The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Fresh towels whenever you needed them. Coffee pods and washing pods were replaced when needed. The apartments were spacious. The location has been criticised in some older reviews, but the area has a few big hotels, great restaurants and the price matches its location. Neither me nor my partner had any issues with the area. Athens is not a pretty city like Paris, London or Edinburgh. It is very functional ( other than the obvious archeological sites ) and the cityscape reflects that. The food is great and not expensive. The apartment is about 20 to 25 minutes from a great area where there are loads of bistros ( google maps for Ag. Anargiron). Very lively at night and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. A great holiday in September 2026.

A better set of photos of the pool area. We knew it was not going to be big. It has a long narrow infinity pool … Great! It only has three sun loungers. Ah! It also has 4 chairs and there is no space for more, so that’s it. Better photos if that area would have been appreciated. A minor point though.

Het appartement was ruim, schoon, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs badjassen. De bedden en kussen een dikke 10!!! Keuken voorzien van alles en uiteraard het heerlijke zwembad. In elke kamer airco, hele fijne airco. Snelle en goede communicatie, metro op 2 minuten afstand looen en je zit zo in het oude centrum!

Lækre, rummelige lejligheder med store balkoner, rengøring hver dag, god aircondition og god kvalitet. Dejlig pool på taget med flot udsigt til bl.a. Akropolis. Det skønneste personale og super service.

Det ligger i et lidt skummelt område, men vi oplevede intet ubehageligt. Ville ikke gå der alene om aftenen.

Rien à redire sauf le parking payant, heureusement en août il y avait des places gratuites ds la rue.

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, buenas instalaciones y limpieza. La piscina es un plus con unas buenas vistas y que permite un buen baño.

La zona tiene mucho alojamiento y hotel pero el entorno está un poco abandonado y oscuro, todo ello sin menospreciar el alojamiento.

Everything was great! It was a the perfect location for our bus travel to Saranda, Albania. The bus station is 2 minutes away walking. Very clean! Looking forward to the next stay!

The apartment was new and very spacious, beautifully kept clean with everyday service. Having our own nice private terrace was a huge plus, but the absolute highlight was the stunning shared rooftop pool with nice views of the Acropolis. The location is very convenient, really close to the metro station (2min walk). Above all, the communication was great, and the hosts are truly kind, welcoming people.

This apartment is very close to metro so getting g around is super easy. The apartment itself was super clean, very comfortable and had all amenities you’ll need. The roof top pool was a highlight after a day out, was lovely to cool off with a spectacular view of all of Athens inc Acropolis. Would 100% stay again :) very happy

Nos gustó todo, tiene ascensor sin necesidad de subir ningún escalón , tiene piscina con vista al acrópolis . El apartamento muy grande , terraza grandísima que daba el salón y uno de los dormitorios. La chica de recepción súper simpática nos ayudó en todo y nos entregó la habitación antes de las 15h , tiene boca del metro en la puerta para poder ir al centro pero andando hay 15 minutos . Volvería a repetir

The hotel itself is excellent. Very high cost-performance ratio. The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room, comfortable and wide beds. Equipped kitchen, great balcony and two spacious bathrooms. There are towels, bathrobes, soaps, shampoo and moisturizer. The design is comfortable, beautiful and pleasant. There is no staffed concierge but there are cleaning and maintenance workers and a WhatsApp service available with good service. The rooftop pool is great and is a huge bonus.

The only drawback is the location a little far from the center in the dubious area of ​​the city (which is 95% of the city, except for the area near the Acropolis), but the hotel is next to a metro station so getting to the Acropolis area is very simple, quick and convenient.

Spacious, clean, roof top pool was a bonus; but it’s not a big space - 2 lounger 6-8 chairs.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, just a minute’s walk from the Metro station, which made getting around Athens incredibly easy. There were supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of amenities nearby, as well as a lovely coffee shop literally a few seconds from the apartment which did the best coffees! The air conditioning was very effective, which was definitely appreciated in the Athens heat, and everyone was really comfortable. As a large family, having two bathrooms was also a huge bonus. Although it was an apartment, it had the added convenience of feeling more like a hotel, as you could choose to have your apartment cleaned every day if you wished, which was a really nice touch. The rooftop pool was a real highlight and so welcoming after a long, hot day exploring Athens. We arrived very late on our first night and were easily able to order takeaway food using Wolt, which was really convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again if we return to Athens.

The staff went above and beyond to help us out staying with our 14month old boy. The room was perfect, roomy and fantastic aircon in the middle of summer.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe and secure inside the property. Fantastic restaurant around the corner called Thinalos seafood restaurant.

Unfortunately we walked through Omonoia to get there that scared us slightly but once there it was fine. The metro was only a few minutes walk.

Excellent location, metro just a few minutes walk and only a couple of stops to the Acropolis area. It was large and clean and the pool was welcome after a hot day sightseeing.

The location is very giid, a few from a metro station. The staff was always available, and the pool on the 8th floor is cool.

2 slaapkamer appt, ruim, en volledig ingericht. Schoon, voorzien van 2 toiletten, goed ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine en strijkfaciliteiten. Ruim terras, ramen voorzien van rolluiken. Goede airco. Dicht bij metrostation, slechts 2 haltes verwijderd van Monastiraki en 4 van Syntagma. Goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Zwembad op het dak, maar weinig zit plek. Wel fijn om even af te kunnen koelen in de zomer. Parkeergarage tegen betaling en uitsluitend na reservering. Alles gaat met self check-in, je krijgt codes voor de centrale toegangsdeur en voor je appt per whatsapp. In de ochtend vaak iemand aan de receptie. Verder zijn ze 24/7 te bereiken en er wordt snel gereageerd bij vragen.

