No! check in is at 4!"
Thank you, Kenyia! We found the Conrad back in June through the American Express Fine Hotels. We really enjoyed it, so we came back to celebrate our 44th anniversary. When we told Kenyia that it was our anniversary, she gave us the most amazing upgrade and we are very appreciative.
We usually stay in Miami but Miami tends to be sometimes "too much" so we opted for Broward. Checked in to the beautiful Conrad Beach Resort. Large property with two full service restaurants and bars. Large resorts tend to miss the mark more often than not but this property was flawless. Clean large one bedroom residence suite w/inter coastal/sunset view from spacious balcony. 1.5 baths was welcome for the family stay. We rode their complimentary beach cruiser bikes. Loved the excellent beach front service and took a dip in their smallish rooftop pool and bar on the 6th floor. Everyone we encountered were pleasant and competent. Dinner at the Asian restaurant was spectacular. Did not try their Italian spot so nothing to speak of there. We will be back
The location was beachfront, with direct access to the water. That’s one of the main reasons I chose this property. I loved being able to walk out of my room, and be right on the sand. There is a team on the beach that sets up chairs for you, and the service was great. The Conrad is newly built, and everything feels very upscale. I really enjoyed the pool experience as well. The condo was clean, with updated appliances, soaking tub, Byredo amenities, and a full balcony. The owner and his team were helpful every step of the way and very attentive.
Nothing. I was really happy and would absolutely stay here again.
Private beach, great restaurants, and friendly staff.
The pool could be a bit bigger. 😊
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Conrad FL. The suite actually exceeded expectations with the size and amenities. Bathroom was fab Having the kitchen was great for having a light breakfast and the daily water bottles were welcome. The hotel is at the quieter end of the beachfront and a Publix supermarket is 30 min walk The beach is lovely, drinks at the beach were on the expensive side but it’s 5 star prices. Food in Takato was outstanding.
I won’t be returning to the Conrad Fort Lauderdale. I booked this stay through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts and have Hilton Gold status, so I expected a premium experience. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t deliver the level of service or hospitality I associate with a luxury property. The customer service started off poorly with the chat feature, which was unhelpful. At the front desk, the experience wasn’t much better. Over the course of four days, I walked through the lobby numerous times and was only greeted or acknowledged once. Hospitality should be consistent, not the exception. To make matters worse, our room was assigned directly next to the elevator. Every time it ran, I could hear it from the bedroom, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. For a hotel at this price point, room placement and noise should be considered. When I inquired about an upgrade, I was offered what was described as an upgrade from my One-Bedroom Partial Ocean View Suite to a Junior Suite overlooking the pool. Giving up a separate bedroom is not an upgrade. It was disappointing, especially considering I booked through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts and have Hilton Gold status. Breakfast service was inconsistent. While one morning we were warmly welcomed, the other experiences were forgettable. On one morning, despite there being plenty of available tables, the host seated us under a fan that wasn’t working. It was so warm that I could barely enjoy my breakfast, and it was frustrating given that other seating was available. I’ve had much better experiences at JW Marriott properties, where the service feels warm, attentive, and genuinely guest-focused. That’s the level of hospitality I expected here, but it was missing throughout our stay. The location is excellent, but a great location doesn’t make up for an underwhelming guest experience. For me, luxury is defined by exceptional service and thoughtful hospitality, and this stay simply didn’t meet that standard. I won’t be returning.
Sadly we are leaving tomorrow to continue our holiday in Orlando, I wish we booked longer here. We stayed 3 nights, arriving at 9.30am to a lovely welcome and our room being available already! All staff are so lovely, our room was great, we booked a wrap around balcony 1 bed apartment with kitchen, so spacious for the 3 of us. My daughter on the sofa bed but still plenty or room, pool area lovely and a really lively adult vibe with tunes, house keeping superb, Japanese Restaurant a highlight, we will be back, thank you Conrad!
