Maintenance of the room

The location of Central City Hotel is amazing for exploring Chania – it is 2 min away from the main street. The breakfast on the terrace is very tasty with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, the interior is modern and clean, the beds very comfortable. During the night it's nice and quiet. Altogether, the stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The only annoying thing is that when you shower, the glass doesn't protect well, so you have to be very careful for the water not to go on the bathroom floor.

Spacious clean room and good breakfast

be careful when you book a taxi with a receptionist in the morning, she might forget and almost lose a booked adventure trip in the evening. But luckily the other receptionist in the evening helped us straight away.

Central and nice staff, great terrace.

Expensive for value, mediocre breakfast, not the most comfortable bed, noise isolation isn’t great.

- malheureusement on pouvait entendre le bruit des voitures et des gens même fenêtres fermées.. ce qui est très embêtant surtout la nuit pour dormir..

El hotel está muy bien pero lo que nos llevamos para nosotros para siempre es el trato de Olga. Fue maravillosa desde el primer minuto, desde el recibimiento hasta la despedida. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros recomendándonos playas, restaurantes, y dándonos consejos para que nuestra estancia en la isla fuera maravillosa. Pocas veces hemos encontrado personal tan amable y con tantas ganas de ayudar y hacer sentir al viajero como en su casa. En cuanto al hotel, la habitación era grande y muy cómoda, la terraza está muy bien y el desayuno es variado, Estella igualmente era amabilísima. La ubicación está muy bien, en la arteria principal, cerca del casco histórico, con muchos servicios y 2 parkings cerca.

L’emplacement était vraiment top, en plein centre ville. La chambre était belle et très propre ! Le petit-déjeuner était super et le personnel était adorable. Je recommande fortement !!

Struttura ben posizionata a pochi passi dal centro, personale fantastico, solare e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La signora Stella addetta alla colazione da una marcia in più, sempre presente a coccolarti con i sui piatti preparati al momento e con il suo sorriso. ..🔝🔝🔝

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was incredibly clean and well-organized. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, sweet, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything you need, including shops and a bus stop. Plus, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this place!

From the hotel, breakfast and the exceptional staff especially Olga and the male receptionist we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too difficult for them they both helped us out..will be back soon

The hotel does not live up to the price charged and leaves a lot to be desired. When I arrived, my room was stuffy, there was no space to put our luggage, and there was no receptionist. I arrived at 11 p.m. The following day, I requested to change rooms. The hotels I stayed at in Mykonos and Santorini, in the same price range, were far superior, including having sea views. The hotel owner was rude to both my wife and me. He resisted changing our room and said that the responsibility lay with Booking.com. For a moment, I wondered whether I was actually the owner of the hotel and he was the guest. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little food available, and on the first day, some items were already missing. A truly disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

Il fatto che era in centro

La camera è più piccola di quello che hanno scritto, non avevamo nemmeno lo spazio per aprire le valigie. Erano due letti uniti (dei divani letto) e c’era un solo comodino quindi le cose dovevo poggiarle per terra da un lato

Colazione molto buona. Staff molto gentile, Olga ci ha accolti e dato consigli utili.

Non c’è parcheggio, sarebbe utile ci fosse un parcheggio almeno convenzionato con l’hotel. La camera senza balcone, sarebbe meglio avere il balcone soprattutto in estate.

Veoma cisto, odlicna lokacija. Zaposleni predivni i spremni da pomognu sta god da zatreba. Sigurno cemo doci opet! Prezadovoljni! ☺️

abbiamo alloggiato dal 6 al 13 agosto, la posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro di chania e a due passi da mini/supermarket, nonchè dalla zona pedonale. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile, le camere sono molto pulite. Hotel perfetto per chi vuole stare in centro. Aggiungo che c'è un parcheggio completamente gratuito a 1 minuto a piedi dall'hotel per chi ha intenzione di noleggiare un auto. Il parcheggio si trova di fronte al supermarket più vicino all'hotel

Very nice and modern Hotel with a perfect location! I never met such a kind and good staff! From the first moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and welcomed! Olga is so lovely, kind and very helpful, our son get sick during our stay there and she took such a great care for everything. Lady Stella in the kitchen she is like an angel, cleaning lady also, the other girl at the reception also... Very clean every single day and everywhere in the Hotel! We will come back for sure and we recommend to everyone!

