El apartamento es excelente. Súper equipado. Te dejan agua, frutas, tostadas para el primer desayuno y tiene Lavarropas! Con jabón en polvo. Excelente la atención. Te sentís con tu propio departamento de Naxos!

Como todos los apartamentos en Chora no tiene parking propio. Hay que preguntar bien cuáles son los parkings cerca. Y al estar ubicado bien alto recomiendo coordinar ayuda con el equipaje.

Fabulous location in old town with a lovely balcony for enjoying sunset. Clothes to wonderful restaurants and shops. Short 10 min walk from ferry.

We loved the location especially the balcony. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed including coffee, tea, water, fruit, cookies and more.

The property was beautiful Clean and they brought us fruits and lots of information about the area. They were very kind and the amenities are exquisite.

Great location, walking distance from the ferry port, and you can just step outside to get to the restaurants and shops. It's conveniently located just on the edge of the main town area, so while there are restaurants close, you are not right in the middle of the action (and noise). We found the apartment to be quiet at night. The room had everything you need, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a washing machine, and a great shower. The room was serviced every day, and the washing machine capsules were replaced. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful clean room each day. Our room also had a balcony with a view of the town and a great sunset view. Check-in and out was easy, and Nathalie met us when we arrived despite it being outside the normal office hours. Tip - We would recommend the restaurant next door which is owned by the same family, beautiful food and a 10% discount 😊

The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was truly top tier — walking distance to absolutely everything. We loved every minute of our stay and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We would stay here over and over again! 🤍

Castle Mansions in Naxos was absolutely incredible! The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and even better than we expected. The location could not have been more perfect—right in the heart of Naxos with amazing restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and everything we wanted to experience within walking distance. As foreigners visiting Naxos for the first time, the area was also incredibly easy to navigate. We never felt lost or overwhelmed, and getting around on foot, finding restaurants, exploring the nightlife, and experiencing the town was simple and comfortable. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the energy of Naxos, while still having an amazing place to come back to at the end of the night. The food nearby was fantastic, the nightlife was fun, and the entire area had a great atmosphere. From the room to the location, food, nightlife, and overall experience, everything was amazing. Castle Mansions was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Access with heavy bags is a struggle. With larger suitcases it is best to go beyond the property and access from the S to avoid the steps!

Absolutely loved our stay at Castle Mansions, the location was perfect, right in the centre and a 10 min walk to beach. Nathalie was a fantastic host informing us of what to do in the area & the place was kept extremely clean. Beautiful view of the sea from Castle Mansions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was fabulous, felt luxurious and that a lot of attention to detail had gone into it. Great amenities, coffee, juice, water, fruit and snacks provided. There is also a washing machine with detergent provided. The bathroom was excellent, nice products including conditioner. We had a sea view from our balcony which was lovely for breakfast, two bakeries close by to buy pastries from. A nice quiet area, but very close to the town and the harbour, beach is only a short stroll away too. A very relaxing stay.

Appartamento spettacolare nel centro di Naxos Chora. Posizione veramente comoda facile da raggiungere anche a piedi dal porto e vicina a tutti i ristoranti, bar e negozietti che si trovano nel centro della città. Nonostante la posizione centrale tra ristoranti e varie attività l'appartamento risultava comunque bello insonorizzato, silenzioso e tranquillo. L'appartamento scelto da noi è della giusta dimensione per ospitare comodamente due persone e ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Stanza nuova, moderna, comoda, accogliente, letto fantastico e completa di tutto. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da una persona che ci ha spiegato tutto e illustrato varie attività nei dintorni. Viaggiando in luna di miele avevo chiesto se riuscivano a recuperarmi una bottiglia di vino per fare una sorpresa a mia moglie e sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili a propormi diverse alternative e farci trovare la bottiglia al nostro arrivo. Ogni giorno era possibile scegliere se lasciare il cartello non disturbare fuori dalla porta per riposare un po di piu o al contrario di rifare la camera. Ogni volta che rifacevano la camera tutto era bello pulito, in ordine e portavano anche cose per la colazione del giorno dopo. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti della nostra permanenza sull'isola. Super consigliato per chi vuole farsi una bella vacanza di piu giorni con la propria casetta comoda nella città principale.