We've been staying here for years. The front desk staff and valet attendants are professional, and check-in process easy. However, those encounters are where the positives stopped. This visit was the first time I wished I'd made a different choice. The hotel has gone down from where it was from a maintenance perspective. Broken floor tiles in room and on the pool deck, dirty pool, outdoor shower was gone, broken pool umbrellas, thin pool cushions, broken lock on room door and sliding door, broken ice machine on our floor, inability to open sliding door to our poolside room - which was the purpose of getting that room in particular. (all documented). In addition, people now travel with multi devices which need to be charged. There is a lack of outlets available in nightstands, lamps, etc. They do exist, just not as many as other properties. Another item to note is the signature hotel scent. While I loved how it made the lobby experience feel elevated, the same Mojave Ghost scent soap in the room for handwashing is seriously strong and masculine. I ended up using the Palmolive dish soap for handwashing. I suggest something clean and lighter in scent, especially if you're sensitive to smell(s). One caveat to note: Reserving a poolside room does not guarantee that you will have a poolside lounger. The chairs and table come with the room, but not the loungers directly outside of your room. So while at first glance you think you have your own little oasis, there may be others hanging out in front of your poolside room. To get to the pool, you have to ask to be excused to slip by them and then hope for a pool lounger. Update: I received survey request from the hotel which I'm guessing is pretty standard. I shared almost the same info in the survey and received a response from the "Assistant Front of House Manager". It was a kind apology for our experience, and that they were going to work on the outlined issues in house. This is very nice to know that the next person may benefit from the survey, especially since we aren't planning on returning. However, what does that mean to the people who had the same or similar experiences? Because there were others that we spoke to who said much of the same, unprompted. It means all of YOU may benefit. Great! So the question you should be asking yourselves is what is really the benefit of being a member? And if you're not a member, what do you gain? They offered us absolutely NOTHING...not a free night, extra points, etc. This tells me that they can give you whatever experience they want, and in return give you the most sincere apology, and to them, that is apology enough. So do they really care about customer retention? Here's to hoping for a better experience in the future at The Conrad. For now, I'll be next door trying the new Four Seasons - stay tuned!
We stayed here the day before our cruise and definitely want to go back for vacation. Outside of a 5 star hotel I stayed at in Dubai, the Conrad had the nicest bathroom I've experienced, with a separate shower and beautiful deep marble tub. The kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and included dishes was amazing to have, especially with a toddler. Everyone was super helpful and attentive, especially Roli, the concierge. We ordered the teriyaki salmon, branzino, and miso cookie through room service, and everything was really, really delicious. It's located directly across the beach which we loved. The hotel smelled amazing, I love when a building uses scented filters- huge bonus for me. Side note, we got a crib for our room and it came with baby toiletries, appreciate the attention to detail!
Cleanness
Everything
We love this hotel! Great location, super clean rooms, the suite was great for my family of 6, right on the beach, and comfy beds. 5⭐️
Stayed here the night before our cruise began. Highly recommended. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was very nice, large with a great view. Several restaurant and bar options within the hotel and walking distance to several more. Would definitely consider staying here again if in Ft. Lauderdale.
Great location, excellent service at pool area.
Check in process: The late fee check in fee of $100 was not disclosed until booking was established. The booking mentioned a check in time of 4pm to 9pm. But never disclosed the charge. If I'm being charged daily resort fees, check in process should be included. It's a residence in a hotel. The key cards are provided by the hotel. Water pressure: zero water pressure in the shower.
Good location across from the beach
Not clean, Dirty curtains see photo with dirt and mold Poor housekeeping see dirty phone. Phones did not work anyway Staff was not friendly
I just wrapped up a five-night stay at the Conrad. I had booked an oceanfront suite in the hotel proper. When I arrived, I was told I was upgraded to a larger ocean-front suite on the residence-side of the property. The room itself was fine, but that side of the property has a strange feel to it. The building corridors feel stark and unfinished. There is literally nothing on the walls or floors. Just white paint. No art. No wallpaper. No carpet. No furniture. Very odd and uninviting. Hotel services on that side seem lacking as well. During my five nights, my room only got daytime service once. To be fair, there was one day that they called me on the phone and asked if I wanted service. I declined. Every day when I was out of the room, I did press the "service" button for the door which I assume alerts them that the room is ready for service. That procedure seems not to work well. I did receive turndown service a handful of times but not every night. It just seems that the residence side of the building is an afterthought as far as hotel services go. Personally, I would not accept a room there in the future. Another odd thing: The fire alarm went off on day one advising everyone to evacuate. I don't know if the alarm affected the entire property or only the residences. In any case, since I was on a low floor and didn't see/smell smoke, I decided to stay in my room and see if it was a false alarm or a legitimate alert. The alarm rang twice...and then stopped. There was never an all-clear announcement or indication of it being a false alarm. Isn't that standard procedure? On the plus side, check-in at the property was friendly and efficient. Also, I had lunch at one of the on-site restaurants...Takato. It was very good both times and the staff very friendly. Conclusion: I will return to the Conrad Fort Lauderdale in the future, but I will no longer accept any room on the "residence" side of the property as services there seem to be sparce and an afterthought.
The room and the view
Jacuzzi didn't work and the building had to many noticeable cracks and mold stains on the outside. Not a good look. Glad I rented for 1 night and not 3.
Estrutura e tamanho do quarto.
Horário café da manha, termina cedo.
I’ve stayed at this hotel before years ago with friends, and honestly, it has gone downhill badly. The lobby seating arrangement feels awkward, the bellhops’ uniforms are unattractive, and it’s shocking that a hotel of this caliber still doesn’t offer smart TVs. The whole place feels outdated and disappointing compared to what it used to be.