Znakomita lokalizacja. Wyjątkowo miła obsługa. Świetne śniadania na tarasie na dachu hotelu z przemiłą panią kucharką. Czysto i schludnie. Wszedzie blisko. Obok apteka, przystanek autobusowy, kafejki. Bardzo blisko do zabytkowej starówki. Około 15 minut pieszo do miejskiej plaży.

Jedyna rzecz- zbyt mało szaf w pokoju.

La posizione della struttura è assolutamente strategica, letteralmente a due passi dal centro di Chania, una vera bomboniera. La camera era molto pulita e la colazione non abbondante però variegata, soprattutto per la parte salata. Lo staff è stato così gentile nel venirci incontro e cambiare la camera inizialmente assegnata, che era poco luminosa e arieggiata.

La struttura non è dotata di parcheggio privato e nei dintorni le strisce blu sono esclusivamente per i residenti, pertanto bisogna trovare un parcheggio privato o per strada, ovviamente dove non ci sono i divieti di sosta.

Bardzo czysto, przepyszne śniadania i bardzo dobra atmosfera. Blisko na piękne plaże a także do fajnych miejsc z jedzeniem i barów. Jest to centrum więc łatwo z tego miejsca jechać na wycieczkę zorganizowana w różne miejsca na Krecie. Polecam!😊

Ciaooo, posto perfetto per chi vuole stare in centro. Colazione normal e molto buona. Staff perfetto e molto gentile e preparato e tantissime detalii per ristoranti, bar , gite e agenzia di turismo con prezzi top. Top consiglio per chi vuole esplorare la Creta.

De locatie was echt top! Dicht bij de old town en busstation. Het strand was ook niet super ver. Het personeel was super behulpzaam wat heel fijn was.

Het ontbijt was kleiner dan gedacht en ik had niet veel plek om natte kleren en handdoeken op te hangen

È una zona molto trafficata e si può avere difficoltà a parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino a meno del parcheggio sullo sterrato (non ideale per macchine basse). Chiaramente è molto centrale quindi comodissima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Busbahnhof gewählt, da wir einen Tagesausflug in die Samaria Schlucht unternommen haben. Wir wurden freundlich von der Rezeptionistin empfangen, die uns auch einige Restaurant-Empfehlungen notiert hat. Das Zimmer war eher schlicht eingerichtet, es hat aber an nichts gefehlt. Zum alten Hafen benötigt man nur etwa 10min zu Fuß. Da wir am ersten Tag wegen der Wanderung schon sehr früh starten mussten, hat man uns sogar ein früheres Frühstück ermöglicht. Toll war auch die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, auf der man frühstückt.

Central City Hotel is a gem of a place. They were helpful, accommodating and professional. The room was exactly what we needed. Clean, modern and a decent size. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is situated walking distance from Old Town Centre and the Chania central bus station.

Minor maintenance on the shower is needed, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

Olga was a great help, very understanding and accommodating.

Tutto perfetto! Struttura centralissima, camere nuove e pulite. Buona la colazione. Una nota di merito la devo fare a Olga della reception, gentilissima, empatica, semplicemente meravigliosa! E' lei che fa la differenza in questo hotel, la marcia in piu'... uno dei motivi per cui tornero' sicuramente. Detto questo, struttura super consigliata!!