Confort, grandeur des apparts, relation clientele super et facile, proprete, efficacité, le couloir de nage avec vue sur l’acropole est un plus... Le fait que juste a coté il y ait tout ce qu’il faut pour prendre le petit dejeune, et la proximité du metro. Tout etait super!

Apartamento muito grande e espaçoso, limpo, com cozinha completa, vários amenities, ar condicionado em todas as divisões e duas varandas uma delas com vista para a Acrópole. O check in e a comunicação foram muito simples e óptimas. A piscina no rooftop foi um extra óptimo no calor de Atenas. Excelente escolha. O nosso apartamento superou as imagens do booking.

A localização fica numa zona de Atenas muito suja e com um ambiente não tão bom, mas nunca nos sentimos inseguros. Caminhos à noite em família e foi muito tranquilo. Apesar de não ser um ponto positivo não interfere nada na qualidade do alojamento.

La ubicació, netedat i la piscina

Ruim en schoon appartement. Fantastische bedden. Goede luiken (dus donker) en airco waardoor we echt heerlijk hebben geslapen. Fijn ruim balkon en ruime keuken. Dagelijks schoonmaak en eventueel vervanging handdoeken, koffiecups en wasmachine tabletten worden bijgevuld, luxe! Gaaf zwembad op het dak met mooi uitzicht op Athene. Metrostation op paar meter lopen en aantal bakkertjes om de hoek. Voor het centrum zit je binnen 20min lopen. Als wij weer naar Athene gaan, komen we hier zeker terug!

Iba con mis hijos desde España y me facilitaron entrar 2 horas antes sin ningún problema. Fueron muy amables. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y están muy bien equipados.

El espacio de la piscina es mucho más pequeño de lo que sale pero hace servicio. La zona por la noche no es la mejor para ir andando pero con Caby no hay ningún problemas

Si buscas un apartamento comunicado y económico, sin duda este es el lugar. Nosotros viajamos 5 personas y era importante disponer de espacio. El apartamento es amplio, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal de limpieza atento. Por supuesto la gestión de Gregoria ha sido la llave para que la estancia haya resultado fabulosa. Además está bien conectado con el centro tanto a pie como en metro. Supermercados cerca y un buen restaurante a 50 m.

Apenas hay espacio en la piscina para permanecer fuera del agua, pero es solo un detalle, porque la piscina es muy agradable

Mooi ruim 4 persoons appartement met zwembad op het dak om na een dag Athene af te koelen Parkeergarage onder het hotel was zeer praktisch net als het metrostation om de hoek waarmee je binnen 10 min in het centrum staat. Kleine supermarkt en bakker 2 straten verderop voor boodschappen/ontbijt

Zwembad is puur om even snel te zwemmen, ruimte er omheen is er niet (Staan 4 bedjes en paar stoelen op klein oppervlak) waardoor je niet kan zonnen. De buurt rondom het hotel is niet de beste, gebruik de metro om naar centrum te gaan. 1e dag gelopen maar in de avond zou ik dit afraden

We loved the location. People said it was not the best area in athens but with 3 little kids walking to and from the metro with no problems at all. Super spacious, and the roof top pool was a huge hit with the kids and us :) Local cafes with great food, huge comfy beds and the shutters are great to keep the heat out from the day. Loved it, thank you :)

Only thing would be the daily cleaning happened around 3 or 4pm when we had arrived back for a rest so we didn't get the daily cleaning as we didnt want to be interrupted at that time. Would be great if it was done earlier, but we understand it takes alot of time.

Getting in and out of the car park as the gradient and bend were incredibly challenging… it’s not suitable for large cars. The pool steps were super slippery!

El apartamento es fantástico, grande y cómodo ( tres baños !!!) Está bien situado con el metro a 50 m y supermercados y cafeterias alrededor, lo mejor es la piscina de la octava planta con vistas a la Acrópolis 😍, genial para refrescarte después de un dia de visita a la ciudad.

El sistema automático de entrada al apartamento se estropeó estando todos en la piscina y tardamos 25 min en poder contactar con alguien que nos solucionara el problema, la verdad es que pasamos un mal rato al estar los cuatro en bañador en el pasillo y ser las 21:00 de la noche.

We thought everything was great!

Meget ny, ren og stor lejlighed. Personalet super hjælpsomt. Dejligt at der var pool, men dog til den lille side og liggestole området meget småt og kun 1 til 2 stole kunne være i solen.

Synes det lå i et snusket område og lidt øde når man skulle hjem om aftenen af visse gader. Mange andre steder var meget flottere - ville vælge et andet område af byen en anden gang.

המלון עצמו הוא מעולה, החדר גדול, מרווח, נקי ומאובזר הייטב. עבור משפחות זה מלון שיכול לספק את הנדרש.

לצערי אנחנו בחרנו לא להישאר לאחר לילה אחד, במודע כי נפסיד את הכסף ששילמנו. האיזור בו ממוקם המלון הוא איזור, גרוע ונותן תחושת חוסר ביטחון. היינו עם הבנות שלנו והרגשנו אווירה מאוד לא נעימה באיזור המלון. לא הבנתי שזה עד כדי כך משמעותי מהביקורות פה. חשוב לציין שצוות המלון מקסים, אנשים טובים וגם הדירות נהדרות, לנו האיזור ממש לא התאים ובחרנו לעבור מקום.

הדירה היתה יפה מאוד, מאובזרת, נקייה

המיקום של הדירה נראה בצד הרע של העיר, נרקומנים ברחוב, משטרה מתשאלת אנשים, לא נעים לשהייה עם ילדים.