Todo impecable. Jason y su equipo muy pro activos. Buena comunicación. Volveré

Fantastic hotel from beginning to end…suites are nicely laid out. Most comfortable bed ever.
This was my second stay here. The hotel itself is lovely, and I appreciate that you can book a two bedroom suite/apartment. The service was wonderful. Special shout out to Megan at the front desk! Don't skip eating at Vitolo. The staff on the beach were so nice and attentive too!
Chelsea at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach made an outstanding first impression. She greeted us right away, was incredibly friendly and professional, and took the time to clearly explain the property and amenities. Her helpfulness and warm attitude really set the tone for our stay. She’s a true asset to the Conrad team!
Conrad is an American Express Fine Hotel which gives you early check-in and 4 pm check-out which was helpful for our late plane. We arrived around 9 am after our cruise, and our assigned upgraded room (suite) was not ready. The front desk receptionist, Dominique, was most helpful and gave us 5 star service in looking for a room with a balcony that was available for us. She found one and upgraded us to an ocean front. It was truly the BEST ocean front room we have ever had in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. I would have loved to stay longer just to enjoy the view more. We had a mini-suite, versus the regular suite which would not have had the balcony. Room 1715. Big shower, comfortable sitting chair, large balcony with cushioned chairs and table, Lavazza coffee, ironing board. We were so close, we could hear the ocean waves. Pool was fine. Hot tub. By the pool were cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas, but some of the cushions were flat. A pool attendant said new cushions were on order for next year, so it would be better. A shout-out to the pool attendant who dragged over a different chair with a cushion that had some cushion left in it for me. She was genuinely nice. There was also a separate section of chairs facing a wall closer to the bathroom, so if it was crowded, you would still be able to get a chair but not with a cushion. I liked the fitted towel covers they put over the chairs. It was chilly and windy when we were there, so I asked for an extra chair cover to use as a blanket. Periodically, the attendants came by with chilled water, frozen fruit. The pool-side service was excellent. Different servers may come by asking if you need anything or to pick up your dishes, since they work as a team. The hamburger and fries was delicious ($35). Chicken tenders were pretty good. The alcohol drinks were $20. I liked the non-alcoholic mango daiquiri. ' I highly recommend making reservations at Takata, Japanese restaurant at the hotel. It got packed later and everything was absolutely delicious - one of the best dinners in Ft Lauderdale we have had in over 20 years. It is also open for breakfast. I had the avocado toast which was okay. Down the street in the shopping center is a CVS. We have stayed in a number of Ft Lauderdale hotels over the years for a cruise. The outstanding service from Dominique at the front desk to the pool attendants and servers, the Takata server all were phenomenal. The room was incredible and we appreciated the generous supply of Lavazza coffee and microwave. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad, and it will be at the top of our list next time we are in Ft Lauderdale.
I frequent Ft. Lauderdale Beach often and typically stay in another chain property on Ft. Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Decided to try something different this time and chose to stay at the Conrad for 1 night during a recent stay. I am a Diamond member with Hilton and used quite a few points for this stay. I would not return to this property. While my Diamond status was recognized at check-in, the front desk agent checking me in did not mention my F&B credit, didn't offer me any waters and did not share any details about amenities offered on property or at the beach. I asked if I could upgrade from a partial ocean view to full ocean view and was declined, though I was offered to pay $270 for a 1 bedroom. For one night stay - no thank you. While my Jr. Suite was beautiful, and some amenities at the beach were included, I didn't feel very welcomed at this property like I saw other guests being welcomed. It gave a very pretentious air and it seemed like the front desk welcomed people differently I guess based on their perceptions of who looked like they had money. I watched this while sitting in the lobby and it was a huge turn-off. I love a luxury experience and do quite a bit of association and leisure business with Hilton. But a pretentious environment that is unwelcoming will never receive my receive my recommendation. This experience was a huge let down and I would not return or recommend to any clients I book in Ft. Lauderdale. I also found a dirty used band-aid while packing my things which made me question their cleaning standards. For a luxury property I was quite disappointed in my stay.
I had a strong asthmatic reaction to the signature scent of the hotel room. The front desk and housekeeping staff responded quickly and graciously to address the problem. This made my four-day stay enjoyable and relaxing. I now have made reservations for a week long return in the fall. Thank you to entire Conrad team.
Bryan at the beach is the main reason we keep coming back. He’s the best and never forgets a face! Always makes us feel so welcome. Could never go to a place he wasn’t at! Wish Daniel was still here as well. Best customer service from these 2 always! Highly recommend! My favorite place!
