Spacious room Comfortable bed Very nice staff
F&B offer especially if you are looking for a small bite could be extended
Muy cómodo estar frente a la playa.
El baño, la parte del lavatorio, un poco chica. Hubiera sido cómodo tener allí un poco más de espacio.
Their staff and their next level service
The adult pool is too small
Hervorragendes Hotel, erstklassiger Service ! Das Zimmer mit Balkon außergewöhnlich, die Klimaanlage leise, kaum hörbar. Perfekt !
Friendly and helpfull staff, made me feel right at home

We’ve just checked out after a 3-night stay at the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale and honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but what really makes it is the people. Everyone we came across was so friendly and helpful, and it never felt forced – just really genuine service. A huge thank you to Madison and Catherine on concierge who were absolutely amazing. They made everything so easy for us and were just lovely to deal with – nothing was ever too much trouble and they really helped make the stay feel special. My kids absolutely loved them! Such a great few days – thank you to all the team.
I stopped by the Four Seasons Hotel Ft Lauderdale for a drink at the bar, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance is elegant, relaxing and beautifully designed-it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. I'd also like to recognize Stefan at the reception. Even though we weren't staying at the hotel, he greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism and outstanding hospitality. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and his kindness and huge smile truly stood out. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by whether you're staying at the hotel or live local and simply looking for a sophisticated place to enjoy a drink.
1st class all the way. Great food. Great service. One of higher end Four Seasons - kool vibes here. Our lil baby got really sick. Really scary. They had this really rockstar house call physician - Dr Ramsey Saffouri AM PM DOC 8882676362 True healer True human being Best Dr ever !! Thank you Four Seasons! When we move to Fort Lauderdale he will be our concierge physician
Service, staff, room and amenities were exceptional.
Everything was great

They offer a memorable experience filled with the highest level of quality, service, amenities and kindness! They are an above and beyond hotel that goes out of their way to make sure every guest has a GREAT time! Everyone is the BEST! We cannot say enough amazing things and if you want to have a vacation like none other stay here! We are lucky to have found this hotel and will be coming for many many years!!!! Thank you to the entire team at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale! You're truly one in a million! S Vesper
Rating: 10/10 My family and I stayed here in room 1207 (a "Ocean-View One-Bedroom Residential Suite") for three nights in June of 2026. Positives • The suite felt less like a hotel room and more like a luxury beachfront residence. A full kitchen with a dishwasher, along with an in-unit washer and dryer, meant you could comfortably stay for days or weeks. The difference is that your condo probably doesn’t come with a team of professionals who anticipate needs before you have to ask. This one did. • The room was spacious, immaculate, and genuinely comfortable. The large balcony became an extension of the living space, with both a dining table and a separate sitting area overlooking the ocean. It was the sort of place where you find yourself looking for excuses not to leave. • The pool and beach operation was exactly what you hope for from a Four Seasons. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and food and drinks appeared with impressive consistency. The beach sits across the street rather than directly in front of the property, which technically qualifies as a complaint, though only in the most privileged sense of the word. • We arrived from a cruise several hours before standard check-in and fully expected to spend the morning waiting around. Instead, the hotel had us in our room by 10 a.m. After disembarking thousands of passengers and navigating a busy port, that gesture alone dramatically improved the day. • What stood out most was how easy everything felt. Luxury hotels often talk about service, but the best ones remove friction before you notice it exists. This property consistently did that. • It’s impossible not to compare this hotel to the Ritz-Carlton a few blocks away. Both occupy the same stretch of beach. Both target the same customer. Both charge roughly the same rates. Yet the experiences could not be further apart. Staying at the Four Seasons felt like a useful case study in what happens when management obsesses over details and execution. If the leadership team at the Ritz-Carlton were looking for benchmarking opportunities, they would not need to travel far. Negatives • None.
This Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale is beyond first class. It's amazing. Elegant, refined, but not in a brash way, and first class service. How so you ask? When checking in, we mentioned that we were in town to see our first grand child. Check in into our room and guest service staff sent up a lovely bottle of Laurent Perrin Champagne - what a lovely gesture! Pools are just great overlooking the ocean and the restaurants are all excellent. Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale checked all the boxes and then some.

The breakfast was just ok in our opinion. However everything else was excellent.

We loved our vacation to Four Seasons Ft. Lauderdale! Our rooms were gorgeous. The beach was easily accessible across the street and it was beautiful. The hotel is beautiful. Loved the breeze up on the pool deck. We went in August and it wasn't too hot. This hotel is easy to get to from the airport. I also liked being able to walk & jog the boardwalk. We ate at Evelyn's one night and it was incredible! I also loved the steam room and the special shower with all of the different faucets. Our bathroom was very spacious. I definitely hope to return!
5 days of relaxing bliss. Came here with my family, parents, sister. Total of 3 kids age 4,6 and 1. We all had an incredibly relaxing and magical time. Beds were heavenly. Breakfast is excellent. Views and service excellent as well. We loved the beach. Everything was perfection. If I could change one thing, it would only be that I was hoping the breakfast buffet would be as extensive as the one at Four Seasons Mexico City. Having just been there I was hoping for the same here, but it is a minor point. Lovely stay and we will likely return.
This was our 3rd stay and it was not up to par with prior visits. Two items in our profile/advance request were not performed when we checked in. Also, my wife's spa treatment which was booked months in advance was cancelled a week before our arrival. The pools are open from dusk to dawn but the pool cleaner does not arrive early. One morning several adults and children were standing around waiting for the cleaner to finish. Our prior visits were flawless but due to this experience, we won't be returning any time soon.
I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every aspect of the property exceeded expectations. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at ease. The amenities are thoughtfully curated, ensuring that everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and kindness make you feel truly valued as a guest. Dining at the hotel is equally impressive. Evelyn’s restaurant is phenomenal — the food is exquisite, the drinks are works of art, and the staff is second to none. The bartender in particular is amazing, making every drink experience a delight. Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, thoughtful amenities, and outstanding service makes this property truly unforgettable. Whether you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale for business or leisure, the Four Seasons Hotel delivers an experience that is both comfortable and exceptional. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
I'll start with what made this place great the location check in Easy convenient the room view was fantastic and comfortable. Daily room cleaning was very nice and appreciated. The pool was excellent for early morning lap swim. The spa was outstanding had a wonderful massage steam room was outstanding as well. Was there for a conference the meals at the conference were very good had a team dinner at Evelyn's one evening what a treat. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Issues that disappointed include the lobby bar less than stellar service no water offered no snacks offered however Others near me were given those options and my glass of wine was the bottom of a bottle emptied out. At checkout there was an item on my bill that I did not make was assured it would be taken off it was not, had to make a few calls and emails to finally convince them I didn't make the charges it eventually was removed.
Bon petit déjeuner. Service impeccable. Bel hôtel.
Niveau sonore du restaurant - bruyant L'agneau Australian n'a pas été tendre.
The Four Seasons is a wonderful place to enjoy relaxing, fun and memorable times! The service was amazing, the staff super kind, and the room just fantastic! The beach is beautiful and we had exceptional beach service! The experience is one that was above and beyond and we are excited to go back soon! This is a home away from home! S. Vesper
almost all was excelent, but the meals and time for the service in the pool and restaurants was very slow.
Second time staying here, and will be returning again. Stayed with my 13 year old daughter. Excellent stay, fantastic service, great food, and top notch facilities. A few call-outs for exceptional staff: Jennifer (concierge), Jackie (Front desk management), and Drake (valet manager) - and so many more.
Great hotel. Room was amazing and service is top notch. Very attentive and location is very nice! Must stay if coming to Fort Lauderdale.
