El apartamento era amplio, con piscina y con sitio para aparcar al lado.

Apartamento bastante vacío, no había utensilios de cocina suficientes. No había ningún producto de limpieza para la lavadora o para el suelo de la casa. Estropajos usados y ningún trapo para limpiar. Papel higiénico el justo. A parte de todo ello había varias cosas que funcionaban mal, como la cafetera o cajones. Se nota que pertenece a una empresa o Inmoviliaria y no ponen la misma preocupación e interés que un particular. A la llegada te hacen firmar de una serie de políticas en las cuales te hacen pagar por todo como pagar en el caso de que se te olvide la basura.

La proximité avec les commerces et la piscine qui est chauffée. La terrasse est spacieuse et permet de prendre les repas dehors.

Il serait bien d'indiquer l'emplacement de la piscine par une note dans l'appartement. Si vous comptez profiter de la piscine sur un transat oubliez, car les transats sont réservés aux propriétaires et sont cadenassés, donc vous posez vos serviettes au sol, inconfortable et même très gênant. Il serait bien de mettre à disposition des transats aux occupants de cet appartement. La cuisine est délabrée, les tiroirs tombent littéralements, il serait temps de changer le frigo car il est dans un état déplorable plein de givre et de l'eau en coulait. La vaisselle étaient sales et nous avons dû tout laver ! Une honte. L'agence Dream Algarve ne répond pas aux sollicitations, il manquait une taie d'oreiller et une serviette à notre arrivée, l'appartement étant loué pour 4 personnes. Je déconseille si vos enfants sont adolescents car les lits d'appoint sont nuls et inconfortables, car le canapé lit était inutilisable et cassé. Et pour finir l'évier de la salle de bain ne s'évacuait pas correctement, également signalé à l'agence sans réponse ! Nous venons à l'Algarve tous les ans et je vous assure que pour même prix il y a mieux. Clairement je n'y reviendrait jamais. La plage est loin à pied.

De ruimte en het gebouw zelf dat is netjes en wordt goed onderhouden. Is veilig.

Alles is gedateerd. Bedden liggen vreselijk, matrassen zijn uitgezakt. Goedkope spullen. Keuken valt uitelkaar. IJsblokken in de vriezer en koelkast. Bij het zwembad kan je niet liggen op de bedjes, die zijn van andere bewoners. Wie gaat er in zijn vakantie nou op de stenen zitten bij een zwembad?? Er hangt een bijzondere lucht in het appartement. Dit is geen 4 sterren appartement. Snap niet waarom booking.com dit zo aangeeft. Voor deze prijs zit je ook in een hotel en dat hadden we dus beter kunnen doen.

It was great value for money - it was a good size, and pretty comfortable

We booked for 3 people (2 adults & our 4 year old son). 2nd bed was provided, but no sheets for it, which was pretty disappointing & really impacted our ability to get a good night sleep

Buena ubicación con el supermercado al lado. Apartamento bastante grande y terraza espaciosa. Limpieza correcta.

Mala relación calidad-precio, no entiendo la puntuación tan alta. Cama muy incomoda, paredes sucias, muebles de la cocina rotos, cojines y almohadas sucios, sofa roto e incomodo, no habia jabon para lavar platos... La recogida de llaves estaba bastante alejado del apartamento.

L'accueil lors de la remise des clés On ne nous a pas expliqué où était située la piscine (non indiqué dans l'immeuble) où était le parking et quel emplacement nous était réservé... L'appartement ne sentait pas très bon à notre arrivée (chlore mais pas que...)

Große Unterkunft relativ billig

Die Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht verschließen und können einfach geöffnet werden. Ein Willkommensgeschenk an Diebe. Ist bekannt und wohl Absicht, damit sich der Gast nicht aussperrt. Dennoch haftet der Gast nach Hausordnung vollständig für alle Diebstähle. Check in kann kostenpflichtig werden. Einrichtung der Küche ist spärlich. Der Kühlschrank komplett vereist. Das Personal unfreundlich. Es soll kostenlose Parkplätze geben. Aldi gegenüber wird empfohlen. Dort sind die Parkplätze jedoch nur für Kunden von Aldi.