The staff here is truly incredible. We have been coming here for the past 5 years and LOVE to come back and see Brian at the beach who always has an positive attitude, remembers me and takes time to have a nice chat about life. This guy is passionate about what he does and as a customer service driven business owner I would hire him as a manager in a heartbeat. The food here is phenomenal, along with the concierge. Four seasons looks like two seasons compared to the Conrad. The only thing that I’m didsapointed about is not seeing Daniel on the beach. Just like Brian, he’s so inviting and positive which makes me want to come back here. These guys deserve raises and should be treated as well as they treat the Conrad’s customers. Ppl make all the difference and these two are what embodies a memorable experience which makes you want to come back again and again.
We just got back from a fabulous spring break stay at Conrad. The hotel is gorgeous and service was top notch. Our room was very clean and so spacious. We really enjoyed having a kitchen space with the kids. Breakfast at Takato was delicious (try the short rib Benedict) and sitting outside along the beach was a great start to the day. Valet was quick despite it being a busy week. The staff at the beach & pool were friendly and the included chairs were plentiful and comfortable. There is a nearby lifeguard stand too. We are already looking forward to coming back!
Been waiting for hours for our room to be ready. The lobby is full of others also waiting past the check in time. But still, we are charged full price. Do better, Hilton.
This was a good hotel… it was clean, which is the most important to me. No bugs or dirt anywhere. I appreciate that immensely! The food at the restaurants were delicious and if you are curious as to what I am referring to, please see my other posts (Takato and Vitolo both exceptional). The staff at the restaurant are also exceptional, and several servers went above and beyond. I wish I could remember their names. I cannot say enough good things about the restaurants attached to the Conrad hotel!! That being said, I have some constructive criticism I hope will be taken under advisement by management: - We booked a room that was supposed to accommodate four people. While the accommodations in our bedroom were sufficient, there were no linens to prepare my kids’ sofa bed. When we called to have these sent up, it took about an hour and a half. At bedtime 😖 - Due to the currents in the ocean, we were told by the lifeguard we had to be at the shoreline if our kids were playing in the water. Despite the fact that chairs are included in the price of the room, the beach attendants would not let me keep a chair near the shoreline. So I just had to sit in the sand, even though we were paying for lawn chairs and an umbrella. Just kind of frustrating because I’m pretty pale, and I wanted to sit under the umbrella to avoid getting burnt. And I was trying to be responsible and watch my children. - I did not find out until the last day that tips are not included and you have to sign out for poolside food and beverage service. I felt terrible when I realized that we had not been tipping (most set ups automatically include 20%). So I gave one of the servers a large tip on our last day, but I feel really bad for thinking it was included. A little more clarity on this would have been nice because we are not the type of people who do not tip. When I brought this up with the servers, they made it sound like they had been lobbying for this kind of system to be put in place. Because I am not the only one who has made this mistake. - I was very excited about the prospect of ordering on demand movies with my kids, but they were not available for the first half of our trip and then when we were able to find them on the TV, they were $25 each. Insane. - The tap water looked like urine but they did provide lots of bottled water as an alternative without charge - WiFi is bad if you don’t pay the extra fee - There were two plates in a room that was supposed to be equipped for four people. - Reaching anyone at the front desk was very difficult and I was never entirely sure if I was going to actually speak to someone - our AC went off for one day while we were there. It did not affect the temperature of our room too negatively and it was back on by nightfall, but more communication about this would have been helpful because I was starting to panic that the AC was out entirely.
We were invited to check in on line which we did but when we arrived we still could not get a room until 4 pm. There was nowhere to have a cup of coffee apart from getting a coffee to go. No cafe And this is a 5 star hotel !!! Then in evening turn down did not arrive I had to ring twice to get it. Then someone turned up with some towels but I was told that the dirty ones would be dealt with tomorrow. The balcony door is jammed and as an elderly man I did not have the strength to open or close it. Obviously little maintenance. For 4-5k dollars for 5 nights. This is disappointing. Would not stay again. I have booked for 5 nights and this is the first. Doesn’t bode well
Incredible staff, pool and beach areas were relaxing and had shade when needed, the food offered at pool and the restaurants were all wonderful.
Our hallway light wasn't working well in our room 1510, nothing bad.
The proximity to the beach to the hotel (just across the street), the presence of dedicated beachside lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas for individuals staying at the hotel were all standouts. Also, the beachside food service was very good.
The room we booked and paid for through Booking.com (one-bed room residence) and what we were assigned by the hotel (standard one-bedroom suite) were different. Despite paying a premium, our room was on a lower floor (and therefore louder) and not as nicely appointed as what we thought we were purchasing.