Claudette is amazing and she has the best energy and is always happy and smiling 🤍 she upgraded my experience and made me feel so safe here
What a joy to return to the Four Seasons Ft. Lauderdale! Everything positive you’ve read is true, and more, so I will focus on those elements which blew us away in the hope that it will help future guests. The spa: I don’t know how the Spa Manager found the team, but after working with three different therapists, I can confirm that they are best in class. Do book in advance and come early to relax in their quiet and calm relaxation room, use the sauna or steam room. Book in advance to secure your preferred time. Evelyn’s restaurant: It’s odd to say, but this is absolutely my favorite restaurant, anywhere. The ingredients are the highest quality, and the dishes, all the ones we’ve tried, are just delicious. Even when we are passing through Ft. Lauderdale, we make reservations and enjoy a meal at Evelyn’s. The bartender, Matthew, would be better called a Wizard. He makes every drink, and I don’t drink alcohol, special for you. This Four Seasons has an especially gifted pastry chef. The in-room amenities you can pre order or special order, are extraordinary, even for a true luxury hotel. They can make and do make, almost anything you can dream up. Thank you so much to the Four Seasons Ft. Lauderdale for making our vacation so special. We appreciate you and can’t wait to come back!

Very good
One of a kind experience, such hospitality was impeccable
Best hotel in Lauderdale. One of top four seasons. Excellent staff super clean amazing food. Highly recommend worth every penny.
Checking in was wonderful Sitting areas relaxing and peaceful Restaurants five star Pool staff great Room was amazing and clean….. Wonderful place to stay
Second time here - and again a sheer delight to feel you're truly in the best of hands. Everyone at the hotel is kind, bright and effortlessly hospitable without any pretense or strain. It's a rarity for this area - and the property is faultlessly fine. I will be back again and again.
Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is the third Four Seasons property I have tried this year and the only one worthy of a perfect rating. I booked here after being notified that my reservation at Thompson Miami Beach was cancelled because the hotel grand opening was delayed. I watched the reviews of a few premium properties in Dade and Broward for 2 weeks before booking here. I almost booked at the Conrad next door. The poor condition of the Conrad exterior upon arriving at the Four Seasons was all the validation I needed that I made the right choice. My six-night stay was a master class in hospitality. A truly exceptional property staffed by people who are the very best part of Four Seasons. RECEPTION Our rooms were ready for an AM arrival, which is always a plus. Rivas, our bellman, was great! In fact, all of the valets and bellmen were the nicest guys! I would stay here again just to catch up with these guys as they were cool dudes to talk to. ROOMS Beautiful, well appointed and treated in the Four Season minimalist, functional, monochromatic esthetic. Nice bathrooms and generously stocked honor bar with good variety of snacks and beverages. Kudos for no single use plastics. Same flooring used on balconies as inside rooms which makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the indoor space. Housekeeping and turndown services were prompt and superb. Housekeeping highly proficient in the art of anticipation. You have every amenity before you even know you needed it. EVELYN’S Always good for breakfast. Johnny provided excellent service daily. The food offerings reward nicely and the chef was always sending out a little something special each day to surprise and delight. They offer a breakfast buffet on weekends; but, I recommend sticking to the menu items. Execution problems persisted during the Saturday morning I was there. The pancakes were mid, as the kids say. They looked like low-quality machine-made fare you would expect to find at Four Points not Four Seasons. Keep in mind that AMEX FHR food and beverage credits are good here not MAAS which isn’t considered part of the hotel. MAAS has the only Michelin star in the city so it will be on my bucket list for future visits. SPA Sublime! Superior service although there was no men’s locker room attendant when I was there. Lockers are pre-staged and personalized with a nice note. Sauna and steam room will not disappoint. You will need a Stanford PhD in physics to figure out how to operate the Vichy-style shower. The 120-minute deep dive message from Kendra was the highlight of the stay! Hot stones, foot scrub, cupping, the works. I would probably skip the cupping next time but at least tried it. Kendra was excellent! You will want to request her. FITNESS CENTER You can actually get your bench press on here! The bar is not part of a Smith Machine which is an extremely rare find in hotel gyms. In fact, this is the only one I have encountered in 40 years. Only enough plates to get you to about 300 lbs. but that’s good enough for most of us! Best flavored water machine ever, and it dispenses both sparkling and flat. All cardio machines face windows but only the stair machines users get direct ocean views. Others get look at the Conrad, which desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. BEACH CLUB They set you up nicely with chaise covers, towels and water. I spent most of the time in the ocean but was surprised by the absence of a server making rounds to take F&B orders when I was out of the water. OVERALL Extraordinary! Would love to return for a winter getaway.
