The grounds are gorgeous! Pool and lake were amazing. I have travelled a lot, and this hotel is truly special. Lovely home in the country. Excellent service and welcome. We booked three scooters from them and it was seamless. They also booked a driver to the airport at a very good rate. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Views are spectacular- so close to Bai Dinh! They made bait for my son who caught 3 fish in the lake on the property! A relaxing oasis!

Loungers by the spectacular pool would be lovely!

Best service ever. Great food, lovely people, very comfortable and highest price quality!

The amenities are superb! Clean restrooms.

This is a beautiful and quiet homestay with a nice pool, fruit trees, and flowers. The staff are wonderful, polite, and clean the rooms daily. The hostess is professional and communicates via WhatsApp. The food is good with generous portions. The bungalows are spacious and bright with good ceiling fans and fast, stable Wi-Fi.

The only issue was that the rental bikes were not in a great condition.

very good

The location and facilities were very good, the bungalow was reasonably comfortable and the location was very close to Cuc Phuong national park.

The staff were entirely absent. No one was actually at the property, and this led to me being locked out in the evening. The staff consisted of an older woman who clearly did not want to be there, and a child. The older woman attempted to scam me by insisting I had not transferred my money to the right account, and needed to do it again, despite having checked the details before I transferred. Avoid.

The place is absolutley beautiful. Clean, details are amazing, what you see on photos looks exactly like in real life. Food is tasty.

Organisation of the place is a bit confusing. Staff speak no English so you need to communicate everything through whats app with the lady of the house that's only present at the property on the weekends - breakfast time, any queries, restaurant orders, like literally everything. It's not something we encountered before and it felt like we were bothering staff with requests. Restaurant menu is overpriced compared to average in the area. You only can pay in cash for the hotel. There's no ATM in the area that accepts international cards, we payed in mix of USD and GBP. A lot of bugs due to the lake presence.

Well hospitality and room is very clean and tidy but only need to improve the inside lights. Also, require a TV.

Loved everything!

Swimming pool was closed when we arrived on a hot afternoon and reopened as we departed. We were anxiously awaiting a swim upon our arrival as we chose this place because they had a pool. We were disappointed. But everything else was nice.

We get to enjoy the truly Vietnamese lifestyle, living in harmony with nature but still very comfortable. A full lunch and teabreak by the pond, that's all you need to actually getaway from the heat and pollution of hanoi. The villa located near Bai Dinh pagoda, only 1 hour drive to Cuc Phuong national park, so lots of choices for your entertainment.

none

Almost everything :)

Quite lot of dead bugs on the wall and mosquitos in my room without a mosquito net above bed :/

1 bungalow near the small lake . The room is clean, with a front yard, the swimming pool ahead, a green garden, in room we have a double and a single bed, shower, the dining room is about 10m away across the pool. We spend most of our day time in the surrounding nature such as Hoa lu historical site, Am Tien cave, the hot spring Kenh Ga, all in a distance of 10 km. The night is calm, quiet. Good for pleasant sleep. Thank for not hearing Karaoke sounds . Also thank for Mrs. Bay, the lady who well taken care of us.

mosquitos in room. Avoid open door.

Nice little place to stay in Ninh Binh. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean globally. Very good local food if you want to eat there

This home stay is one of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam. Away from the crowds but close to all the main attractions in the region. We stayed for 6 nights in the end because there is so much to see and to do here. The facilities are superb and very relaxing. The food is tasty and wonderful. The family running the home stay are very friendly and helpful. Overall the perfect place to explore Vietnam outside of the tourist crowds.