Our stay, for the most part, was a 5/5. The hotel is clean, the lobby is lovely, and what really stands out is the genuine hospitality. We were only there a few days, but staff began greeting us by name. They were particularly kind to my children. The one bedroom suite is a fantastic option for a family of 4. The location can't be beat. One warning is that the staff at Takato (the breakfast option) and the staff handling the beach are clearly not part of the Hilton team and it shows. After such over the top hospitality, average service at breakfast and on the beach was sort of jarring. Again, just a heads up. I want to again reiterate the above and beyond service while we were there, and you could tell from how happy all the guests were that this extended to all those who were staying there. However, despite confirming prior to and upon arrival that we had booked under Hilton for Luxury/Impresario, and having these benefits outlined in detail by the front desk (including a welcome room upgrade), they were not reflected on our bill. Mistakes happen. I followed the advice in the email to text the front desk. I was then put in a "loop" with an AI agent that just kept asking how it could help despite what I said. I then tried the app (also in the directions in the email) and was put in the same AI loop. I then was connected to an agent who told me it would be 5-7 business days before the refund would process. I was told this is the turnaround on electronic payments. Of course, I've had refunds in stores, other hotels, and restaurants all post within 24 hours. Truly we left Conrad singing its praises, but I do find it disappointing that following their directions to fix an error on their end basically got me nowhere to begin with, and then when I did get someone, I find out I'll need to continue to monitor my card for up to 2 weeks. I wish I could do 4.5/5 but since that is not an option, I'll stick with a 5 because of the service while on the property. I do wish that management would consider that when "they" make an error, it really should be as easy on the customer as possible to fix it. And an apology for making the error in the first place would have been well received, but it was never given.
Fantastic rooms in fantastic location / staff were great and food delicious, nothing to dislike.
Only the price - but you get what you pay for - I would definitely return but need to save up first.
Our two bedroom/two bathroom suite had a full kitchen/living room and huge terrace that overlooked the ocean. The views from the 19th floor were amazing. The pool area is really nice and both on-site restaurants were fantastic. The staff were also really accommodating and we were upgraded to a nicer suite upon check-in.
The only downside is that the beach is across a busy street. The pool is also next to the building and is shaded part of the day.
We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the whole experience. We had a large Junior Suite with King Bed, separate large living area with a TV there and opposite the bed. The unit also had a kitchen and the bathroom was large with two sinks and a beautiful marble soaking tub and large walk in shower. Balcony had views of the ocean and the inter-coastal beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Shoutout to Adam at the beach for terrific beach drinks and food service. Service from the front desk to Michael at Concierge to the 6th floor pool bar was all excellent. We also dined at Takato and Vitolo and both were excellent. Took advantage of the bike rental and road into the Hugh Birch Taylor Park and also visited the Bonnet House both well worth visiting. Overall this is a great upscale option with plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to but far from the Spring Break crowds.
Wonderful view! Clean room, friendly & helpful staff. Top tier! Will stay again
Valet parking prices are steep- not initially disclosed when booking through booking.com.
Not bad at all - staff very welcoming on arrival and at reception. A well situated hotel overlooking over the beach, rooms are clean but a little dated. Loved the bar staff and breakfast staff. Unfortunately, we visited on valentine/bank holiday weekend, so very busy - I can never understand when residents are unable to book a table to eat in the hotel - all weekend we struggled to find somewhere to eat out! However, enjoyed the short stay, thanks, loved it. My only major gripe, I asked for two tea bags at breakfast (the tea is so weak), so I was charged an extra $8, really $8 for a tea bag!!!! Bad!
Location: the hotel is right across from the beach, and close to many good eateries. Service: When we arrived after 11 pm, there was no bell service. We had a hard time with the little kids but managed to get to our rooms since it’s a small hotel. Not a big deal. But it didn’t stop us from enjoying the other excellent services. The beach service was great with Adam who was super friendly and helpful! It felt like he truly loved his job and tried his best. The pool service was also top notched! This is definitely one of the best pool/beach services that we have ever experienced in any 5-star hotel. Even the housekeeper did a great job of cleaning out 2 rooms. Food: definitely try the Japanese restaurant, it was our highlight in terms of fresh and delicious sushi. The Italian restaurant in the hotel also has amazing service and the food was decent, worth a try if you don’t want to go anywhere :). Overall, we will definitely come back!
Amazing customer service!! After reading all the bad reviews about customer service I was prepared to be disappointed when it came to check in. We finally arrived to a hotel with no power. Not their fault but not what you want with your vacation. No power meant no toilet no shower no making our dinner reservations in time. Little stuff. But as annoying as that could be the whole staff went overboard to be so kind and courteous and make us feel like they were really doing everything they could to make our stay better. From checking in to getting back to the room when it was ready to making us feel like we were really a Hilton member. Thank you. Kudos to a hotel brand that actually cares. Former Hyatt member now a proud Hilton member. We've only been here one day and I would recommend this place 100% and cant wait to come back!
beautiful high end property with ocean views
i was sick when checking out, had a lot of baggage and my dog. i asked for some extra time so i could leave the stuff and go get the rental car 2 blocks away. this wasn’t possible. i asked that the bellman come help me and store my stuff while i got the car. apparently this was also unacceptable. there was no reason to hard line on a few minutes, it was a bummer.