Very beautiful and clean hotel. Customer service was excellent!!! Stayed with a newborn and enjoyed everything. Staff is very friendly. 10/10 recommend
Wonderful property, beautiful views. Service is impeccable.
The staff was so attentive and personable. Amazing customer service. Everything about the room was ideal. Beautiful ocean view from the room, large balcony, large bathroom. So clean. We will definitely be back!

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is beyond the best.
The best ever what a great team working hard there
Fantastic service and cleanliness!
The staff at the Four Seasons are exceptional! They go above and beyond and are so friendly and welcoming. We had to leave our daybed early due to the rain but the team couldn’t be kinder helping us transition indoors. Jonathan was incredible!! He made our day and my birthday so special! The food was fantastic as well!
This is our fourth time here. This place never disappoints. We’ve been coming here the last few years to celebrate my birthday. This place made my birthday and everyday special. The warm welcoming by Paige was very much appreciated. Our room 1010 was comfortable, quiet and impeccably clean. The nightly turndown service is just a perfect way to end your day and get the most relaxing sleep ever. The room is serene and zen. Tastefully decorated and very much a home away from home feeling. Yes this place is expensive but you get what you pay for. Go ahead and splurge. Treat yourself……you won’t regret it. I want to personally thank Mr. Karpov, Paige Vincent and everyone else behind the scenes for “making it right”. MOST of all I want to thank some of our favorites who really stand out……who always remember us upon our return. Our FAVORITE pool kids Lias and Jonathon. Sorry Jonathon for calling you by the wrong name (Kevin). Thanks for always remembering us and taking such GREAT care of us poolside. Last but not least…….Shane…….. our favorite valet guy. Thanks Shane for all the conversation, great recommendations on food places. Thanks for understanding just how picky I am lol. These employees are a true asset to the Four Seasons Brand……..don’t ever let them leave…… just allow them someday to climb the proverbial corporate ladder. Luv you guys, Thx again, Mark & Kathleen Room 1010.
I honestly can't say enough good things about my stay here. I booked through Amex FHR for my fiancée's birthday and they really went above and beyond. This was our first stay at a Four Seasons and they have created a brand loyalist. From the moment we arrived the team made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was professional and pleasant without feeling at all pretentious. Before we arrived, I had requested flowers for my fiancee's birthday. Not only was the bouquet better than what I can find from most florists, but we also got upgraded to an amazing room and they had a dessert and birthday gift waiting for my fiancée. On top of nailing every detail, they didn't charge us for any of it. A complete surprise that just made it feel like they were celebrating with us. We went to the spa where I received the best massage I have ever had. The facilities were beautiful and again, little details such as hand written welcome cards just made the experience that much nicer. The staff at the spa had the same professionalism combined with approachability that really makes this place stand out. The pool had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and the food and drinks served there were great. Again, the people working there were attentive and kind. Finally we went to both on-site dining options, Maass and Evelyn's, and both were beautiful aesthetically and had great food and service. I've never written a review on TripAdvisor but felt compelled to after the treatment we received. The team here has blown me away, even compared with other luxury places such as the St. Regis and Park Hyatt. They delivered in every way imaginable. Thank you so much for a memorable trip, you really made it special.
Absolutely phenomenal
Everything was perfect
Maass and Evelyn's are two exceptional restaurants. Accommodations are modern and spacious. All of the staff were extremely courteous. Pool are and associated bar are nice as well. It's newer than the Ritz and therefore is a better stay. Highly recommend
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in a very warm and pleasant manner. All the staff at the hotel are wonderful and made sure that our stay was perfect. This hotel lives up to Four Seasons reputation. Highly recommend.
