La piscina en muy malas condiciones, mi hijo se cortó la pierna con un escalón dentro de la piscina . 4 puntos le hicieron. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba el desayuno incluido, y era que si, dos días sin estuvimos. Pedimos que nos lavarán la ropa y el día que nos fuimos nos tuvimos que ir con la ropa sucia porque no lo pudieron hacer, sin avisarnos para solucionarlos. No nos explicaron que había que avisar si queríamos que hiciesen la habitación. En fin, nos fuimos con ropa sucia, el niño sin poder bañarse por 8 días. No muy contentos la verdad.

Questa struttura ci ha sorpreso molto, è veramente molto bella esteticamente in vero stile Balinese per i giardini e la piscina. La camera è molto ampia anche se un pochino spoglia, ma comoda e molto accogliente. Lo staff è stato carino, e hanno servizi come lavanderia e possibile colazione con costo extra che sembrava buona.

Il bagno è poco curato, anche se molto grande. Alle volte l'acqua non veniva calda, ma poi abbiamo chiesto e il problema era stato risolto. Le camere non vengono riassettate tutti i giorni, noi siamo stati li per 4 notti e ci siamo organizzati diversamente. Avevamo concordato per il transfer dall'aeroporto all'hotel, ma l'autista non si è presentato. Abbiamo risolto con Grab, ma alla mia domanda in reception non mi hanno saputo dare una risposta.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de ubud! Esta un poco metido hacia adentro lo que hace que no lleguen los ruidos del centro. Tiene un jardin y una pileta hermosa, todo de estilo balines! El personal es excelente y el desayuno es completo!

Haria mas modernos los baños, les falta mantenimiento.

Die Zimmer waren schimmelig und haben extrem gestunken. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht aber hätten es extra zahlen müssen. Die Betten waren unbequem und laut, sodass man bei jeder Bewegung nachts aufgewacht ist. Die 24h Rezeption war für den Lärmpegel auch nicht förderlich. Zudem wurde die Schlafqualität von den sehr Licht durchlässigen Vorhängen nochmal zusätzlich reduziert. Im Garten laufen überall Katzen herum, welche nicht normal miaunzen sondern schreien wie Kleinkinder.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 22. Tenía una humedad terrible. En el baño había una tubería rota de la cual brotaba agua 24h. Las camas estaban húmedas y por lo tanto frías,nos pusimos malos. El suelo con charcos de agua y las ventanas con vaho. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos dijeron q no era posible porque estaba completo,solicitamos solución a la fuga y seguimos esperando... Las paredes tenían moho lo que hace pensar q la humedad viene de mucho atrás.

Loved the location, so close to everything and the monkeys were very entertaining. Staff did an excellent job at keeping them at bay for safety, and made it a fun experience. The gardens were very beautiful to wake up to, such a peaceful and quiet home. Staff were all super lovely and do an amazing job keeping the place tidy and clean. Room was serviced and refreshed throughout our stay. The whole place is decorated beautifully. Overall was a pleasure to stay here.

I would recommend booking a different room if wanting a shower. The bed could do with a mattress protector. However, everything felt clean and worked for us.

Wonderful location.. (in city canter). You can go by walk to ubud art market and monkey forest also... Staff was very comparative. Overall wonderful experience., keep it up 👍

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, un peu en retrait de la rue principale ce qui permet d’être en plein centre mais dans le calme.

Accueil sans un regard envers le client, les yeux rivés sur le portable pour faire le Check in. Pas un sourire, ce qui est tout à fait exceptionnel à Bali. Et lorsqu’on arrive à trouver un membre du personnel et qu’on fait part du manque d’eau chaude, et du bruit qu’on a subit toute la nuit à cause de nos voisins de chambre, aucune réponse ne nous ait apportée ! La salle de bain est complètement défraîchie, non isolée. Eau chaude inexistante. Isolation phonique déplorable. Propreté très limite. Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Pas de rideau occultant un peu la luminosité. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé et jamais personne à l’accueil.

De eerste kamer rook echt verschrikkelijk muf en veel schimmel. Gelukkig mochten we naar een andere kamer. Die was schoon en gewoon helemaal goed. Hoe verder je naar achter zit in het hotel hoe meer apen. Bij het zwembad worden ze wel weg gejaagd door het personeel.

Hôtel vieillissant qui manque clairement d’entretien. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre située au fond de l’établissement, très humide. Après avoir signalé le problème, nous avons pu être déplacés dans une chambre plus convenable. La piscine est également mal entretenue. Plusieurs carreaux sont cassés au fond du bassin, et ma fille s’est blessée en marchant dessus. C’est un point qui devrait être réparé rapidement, car il représente un réel risque pour les clients, en particulier les enfants.

Ubytováni je v centru, ale v zahradách, není příliš rušeno hlukem z ulice a barů.

Ubytování čisté, ale hodně opotřebované. Zvlašť koupelny. Sprcha skoro netekla. Postele nejsou příli pohodlné.

L'emplacement, la piscine et les chambres très calmes.

Attention des singes sont présents dans le parc et viennent voler la nourriture sur les terrasses. Malgré le fait d'avoir précisé à la réservation un lit supplémentaire, la personne qui nous a accueilli a voulu me faire payer une surcharge pour le lit (qui finalement été déjà présent dans la chambre) Manque de personne à la réception

L'odeur de la chambre était très désagréable et quand nous l'avons signalé l'hôtel n'a rien fait. La salle de bain était sale, il y avait des poils et la cuvette des toilettes était noire

The location was fantastic. Not directly in the Ubud centre, but close to and surrounded by excellent food locations, spas and shopping. Very close to the Monkey Forest, can just walk there.