No breakfasts eaten at property. Only coffee shop with quick warmed precooked items.
Units have top brand appliances such as subzero refrigerator and waterworks fixtures, however property should give attention to major appliances such as refrigerator freezer that did not work. Window shades in some units were ragged.
Very comfortable beds, good reading lights, good sized room
Couldn’t turn off light outside bathroom on small corridor
This is a beautiful hotel with great employees and excellent location. They Upgraded our room and breakfast was excellent. If you have an Amex Platinum card check booking through them for a great savings! Several restaurants within walking distance.
Расположение, дружелюбный персонал который может решить любую задачу
Номер хоть и свежий но качество воды и напор в душе/ванной так себе. Вода имеет специфический запах это скорее проблема всего форт-лотейдела
Location of Conrad is great and beach is nice. Overall Hotel facilities are nice
It's my second time at this Conrad. I stayed in May and service was ok although there was big water leak and had to move rooms then. This time was over New Years week and service was awful in all areas. At the beach was totally full and only had 1 guy there. Valet, room service, cleaning etc. the place was full and they didn't have enough staff to deal with things. At front desk etc. really they were overloaded so weren't nice or polite at all. For luxury hotel at maybe 1500 or so per night I think service was very bad and we won't stay again ever. Overall it was a bad feeling when we left and experience for our holiday. Disappointing. Even cleaning there soap in shower was empty two days and things badly cleaned.
I’d booked the Conrad for a weeklong vacation after numerous past stays. When I arrived after a long day of travel, the suite had a strong pungent odor that most closely resembled mildew or something foul. A manager came to inspect but claimed the unpleasant Odor was ‘the Conrad Signature Scent’. He appeared to have the sniffles so perhaps his sense of smell Was impaired . The housekeeper offered Lysol spray. Guests in the neighboring suite came in and verified that they could also smell the strong unpleasant odor. I asked for a different room accommodation but was told there were no rooms available. I then requested a refund and had to call all over the beach to find a place to stay at 11 in the evening. In addition I had to call the credit card travel agent to reclaim points etc. I requested a callback from the hotel manager or guest service manager and received an email stating that the hotel was ‘sorry, And investigating’. No follow up call was ever made to me, Nor any accommodation. No, I would not recommend you stay at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale. To front of house manager , Tanja Steinhofer , This was not just an unacceptable failure in the experience, the lack of follow up has been astonishing.
Chose this hotel for a 4 night pre cruise stay (after much research) and so glad we did. Our weather wasn't the best, so having a large room with kitchen, living room space and a good sized balcony was perfect. We ate in both restaurants, thought the food was excellent in both, although the service in the Italian wasn't great. There's a small shop/deli in reception which does decent sandwiches but the grocery prices are ridiculous - if you want some basic staples for your room there's a tiny grocery store in the next block just behind the hotel so use that. Overall an excellent stay, and we'll be back if cruising out of Port Everglades again.
We returned to Conrad again for a pre-cruise stay. I love this property for its beachfront location (with easy proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, the airport and cruise port), massive rooms, comfy beds, enjoyable balconies/ocean views and for the considerate service. This was again the case for our return stay. The weather was finally in our favor this trip so we decided to spend some time on the beach. It was easy to obtain chairs and umbrella, and we were well taken care of by the two gentlemen, who truly seemed to enjoy making our stay pleasurable. The food was great too with nice portions! Our stay, although short, was faultless. I would recommend this property and hope to return for a future stay!
Our suite was huge, clean and really nice. Service was great. Beach was easy access and the staff was really helpful. Pool was fun and food was good. Overall a really great stay with our family.
My experience at Conrad Orlando Evermore was unacceptable. I requested valet to charge my Tesla and was asked twice about charging, with assurance that it would be done. Both times, the car was never plugged in, leaving me with a dangerously low battery despite clear confirmation. On the second day, when preparing to leave, I discovered that my Tesla charging adapter was missing from inside the vehicle. This adapter was stored in the driver-side door compartment and was never handed to valet. It was present before valet access and gone afterward. This raises serious concerns about care, accountability, and security. Failing to charge the vehicle after repeated confirmation is frustrating enough, but removing personal property from inside a guest’s car is completely unacceptable, especially at a luxury hotel. This experience fell far below expectations for a Conrad property. I would strongly caution guests, especially EV owners, about relying on valet services here.