Hotel, amenities, staff and restaurants were amazing.
Nothing
10/10 we loved it
Everything good
Overall we had a great stay. Comfortable bed and nice size room (king ocean view). Beautiful view of course. Loved having a patio to eat breakfast while looking at the ocean. The pool was also great to spend time at. Food was ok and very overpriced. one apple is 5 and eggs for breakfast is 30. This beach is not the best - at no fault of the hotel - i would pick another part of South Florida if your main goal is to be on the beach.
Excelente
Fabulous
The hotel is situated on the beach in a row of upscale hotels. Check in was fine, but there was only one person working the desk and there were several people waiting to check in. The lobby area is small but well appointed. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and pleasant. I had a special deal through Chase called "The Edit" which provides a hotel credit of $100, free breakfast, a space-available upgrade and late checkout. The clerk was aware of that and informed me that the Maasa restaurant was not on that plan since its privately owned. We could use their restaurant, where we ate for dinner and breakfast. Parking was $60 per night, which seemed very high but similar to other properties on the street. The resort fee was about $60 as well and we didn't use any of the supposed amenities that the fee covered. It was basically a way to get more money from us for absolutely nothing. I usually won't even stay in a hotel that charges a resort fee but made an exception. So, before even checking in we had already spent $60 on parking and $60 on the resort fee in addition to the $800 our room cost for the night. Our room was not available so we explored the hotel. A few hours later we received a text that the room was ready. We did not get an upgrade. A bellmen helped us up to the room, showed us around the room and was very nice. The room was very clean, well appointed with a nice bathroom, two sinks, a nice touch, a private toilet, a bathtub, another nice touch, and a shower . It was all marble and very attractive. There was a very large balcony with a nice view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were very nice. There was some complimentary water in addition to the a minibar where a small packet of M & M's were $12. We went to the gym which was very basic with a few machines, towels, lockers which I couldn't figure out how to use, several treadmills, a few weighlifting machines, and a nice water dispenser. It was nicer that a basic motel gym but for the cost of the hotel, not up to expectations. After the gym we went to the pool. There are two pools, one was "adult only" but was directly next to the all family pool. The adults-only pool was surrounded by cabanas, which apparently were available for $400 rental, but there were no signs indicating that. We found out by sitting down and being told we couldn't sit there unless we paid to rent the cabana for the day. it was sunny and all of the "free" seating was in the hot sun and that was not going to work for us. There were many empty cabanas and it was quite irratating to pay $800+ for a hotel room and not be able to use the cabana without paying more. The family pool was not large and there wasn't enough seating for non-cabana guests. Kids were screaming and it was an unpleasant experience so we left the pool after a few minutes. Hardly the experience we were expecting for the price we paid. We ate in their cafe for dinner. It was nice with very wonderful service. Drinks averaged $25 and we ordered a house red wine, which to our surprise, was $38 a glass. The dinner was "small plates" and averaged about $25 per plate, We ordered roasted chicken which was $52, plus an eggplant spread which came with pita bread, and the most delicious dessert ever, a Dubai chocolate cake thing that was to die for. Our dinner was $235 with tip for the above-listed items. Very overpriced but very good. The next day we had breakfast in the same place and it was $84 for a waffle, a cup of coffee and a smoked salmon plate that was served with what they call a "jerusalem bagel" which was OK but very small. They gave a very decent amount of fish on the plate, but the bagel was so tiny I needed to ask for more and the waiter brought another bagel at no charge. We were given late checkout but ended up leaving at noon. We tried to go to the pool again but it was crowded and full of kids screaming. All in all, for the money, there are much nice and more luxurious places to stay. I feel that the value for the money was very bad and I would not stay here again.
the Evelyns restaurant menu was poor, Breakfast buffet was fine. Food at the pool was very bad. Bedroom was comfortable but not very clean. Balcony furniture was dirty. Lobby bathroom was not clean and no paper towel. They also could use some nice parfum in the lobby like other hotels I visited in the area.
