This property is located in a very good spot! It’s quiet, you might hear police sirens but occasionally. If you are tired you won’t hear anything! Costumer service was excellent! It has good TV channels which is a plus! Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. There a lot of good places down the street, we ate some pizza it was the best! It’s so close to universal studios as well. Parking lot is not extensive so be aware that if you get there late you mind not find a spot. Overall 9/10!

Water pressure from the shower is not the best but you are able to shower just fine.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Weird neighborhood slightly sketchy

This hotel is very close to Universal Studios—only about an 8-minute drive away, which was very convenient for our trip. The surrounding area is clean, safe, and quiet. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. It has a simple, modern, and stylish boutique-hotel design. The hotel offers indoor parking for $10 per day. A simple complimentary breakfast is also provided in the morning. I especially appreciated that juice and coffee are available for free 24 hours a day. They even have a fully automatic coffee machine where you can choose from different types of coffee, and the coffee actually tasted pretty good! 👍

We booked the classic two queen bedroom, so the room was a little small, but it was still comfortable and overall quite nice.

This a very beautifull hotel that a never see, very clean, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. I loved everything, and they offer a very good breakfast. The area feels safe despite the location.

I liked the juice bar and the location . I liked the open patio and weight room. I liked that the staff attempted to correct oversight and errors . Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂.

My reservation disappeared and no one knew what happened to it. The AC didn't fully work in the one of our rooms.

Loud, very thin walls and no pool

The size of the balcony room was perfect. It was the 4th room of my entire stay in that hotel over 5days. The juice bar was good. The facility has an open patio to enjoy the weather.

The effort to get the room for one night was anticlimactic and not worth the hassle after all.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Große Zimmer und ein kleines Frühstück, was gar nicht angegeben war.

Aufgrund der Lage mit der Nähe zu einer Feuerwache wird mal manchmal aus dem Schlaf geholt. Die Stornierung einer Nacht wurde freundlicherweise kostenfrei angenommen, aber der Abrechnung gab es etwas Nacharbeit.

We were nervous before arriving as we didn’t know what to expect from this independent hotel. However the greeting on arrival and efficiency of our check in soon reassured us. The free parking and very large room and even larger bathroom were perfect for this 4 person family stay. Location in North Hollywood is ideal for visiting Universal which is one stop away on the Metro (B Line) which is a 4 minute walk away. The North Hollywood area has a good choice of restaurants and a good vibe.

Chambre très confortable avec sanitaire grand et propre avec tout le nécessaire. Espace terrasse extérieur commun très agréable pour s'installer le soir pour manger par exemple. Personnel très gentil. Situation idéale on était à 10bmin d'université. 20 min de l'observatoire. Et 15 min d'hollywood boulevard. Au top !

Il y a des travaux en face mais personnellement ca ne nous a pas dérangé on ne les a pas entendu. Petit déjeuner un peu léger mais il y avait de quoi boire un café et calé un petit creux avant une journée donc parfait.

Nous sommes 2 adultes avec 2 adolescents et la chambre est très spacieuse. La literie très confortable et l’espace SDB grand pour 4. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur. Un espace extérieur commun très agréable. Le petit plus est le petit déjeuner gratuit (thé, café, chocolat, jus d’orange et des petits pains avec confiture et grille pain, pomme et orange). À proximité une supérette (pour l’essentiel) et des restos. Le métro est situé à 10 minutes à pieds. Idéal pour Universal Studios

Rien. Il y a un immeuble qui se construit mais l’établissement ne peut rien y faire. Nous étions en face et franchement ils commencent les travaux vers 6h30 et il faut se lever pour se préparer pour Universal 😂 donc pas trop embêtant

I’m handicap and your hotel allows people to park in spots that aren’t for cars. There was a car parked near the wall but it is right behind handicap parking which makes it hard to leave without hitting or getting very closer

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and I look forward to staying here again in.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Spacious rooms. Nice gym. Very sizeable and relaxing outdoor patio area to relax and watch TV if you wanted. Good AC. Walkable to coffee, bars, restaurants.

Loud construction across the street started every morning around 7am and even on Saturday. Coffee machine was broken the entire 3 days we were there.

Male staff was able to help out .. great customer services I had a problem with my card but the guy was able to resolve the issue

I thought room was small ..there was no room in betweeen the two beds, Also if you add a pool in the patio it would be perfect I would stay there every time ,.