todo estaba muy bien, quizás lo mejor aún así sea la ubicación, está en una zona muy bonita de la ciudad, en una plaza con bares y restaurantes muy monos, no como los del puerto que me parecieron tipo Benidorm. También está muy bien que te limpian el apartamento todos los días, lo cual se agradece, y cambian toallas, etc

quizás en la cocina había poco menaje, pero dio para hacer el desayuno. Por cierto, sí que nos dejaron todo lo necesario, pan tostado, mantequilla, mermelada, azúcar, fruta, zumo de naranja, etc, muy bien eso

Our comprehensive tour at check-in...they provided EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay wonderful...from welcoming goodies, robes, elevated toiletries... even a washing machine...our place had a sweet patio overlooking the walkway below with a sea view. Very clean and bright and a comfortable bed. The staff was so helpful and even arranged our rental car to deliver on-site. In the heart of restaurants and shops in old town.. short walk to Saint George beach.. Steps from everything...we got a great amoumt of exercise walking up and down the hilly streets :). ..and LOVED engaging with the cats that call Naxos their home. We HIGHLY recommend this place!

We loved this...but you need to be able to navigate sloped inclines as you can't drive directly to the property.

The location is in the heart of the old town, close to lots of cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. And the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with generous extras included (for example, coffee pods and breakfast spreads replenished each day). The accommodation owners/managers were friendly and very helpful.

Property was clean and well equipped, bed was really comfortable and bathroom was modern with a great shower. Being in the Old Town it was close to everything and there were amazing views from the balcony. Cleaner came every day and stocked up on beverages, milks and butter/jams/honey. Nathalie was great and booked taxis to and from the airport for me. Really enjoyed my stay and would book again.

TV was in Polish and I couldn’t change language but I’m sure if I’d asked it could have been sorted out.

Well located, exceptionally clean and we really appreciated the fruit, tea coffee, butter and jams stocked daily. Coffee machine was also very much appreciated. Loved our balcony with a view of the sea and Apollos Temple.

If we wanted to be really picky the only fault we could find was that none of the pillows were comfortable.

What an amazing apartment! Wish we could have stayed for weeks. It was so very comfortable, the views were amazing, in the heart of old town, so very clean, snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, etc. It was great having a wash machine. We loved everything about it including the communications with Nathalie. She was so great and helpful and very generous with check out time since no one else was checking in that day. They thought of everything….loved loved loved it!

Castle mansions is perfectly located in Naxos town— walking distance to the ferry, the old town, loads of restaurants and shops. Our unit had 2 balconies with great views. The beds were great , the shower had terrific pressure, and the fruit, snacks and general provisions were generous. The service was outstanding— when we mentioned we wanted to use one of the sofas as a bed, it was instantly transformed with a mattress topper and sheets. The shutters and double glazing keep out any street noise.

Good location, not far from the port, close to good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile helping with heavy suitcases and getting the room ready early for us. We had a lovely sea-view room with balcony. Could have room made up and fresh towels daily if required.

The bathroom we had was a little bit on the small side but we did have plenty of hot water and extras like soap and shampoo.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt. Zu Fuß ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars - alles in der Nähe. Auch der Strand ist noch gut erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es vergleichsweise ruhig - auch wegen der guten Fenster. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir brauchten etwas wärmere Decken. Wir haben zwar welche bekommen, aber es gab dafür keinen Bettbezug, so dass es etwas schwierig war, sie in die Bettwäsche zu integrieren. Das wäre vielleicht eine Anregung für das nächste Mal. Toll war, dass wir sofort welche erhalten haben.

I have stayed at Castle Mansions twice in Naxos and their rooms are outstanding! Location is perfect, close enough to the pier and beach but hidden away enough to feel nice and quiet. This time I had the most fabulous balcony overlooking the Typographio restaurant (also owned but the same people and fabulous!) but there was foliage to hide me from view so I could enjoy a glass of wine and just listen to the violin player. Everything in the room was perfect, there were even tablets for the washing machine and pegs for the washing line! I will absolutely be booking again!

