Ulun Ubud Resort - CHSE Certified

El resort es una pasada. La verdad que no había zonas que no fueran dignas de fotografíar, todo estaba cuidado al detalle al estilo balines. Nos alojamos en una habitación Suite con bañera que nos encantó y vistas a la piscina y el valle. Muy cómoda la cama. El desayuno bastante variado y rico. Y los masajes que dan en el SPA un espectáculo si quieres desconectar.

Quizás lo que no tuve en cuenta a la hora de la reserva es que estuviera tan lejos de la calle principal de UBUD a 1 hora andando… si eres una persona que prefieres patear la ciudad en vez de descansar y disfrutar de las instalaciones me pensaría la ubicación si te conviene o no.

Viele Stufen zu gehen, vor allem wenn man zum unteren Pool möchte.

La habitación era grande y espaciosa, con unas muy buenas vistas.

Lleno de escaleras y mucha humedad dentro de las habitaciones . Era muy incomodo tras todo el día visitando cosas. Es la segunda vez que viajo a Indonesia y en Ubud no merece la pena un hotel así. El personal fue agradable en general, pero MUCHO OJO porque te intentan alquilar las motos sin seguro. Si tienes algún accidente, te toca comprar una moto nueva. Una autentica estafa, que encima un trabajador de recepción se rió de nosotros al cuestionario que era una estafa pagar en efectivo, sin recibo, sin seguro y sin nada. Alquilad siempre con Bikago.com. Te llevan la moto a tu hotel y pagas casi lo mismo con la moto asegurada. No nos gustó el trato del hotel.

Nos dieron la bienvenida con zumos, fueron muy amables, está muy bien ubicado para ir a los lugares. Tienen incluso servicio de transporte que te baja al centro si quieres. Pero nosotras la verdad nos movíamos con el grab a todos lados. Me ha encantado que justo delante de la habitación está la piscina era una maravilla. Tienen también unas vistas muy bonitas. No se, todo me ha encantado la verdad.

Location tranquilla e con magnifica vista sulla jungla. La nostra camera aveva accesso diretto alla piscina dal patio. Ottima la qualitá della colazione. Letto king size e molto comodo. Super consigliato per una visita alla splendida Ubud!

Avrebbe forse bisogno di una piccola rinfrescata alla camera.

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of meals. Great to have the pool with a view just outside the room. While it was 120 steps down to the room, the view was spectacular and well worth the walk down. Staff were exceptional in their interaction with us.

The air conditioner did not cool efficiently. I suspect it needed regasing. Toilet was a bit smelly, eminating from the drain

Restaurant could be better, portions were small and meals lacked taste.

la chambre la plus confortable de tout mon séjour à Bali. Le lit, salle de bain, propreté, échantillons de tout à disposition dans la salle de bain. Ma chambre donnait carrément sur la piscine, du coup, depuis ma terrasse je pouvais entrer dedans.... Le petit déj....wow, tous les matins des fruits exotiques différents à disposition ainsi que des jus de fruits frais. Le café est bon ainsi que tout le reste. Il y a un spa à l'hôtel, mais honnêtement....vous êtes à 2 pas du Putri Bali spa.....et c'est une expérience incroyable ! Meilleur massage que j'ai eu depuis peut être 10 ans..... demandez la masseuse "HENDRA", une femme incroyablement gentille, douce et professionnelle comme jamais ! J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

J'ai tout apprécié, peut être qu'une personne à mobilité réduite ou avec des difficultés à monter et descendre les escaliers devrait voir pour aller ailleurs. il y a des chambres (comme la mienne) qui étaient à la hauteur de la réception. Donc il faut bien faire attention avant de réserver la chambre.

Старый номерной фонд, особенно номера стандарт- требуется ремонт и смена текстиля: постель, полотенца, балдахин и т.д Виллы расположены на горе и подьем с самой нижней части- очень сложная задача.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, view towards the valley and river, very relaxing and calm and the hotel architecture is stunning. Pool was great temperature with amazing view. Both breakfast and dinner were super tasty. Reception very welcoming and helpful - they answered all our questions and assisted happily when needed. We also tried their spa and massage which was great, especially after a long day trip.