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do promenady. Po przeciwnej stronie jest przystanek autobusowy. W pokoju bardzo czysto. Jest też możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy czy herbaty. Ręczniki zmieniane codziennie. Na śniadaniu nie ma wielkiego wyboru, natomiast wszystko jest pyszne i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kawa z termosu. Pani Olga z recepcji jest niesamowita! Bardzo pomocna, podpowie gdzie zjeść, gdzie pojechać, dała nam parasol jak jechałyśmy na Balos. Pani Olgo dziękuję za cudny podbyt i do zobaczenia :)

The four-person room with a balcony was absolutely amazing! It was beautiful, spotless, modern, and had a wonderful relaxation area on the huge balcony. We could sit there until the early hours of the morning, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and watching the moon. 😁 The breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared by a wonderful, kind, and friendly lady. 💚 I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

It hasto be a five star hotel. The service is over expected. In the day we arrived too early they welcomed us in very warm way by offering us to have breakfast. I want to thank specially the girl taking care of breakfast and tell her that she is a superwoman. Everything she make is fresh for everyone. Fresh orange juice. Instantly omelet, very delicious sweets and homemade cakes. Best breakfast I ate ever. She is very kind, helpful and always a smile on her face. All the staff has a very nice service always with a very nice energy that you can feel is. The housekeeping girl is also perfect, our room was 100% clean at the of the day when come back , that made us feel confortable after a long day in the beach. Thank you all, you deserve more than a 5 stars.

La gentillesse du personnel mais il n’est là que dans la journée. La propreté, la localisation. La première chambre pour 3.

La seconde chambre pour deux petite avec une salle de bain en deux parties, le lavabo étant hors de la salle de bain dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, cette chambre était TRÈS bruyante. On a eu l’impression toute la nuit d’être dans la rue.

The property’s location was excellent . It is good value for money however it could be improved . The hotel does not have laundry facilities which is a major draw back. If you visited beaches a few times you need clothes to be washed and cleaned e had to run to a laundry.

Breakfast could be improved with more variety. It offers very limited choices and often repeated

Hotel w samym centrum miasta co było dodatkowym plusem, ponieważ wszędzie było bardzo blisko. 2 min od hotelu znajdował się dworzec autobusowy, co umożliwiało swobodne podróżowanie do innych rejonów turystycznych. Hotel bardzo, bardzo czysty, uprzejmi pracownicy, Pani Olga fantastyczna i bardzo miła Pani, która pomogła we wszystkim!! Zdecydowanie wyjątkowe miejsce na odpoczynek, atmosfera niemalże jak w domu, wesoło i komfortowo. Gorąco polecam Central City Hotel!!! Jeżeli jeszcze raz pojadę do Chanii na pewno zatrzymam się właśnie w tym hotelu.

Our stay at City Central Hotel in Chania was absolutely wonderful, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first day, the entire staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The administrators were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you goes to Olga, who is without a doubt the best hotel administrator we have ever met. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our stay, and Olga went above and beyond to help make this moment unforgettable. She helped me organize and prepare everything, provided excellent suggestions, and even created a detailed list of places we should visit around Chania. Every recommendation turned out to be fantastic and helped us discover the beauty of Crete. Whenever I asked for assistance, it was provided immediately and with genuine enthusiasm. She even lent us a beach umbrella, which was incredibly thoughtful and useful during our trips. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Mrs. Stella was always cheerful, communicative, and welcoming. Every morning started with her positive energy and warm smile. Her pancakes were simply outstanding—the best pancakes we have ever had! What touched us the most was the incredible effort the staff made to celebrate our engagement. They prepared thoughtful gifts and surprises for us, making this special occasion even more memorable. These personal touches showed how much they truly care about their guests. The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness created an experience we will never forget. We left City Central Hotel with beautiful memories and very positive feelings. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania and would gladly return in the future. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse und modernem Bad mit Dusche. Sehr angenehme Frühstücksterrasse mit sehr grosser Auswahl. Lift in alle Etagen. Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt. Aussergewöhnlich freundliches Personal.

Hotel is located in a busy street, close to the bus station, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the old port. Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was more home-made style and very tasty.

My room window led to a wall.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, was in a great location near the old town.

Hotel niewielki, wejście z głównej ulicy, ale hałasu nie było, okna szczelne. Bardzo blisko do starówki - w zasadzie po drugiej stronie ulicy, Bardzo blisko też do dworca autobusowego. Pokoje małe, minimalistycznie urządzone, nowoczesne, bardzo czysto. Śniadanie bufetowe, wybór podstawowy, ale wszystko smaczne. Dodatkowo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy - na plus.