Everything!!! The location was great with great restaurants all around and close to the harbour for day trips and catching the ferry! Our host, Nathalie and her assistant who welcomed us was super friendly, and Nathalie was at all times available in seconds. The apartment was exceptionally clean with fruit, beverages and some snacks to welcome us, coffee and tea and condiments were regularly refilled. The cleaning service each day was great! I truly highly recommend these apartments at Castle Mansions! Thank you Nathalie for such a great stay with you. We hope to see you again on future! 😃

Castle mansions excepcional, bonita y súper limpia y cómoda. Los anfitriones extraordinarios

Les propriétaires Dimitri et Nathalie sont hyper sympathiques et vous accueillent chaleureusement. La petite cerise sur le gâteau : ils parlent parfaitement le français. L'emplacement central de l'hôtel est parfait et malgré les quelques restaurants et l'animation environnante, les logements sont bien isolés et calmes. Les petites attentions à l'arrivée sont un vrai plus : une corbeille de fruits, des biscuits, un jus de fruits ... Il est possible de se garer dans les parkings publics avoisinants et nous avons apprécié l'aide précieuse de Dimitri pour nous orienter et nous aider avec les bagages le tout premier jour. Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de revenir un jour. Un immense merci.

We would have liked at least two dresser drawers. It had plenty of hanging clothes space but we travel compact with folded clothes. The unit was great otherwise.

This place was the perfect room to unwind in after hanging out at the beach or going out for excursions and/or dinner. Super comfortable, air conditions, washing machine, a nice cute little balcony.

The one thing I should warn people about is that the tap water isn't potable. This might be widespread in Naxos, I'm not sure. They did give us free water bottles, and there's a potable spout to refill just around the corner. I was living off of sparkling water I bought at the corner store anyways, which was plentiful and cheap. It didn't inconvenience us at all, and I brushed my teeth and used the shower without issue. Still, something to know about before you book.

The property is well positioned with in walking distance of port, beach, Portara, shops and restaurants. Our group occupied four apartments and each one was well appointed with everything we needed included washing machine. They are beautifully decorated apartments. The fruit basket and food basket on arrival was much appreciated

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, the old town, the market and the port. The property had everything we needed and communication was great we were sent places to park well in advance and they also booked a taxi for us for check out. Would definitely stay again.

A bit of a challenge to find parking even though we were given parking spots but we managed although it did take a while.

The location was fantastic. In the old town but private and quiet. We especially enjoyed the balcony, morning for breakfast, drying clothes during the day and relaxing at night. We never tired of the view from the balcony. Our host, Nathalie was excellent: meeting us at our taxi on arrival, arranging taxi pick-ups and providing assistance with our luggage.

It was very close to perfect. A minor quibble: we would have preferred a proper ironing board rather than the small benchtop one provided.

Everything about Castle Mansions was 10/10, perfect. We could not have had a better location or stay in Naxos, it was absolutely exceptional.

This is well and truly in our top 5 list of accomodations we’ve ever stayed in. Just loved it. Nice and central but close the shutters and slept so well. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Lots of thoughtful touches too.

The property was very conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town precinct, the interior was immaculate, and a welcome tray of fruit/snacks/coffee/tea/juice was much appreciated. Good quality bathroom products that were topped up daily. We also received some useful parking, dining, and sightseeing recommendations from the hosts.

The room was comfortable and well located. We really appreciated the washing machine, kitchen and the many things they provided. (Laundry soap, jams, honey, coffee , cream for coffee, butter, cookies, candies etc.). Sadly, our room did not have a balcony.

Not much. Can be noisy location but it’s not really an issue given the location. Loved the peaceful music from the guy on the steps. Very little storage space if staying longer than couple of nights. Could not hang midi dresses in cabinet. Treck uphill with heavy luggage not ideal. Away from car parking (not too far). Shared entrance with other apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very helpful, we received tons of free snacks, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great, but be mindful that there are stairs involved. We were pleasantly surprised by the washing machine.

Been traveling almost two weeks & really need a true wash—not a sink wash. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very professional.
