Un peu glauque et vrai hôtel pour jeune backpacker. Petit dej dans l'hôtel d'à côté mais bouillon nouilles poulet uniquement.

The romm size was sufficient

We were put in the hotel next door. Over-price and poorly run. Our room needed painting, a bin and a comfortable bed. The shower was coming off the wall, furniture was broken. The staff were nice but clearly did not care and no desire to make any improvements. Breakfast was comical. There were only two of us at the time but it took 5 in the kitchen a long time to make a breakfast I could have made twice as good in half the time

Good size room with two big beds. AC + fan in the room. Also electric kettle and refrigerator was included. Wifi was ok in the room. Location was nice. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Pretty quiet location so got good sleep.

-Colazione con poca scelta (solo pane e uova -puoi scegliere di cuocerle in circa 2/3 modi differenti- o pancakes con un topping -industriale- a scelta) -La porta del bagno della camera era semi trasparente quindi, se qualcuno andava in bagno di notte, la camera si illuminava -La porta del bagno era rotta

Staff was nice and good location.

The staff was extremely friendly, helped us with renting a motorcycle and also organised a day-cruise in the bay.

Un hôtel à l'abandon, poignet de fenêtre cassée, porte de la salle de bain cassée, pas d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre. Personne à la réception, il faut aller voir à l'hôtel voisin, qui doit appartenir au même propriétaire. Comme pour le petit déjeuner. Et en allant au dernier étage pour faire un billard, on a vu un gros rat dans le local de stockage du linge...

De eigenaar/manager? spreekt erg goed Engels en heeft voor ons een leuke boottocht geregeld. Omdat onze bus die dag al om 16.30 uur naar Hanoi vertrok heeft hij geregeld ( tegen kleine betaling) dat we met speedboot eerder van de tocht terug naar het hotel konden. Kamer was prima voor het lage bedrag wat je betaalt. Rustig, goede bedden en schoon

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen Alleen bleef de badkamervloer erg nat maar met een badmat bij de douchedeur kon je toch met droge voeten je bed in.

Nothing went well. Issues from start. Staff polite but not really interested in helping.

Cold temperatures , no heat as advertised, no tv cable as advertised, breakfast found rubber band in food, Waited 20 mins for check in because no one there. Their mountain view claim was merely the cliff outside window. No idea if ac work but based on other bs advertising i assume the worst. Finally, they brought in tv from another hotel just had ytube. said that no one had cable anymore. Freezing cold and they suggested just use another blanket. I guess that was their 24 hr answer to resolve issue. We left found another great hotel with heat and clean 100 yards away. This place just don't care but can smile as they take your money based on false booking information. I will never stay at place that lies. Just be open with what they have and so much easier. and always better to pay with credit card 35 THEN PAY ATM 7-9% CHARGE.

We spent here 2 days, the stay was really good. Our room was quite fresh, and clean, we liked it. The hotel is nearby all the restaurants and close to the beaches, but during the night it was comfortable and silent to sleep. We enjoyed pur stay. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. They offer cruises from Panorama travel agency in a good price, motorbike is just a matter of seconds:). Really recommend the hotel when staying here. Also note that currently there is a construction site near the shore, here You don't see it and also do not hear it

The owners helped managed to obtain bus tickets from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh. They also booked a boat trip to Lanha bay. All were for very good prices comparing with offers we saw in both Cat Ba and Hanoi. The breakfest was okay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was also good.

Conveniently located and easy to access, this hotel made our trip much more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us book tours at great value. Breakfast was noticeably better than at many places, offering freshly prepared eggs, pancakes, and a variety of fruits.

The breakfast was good. The wash came back clean and smelling great. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The bed was comfy, the room was extremely clean, it had big windows so it was light, there was temperature control, the water was always hot, it was quiet (our room was on the back of the building facing the cliff sides)… it was very pleasant. And even better was the owners, who were super helpful with questions about things like transportation, also really interesting to talk to and made us feel like valued guests all the time.

Close to everything and lovely bed.

The staff were so lovely, the view from the room was great and the room had some comfy chairs to sit in and enjoy.

They drove us to the Cat Ba National Park to spend a day hiking. The breakfast is outstanding.

L’emplacement est au top, dans le centre un peu en retrait au calme. L’hôte est extrêmement gentil, accueillant et arrangeant.

إقامتي في هذا الفندق كانت أكثر من رائعة! صاحب الفندق شخص محترم جداً، متعاون إلى أقصى درجة، دائم الابتسامة ويساعد في كل شيء — سواء في ترتيب النقل أو تقديم نصائح عن الأماكن القريبة. فعلاً شعرت كأني بين أصدقاء وليس مجرد ضيف. الغرفة كانت نظيفة جداً، وكل شيء متوفر من أدوات النظافة. المكان هادئ ومريح وموقعه ممتاز. أنصح أي شخص يزور الجزيرة أن يسكن هنا بدون تردد! 👏🌹

L'hôte est super sympa et parle bien anglais. La chambre est simple, propre et spacieuse, largement suffisant pour bien dormir et surtout pour le prix que j'ai payé. J'ai pris un tour en bateau qui était très sympa et accessible financièrement pour les petits budgets.

La pente pour arriver à l'hôtel n'est pas sans un petit effort. Mais ça va, j'ai connu bien pire.

Todo fue excepcional! Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, cerca de todo y con posibilidad de gestionar alquileres de barco y tours en el alojamiento. Lo más destacado la atención recibida por sus regentes, siempre estuvieron presentes a todo, facilitando la estancia e incluso problemas externos que surgieron en nuestro grupo, siempre comprometidos a ayudarnos. Recomendaría al 100% el alojamiento.

Teddy si è reso disponibile gia prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha consigliati per il meglio ed ha organizzato per noi sia il tour in barca alle baie di Lan Ha e di Halong, sia i trasferimenti da e per l'hotel. La colazione è stata sempre varia ed impeccabile.

Sì può fare di meglio con la pulizia, ma nel complesso non mi posso lamentare. Forse la struttura merita un aggiornamento, non è più esattamente come nelle foto di repertorio.
