Pas de coffre fort alors que c'était indiqué dans l'annonce. Problème pour le petit déjeuner il a fallu réclamer le breakfast ticket pour pouvoir déjeuner. Nous avons du régler les 2 er déjeuners avant d'obtenir le ticket.

La chambre était trop petite, la douche exiguë. Énormément de bruit (restaurant en bas, les portes des studios sont très bruyantes également) Donne sur un parking (bruit) Le seul moment de répit est entre 3h et 5h du matin Très mal isolé Nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi, dommage pour un hôtel…. Aucune place de parking aux alentours Les rideaux ne permettent pas de couvrir la luminosité, il faisait quasiment jour dans la chambre en pleine nuit.. Les personnes en charge du ménage qui toquent à 10h pour faire la chambre …

we did not get new towels before 3 days. You could not close the door to the shower as there was an open gap. The same as the door to the bathroom.

Emplacement parfait : front de mer, a l'entrée de la vieille ville facilement accessible à pied. Calme grace a des fenetres a isolation phonique. Salle de bain neuve. Chambre propre avec grand lit. Possibilité de prendre son petit dejeuner au bord de l'eau au pied de l'hotel.Process check in bien indiqué car pas d'accueil physique.

Necessité de refaire la peinture de la chambre, abimée notamment à la tête de lit. La décoration africaine surprend.

Die Lage

Extrem kleines und stickiges Zimmer. Das Badezimmer wirkt teilweise ungepflegt und hat rostige Stellen. Für den Preis ist das Zimmer schlicht zu klein. Zudem versperren Kabel die Sicht vom Balkon aufs Meer, was auf den Bildern so nicht erkennbar war. Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,40 m breit. Es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt eher lieblos. Für maximal 50 € pro Nacht wäre das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht fair.

No es cómoda la recepción, no hay nadie y te dejan las llaves en una caja con código fuera del sitio. La comunicación es a través de WhatsApp, la cual no siempre responden en el momento. Es lo único que podría decir porque el resto todo súper!!

Sicuramente la posizione è il pezzo forte di questa struttura! Rimane anche comodo arrivare in auto perché ci sono diversi parcheggi.

Purtroppo la nostra stanza era davvero piccola e per 2 giorni non ci è stata cambiata la biancheria! Su booking mi dava il soggiorno con colazione ma non ci è stata data perché la struttura mi ha detto che quella tipologia di camera non comprende il servizio colazione. Non so di chi è la colpa,se la loro o di booking ma per questi piccoli particolari non siamo rimaste pienamente soddisfatte!

O pequeno almoço ser fora da residência e ser tarde. O quarto não dá sequer para pendurar a roupa, tivemos de ter a roupa toda dentro da mala, e arranjar soluções para meter duas malas abertas no chão… que nem espaço havia, pelo menos nos nossos quartos.

Camera non pulitissima e in 4 giorni non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani (oltre alle lenzuola). Posizione comoda, ma praticamente impossibile trovare posteggio per l'auto di sera nel weekend. Camera e bagno molto molto piccoli.

Wir waren schon ein paar Mal im Kumba, wussten also was uns erwartet. Die Lage ist super, nicht inmitten des Trubels aber doch sehr zentral. Aussicht auf Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für ein paar Nächte ausreichend und sauber. Letztes Jahr hatten wir eines, das war wirklich fast unzumutbar zu Zweit. Heuer war es klein, aber ok + 2 Balkone. Klimaanlage funktioniert top. Der "Check In" funktioniert gut über Schlüsselsafe.

Was ein bisschen unpraktisch ist, es gibt einen neuen Betreiber des Lokals im Erdgeschoss (gutes Essen!). (Vor Ort gibt es niemanden der für das Hotel zuständig sind). Die sind nett, aber so halbkooperativ ... Koffer für ein paar Stunden im Lokal lassen geht nicht (ist auch wirklich alles sehr eng!). Wir hatten aber eine Telefonnummer von Hotelpersonal, haben telefoniert und eine Lösung für das Abstellen des Gepäcks (4. Stock) gefunden. Achja und Glück - wenn der Aufzug geht :-)

Η διαμονή μας στο Kumba at Koum Kapi ήταν ένας εφιάλτης. Εκτός του ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν απελπιστικά μικρό, ακόμη και για ένα άτομο, η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη και δε καταφέραμε να ξεκουραστούμε. Δε βαρεθήκαμε καθόλου, καθώς το βράδυ άρχιςε να χτυπα ο ανιχνευτής καπνού του δωματίου μας χωρίς λόγο, ενώ κοιμόμασταν με κλιματισμό. Μαζεύτηκαν όλοι οι άλλοι πελάτες στο δωμάτιο μας, και μάλιστα 2 φορές, καθώς χτύπησε 2 φορές ο συναγερμός και τους ξύπνησε όλους. Επιπλέον, το κτίριο φαίνεται ταλαιπωρημένο και συνιστάται ανακαίνιση. Τέλος, από τις 11:00 είχαμε οχλήσεις να εγκαταλείψουμε το δωμάτιο και παρατήρηση όταν τα κλειδιά παραδόθηκαν στις 11:06. Το μόνο θετικό, είναι η όμορφη θέα. Στο μπαλκόνι δε μπορείς να καθίσεις γιατί έχει φασαρία από τους καθισμένους στη καφετέρια από πάνω και λόγω του μεγέθους του δωματίου…

L'hôtel est très bien placé, parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel, on peut y poser la voiture et parcourir tout aux alentours à pied, port plage restaurants tout y est.

