2 machines a laver et 2 sèches linges est trop peu au regard du nombre de clients.Il faudrait 4 machine à laver et 4 sèches linges.Les sèches linges ne fonctionnaient que partiellement avec des temps de séchage prévus de 2h puis sans rien comprendre passage à 3h00 et 4 h09 voir plus. Prévoir des instructions en anglais .

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Excellent value for money. Hotel room was very spacious and overall clean. Located about 200m walk to a metro station, very convenient. Check in/out process very easy and quick. Breakfast was okay, not great but substantial and with room price, excellent value.
We did request a non-smoking room; however, the room definitely had a smoker smell that was trying to be covered up by room spray. A bit off-putting.

There’s no refund for the unused nights, which is terrible. It’s also very far from the city center. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

La recepción parecía un almacén lleno de cajas y maletas por todos lados. No hay a/c en los pasillos y es un horno. Habitación con humedad en el techo. En una de las habitaciones asignadas, el A/C no funcionaba, tuvimos que revisar 3 habitaciones hasta q nos asignaron una que funcionaba sin problema. La zona de desayuno es muy pequeña para tanto cliente.

The staff were helpful and cleaner was really friendly in keeping our rooms tidy throughout our stay. Wish the breakfast buffet had more selection, was fairly basic and not very flavourful either. Might have been better off getting breakfast ourselves. Rooms were a generous size but our room had a really strong stench of cigarette smoke and this lingers through the whole hotel. Hope the hotel does something about this.

1) Devoir communiquer avec un traducteur était un peu frustrant. Anglais :/ 2) il y a possibilité de faire sa lessive, ça serait bien de réparer les machines 3) chambre et moquette à rafraîchir et surtout faire en sorte qu il n y ait plus de cafards!