W podobnej lub niższej cenie w Chani można znaleźć sporo znacznie ładniejszych i ciekawszych miejsc - dlatego cena wydaje się zbyt wysoka.

Atendimento dos funcionários é o ponto alto da hospedagem. Fomos recepcionados pela Sra. Olga que, além de super simpática, nos perguntou sobre o queríamos fazer e, posteriormente, nos deu duas folhas escritas a mão, com restaurantes por tipo de comida e com as melhores praias da região. Detalhe, o alerta da ida a Balos através do porto de Kissamos foi essencial. Também gostamos da localização, conforto, limpeza e do wi-fi.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato semplicemente eccellente. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità, cortesia e attenzione da parte di tutto il personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Roberto, il receptionist, che si è distinto per la sua straordinaria disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire sempre i benvenuti. Ottima anche la colazione, con una selezione di prodotti tipici greci, servita in un bellissimo roof garden che rende l’inizio della giornata ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città: l’hotel si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico e vicinissimo al mare, consentendo di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e di godersi appieno la bellezza del luogo senza dover utilizzare mezzi di trasporto. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole, rilassante e di qualità. Se dovessimo tornare in questa splendida destinazione, sarebbe senza dubbio la nostra prima scelta.

I loved the hotel. It was clean, modern, great position, great staff, especially Olga. Breakfast was amazing as well as the lady who was hosting us during breakfast. I really enjoyed my time and I would highly recommend it.

Hôtel moderne à côté du centre historique et qui bénéfice d’une très belle terrasse sur le toit où est servi le petit déjeuner, varié et copieux. Le personnel et surtout Olga sont de très bons conseils, nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Muy bien ubicado, justo al lado del centro histórico. Fuimos en mayo y al no ser temporada alta no tuvimos mayor problema para aparcar, hay un descampado al lado donde se puede aparcar gratis. El desayuno es excelente, con muchas opciones dulces y saladas y muy variadas.

La habitación era un poco justa para tres personas, pero para unos días está ok. Me hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad de fruta en el desayuno.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel très bien situé pour visiter La Canée. Chambre confortable au rez-de-chaussée, silencieuse et climatisé. Proche de la station de bus pour rejoindre facilement l'aéroport. Bon petit-déjeuner servi en terrasse où on peut même apercevoir la mer au loin. Jus d'orange fraîchement pressé ! Olga à l'accueil est aux petits soins avec les hôtes. Très bonne expérience en voyageur solo pendant 1 semaine.

Its location is so convenient to accessing the local supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, boutiques, and the central bus station. It is just 10 minutes walk to the old venetian port which is the main tourist attraction in town. The hotel is served by a lift/elevator to the reception on the first floor, second, and the rooftop breakfast balcony. It was to us a wonderful place to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast whilst overlooking part of Chani, with the central mountain of Chania overlooking us. Olga was such a great hostess during our three day stay. She was very hospitable, extremely helpful, very friendly, and set a very high professional standard as a hotel host. Keep it up, dear Olga!

None whatsoever

The name of the hotel is 100% correct. It's easy to find the main bus 🚌 terminals, a 5 min walk. Restaurants, caffè bars, shops etc. We have met such wonderful caring, loving, professional people that work at the hotel 🏨. Olga the receptionist knew our interest straight away and planned our daily excursions perfectly. Stella made us a great breakfast 😋 👌. The cleaning ladies were so caring. It was extremely hard to say goodbye 👋 💔 😢. We will definitely stay at this hotel 🏨 again in the near future.

Ein kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage in Chania. Bushaltestellen sowie die Altstadt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal stets freundlich. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war gut und reichhaltig, Stella stets bemüht, dass es uns dabei an nichts fehlt. Olga war vom ersten vom ersten Tag bis zum herzlichen Abschied immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und hat uns gerne Tips und Auskünfte gegeben.