Camera e letto abbastanza piccoli, spazi ristretti per muoversi.

Ottima posizione, comoda per visitare la città. La stanza era pulita, ma le dimensioni erano davvero molto ridotte, risultando poco confortevole per soggiorni più lunghi.

C'era solo una presa della corrente in bagno (la seconda era in bagno e abbiamo dovuto caricare un telefono lì). Non c'era un posto dove appoggiare le cose né in camera né in bagno. Non c'era spazio. Se una persona stava davanti allo specchio, l'altra doveva stare sul letto (non era possibile passare in due). Bagno minuscola, nella doccia non ci si riesce a muovere. La tapparella era rotta. Non c'è un minimo di insonorizzazione, le porte sul corridoio sbattono in continuazione e molto rumorosamente. L'odore che emana il condizionatore é insopportabile.

Pierwsze piętro niestety wymaga zaciągania rolet i zamykania okien wieczorem z powodu bliskości restauracji.Klimatyzator niesamowicie hałasował.TV niestety nie działał.Pokój mały ale wystarczający na kilka dni.Lokalizacja rekompensuje niedociągnięcia.

Loved the patio view

This is my first time staying out here where I didn’t have a good experience. I asked for an early check in and was met with no help at all. I’m first told that I need to wait till the day of to ask for early check in. The day of I get just a response on how to check in normally. I ask again about early check in and am told if they can finish the room earlier they will let me know. The room is very small and can be complete in an hour max! They never got back to me on early check in so I was just waiting in my rental car for 2hrs. When I tried to find the place I had to ask people around where to go because I wasn’t told they are connected to a restaurant on the bottom. The paint on the wall is chipping, the shower was leaking and I didn’t notice until I seen some of my clothes wet on the floor before using it. The A/C didn’t work as well. In the morning I got woken up over some hair on the floor in the mini hallway. When I’m leaving I have the room key in my hand ready to put back in the locker. I take my things with me in an elevator and to my surprise same lady that woke me up about the hair on the floor comes rushing down from the room she was cleaning to come grab the keys from me. Mind you that’s 3 flights of stairs she ran down to catch me. I didn’t have intentions on taking some keys I have no use for. Was going to put them back in the locker which I guess she wanted to do herself.

Check-in problemlos via Schlüsselbox, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, fantastische Lage an der Promenade mit Blick aufs Meer, Restaurants direkt vor der Tür.

Unglaublich hellhörig, wir sind nachts mehrfach aufgewacht weil die Türen geknallt haben. Sehr kleine Dusche. Etwas lieblos und zusammengewürfelt eingerichtet - die IKEA-Möbel haben ihre besten Jahre hinter sich. Das Zimmer mit Balkon mit Meerblick ist recht klein, aber die Aussicht fantastisch. Da wir nur für eine Nacht blieben, war das Zimmer in Ordnung, länger würde ich allerdings nicht buchen wollen. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, τόσο που ούτε να περπατήσεις άνετα δεν μπορούσες. Στο μισό βήμα από την πόρτα ήταν το κρεβάτι στα τρία βήματα το μπαλκόνι και όποιος κοιμόταν στην αριστερή πλευρά έκανε μισό βήμα και έμπαινε στο μπάνιο. Οι φωτογραφίες στο σάιτ ήταν παραπλανητικές, είχαν τραβηχτεί με 0,5, δίνοντας την αίσθηση ότι ήταν πιο ευρύχωρο. Ήταν βρώμικο, με τρίχες και μαυρακια στα σεντόνια και στις πετσέτες και μια μπάλα από τρίχες στο πάτωμα. Στα 5 λεπτά που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο ψάξαμε άλλο κατάλυμα να μείνουμε. Απογοητευτηκαμε τόσο που ούτε φωτογραφίες δεν τραβήξαμε από την ανάγκη μας να φύγουμε γρήγορα.

It was clean

You enter through a restaurant. The ‘sea view’ is real, but you have to consider that the window and terrace are directly on the main sea-street (which is filled with the restaurants tables and guests), so if you want the view, you sacrifice privacy and you accept the noise. Room is very little. Parking nearby is impossible. I would recommend going somewhere else entirely (another city, really). There’s plenty of places that are much better on all aspects, at lower prices

Gostei apenas da vista. Foi o que não me deixou 100% frustada.