The room was spacious and beautiful. If you do tours with the hotel ask for Wayan, he was incredible!!

Alles, es war einfach wunderschön! Ganz im grünen Herzen von Ubud- von dort alles leicht zu erreichen. Und das Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich und wirklich zu empfehlen!!!

Très grande déception. Au vue des commentaires et de la note de l’hôtel nous nous attendions à une toute autre qualité. La chambre était pleine d’humidité allant des joints noirs de la salle de bain au mur accolé au lit taché. La literie était mauvaise, les draps en mauvais état, gris, taché et même déchiré à certain endroit. L’hôtel est dans son ju et les équipements mériterai un rafraîchissement. L’eau de la piscine était plus que trouble lorsque nous y somme allé.. il faut être en bonne condition physique car il faut monter et descendre de nombreuses marches pour se déplacer au sein de l’hôtel. Le prix n’est pas du tout en adéquation avec les prestations, vous pouvez trouver bien mieux. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel

Purtroppo le piscine non erano riscaldate e nonostante fosse agosto non faceva abbastanza caldo per rendere il bagno piacevole.

Un posto stupendo immerso nel verde lontano dal frastuono di ubud centro…il personale super accogliente camera pulita con piscina privata… colazione non abbondante ma di qualità una sera abbiamo anche cenato ottimo ristorante. Abbiamo provato la spa un massaggio fantastico… assolutamente soddisfatto la chicca dell hotel è la piscina a sfioro con vista jungla

Schöner Ausblick. Große Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr guter Wasserdruck. Gutes koreanisches Restaurant wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Man muss sehr gut zu Fuß sein, da die Zimmer über viele hohe, steile Stufen zu erreichen sind. Bettlaken, -wäsche und Badematten hatten Löcher und waren vergilbt, ebenso die Handtücher. Kimonos reparaturbedürftig. Nur 8 Liegen am Pool für zu viele Gäste.

20 min. zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Ubud. Shuttle außerdem alternativ vorhanden. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit einer super Aussicht vom Pool in die Schlucht. Man trifft dort Natur pur. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Loved the entire experience. Our room was incredible and had the most amazing views and it’s own private bath overlooking the valley. Apparently, it’s the only one with it’s own bath because it is at the very bottom of the villa and sitting on the edge of the resort. Not ideal for those who don’t like many steps as over 100 to reach the room but well worth it for us! Service at the hotel was fabulous. All so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was also terrific and well worth including as no great places to eat nearby (and so convenient when you have daily activities like rafting and biking where pick up from the villa is an option). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Probably just the steps but like I said, worth it for the room with a private bath!

Las vistas de la habitación hacia la vegetación y el entorno merecieron mucho la pena. Habitación justa de tamaño pero correcta. Desayuno exquisito con una parte a la carta y otra bufet. Personal muy amable y atento. Bien situado, en apenas 10 minutos en grab estas en el centro. Zona tranquila y sin ruido.

La limpieza no era correcta sobre todo del baño. El resort esta en una ladera y todo son escaleras para bajar, a mejor habitación mas abajo. Importante saberlo si tienes algún problema de movilidad. Cama algo incomoda. La piscina creo que no está bien aprovechada porque desde ella no se ve el rio, pero no esta mal

Excellent setting overlooking a valley and river, well set out on a steep hillside with a very relaxing feel. Staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was very good as were lunch and dinner

The only possible downside is it is about a 20 minute drive to Ubud central by the provided shuttle and a lack of dining options other than Ulun Ubud itself. However if you want to relax in a stunning location then the downsides don’t matter

Das Hotel ist unwahrscheinlich schön am Hang angelegt! Aus unserem konnte man auf die gegenüberliegende Seite ins Grüne blicken und morgens wurde man von Dschungelgeräuschen begleitet. Wunderschön! 🤩 Da das Hotel nicht sehr zentral gelegen ist, wird ein Shuttle zum Zentrum angeboten. Toll!