Mieszkanie bardzo duże. W bloku dostępny całkiem spory basem do którego wchodziło się przez garaż. Obok sklep Aldi czynny 7 dni w tygodniu. Sprawna klimatyzacja w obu pokojach. Okna zasłaniane roletami zewnętrznymi. Mieszkanie od północnego zachodu, więc się nie nagrzewało w upalne dni. Lokalizacja b.dobra przy posiadaniu samochodu.

Mieszkanie zarządzane przez firmę, trzeba podjechać do centrum do biura po klucze i podpisać dodatkową umowę. W mieszkaniu przywitał nas nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny (po wietrzeniu zniknął- może ktoś "posprzątał" śmierdzącą ścierą). Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne jednak skąpo wyposażone w meble- na 3 osoby była tylko jedna szafa z drążkami a w niej 3 wieszaki, żadnej komody - ubrania trzymaliśmy w walizkach; kuchnia olbrzymia, ale brak w niej stołu. Mieszkanie czasy swojej świetności ma dawno za sobą, przydałby się remont (np w umywalce niesprawny korek, który nie odprowadzał wody, niedziałające światło nad umywalką, mało wieszaków na ręczniki, boczne relingi pod umywalką brudne, niezamykające się drzwi tarasowe, stare meble kuchenne z trudnymi do wysuwania szufladami). Ekspres do kawy przelewowy, więc jeśli ktoś lubi dobrą kawę trzeba sobie radzić inaczej. Brak patelni, reszta wyposażenia kuchni ok, chociaż mogliby zaopatrzyć chociaż w sól. Mało papieru toaletowego - zużyliśmy go w 2 dni, a spędzaliśmy tam 8. 3 maleńkie buteleczki żelu pod prysznic dla 3 osób na 8 dni, brak mydła do rąk. Materac twardy i niewygodny jak balon, przy każdym ruchu jednej osoby druga podskakiwała... Na starówkę na pieszo ponad 25 min, tak samo na plażę, ale blisko do wyjazdu na autostradę. Mając samochód lokalizacja była dobra, cicha - dochodził jedynie szum wentylacji z Aldi. Ogólnie nie było źle ale zdecydowanie za drogo jak na taki standard. PS. w udogodnieniach wypisane są śniadania, ale w tym roku ich nie serwują.

Nice and spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. Good location. They delivered a packed breakfast every morning.

El desayuno se sirve por la mañana y está delicioso. Sin embargo, no nos preguntaron por alergias ni preferencias alimentarias con antelación. Está justo al lado de un supermercado, lo cual es bastante práctico y está fuera del centro.

We liked the spaciousness of it, the location, and the pool.

Upon arrival we found quite a few things broken. The couch bed completely broken, the electric shutters in the living room completely broken, and the light in the bathroom completely broken. We were told a maintenance person would come but no one ever did. Communication with the “hosts” via booking was almost non existent so my boyfriend ended up changing the light himself. Also be warned that pool chairs aren’t for all apartments, only select ones. There was no warning of this and we learned the hard way.

L'appartement est très grand, le tarif pour une nuit pour 4 personnes était très intéressant. Le lit est confortable mais le canapé lit un peu moins. L'appartement est distant de la ville. Le magasin Aldi est juste à côté, c'est très pratique. L'appartement est très très propre. La remise des clés se fait à l'agence, c'est très simple et ils sont très sympas.

La distance de la ville mais quand on a le véhicule ce n'est pas très grave.

Big apartment, comfortable bed, quiet location

Horror! The absolute worst and terrifying experience I have ever had with an accommodation in my life. The agency that manages this apartment is the worst! They have sent a person inside the apartment for two days straight to “fix” a broken windows curtain without giving me notice and the possibility to be present or at least give them the agreement to enter the premises without me, while my stuff was there. They invaded my space, I had to leave one night earlier and call the Police because I found a stranger inside the house !!!

Limpo e bem organizado!!

