Notre séjour en couple dans la Villa Paradise a ete fantastique. Nous avons était très chaleureusement accueillit par Nyoman qui nous avait réservé une belle attention. La villa est magnifique, le personnel est formidable. Merci pour ce séjour tellement agréable grâce a vous! 😍

Private Pool was very nice. Service was good and friendly. Some nice little restaurants near by. Not busy, so good if you just want to relax.

Breakfast coffee wasn’t great, but not a big deal. The toilet flushed very weakly.

Everything. The location is within walking distance to everything but just far enough from the main road to have complete peace and quiet. Our perfect oasis. Perfectly clean and absolutely beautiful, privacy with a pool to cool off in. The staff is incredible, warm, friendly and punctual. And very gracious. If you are looking for a true Bali cultural experience this is your home. When we return to Ubud we will be staying here again, 1,000%. Thank you Sumaba and Staff 🙏

Everything was perfect, the villa itself was very comfortable, spacious and beautiful. It was beautifully decorated with flowers when we first checked in, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had incredibly delicious breakfasts and even got a very relaxing massage in our villa. Would definitely recommend!

The property was well maintained, clean and beautiful, we had received one of the new villas. The checkin and checkout was smooth and the owner and the staff were a gem. We had also booked a trip to a local attraction through the owners contact and had a wonderful experience, which otherwise was not so good through Klook. Definitely recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The property was in close proximity to the road, but just beware of street dogs while walking in and out to the villa in the night.

A beautiful private villa just a few minutes drive away from Ubud centre but so secluded and quiet. The villa is spacious and clean with a lovely tropical style bathroom. A small private pool and decent outdoor covered kitchen and dining area. Choose your breakfast the day before and it is brought to you at the time you request it. The staff are so friendly and polite but unobtrusive. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful locally owned villa in Ubud. A short gojek ride into the town centre of Ubud which was perfect as you weren’t in the busy and crowded parts. The staff and Sumaba were fantastic and would definitely come back to this gorgeous villa

The villa was amazing the cleanliness the pool the breakfast the host … Very friendly staff they helped me find my lost bike key and was there everytime we needed them and a nice romantic honeymoon gesture ! will definitely visit them back if we have the chance.

I truly enjoyed everything about this property. From the private pool and relaxing spa to the delicious food, every detail was perfect. The location was also excellent, making the stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time .

Absolutely amazing property. Location is fantastic, staff is super quick and friendly. They have variety in breakfast, everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. Property has a personal pool which is a highlight here. Huge rooms, large and spacious bathrooms. Area was absolutely neat , clean & spotless. Highly recommended. Bike rental , gym, car rental, pharmacies, hospital, many many shops are at a walking distance. I would come back 100% .

Sumaba runs amazing villas!! We had a wonderful stay due to Sumaba and his staff. They were so friendly and hospitable. The villas are not corporately run, and so the you get the personal care of Sumaba himself (the owner). The villas was clean, stylish, and beautiful. The location is awesome as well. Ubud can be loud and crowded, but this villa is just 1-2 minutes off the main streets, providing quiet and solitude, and at the same time staying in walkability to Ubud. We told him we were coming for our anniversary, so they prepared a special set up for us, provided us with a beautiful floating breakfast, and even gave us a delicious personalized cake. We received massages in the villa as well (2x). We loved our stay so much that after we checked out and went to Ubud for a day to do the beaches, we decided we wanted to go back home to Sumaba's. We contacted him directely, and he graciously allowed us to return until it was time for us to fly out. When we come back to Bali we would definitely return here! Thanks for all the care, attention, and hospitlaity!

The villa was above our expectations. Spacious & private. Having our own pool was amazing. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Being 10 minutes out of town was a lot quieter & was easy to get transport in with a $1.50 scooter ride or $5 car AUD. Added benefits: amazing meridian massage/Accupuncture across the road (Nyoman). Great massage on the corner for only $12 AUD - 1hr. Easy to order food in via Gogeck if don't want to go out. We will definitely be staying here again. Thankyou. 🩵

We love this Villa! Great value for the size of place. Large bed, whole dining space, large bathroom and private backyard and pool. The staff are gorgeous and kind, with daily cleaning. The location is quiet, about 20 mins out from Ubud central so an easy drive to the tourist hot spots, but also close by to many local delicious restaurants, cafes and some shops. Best of both worlds.

We spent 4 nights in Ubud Paradise Villa for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The villa was cleaned every day. It is a very quiet place to spend some quality time. The staff was always available whenever we needed help. The driver from the villa (Made) was amazing!!!