Centrally located for a stay in Burbank or if you need access to downtown LA. Just a block and a half from the public transportation into LA to keep you out of traffic. Far enough north to where have access to multiple LA highways. Clean, quiet and reasonable pricing. Staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping.

Shower was missing grout look like there was some mildew. All of the upholstered pieces were stained and the stucco around all of the doors was all jacked up. It looks like the maintenance is not being done properly. I only stay at this hotel when I'm in La because I love it but this is unfortunate.

Fantastic Location: The hotel is situated in a very nice area of North Hollywood, with plenty of convenient stores and shops nearby. ​Great Amenities & Staff: The property offers easy parking, and the staff members were overall very friendly. ​Comfortable Spaces: The room itself was notably big and very clean.

Horrible Sleep Quality: The mattress was completely worn out, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep. ​Disappointing Service: I informed the staff about the mattress on the first day, but nothing was done. The next day, they simply flipped the mattress to the other side—which obviously didn't help. Management never followed up to check if the problem was solved, and they never offered to change our room to resolve the issue. ​Closed Amenities: The bar was closed and not operating during the middle of our stay.

Very close to Universal studios, about 10- minute drive. Very clean room, linens and towels are fresh, the bathroom is spacious, and you have everything you need. They also offer unlimited coffee, hot choco, and juice. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating too.

Mattress was too soft and sunken

I called prior to driving and confirmed with the gentleman that rooms were available. The night shift individual of Indian descent did not wish to honor my reservation through booking.com. I questioned why he would confirm his availability and rudely kept insisting that he had changed his mind and no room were available.

The property has limited parking spots that are not included with the room. Ten dollar parking fee is expected

We booked this because we were going to go to a Dodger game and we wanted something inexpensive because all we were going to do is sleep there for one night. We arrived, checked in, then went to the ball game and checked out in the morning. They have coffee and rolls for a continental breakfast which were very fresh and good.

It was quiet and comfortable, convenient to walk to the main shopping area.

Very difficult to park into very tight spaces

The rooms were great, clean and decent size and they have all day free coffee which was great.

We had an incident where the staff did not register a guest's parking and we got blocked; we had to make alternative arrangements for transport which was inconveniencing and there wasn't a response from the manager when we reached out to him on email.

The hotel is super cute and in a good area, close to Universal, Downtown Hollywood and the Getty Museum. All locations we visited while there. Upgraded myself to a suite because I like room to spread out in the evening with some down time.

All of the furniture while giving a modern aesthetic was super uncomfortable including the beds. VERY disappointed that the bar area was not open and they didn't even augment that with a happy hour. Breakfast was just cups of quick oatmeal and some fruit.

The fact that it was way over priced, construction was going on, no bottom floor, no complimentary breakfast. And if your charging that much at least have breakfast. Their “breakfast” was muffins and coffee, and a $250 deposit. I absolutely do not think it was worth what it charges

The hotel was super clean, modern, and had a really chill vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I also loved how convenient the location was — close to food spots, nightlife, and everything around North Hollywood without feeling too crowded. The rooms were stylish, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely one of those stays that feels simple but elevated at the same time. Would absolutely stay again.

This motel is super cool. Clean, groovy, good energy. Get there for good parking. It was great, that’s all.

We had to ask the staff to service our room On more than one occasion. The staff were not that really interested in going the extra mile. Not rude, but not friendly either. Breakfast was basic and no options for gluten free

Lexen NoHo has great location near places to eat and the freeways. Rooms are modern, clean, simple. Unassuming neighborhood that’s quiet (except for being in HWB airport takeoff path). Staff very responsive. We’ve stayed a dozen times.

It‘s the 5th time we stayed at this Hotel and it‘s always a great experience. Very nice snd spacious room. The bed is very comfortable, great shower and the rooms are very clean and nice overall. We traveled a lot in Europe, Asia and North America and this Hotel is one of the best we stayed at and we often stay in 4 or 5 star hotels.

Es gab in der Lobby jederzeit kleine Snacks, Obst, Erfrischungsgetränke und Kaffee/Tee; morgens kann man sich mit Muffins und Obst versorgen. Zimmer geräumig, sauber, ruhig und modern. Schöne Dachterrasse für einen Drink am Abend. Mit ebenerdiger Garage und direktem Zugang ins Hotel sehr praktisch.

There is construction work across the street and it starts to become loud early in the morning, you cant really "sleep in"