The customer service from the reservations team was simply terrible. We had a last minute change in plans due to sick kids and delayed flights with the weather. I was told one thing by the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone and then Christine from the revenue department outright cancelled our reservation and has not responded to multiple follow up emails. We would have gladly stayed at the property in the future, but not after this. I am a longtime Diamond member with Hilton (which I know means little these days), but that clearly did not matter to Christine and the reservations and revenue team. Cannot recommend this hotel because of this bad customer service and refusal to respond to multiple follow up emails over multiple days.
Terrible service and attitude. We requested an early check-in long before our arrival. We were open to paying extra or switching rooms; we just needed a place to rest after a long trip with children. The hotel staff promised both in writing and verbally to do their best to help. In reality, they did NOTHING. They didn't even try to assist us. We were forced to sit in the lobby with our kids from 8 AM until 4 PM. I am convinced that if the reception staff actually cared, they could have prioritized cleaning our room once it was vacated. It's impossible to believe there were no options for 8 hours. The staff is unprofessional and completely lacked any desire to help. Avoid this place if you value hospitality." Only at 3 PM did they finally remember to offer us an alternative room, something we had asked for several times already. The staff simply couldn't be bothered. The girls at the front desk didn't even try to help or check with their manager for any possible solutions." However, the room they offered was of inferior quality, so by that time, it made no sense to accept it. It was clear that the staff simply didn't want to deal with us earlier and never bothered to consult with their management for a solution. It is hard to believe that in 8 hours, there were no better options. This level of indifference is unprofessional and unacceptable."
Unfortunately, 24 hours after booking a last-minute getaway to Florida, my business experienced a fire (literally, the building caught fire.) I appealed to the property to allow us to cancel without a penalty, as a courtesy this one-time. Perhaps even a credit for a future stay would have sufficed. Instead, we were swiftly disregarded by a Guest Services Associate. We were told (regarding the one nightpenalty) that "this is more than fair, no exception will be granted, and do not bother talking to the Front Desk Manager, they're in agreement." The heartless tone, non-existant hospitality, and overall interaction made what could've been a kind and redeeming gesture, into another terrible byproduct of this Kitchen Fire that our business is recovering from. Given the response to these unforeseen and tragic circumstances, this property and the wider Conrad brand has lost a guest. I've traveled to almost every 5-star property in S. Florida, this does not meet the expectations, not even by a long shot.
We had an amazing experience for My Birthday mini stay with family. This location is absolutely the perfect getaway. what made our experience exceptional was the enter-action with staff members from the chat to check-in. Nikolle, treated us like queens. Although it was my birthday my family enjoyed every minute of it.
Our stay at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly situated right on the beach, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service. Adam at the beach delivered truly top-tier service—attentive, friendly, and proactive without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and care elevated our beach experience to a true five-star level and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The front desk and bellhop teams were equally impressive. From arrival to departure, every interaction was warm, efficient, and polished. They set the tone for a luxury stay and handled everything seamlessly. One of the most delightful surprises was the unexpected room refresh and turndown service. Returning to a beautifully prepared room in the evening was such a thoughtful touch and reinforced the Conrad’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. This hotel delivers exactly what you expect from a luxury brand—and then goes beyond it. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful details throughout. We can’t wait to return.
Our favorite hotel in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. Two outstanding restaurants, great service and nice accomadations. We enjoy the suite that is poolside and just kicking back during g our stay.
Seamless checkin with detailed explanation of the Conrad property. Friendly welcome to our family and kids, and much appreciated ready recommendations for dining and local attractions. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and he thanked us for celebrating with Conrad and sent up some tasty goodies! Thank you, Clem - Must Recommend!
Megan at the front desk is absolutely amazing! Once I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. She was attentive and very helpful. Every time I visit the Conrad, Megan and the entire team truly know how to make me feel welcomed. Sincerely Sunglasses Guy (Fabian C.)

Beautiful location
Nice rooms, pleasant staff. Good stay overall. The rooms for me are the real and only draw. Everything else is fairly standard for such a property.
Parking is $60! Try one of the garages nearby. No free coffee other than the lousy typical room coffee. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. I let them know the first day but nothing was done about it. Didn’t bother us too much. Little flies in the room. Nice stay overall.
