as excellent/high quality; multiple direct comments recommending the breakfast as a highlight.

Amenities receive largely positive mentions (excellent breakfast, useful dry room for snowboard gear, basic amenities present) though some expected items are missing (no onsen, some bathrooms lack curtain/Japanese toilets).

Several guests felt the hotel was expensive for what was provided and described paying a 'small fortune' or it being 'very expensive for what you get' — negative value sentiment.
