Reviewed Jan 8, 2022整體環境乾淨整潔，房間實體跟照片差不多，冬天有暖氣很舒服。位置離伊達邵老街不遠，很適合散步去走走。 一樓還有一區空間讓孩子玩耍，看起來很不錯。 老闆娘親切和善，會主動提供設施的優惠供參考。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2021設施和照片相符。 民宿服務人員不太主動，少了民宿的親切感。 電視遙控有時不靈光，無法開機和轉台。 第二天住宿時發現有蚊子，應該是清潔時跑進來，打不到造成清晨睡覺一直被吵醒，要定時清潔。 房屋有發現一隻小小蟑螂，要定時清潔。

Reviewed Jan 2, 2020This hotel was very very good with prompt service ad check in. We had a room at the end of the hallway as requested and also on a higher floor. Two king size beds and a twin bed for the 5 of us. The unit has a larger bathroom and is well equipped with adequate towels and toiletries. Breakfast was okay with the conventional Chinese items and toast, juices, coffee and hot soy milk.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2020Neueres Hotel; das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und ziemlich gut. Das Frühstück dagegen war nicht besonders und die Auswahl begrenzt. Wir haben hier 2 Nächte übernachtet. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2019Moderne Einrichtung und sehr sauber, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, allerdings sollte man Grundzüge der chinesischen Sprache sprechen. Chinesisches Frühstück war einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Internetgeschwindigkeit.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2018We very much enjoyed our 1-day stay at the Ace House. The check-in was easy and the staff was plenty helpful. The room and bath area was very roomy, with space for pretty much everything we needed. The room was not overly decorated, but the simplicity and functions were appreciated. The WiFi was strong and fast. After the free breakfast, our host invited us to a separate area for some high-quality tea. We enjoyed the conversation and the tea! We will be back!

Reviewed Nov 5, 2018旅館離伊達邵碼頭不算遠, 而距離鬧市跟商店圏只有一街之隔, 算是旺中帶靜. 房間內的空間很充足亦很整潔, 電制插蘇位都夠多亦很方便. 服務員(我想應該是老闆娘跟她的子姪們)都很好很周到, 很有家的感覺. 整體都很滿意.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2018日月潭湖畔船着き場から徒歩数分の至近にもかかわらず、静かな立地で設備もそこそこである。従業員は英語、日本語とも通じず、意思疎通は大変だが、親切であった。ホテルの看板は中国名の「一茶一宿」としか出ておらず、英語名の「ACE HOUSE」は出ていないため、見つけずらかった。EXPEDIAでもホテルの中国名を予約者に知らせるべきと思う。

Reviewed Mar 21, 2018It was great! The place was beautiful and was close to the bus stop/other hiking trails. It was located right by all the street food as well. The breakfast served was also great: Taiwanese porridge/sides, toasts (with a variety of spreads) and great beverage selections. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation out at Sun Moon Lake!