The apartment is big, spacious and clean. You will be right next to Aldi, so perfect for self catering holiday makers, uber from apartment to town cost about 4/5 euros, its not a bad walk to.and from town but can be hillie at times so not the best for those who struggle with health issues or small children, the TV is in Portuguese but if you scroll down to the movies there's about 3 channels in English which as good as there's no bars or restaurants close by, the delivered breakfast is a great little addition

My main issue was the bottle opener was broken, so the corked wine bottles we were unable to drink, nightmare when you on your holidays, there was no towel for drying dishes or oven mit to get things out the oven( i did mention this to dream algarve twice, any other issue like lack of towels, sheets and a sharp knife were sorted out the day we arrived, The sofa bed is small and uncomfortable, lucky we found an airbed in the wardrobe

I was a bit hesitant to stay here after reading some reviews previously but I took a chance and glad we did. We found the apartment to be lovely and spacious. Very quiet, had no issues with noise. Yes you're overlooking Aldi but it didn't bother us as we were never in the apartment long. It's a great base as the location is only around 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. If you get an uber into town, it's under a fiver. We liked being near Aldi and Lidl is only down the road and another supermarket so it's really handy. We traveled with two kids so I slept in the bedroom with them, the baby was in the cot which was provided by them. My partner slept on the sofa bed and had no issues. Towels or bed linen do not get changed just to bear in mind so we did have to buy toilet paper as two would not do for the week with a family of 4 but a big packet is only 2.50 in lidl. The breakfast that is included did us for the first few days. It consisted of 4 x rolls with either cheese or ham, it changed everyday. 4 x juice, fruit, yoghurt, a carton of milk, cereal, coffee/sugar etc. We found it handy for the kids especially with the milk, cereal, yoghurt etc. It was delivered outside our door each day between 7 and 9am. The pool is lovely and it's on the lowest floor. It's not heated so just be prepared for it to be a bit cold but my children enjoyed it for the short time they were in it. The apartment we were in was on the 1st floor. The bed was very comfortable too and we found the apartment clean.

It would be great if you had the option to get fresh towels at least once during the stay and possibly more toilet paper. Also, maybe repair the missing compartments on the kitchen.

Modern apartment, comfortable, clean and with everything you need... the location is good, close to supermarkets and relatively close to the city center.

Good location, big rooms for one bedroom apartment, lovely swimming pool/surrounds. Letting agency were responsive when contacted.

No hot water when we arrived - had to call letting agency to turn on. Drawer/door fronts missing from kitchen units. Neither lights working in hallway and both bedside lamps had blown bulbs. No tea spoons.

Modern and cozy apartment. It is close to Aldi (supermarket) and is relatively close to the center, about 5 minutes by car.

Property size is huge. Location has nearby ALDI supermarket.

The apparent itself is in poor condition. The sofa has lived twice it’s life already with lots of stains and seams. I was unable to contact the host before and during the stay. They ignored me on the platform and on WhatsApp. The pool was not accessible or we didn’t have enough information for it

Very modern accommodation, has everything you need, air-conditioned and with a very good swimming pool!

Next door to Aldi, nice balcony and pretty near the town. Was ideal for my brother and I travelling on a budget. The pool access was fab also.

The cleaning facilities were limited as were the cooking facilities but was sufficient for our stay.

Filthy Sofa, chairs and floor dirty. One Set of towels missing. Extra pillows very dirty. Moldy shower roof. Kitchen was missing drawers. Balcony door lock broken. AND got to kill a cockroach!

The breakfast is delivered in the morning and it tasty. However, we have not been asked for allergies or food preferences beforehand. The location is right next to a supermarket what is pretty handy and outside of the city center. Therefore easy to reach and park the car, but you can still walk to the center or to the marina within 25 minutes.

We cut our stay short as the apartment did not meet our expectations. The photos showed a lovely and inviting apartment. In the description it mentions "city view". What we got was an apartment which offered all the necessities, however was not very comfortable or inviting lacking any kind of decoration. The so called "city view" is the grey wall of Aldi. You cannot see anything else. While the apartment was cleaned, the couch was full of stains to the point that we didn't even want to sit on it. That was also the main reason why we cut our stay early. The positive side of that was that after we talked to the property management company they refunded us the nights we didn't intend to stay. However, we also learned that this company is not guest oriented at all as we didn't even got one apology for the state of the sofa.

It would have been useful to have a property information manual that covered things like what sun beds to use, the lack of a parking space and bins. A table in the large kitchen would be an added benefit.
