The room they gave us on the first day is really bad. The furnitures are old and spoilt. Many unwanted furnitures are also in the room. We managed to request for a change of room on the 2nd day.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The room environment and hygiene are both very good. Shopping and buying things around are particularly convenient. There are always staff working at the front desk 24 hours a day, which is great for handling any matters promptly.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Location, many restaurants around.
BEAWARE!! They accepted the booking with foreign credit card but they can’t charge it when we were on site. You may be stuck if you have no other payment option. We booked for 3 people but only has two bath towel, no face or hand towel at all. Never mind only had two cups and two bottle of water available. Can’t provide more towels and blankets cause the housekeeper was off duty. They did have us 3 towels the next day. Bathroom lacks of hooks or hangers to hang clothes and towels. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink area is moldy. Night table by the bed were broken, can’t even put a cup of water on it. Occasionally see little insects crawling on the kitchen and bathroom counter.

Only thing that is inconvenient is we need to get new QR code to get in the apartment every day. Maybe can provide a few more cups and spoons since we have 6 people in the room.