Não gostei do quarto o arcondicionado fez barrulho a noite toda, foi impossivel dormir. O café da manhã era servido apenas das 8:30 as 10:30 ou seja não fui informada antes, paguei a diferencia para tomar café da manhã e não poderei porque terei que ir para o aeroporto antes. Enfim nas fotos na pagina mostra uma coisa na realidade outra. Pelo preço que paguei ja fiquei em hoteis bem melhores que esse foi decepcionante! Espera outra coisa! Principalmente sobre o café da manhã.

Right beside the sea, sound of the waves 🌊 Easy walk into Chania town. Numerous restaurants in area. Small beach 5 minute walk but you can swim directly at door.

Odlična lokacija tik ob plaži s čudovitim razgledom na morje in obzidje. Nastanitev je zelo blizu starega pristanišča, v okolici pa je veliko barov in restavracij, kjer je možno dobro jesti. Soba, kopalnica in balkon so sicer manjši, vendar povsem zadostni za prijetno bivanje. Vse je bilo zelo čisto, osebje pa izredno prijazno, hitro odzivno in ustrežljivo.

Ker so spodaj bari in restavracije, je lahko zvečer nekoliko bolj živahno, vendar mene to ni motilo.

Communication with the management was not smooth at all. After many messages, they still did not provide me with the correct address. They even asked for my WhatsApp number to communicate, instead of simply using the Booking chat like most properties do. It felt like they manage too many properties and are not organized properly. When I asked for a wine opener, I was told to buy one at the store myself. The same happened when I asked for two wine glasses. There was also no hairdryer in the room; after requesting one, they said they would bring it the next day. This is not really an apartment, but a very small room with barely any space — not even enough room for a chair. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is tiny. The room was poorly maintained: the paint on the headboard was peeling, there were cracks in the walls, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The terrace floor was also dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Too expensive for what ít ís! Not worth paying ít!

L' inconvénient est le bruit : en plus du bruit des bars qui sont juste en dessous, il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel lors de mon séjour. Et Aucun accueil, aucune réception,, juste une boîte à clés. Ce sera peut être différent quand les travaux seront terminés.

Location. Close to centre and seafront. Nearby restaurants also means that it is possible to eat even with a late arriving flight. Easy access (self check-in) to rooms with clear instructions. Very comfortable rooms.

The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room size was exactly what I expected.

I booked this room for the view, but unfortunately there was a big black cable from a power pole blocking it. I would have been okay with this if it had been visible in the photos, but it wasn’t. Also, the doors were very noisy, so we kept waking up every time a neighbor came in or went out.

Perfect location. Great cafés and vegetarian restaurant, Stachis, close by.

Be well adviced: pay 10 bucks more and take a "2" room. This is a hotel with 9 rooms. All small , but for the 3 corner rooms 102, 202 and 302 the pro's outweigh the con's. We moved from 301 to 202 after one night. The "2" rooms have 2 sea view balconies. so you have morning- and evening sun and shade.

The standard rooms are just allright for single travellers but when you travel as a couple and are older than 20: think twice. With so little space you would expect smart room design and furniture, to provide the guests what they need: surface to put things down, e.g. for uploading equipment etc. But no: all rooms are equipped as a cheap youth hostel. Not even proper bed lights. That wouldn't take space, right? The shower cabin could be equipped with curved glass doors rather than a straight curtain that inevitable sticks to your body, etcetera. But let's end on a high note: the beds are good, and allthough the "2" rooms suffer from the same shortcomings, they still provide value for your money due to the bigger size , the excellent location and the great views.

It has the most amazing view! To lie in bed and listen to the waves was really beautiful. The balcony directly overlooked the seafront. The whole experience could have been perfect with a few tweaks to the room set-up, e.g. a bigger hanging unit, smaller fridge, a small armchair and table in the corner, full length mirror on the wall. It’s a small room but with better design that wouldn’t matter. It has a lift and a very nice cleaning lady. When the downstairs renovations are finished I’m sure it will be really lovely.

Hot water system was unpredictable and sometimes didn’t work. No reception on-site, with 2 different people to contact by phone, very difficult to get a taxi on checkout. Some noise from other rooms but okay.

La vue sur la mer est très jolie et l'emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville et des restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner négocié avec un bar à proximité, très complet et directement sur la mer. Lit grand et confortable.

Pas d'accueil juste une boîte à clé. Travaux aux rez-de-chaussée donc saleté partout . Salle de bain très petite avec aucun rangements et douche minuscule avec rideaux et pas de bac à douche donc l'eau se répand partout jusque dans la chambre. Pour éponger juste un tapis qui n'est pas changé tous les jours puisque le ménage est fait un jour sur deux. Pas de lampe de chevet pour lire.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir hatten einen super Blick aufs Meer. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Unser Bett war etwas klein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The room was a budget room, but it was so small that we could not have one 23 kg suicase open, so small was the room. The Shower was also very very little.

Great location, the parking is close to the place. The views from the room are breathtaking and have a lot of places to drink and eat something. Totally recommended.

The size of the room was a little bit small for 2 people with more than 1 luggage. We had a problem with the internet connection which wasn't solved during our stay. The bathroom is quite small and you couldn't take a shower comfortably.
