Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Lage war super man konnte alles gut zu Fuss erreichen.
Nach den Fotos sah es sehr gut aus, Leider waren die Fenster milchig und man konnte sie nicht öffnen gingen in einen Schacht. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem und durchgelegen. Am ersten Tag ging auch der Fernseher nicht. Habe die E Mail für die Schlüssel zu spät erhalten. Die Frau am Telefon sehr unfreundlich.

Ότι όλος ο χώρος ήταν ενιαίος. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα διαχωριστικό μεταξύ του κρεβατιού και του καναπέ για να το κάνει λίγο πιο διακριτικό και να υπάρχει privacy μεταξύ των δύο χώρων.

Sofa was broken and uncomfortable.. No hot water for showers and no visible button to turn on the hot water.. blind in living room broken and could not be raised making the room dark. Everything else was fine

It seems run down, walls and furniture were dirty . There was only one outlet that worked and it was by the door so you had to carry a mirror over to it . We were on the ground floor with no windows that weren't frosted over . The fridge didn't work so had to ask for a new one , housekeeping said they had fixed but hadn't. It had a very undesirable feel .

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Location was great for syntagma station and the Plaka. I just had one night in Athens so everything on doorstep.
Im not keen on key locks and codes but the reception was manned and made it easier than I expected. I d just come back from a seaview room on the islands so having no view was a bit ofa shame but I suppose being quiet from Athens traffic was the good side of that.

Το δωμάτιο / διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται φρεσκάρισμα/ ανακαίνιση. Με ένα μικρό κόστος θα μπορούσε να ήταν ένα μικρό διαμάντι.

I am a young woman and was travelling alone with big luggage. I arrived at 11pm after a long trip, while trying to collect the keys to get inside the room, i noticed that inside the entrance of the building and right outside the room I was given there was an unconscious man sleeping next to alcohol. The man was either passed out because of alcohol or drugs. As I was alone and it was late at night and the street empty I didn't feel safe to enter the building and walk right next to that man to enter the room. The room service didn't do anything to help other than say that this is a known issue and the man is a resident in the building - not explaining why was unconscious drinking at the entrance. I had to wait until someone appeared, thankfully after 30-40' a couple that was staying in another room also arrived at the entrance and the helped me get into the room. Not safe for women travelling alone but also not safe for anyone I would say having a drunk person outside your room all night. I had to go out one out later to get food and the man was still there when I returned two hours later. The photos are not showing the real condition of the room.. The room has poor lighting, is dark and without lots of natural light, the room is big but has no human-centered design as a priority, the room was clearly not designed to feel cozy or easy to use, not enough power sockets or way to turn of the lights near the bed. The furniture and overall cleanliness level I would say correspond to an old 2 star hotel, maybe 1 even. I would not recommend it.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν η τοποθεσία κοντά στο Σύνταγμα
Το ζεστό νερό το βράδυ μετά τις 11:00 και το πρωί στις 08:30 ήταν ανύπαρκτο. Γενικώς και στις 19:00 η ώρα είχε απλά ελαφρώς ζεστό νερό περιμένες 6-7 λεπτά μέχρι να έρθει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ κρύο γιατί η απόδοση του A/C ήταν πολύ χαμηλή Γενικώς οι φωτογραφίες δεν αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα, από κοντά είναι πάρα πολύ παραμελημένο με έντονη οσμή. Ούτε ένα ,δυο Μικρά εμφιαλωμένα μπουκαλάκια νερό δεν είχε στο ψυγείο . Είχε ένα Επαναχρησιμοποιούμενο γυάλινο μπουκάλι με νερό βρύσης. Από κει φαίνεται ότι ιδιοκτήτες δεν θέλουν να προσφέρουν ούτε 0,10 € οπότε ο καθένας καταλαβαίνει .

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Il posto é eccezionale a due passi da piazza Sintagma, le stradine di Plaka e dall'acropoli. Camera super pulita, spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di cucina con frigorifero. Staff sempre presente dalla prenotazione al checkout. Che dire, non si puo chiedere di piu.

Χωρίς παράθυρα, εσωτερικό και κλειστοφοβικο για όσους θέλουν να παίρνουν φρέσκο αέρα, δεν θα το επέλεγα για καλοκαίρι παρά την ύπαρξη κλιματισμού.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Very spacious, excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful location – right in the center but not noisy, with many restaurants nearby. Espresso coffee machine and kettle. The arrival instructions were very clear, but since the apartment is located in a passage, this should perhaps be emphasized – it is not a typical building entrance.
There is almost no daylight in the room as the windows are fogged, and the lights must be kept on at all times. The key box – I had extreme difficulty setting the code because the numbers are barely visible, which can be a major problem when entering and especially when leaving the apartment. Perhaps it would be good to have a small electric stove so that something could be cooked or quickly baked.”

La propreté. Il y avait des bêtes dans la salle de bain. Le bas du rideau de douche était vraiment très sale Pour 2 adultes et 2 adolescentes nous avons eu 2 lits normaux et un canapé lit vraiment pas confortable.

ειναι λογικο να υπαρχει θορυβος απο τα αυτοκινητα βρισκεται κοντα σε δρομο που η κυκλοφορια δε σταματα. Καποιες μικρες λεπτομεριες μεσα στο δωματιο θα μπορουσαν να διορθωθουν , προσωπικα δε με απασχολησαν γιατι ολη μερα ειμαι εκτος.

I always expect to find at least one pair of slippers. A television in the living-room would be a plus.The windows are very old and couldn’t leave the shutters open when leaving. But I would stay again, it’s not that important. It’s literally 2 minutes walking distance from Syntagma square!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Η πολιτική της ετεριάς όσον αφορά την αποστολή κωδικών που δεν ήταν άμεση. Όταν κάποιος ταξιδευει με παιδιά χρειάζεται να ξέρει αμέσως μόλις πληρώσει τις λεπτομέρειες του καταλύματος. Αισθάνθηκα μεγάλη ανασφάλεια μέχρι να μου αποσταλούν οι κωδικοί.

Al llegar, la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba forzada y había otra habitación abierta y en mal estado. La entrada del edificio nos resultó insegura. Por viajar sola con un menor, decidimos no alojarnos y marcharnos por seguridad. Mandé las fotografías en el momento y avisé, aún así, han denegado el reembolso.

De sofa is dringend aan vervanging toe , niet echt gezellig, verwacht geen mooi uitzicht, er is geen keuken maar dat is ook niet nodig vind ik ( zo veel restaurants in de buurt )

ground floor with no windows to open apart from in the well of the building. November but flies were around. TV had very few channels and no international news or Greek national channels. Despite size, a claustrophobic feeling. definitely not for a summer rental.