FS FTL is becoming our easy getaway spot. We’ve stayed several times since it opened. The property is immaculate. Great for families with kids. Highly recommend. Go for ocean view. Views in general can vary, do not book Lauderdale view room. Lowest floor level and looks straight back (street not water).
I like how the rooms are modern and that they provide a beach bag, towels, lounge chairs, etc. for your beach visit.
Numerous things made us feel as though our visit to this hotel was not as luxury as the brand Four Seasons claims to be: -Early check-in with ample heads up was not honored. -4pm check-in guarantee was also not honored (after waiting numerous hours in hopes that I could be checked in early - front desk told me they'd tell housekeeping to expedite our room, so I waited because of that - then 4pm came around and the room still was not cleaned. Didn't enter room until 4:15pm) - Manager said he'd escort me to room once it was ready - he did not -Service recovery is awful. Many employees kept asking how things were but never offered solutions or comps to make us feel better about the situation. It is not the guests job to come up with solutions for their dissatisfaction, it is the hotels job to do that. -My car came back from valet with a flat tire (had to come back and valet guy filled it for us) -Outdoor lounge chairs are worn and dirty -App doesn't work I paid 5k + for my stay there and it just was not worth the money. There are more bang for your buck hotels on Fort Lauderdale beach.
First time staying at the four seasons in Fort Lauderdale and it will be my new go to when I’m in the area. First of all the staff are incredibly nice and attentive and the service was top notch. We had no complaints during our stay.
Stefan was absolutely amazing during our stay at the Four Seasons! He was professional, attentive, and had the best recommendations for dining and local experiences. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. His thoughtful touches and warm demeanor truly made us feel taken care of. Thank you, Stefan, for making our trip so memorable! Our stay at the Four Seasons was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall hospitality exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. The room was beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and spotless. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt both luxurious and welcoming. This was truly a five-star experience—we can’t wait to come back!
Family of four and we loved every second of our stay! we loved the restaurants, the staff, the pool, the workout facility! lunch at the pool was a huge hit! the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly! We will be back next year!
It all starts with the service. If you don’t feel, pampered and attended to, you must be dead. I have never met so many happy workers in one place. Every single person we had contact with was polite, asking about our stay, and if there was anything they could do for us. This started the front desk and continued with the pool staff, housekeepers, spa personnel and waitstaff. We had a King ocean view room that was well appointed and comfortable. Both restaurants are great. Drinks were a bit high priced but were very good. Can’t wait to go back.
Nice property and great staff
Room was very nice, every detail fitted
The property is amazing and the staff is even greater.
Love it
Great Four Seasons property with an impeccable staff all the way around
Stayed in many resorts along Ft Lauderdale beach for many years and Four Seasons puts every one of them to shame. Every aspect is luxury. The only choice for true 5 stars on the beach.
Wonderful property, friendly staff
the view and the service
has no hot water on the hot tube
Kevin, the true hero of the beach, made my vacation feel like a vacation within a vacation. I slept for hours on the beach, ate like a king, and stayed hydrated throughout the hot day. The Kevin made it seem like I was the only person on the beach I truly felt like top priority.
Came on vacation for my honeymoon leased some chairs from a beach employee named Kevin, was offered complimentary water. Went swimming in the beach worked up an appetite and purchased some food due to the service we received was delightful. Since my experience was so lovely I told my husband we must book for the hotel on our next trip to Florida.
