Tuy nhiên thì đó chỉ là khách sạn 2 sao nên đôi lúc sẽ có chút thiếu sót một chút nên có gì mọi người hãy hoan hỉ chút bởi các cô chú cũng lớn tuổi và đây cũng chỉ là kinh doanh tự phát thôi nên sẽ có nhiều sự thiếu sót

Mi estancia en el Hotel Thành Trung Cát Bà fue excelente, especialmente gracias al servicio de habitaciones. El personal siempre fue amable, atento y rápido en responder a cualquier solicitud. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, con todo perfectamente ordenado y aromatizado, lo que hacía que me sintiera muy cómodo desde el primer momento.

Google maps had it's position wrong. If the bus driver had not known where it was I wouldn't have found it.

Owner is a lovely friendly woman, made it so easy to book day trips and we could rent a bike from the hotel. Big room, very clean, and good breakfast with delicious corn cakes! Great value for the price!

The elevator makes a noise that you can barely hear from the room, I solved it by using the fan so I couldn't hear it.

We got the room with two comfy queen beds and a large window. The room was spacious, with private bathroom. Everything was very clean and the wifi connection was strong. We booked 1 night but end up staying for 3, we liked it there very much. The owner was super nice and helpful. She offered us a Lan Ha Bay day trip with a lot of activities for half a price comparing to trips on the internet.

Great location and good breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful with booking things we needed. I also liked that the room was fully dark in the morning as the curtains were really good.

There wasn’t always hot water and there was a beeping sound coming from the elevator at all times so could be a bit annoying at night.

The room was very big and quiet, the lady who ran the hotel was very nice and friendly. She always remembered we wanted hot water. The room was very clean, bathroom was clean too.

The breakfast was very minimal - instant noodle soup or bread with egg and a banana. The wifi was very spotty in our room.

Lovely staff in the centre of Tam Coc very close to everything. Breakfast was very nice and the showers were excellent pressure and warm. Everything was as advertised and the aircon worked well! Room was as you would expect, very clean. Excellent budget accommodation.

The receptionist lady was extremely nice to us. She even called us one day before we go to confirm (maybe because we are Vietnamese). Basic room, clean. We choose off tourist season so the price was really nice (150k ~$2 for room of 2). She said that on the touristy days, it could be 500k, so you can avoid June, July (vietnamese summer holiday season :) In general we were satisfied, and love Cat Ba island.

The lock of the toilet of my room was broken so I cant lock it … My friends’ room bidet cant be used as well …

super nice family they helped us with the bus and also renting the scooter nice room and nice bathroom even though we had some problems with hot water but all fixed once we talked with the family! very central and quiet at the same time! would stay again if I was going to cat ba again

The staff is so friendly, they even invited us to dinner. We extended our stay 3 times because of the unbeatable price and location. The breakfast was totally fine for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sometimes it was a little difficult to communicate. We used Google translate and It worked pretty well

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, we kept extending our stay, and it was hard to leave. The hosts are super friendly and positive, it felt like family. They have a great sense of humor and taught us some Vietnamese. We taught them some Ukrainian and English. They always went the extra mile to fulfill our needs. Invited us for a hotpot on the last day. Used Google Translate for communication. Very good breakfast, they remembered our preferences and always gave us extra corn pancakes or bananas. The room is really big and clean. With 2 large allowed us to run a conditioner or a fan, while the other could be on another bed. Great value for the price.

The beds are a bit hard, but it seems a common issue in Vietnam.

We had a spacious room with 2 double bed and a bathroom for the cheapest price in Booking. Was clean, comfy, with AC. The owner is friendly and the breakfast is good.

The woman was extremely nice and sweet. She doesn't speak English but can use translate and it works fine. It was so cheap but amazing what you get for your money with us getting a really big 2 double bed room for next to nothing. She cleans the room whenever you want also so no time restrains to be out by a certain time. The shower started to be a bit temperamental on our last two days but apart from that everything was fine.

we stayed for 1 night on our way to Viet Hai. The room is comfortable and spacious, the staff was very helpful especially to bring the luggage up the stairs. Good location close to the center of the town, walking distance.

Conveniently location in the city near night market, excellent restaurants, and the pier to take a ferry to another island. Very easy to get a taxi to any location on Cat Ba. Clearn rooms, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

The location is ideal, the common area is nice and I enjoyed hanging out there with the beautiful view. The food made by chef Truong is delicious. breakfast included (a banh mi (very good) and fruits), dinner to pay but absolutely worth it, happy water. I also liked that you can take the drink you want in the fridge (coke, beer, water etc) and at check out you just pay for it (being trusted is nice). drinkable water available for free

Elevator good air conditioning ok beds

Changed price booked for two and they only had a single bed had to upgrade was only 400 dong for two nights just didn't like change

Location was great. The owner tried to be nice... Price-value somehow decent.

Room could be cleaned much better, stains on bed, bits of hair on duvet, floor dirty and you are expected to walk around without shoes from outside - no clue how they managed to have it so dirty. Breakfast SO poor. You even have to choose between jam OR butter. We thought it was a joke. Bread felt like a cracker. The kids were all over the place also i guess it's just Vietnam but people are horribly loud all the time and yelling on you for absolutely no reason. Yeah bed is rock hard.

Clean, comfy and secure rooms, nice views and warm helpful staff. I was able to rent a motorbike and they held on to my luggage for a few days while I was exploring another town. Rooftop poor is lovely as well