Eine Kleinigkeit, die vielleicht stören kann: Die Toilette ist durch eine Milchglastür abgetrennt, die nicht raumhoch ist, daher sind alle Geräusche zu hören 😉

Un très bel hôtel ! Très belle architecture, de la pierre, du bois, de magnifiques statues, on ressent vraiment l’esprit balinais et c’était top de commencer notre voyage à Bali ici ! Toute l’équipe était adorable ! Un merci particulier pour Ani, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse à chaque repas 🙏

The resort has a beautiful view overlooking the jungle, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The housekeeping staff and the bellboys were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with our luggage. The location is also convenient for exploring Ubud

The breakfast was very disappointing. The buffet only offered bread, jam, fruit, and cereal, with very limited choices. Guests could only choose one item from the à la carte breakfast menu, and the food was not very tasty. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as welcoming as expected. They were not very attentive and even called guests’ names loudly across the lobby, which felt impolite and unprofessional.

La piscine qui était aux pieds de notre chambre ( nous étions à l étage ) et qui n etait pas pour nous . Par rapport au prix de la chambre je trouve que nous aurions pû en avoir l acces aussi ( surtout qu il y a pas souvent quelqu'un dedans ) on a quand même acces à la piscine de l hotel tout en bas des escaliers. )

This is by far the most beautiful hotel we've seen. Gorgeous surroundings, view of the jungle, and the hotel design itself is so detailed and well done- just impressive. The breakfast vibes are a highlight: a beautiful balcony overlooking the sunrise, a small but decent buffet and a good selection of à la carte dishes. Quality is great: beef steak, scrambled eggs, gorengs, and reasonable portions, not massive. But this is where the good things end.

What we cannot understand is the 4* this hotel claims. Hygiene was the biggest problem, corresponding more to a 2* hotel. The bathroom in particular was not clean, and also the rooms were refreshed a bit but far from clean - floors, sofa, walls, doors were all visibly dirty. And there is a really bad smell all the time in the toilet, sewage. Another huge problem was the inability to sleep. Each night around 4 am a rooster would crow for an hour or two. There are a lot in the area, and if they are a bit further, you could easily sleep through it with earbuds. But one or two felt as if they were right on the premises, and trust me, no one could sleep through that. So after a few exhausting nights, we were really looking forward to checkout. It's a huge shame to give a lower rating to such a wonderful place, but I think resting and a clean shower are basic, and without these, it cannot be the 5* it would deserve if they fix this.

Ho scelto l’Ulun Ubud Resort per festeggiare il compleanno della mia compagna, prenotando la Suite con piscina privata, e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Ancora prima del nostro arrivo, lo staff si è dimostrato eccezionale, accogliendo con entusiasmo ogni mia richiesta e aiutandomi a organizzare una sorpresa indimenticabile. Al nostro ingresso in camera siamo rimasti senza parole: il letto era decorato con una scritta personalizzata realizzata con petali di fiori e l’atmosfera era semplicemente magica. La mattina del compleanno hanno poi portato a sorpresa una torta direttamente in camera, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Anche il ristorante merita una menzione speciale: piatti eccellenti, preparati con cura e davvero deliziosi. Durante la cena hanno reso la serata ancora più speciale sorprendendoci con un’altra torta di compleanno, dimostrando ancora una volta un’attenzione al cliente davvero rara. La suite con piscina privata è splendida, spaziosa e perfetta per chi desidera concedersi qualche giorno di relax in un contesto esclusivo. L’intero resort è immerso nel verde, trasmette pace e tranquillità ed è mantenuto in maniera impeccabile. La posizione è ottima: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal cuore di Ubud, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni senza rinunciare al relax. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso questo compleanno così speciale. Se torneremo a Ubud, non avremo dubbi su dove soggiornare.

Un angolo di paradiso fuori dal traffico di Ubud, ideale per chi vuole staccare totalmente la spina. Struttura fantastica con camere grandi, piscina infinity sulla vallata, personale gentile ed accogliente, cibo ottimo e di qualità! Tutto perfettamente curato, una vacanza stupenda!

Tout était parfait. Le personnel souriant, aux petits soins, la nourriture excellente. La chambre était grande et propre, la literie parfaite. Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité, le lieu est paradisiaque face à cette végétation luxuriante. Navette aller seulement pour aller dans le centre qui doit être à 3km environ. Services de massage au top et vraiment pas cher. Deux piscines disponibles.

Staff were a bit too attentive. Had knocks at the door for housekeeping at 9 am while still sleeping.