The location was incredible, very spacious with a lot of natural light, all the necessary amenities, and the views of the garden and swimming pool from the bed were gorgeous. We also really enjoyed having a small skylight above the shower area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always easy to reach via WhatsApp. The breakfast was quite good, with a few diverse options to choose from

A lovely, clean, private villa in a very nice area. There is a lovely walk through the rice fields nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. The hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful.

There are some restaurants, shops and cafes nearby but not a huge selection. You will need a motorcycle or Grab to get into the centre or to some of the small villages nearby.

Excellent stay. Villa is in good condition and in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from Ubud. Good host communication. Would recommend

El personal del alojamiento empezando por el propietario y demás personal es insuperable en amabilidad y dispuestos siempre a ayudar. Posibilidad de conductor privado para realizar los tours que tengas programados. Ubicación muy tranquila, perfecto para relajarse. Beautiful villa. Private pool. Exceptional hospitality

Excellent facility, very spacious, with large comfortable bed, fantastic private swimming pool. Very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location outside the crowded downtown area but close to good restaurants (although you might need a scooter to go around). They welcomed us with a bathtub full of flowers and other various flower arrangements. The kitchen is fully functional and we could cook our dinner a couple of times. Big smart TV in case you are stuck inside during a rainy evening. Scooter rental is just next door. We also enjoyed silence and privacy.

All perfect, just a few details that could be improved like sweeping under the bed to avoid accumulation of dust, the bin in the toilet needs a lid. The area around is quite rural, so if you want to avoid unwanted animals to go inside, you'll need to keep the door closed.

Beautiful private villa with a lovely pool and comfy bed. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Nice quiet location within an easy drive of Ubud Centre. Very clean and tidy and we had a lovely arrival with fresh flowers and rose petals.

Slightly further away from things than we realised although there are still restaurants and cafes within a 10-15 minute walk (not central Ubud) which were high quality.

The villa is quite large and and has potential to be amazing.

Wasn't as clean as reviews suggested. Had issues with power, water and internet. Personally I feel the property is a little tired and in need of some minor TLC to restore it and maximise potential.

Villa was fully decorated when we arrived with lovely flowers with all the love. Quite and Calm but still easily accessible to ubud town center by shuttle or walk or grabtaxi. The villa was so beautiful and quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the food was amazing and the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Sumaba was great and communicating and flexible. We had such a relaxing, enjoyable time here. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is a little bit far from the town centre. This does mean it’s nice and quiet, but you do have to get a taxi in and out - more than easy enough to do though and isn’t more than a couple bucks.

Absolutely loved my stay at Ubud Paradise Villa! The villa is absolutely amazing – even better than the photos. It was spotless, super clean, and beautifully maintained. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. What truly made the experience special was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. I felt so well taken care of during my entire stay. I genuinely loved everything about this place and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The staff were so friendly and the breakwaa really nice. Fresh bottled water was left every day after cleaning. The bed was so comfortable. I loved watching the birds and geckos around the outside area.

We really enjoyed our stay at in Villa 2 at Paradise Villa in April. The villa was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The private pool was a highlight—super clean and perfect for cooling off after a hot afternoon in Ubud. The garden was well cared for and added a peaceful, tropical feel to the whole place. The location was great for us. It’s about 10 minutes from central Ubud, but Grab taxis were easy and affordable (about $7 nz and usually arrived within 5 minutes). It was actually a bonus to be away from the busy centre—returning to the quiet villa after a day in town felt like a retreat. Sumaba and his team were outstanding. They helped us get settled by taking us into town on the first day, arranged laundry, and tried to get us a last-minute massage (we just didn’t book early enough!). They also helped organise a driver for a day trip, which we loved. Communication was excellent throughout—they were responsive and kind, especially over WhatsApp. Breakfast was lovely, and everything the team arranged for us was well priced and convenient. We had no issues during our stay and left feeling relaxed and very well looked after.

