La habitación era preciosa con un fantástico balcón-terraza con vista a la Acrópolis y estaba cerca del museo de la acrópolis y la entrada sur, en lo mejor del barrio de Plaka cerca de todos los monumentos históricos.
Estaba la habitación a nuevo, no tengo nada que criticar

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La ubicación es estupenda! Ese es su punto a favor!!! A un paso de la Acrópolis y bellos restaurantes y tiendas de Plaka. La terraza para el desayuno tiene una bella vista a la Acrópolis. Es insuperable lo que otorga por el precio.
Podría haber mejor iluminación en el cuarto en espacios estratégicos como el espejo.

Habría que mejorar el desayuno se abona aparte 10€ pero no es de calidad , es una pena por que con esas vistas desde la terraza un buen desayuno terminaría de redondear la experiencia

The sounds of plumbing through the night were not great - not a big deal but the lack of considertion to those other two aspects above then made me feel the owners were negligent.

A kettle was supplied but no tea, coffee, sugar, milk and only one cup. Had to make up bed top sheet, most staff could not speak English except manager so communication difficult.

Las instalaciones muy antiguas, sin renovar,el A.A. casi no funcionaba. Habiamos reservado una habitación en el sótano que tenía olor a humedad, afortunadamente nos la cambiaron sin coste, porque quedaba otra libre.

Nice size room and bathroom. Wifi was working fine. Tried the restaurant for lunch and that was good. Breakfast price reasonable and good selection.

La camera era veramente piccola per 4 persone. L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Lo staff ha fatto il possibile per venirci incontro, ma è stata una notte difficile.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026It was right by the Acropolis and 2 minutes from the Acropoli Metro stop and a coffee shop and place to buy water. I loved the rooftop bar with a view of the Acropolis! It had an elevator.
The air conditioner was right above the bed.

Very grumpy man on check in. Other staff were nice. Booked a room with two beds with Terrace which I have had before. On check in only double bed was available so had to take that and share-fortunately with best mate. Very small room for two.

See pics. Proprietors Unwilling to change room. Stayed got what we booked.no idea what we booked untill we saw it. Room smelt of drains and mothballs. Tiny room decorated badly.. in need or refurb.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Location is great, just at the center of everything and walking distance, very close to the subway and Acropolis also. Just at the entrence street of Plaka, famous tourist area with lost of restaurants and shopping stores.
This place is more like a hostel than a hotel. Room was extremely small, one bed barely fits in the room, you can hardly walk inside. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom is so small you can't bend down and wash your face. Old hotel, needs a total renovation. No TV, no hair dryer. No remote control for air conditioner, we asked from a receptionist and it took a long time to find a working one for us. Worst "hotel" I have ever stayed my entire life. I stayed at much much better places for about 30% cheaper. I have visited Athen/Greece many times for business also and stayed at much better hotels with better prices, so just want to inform here that there are many much better hotels around. I love Greece and everything about it but I have to be honest about this experience.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Superbe hotel. Beaux meubles en bois de qualité. Jolie chambre. Lits très confortables. Nous venons chaque année avec plaisir. La réception ouverte 24h/24 est un vrai avantage. Un vue imprenable sur la terrasse de l'hotel pour les repas.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The location is SUPERB, feels very safe, and the staff are very sweet, and always on hand. It's clean, but very basic. The top terrace looking onto the Parthenon is lovely and the service is good.
The single room is minute and the bathroom even smaller. No real window, although there is aircon. The comings and goings of other guests at reception, and the bathroom noises from the adjoining room is worth a mention. I think an upgrade is definitely advisable at about 40 euros more, unless you are a good sleeper and only want a clean, tiny bed for a night.

La camera nel seminterrato un completo disastro, odore di umido e stantio, il giardino è in comune con l'altra stanza, quindi gli occupanti dell'altra stanza volendo possono entrare in stanza, aprendo la zanzariera da fuori se si lascia la finestra aperta. Tutto abbastanza sporco. Prezzo comunque alto

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Niesamowita lokalizacja, same centrum Aten. Przepiękny widok z tarasu na dachu na Akropol. W pobliżu restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo blisko metra.
Pokój był w piwnicy ale miała wiedze ze tak będzie. Jest ciemny bo na przeciwko stoi budynek. W dzień trzeba było zapalać światło. Klimatyzacja zamontowana jest nad samym łóżkiem. Ale przez to ze była to piwnica to pokój się nie nagrzewał. Brak wody, Szklanek, czajnika. Obsługa właściwie była neutralna ani pomocna ani nie niemiła. Bardzo słabe śniadanie.