I requested 2 single beds for my brother and I, and the accommodation confirmed my request. However we only had a twin bed when we got there. When I went and spoke to them about it, they basically said too bad, they are booked up and it's not their fault. The bed was huge so we made do, but could have been handled better.

L emplacement est idéal au coeur d une rue animé mis au calme une fois à l intérieur! Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses avec une belle terrasse et un frigo

Ils proposent une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants) alors que la chambre dispose d un lit double en 140 et un lit simple en 110… mes 2 enfants ont du se serrer alors qu ils ont 9 et 13 ans… pr un extra bel il fallait ajouter 150k/ nuit, bof

Del alojamiento me gustó TODO , nos quedamos un mes y creo que fue la mejor elección , está en la misma calle del monkey forest ( cerca de todo a pie excelente ubicación ) pero al entrar transmite mucha paz y no se escucha el bullicio de la calle , todos los días nos limpiaban la habitación sin pedirlo , las habitaciones son enormes las camas muy cómodas la terraza con mucho verde la piscina y zonas comunes están muy bien en general creo que es uno de los mejores alojamientos lo recomiendo sin duda , el personal es muy amable siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos ayudarte en todo sobre todo el servicio de limpieza son muy simpáticos , los monos se pasean por ahí pero no molestan en absoluto volvería sin duda 🫶🏻

Check in was listed at 12pm but this is same time as check out so room wasn’t available at 12pm. Suggest you change check in time to 2pm so people aren’t left waiting in the heat.

Er is geen restaurant, geen poolbar, ontbijt is minimaal, er is buiten ontbijt om niets te verkrijgen

O banheiro estava muito sujo! O chuveiro não funciona, apenas se você usar o da banheira...tinha pequenos bichos como minhocas dentro da banheira todos os dias acho que vinham do ralo, pois não tinha como fechar o ralo da banheira, ou seja apenas usar o chuveirinho e tomar banho sentada! Do teto também estava caindo sujeira! Tirei fotos, você poderá ver com seus próprios olhos! Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas o recepcionista disse que não tinha outro....com certeza eu nunca mais voltarei lá!

This was an extremely last minute booking for us and the staff could not have been more helpful. Our rooms were lovely and the grounds are beautifully maintained by a hardworking team of staff. The property feels quiet and peaceful b it in moments you can find many places to eat and drinks. It is a lovely property and we hope to return.

Property is good, clean, behaviour of the staff is very gentle and polite, but it's a bit expensive and bit far from Ubud Palace....

Завтраки не брали, но у них я думаю, как и везде по Бали примерно одинаковые национальные завтраки. В нашем распоряжении была кухня целый день, там было кофе местное, чай, горячая вода в куллере, сахар- всё бесплатно! Бюджетный отель, нас с сестрой всё устроило, ещё даже продливали 2 раза пребывание без проблем. Плавали в бассейне. Недалеко до леса обезьян пешком. Обменники рядом. Мой совет- не меняйте валюту в сомнительных местах ниже курсом, не досчитаетесь! Мы так чуть не попали, но я вовремя заметила и потребовала деньги свои обратно. Перешли дорогу напротив, с большой вывеской, приличным помещением, где считают на машинке при тебе. Отель советую, кто желает сэкономить- самое то. Правда были дырки в полотенца, но за такую стоимость мы на мелочи закрывали глаза😅

La conexión wifi no era del todo buena para trabajar desde el alojamiento Tenía que pedir que me limpiaran la habitación cada vez y deberían actualizar un poco los baños y el agua caliente (casi inexistente)

Мне понравился персонал! Месторасположение удобное, в центре Убуда, но при этом очень тихо уединенное место. Очень красиво внутри отеля- цветы, бассейн, много природы. Прекрасное место для отдыха, уединения, занятия йогой, перезагрузкой.

Обезьяны каждое утро приходили и мешали, они агрессивные. Не понравилось, что не было кондиционера в комнате.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum Ubud, do hotelu nie docierał zgiełk miasta. Hotel położony wśród bujnej roślinności. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Duży apartament, wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel, sprawna klimatyzacja.

Łazienka wymagała solidnego doczyszczenia, wnętrze sprawiało wrażenie, że jest jedynie pobieżnie sprzątane, było zapuszczone. Zdjęcia nie oddawały realnego stanu pomieszczenia. Czajnika niestety nie mogłam używać, ponieważ był zakamieniony, a filiżanki brudne. Zdarzyło się, że Wifi działało z przerwami, ponieważ małpy uszkadzały kable. Obecność małp na terenie hotelu była regularna - warto uwzględnić to przy wyborze tej lokalizacji.

This is one of my favourite places in Bali ! Especially in Ubud! Near to almost everything! Very very clean and really beautiful! And you know what ? The staff in there are the best thing Very helpful people and very nice! Really genuine people always smiling and welcoming! I totally recommend ! It’s really safe too !

Ho soggiornato 2 giorni in questo hotel splendido il personale è veramente molto accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta le camere sono veramente grandi e pulite la colazione è buonissima e l'hotel si trova in una posizione eccezionale non ho mai utilizzato un taxi per spostarmi in città.