The villa was superb. The bed was very comfortable and the interior was excellent with a high roof and a nice bathtub and shower. We didn't use the tv much. The garden was beautiful and well maintained, the location was peaceful and quiet, and the little pool was a perfect place to relax—though its design could be improved a bit, as we often bumped our knees on the oversized step. Still, everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. There were a few ants and bugs, but that's to be expected in Ubud and didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely—very accommodating and friendly—and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and generous. Shops and convenience stores were all within easy walking distance. We also booked a massage at the villa—while it was a little pricey by Ubud standards, it was still enjoyable. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a larger villa, which we were very grateful for! The privacy was great, although one staff member did enter without knocking once, which felt a bit intrusive. Otherwise, service was excellent. We stayed during Nyepi (the Balinese "Day of Silence"), which we hadn’t known about beforehand—when everyone is required to stay indoors. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as we spent the whole day lounging by the pool, soaking up the serenity. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and one of the highlights of our trip. I definitely recommend paying a little more for the larger villa—it's worth it for an unforgettable stay.

The villa was very modern, well equipped and beautifully built, creating a cozy private space around the inner yard and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even surprised us with quite some extra luxuries. Really wonderful!

Trash burning and construction in the neighborhood can sometimes hamper the idyllic experience a bit (like everywhere in Bali). That is of course not the Villa's fault, though.

The villa was excellent, just like we had hoped for. We stayed in Villa no 2 and we enjoyed it a lot. There was a private swimming pool, though a bit small. There was also a dining area with a refrigerator, water kettle and water dispenser. The toilet was good and there was hot water. Our bed was comfortable. The villa isn't far away from Ubud Palace and attractions. We rented a scooter from the villa. Mr. Sumaba was very helpful throughout.

There were a couple of lizards outside but nothing to worry about. They don't do anything if we mind our own business.

This villa is located in a quiet rural village away from the center of Ubud. If you tell us the menu via WhatsApp every evening, breakfast will be prepared at the table facing the pool the next morning. It is nice to be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in the private pool at any time. There are small restaurants, cafes, and gyms nearby, so you can use them conveniently. There is a convenience store about 5-10 minutes away from the main road.

Unfortunately, the villa I stayed in did not have photos on booking.com. I was not dissatisfied with the facilities, but if possible, it would be better to post detailed photos of each room so that guests do not get confused.

The host family are really friendly and the price also valuable. The honeymoon dinner is really delicious and romantic, the swimming pool also very nice!

Shower gel/ shampoo are empty and they didn’t put new towels, however you can ask for it, and they reply very fast!

Whether it’s your first, or tenth stay in Bali, Ubud Paradise Villa will be the perfect place for you. Sumaba and his team were super attentive, and addressed any and all concerns. The location is secure, quiet and in a beautiful part of Ubud — close to Campuhan Ridge Walk, and a few short steps from the villa you will find a lovely cafe and massage areas. Don’t forget to get the breakfast from Sumaba and team each morning as they have a fantastic variety (best pancakes I have ever had). They also provide laundry and car service, all very affordable. The villa itself is pristine clean, and excellently designed. The bed is comfortable, pool is warm and refreshing. The shower had great pressure and very rarely ran out of hot water. I do not have a single complaint to make about this accomodation, I originally booked 7 days, but extended my stay for 2 days over the weekend, as I enjoyed it so much. I feel very lucky that this was my first pick for a stay in Bali, and so will you! Absolutely everything was 10/10. Thank you Sumaba and team!!

My friend and I stayed at Ubud Paradise villa in January 2024. It was one of the best vacations I've ever had because of beautiful locations and staying. Ubud Paradise villa is located in the heart of Ubud close to markets, laundries, numerous shops and restaurants. We went there by foot! Rice fields, monkey forest, beautiful temples and other must see locations are just few kilometers away. The service is excellent with the staff always ready to help and respond to any requests. Cleaning is done thoroughly. The villa itself is clean, stylish and spacious. It has a kitchen, pool, lounge chairs, bathroom, and tropical shower. Breakfasts were divine and varied! Always fresh fruits and desserts. During our stay we felt attention and care of our host. He organized a short trip to the most beautiful places in Ubud, conducted the Melukat ceremony for us and provided airport transfer. I would like to express my deep gratitude to our host for the warm welcome and a really great care of us! If you're going to Ubud, choose this place!

Location is not in walking distance of city center. Around 50 mins away. Quite a few lizards around the villa and sometimes inside as well.

We loved everything, from the first expression and how the Villa was beautyifuly decorated with fresh flowers when we came, traditional yet modern design of the villa, comfy bed with two different kinds of pillows, delicioua breakfast, beautiful smell of cosmetics, very kind and helpful staff, it was just perfect. Also, the internet connection was really good, more than enough for work and conference calls, so you can definitely work from here.

Terrace got pretty wet when it rained and the service person cleaned it in the evening, but a mop at the villa would be helpful.