The property has the potential to be amazing, the staff could not be more professional and kind , unfortunately the room quality has much to be desired as my pictures show . Had I just been moved to a different room I hope this review could be more positive. We experienced no hot water two broken irons and endless time explaining the issues. As well as a traveling soccer team walking through the lobby with no shoes no shirts and towels with massage tables and cooler’s. Is this the Four Seasons? After speaking with Chris from house keeping as well as Drake from room assisting, we were offered a complimentary night on our next booking. I’m somewhat disappointed that I’m being offered a complimentary night as long as I spend more money? I would think if I paid for a two night stay at a 5 star hotel like the Four Seasons I would enjoy two nights . I did reach out to Chris from housekeeping to decline his offer and explained that per our conversation I was insulted by his misleading offer. I have yet to have a response? I booked with American Express Platinum, I received all the perks it offered, this is my issue, I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons International and Domestically many times before, things happen just address it make it correct don’t waist my time. We planned a family meet-up to spend some quality time together. Patricia reached out to us a few days before our arrival to make sure everything was in place. When we arrived ample staff greeted us immediately, whisking our family's luggage from our transportation into their proper rooms. At the same time we were warmly received by multiple staff members at check-in who introduced themselves and asked if we needed anything. Paige continued the warm reception with a happy attitude and got us checked into our rooms. We had two absolutely beautiful ocean view rooms. The bathrooms felt like a spa unto themselves. The furniture with wood accents and the overall room layouts were superb in addition to excellent materials throughout. A designer's & architect’s touch without a doubt is present. Each room was spacious and had a large outdoor covered balcony with a dining table along with other seating. The rooms had smart levels of lighting and a tablet that served multiple purposes for everything from in-room dining ordering to housekeeping requests. During hot humid Florida days the rooms stayed perfectly conditioned. We received a few custom-written notes throughout our stay with multiple welcome gifts which were delightfully done. The pool area had both a separate adult and family pool that were somewhat isolated from one another. This area was nicely looked after and another feature of the hotel we enjoyed a lot. Speaking of which, a small mini golf area was such a fun activity that we did as a family every day. It was covered as well from the elements. Whether we were on the way to/from the beach, dinner, or just strolling around. It was a neat activity that we couldn’t resist just one swing at when we passed by. The entire hotel was nicely looked after at which seemed to be at the highest standards. Everything was excellently maintained. Nothing ever looked worn out. There was a large production cast with actors filming a commercial while we were there which was interesting to see. A wedding also occurred another day. I found it impressive that with two large events happening still service never missed a beat for us. The house car service was flawless and something we enjoyed a lot. Jarred at the front desk was prompt to get this service set up on multiple days and was nice to talk to throughout our stay. Jarred was always there if we needed anything. Taking us a great family photo too. Jesse was a pleasure to interact with each time when using the car service. He was a professional driver and a joy to interact with. We got to experience both the Lucid Air and Moke, which did not disappoint. For breakfast at Evelyn’s we were attended to by Johnny. Johnny was amazing. He jump-started our day with an exciting attitude and helped us celebrate a special occasion which meant a lot to our family. Johnny made it an experience and a perfect way to begin celebrating our time together for a special occasion. Johnny was able to speak Spanish which is the native language of some of our family so he was able to connect with them on a personal level. One evening when returning from dinner we were provided a champagne toast in the exquisitely decorated lobby to celebrate the special family occasion. Another extraordinary moment. One of many during our stay. Anthony at the beach service did something that made us feel very looked after. My Wife was mentioning how she wished she had some gear to see the fish under the water. Which seemed like only seconds later Anthony appeared with multiple goggles and to my Wife’s delight she and our family were able to use them. The beach service was great with some tasty drinks, but that moment I felt showcased an excellent level of attentiveness by going above and beyond. Services buttons are provided as well throughout different areas as such if needed. I wish I could thank by name the housekeeping staff that I never had the pleasure of meeting. Unsung heroes. Both the daily and evening turn-down services were fantastic. Wow! It felt like magic. Every little detail was taken care of. From cleaning my sunglasses with and leaving a