We stayed there for two nights, "room category Studio 2 Queen Ocean Front". Positives: - The room was clean, stylish, high floor (18th), large bathroom. - You can hear the ocean all day long, especially during the night. - The Japanese/Korean restaurant is very good and has inside- and outside tables. - Front desk staff was friendly. Negatives: - Breakfast (in their Japanese restaurant) begins at 8am, no buffet, you have to order everything. - The Japanese/Korean restaurant is crowded and you should make a reservation. The alternative, an Italian restaurant, is quite empty, and for a reason... - We were entitled for a free continental breakfast, due to Platinum Elite status, but they made it very difficult to actually get this: no information at all, how and where this should be served... - The street between hotel and ocean is very loud, sometimes also during the night. - The bed was way too soft, not basck-friendly... - They only offer valet parking (the guy there was not very friendly) and it costs 62 USD per night (!!) - There is not much to do in walking distance, if you don't want to go to the beach.
We had a pool suite which was quite nice. Big bedroom and separate living room with full kitchen. Excellent housekeeping. The pool Is small and absolutely overrun with screaming children. Don’t expect to relax and read a book. Pools chairs need new cushions as the ones they have are very tired and uncomfortable. Pool staff is plentiful and attentive. Beach is a quieter choice. We rented a daybed which was comfortable. Beach staff was good. Ate at both hotel restaurants which were good — not amazing, but good enough. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. May not stay here again for the simple fact that they do not offer an adult pool. Cabanas are not worth the $ as they gain you little privacy or exclusivity. They are still on the main pool deck and are surrounded by the masses of children.
Breakfast was Excellent Not many option for Dinner & Super Noisy in Japanese restaurant
Not good options for Lunch or Dinner - other than the fancy Italian so we had Dinners down the street - more casual
We stayed here a few weeks back. Staff is excellent and on top of everything. Highly recommend Takato restaurant. We ate here twice. That said, this hotel is in need of an update. 2 Bedroom suite is worn & tired. Pool facilities while pleasant could also use a little updating. Otherwise location is great.
Love the Conrad. Professional consistent service. The beach personnel are awesome. Such personalized service and great attitudes Eddie was awesome So welcoming and friendly. Cant say enough about the entire Conrad experience!!!
Eddie went above and beyond for us. Super friendly and very professional and personable. We’ll def look for him next time!! .
When we arrived at 2:30 we were told I room was not ready, at 5pm it was still not ready but we finally got in around 5:30. They gave us some extra credits which was nice but the meals in the hotel were ridiculously priced for what they were. The nicest server we encountered was Nashua in the pool bar area on the 6th floor. She made the wait for the room better than it could have been. We did have a nice suite ocean front room and never ran out of water. My wife got to enjoy the beach while I chased down some prescription drugs I had forgotten. When we checked out, we expected to be around $300 as the original reservation was $262 and over 260,000 points. Resort fees and parking pushed it to $492.00.
Perfect location across from the beach , amazing hotel service, beautiful pool and beach areas with towel services , our spacious suite was well maintained with a large balcony ocean view , excellent housekeeping everyday , great value , highly recommended

Arrived very early and our room was available for early check-in! Ocean- facing suite with double balcony was beyond expectations. Staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast was quick and delicious at related restaurant. Walkable to restaurants and lots of available ground transportation to Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show. Although boat show meant influx of hoards of people, the property did not feel too full. Very quick elevators were much appreciated.
We booked a 1 night stay with FHR in a 1 BR suite. Clem checked us in and was very friendly explaining all the FHR benefits and upgraded us to a wrap-a-round 1BR suite which was definitely appreciated. We loved the room and even had a romantic dinner on the balcony. All the staff at the pool and beach area were also friendly and we loved it here. We will definitely be returning in April with our kids for spring break!
Coming down a day early before our cruise and we wanted to start our trip off nicely. Our flight landed early and we weren’t sure if our room would be ready. It was! At 11am. Even if it wasn’t, the reservation included beach chair set up, bikes and other amenities on property. Everyone was extremely nice to let us know about local places to eat. Our room was beyond perfect. Stove, fridge, microwave and a great soaker tub. Overall, the vibe of the hotel with their on-site restaurants and bars were top notch. Would love to return and stay for a few nights.
We were in desperate need of an adult getaway and this couldn’t have been a better place to spend with friends. From the effortless walk to beach, a nice break by the pool and delicious dinner at Vitolo… it had everything we didn’t even know we needed. The area at night is fun and lively leaving us with tons of options for a good time. Definitely doing this again and only at the Conrad!
Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. Perfect beachfront location and large suites. Weather was great and was able to walk to several restaurants. Takato inside the Conrad was a solid sushi option.
Excellent spot
Me gustó
Que me pidieron tarjeta y me pidieron 2 veces la garantía de estadía 2 veces de 400 dólares MUY MAL
The room was mazing I loved my beachfront view. The restaurant downstairs Takato was AMAZING! Thank you for the great service by Andre on the beach
My time there was excellent however they should have more options for 24 hour dining/delivery. Also the parking shouldn’t be so expensive for guest, we pay for everything & tipping as well $60 a night is a little too much.