stunning Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale cleaning cloth during turn down while we were at dinner to take home, to wrapping our charging cables in a Four Seasons leather cord organizer that was provided by them. Fresh slippers. Nighty treats. The spotless bathroom that was more spa-like than a bathroom. I could go on and on. They deserve to be recognized without a doubt. Nothing says beach vacation like breakfast in-room dining on a balcony overlooking the ocean. We placed the order on the in-room tablet and at exactly the moment it said breakfast would be delivered Nicole arrived at our door. She joyfully set our table perfectly outside on the balcony with a fine touch. She was awesome, and we enjoyed this moment a lot. Flawless and wonderful experience. The spa was stunning. Very luxurious. Could have stayed there all day, and did for a long time. When the rain hits, head to the spa as Nicole said when setting up our breakfast. Chris at the spa welcomed our entire family and attended to us for multiple hours. He was patient with us. The spa was enjoyed by everyone. A comfortable and relaxing time. Eva at the front desk mailed some postcards for us which was thoughtful of her and she was kind to interact with. From the moment we arrived it seemed like everyone had learned our names and we were addressed as such throughout our entire stay. Jennifer was a pleasure to interact with and was always greeting us. Asking if there was anything we needed. How was our day. Our meals. She provided excellent service. Nathalie at checkout exemplified extraordinary attentiveness and a sincere attitude. A nice conversation that really put the cherry on top of a remarkable stay. We recapped our stay's highlights and shared with Kalie the assistant director of rooms our highest thanks. We were happy and excited to have a moment of her time to share with her our experience. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. An exceptional experience. Thank you to all the staff who made it possible.
Outstanding as always!
This was a stay that exceeded all my needs. I dont like hotels, no matter how nice. Big homebody here! I legit felt a little home away from home. I'll be back!
Room was simply amazing! Super clean and they came in very frequently. Pool service was so friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and hope to be back!
Incredible service and facilities. Worth the premium price relative to other hotels in the area.
I stayed here one night over Memorial Day weekend. Because I had been waiting for over 3 hours for my room, they graciously upgraded me to the presidential suite #400 which featured a huge wraparound terrace facing the beach where you could easily throw a party for 50 people. The room was actually a 2 bedroom suite with 3 baths. I wish they would decorate a bit more; their various properties seem too often be somewhat bland in the rooms. The shower, lights and ac were all functional and easy to work. The two pools are good and heated; i wish they had been a bit larger. The gym is decent and comparable to the one at the Ritz Carlton. There is a spa with steam and sauna, but those facilities are not open at night and there is no machine to spin-dry a bathing suit. The beach is across the street. They have lounges and umbrellas, but the beach is public and you're out there with the riff-raff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with several cold items that were interesting and healthy (although I don't understand how they ran out of cream cheese at 10am). Dinner at Evelyn's was well done; the food items were of high quality and nicely presented. I did not particularly enjoy my dinner because I found most items (except for dessert) to be a bit too spicy, but that's a matter of taste. I like fish and thought the menu was sparse if you eat fish but not shellfish. I also thought it was overly expensive; I had soup, pita bread, salmon and two sides, and dessert. No beverages. Bill came to over $140. What caused that is that the salmon comes with no sides, so you have to pay for each side. The fish and the sides came to about $85 with tax and tip. If I didn't have Amex FHR giving me $100 toward the dinner, I would have been better off going off property for that dinner. The other restaurant on property MAASS does not accept FHR F&B credit. The menus at the Ritz Carlton are more to my liking. Not everyone wants to be at the cutting edge of dining. The biggest pain point here is not at the hotel; it's the drawbridge that you must cross to get off the island. It goes up at 15 and 45 past the hour. Everyone thinks it's at the top of the hour. You can get stuck there on the way to the airport, sometimes I'm told for 15-20 minutes. It's about a 20 minute ride to the airport if you don't get stuck. As a tourist destination, I'm not crazy about this area. The beach area is not upscale and there is no pleasant place to walk down the street from the hotel. It's OK and safe, but nothing to see and no place to go. The hotel gets the job done at the 5-star level and ticks off the boxes, but there is no wow to this property. You probably come here if you have a reason to be in the area or want a nice hotel not far from the airport. What I can tell you though is that it is being meticulously maintained; grounds crew are on the job 24 hours a day checking things out and making sure the place is perfect. I was impressed with that.
