カードで自分の階だけいけるタイプなので セキュリティが良かったです。 無人に見えましたが、困っていたら すぐスタッフが出てきてくれました。

1階の朝食がインド系カレーなのが 下がカレーのスパイスの香りが凄かった。

The robots are a bit creepy, also there was dust in some areas in the room, like behind a fridge which should be cleaned at least once a month. On top of that there was a bad smell in our room if air conditioning is not working nonstop, probably because of the carpet or filter in the air conditioner.

バスタオルに乾燥機で付着？したのか髪の毛と毛玉のごみが付着していた。少し気持ち悪かった。ホテルではなくクリーニング業者なのか、清掃時に落としたのか不明だが改善してほしい。スタッフさんが駐在しているかわからず、タオルははらってきれいそうだったので、電話まではしなかった。 また、風呂の排水溝から？においがした。これも一瞬だったので、そこまで気にはしなかった。 1回がインド料理店なのでにおいが。

Im großen und ganzen war es ein super Hotel. Lage, Anbindung zur Bahn und Top Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war etwas sehr klein für 2 Personen, aber es ist ja so üblich in Japan und man hat weniger Grund auf dem Zimmer zu sein.

La habitación es muy cómoda. Hemos descansado genial. Tuvimos algunas dudas con los robots para el chek-in, pero el personal nos ayudó rápidamente y fueron muy amables.

Que la recepción esté en la segunda planta y no directamente al entrar.

Nearly 100% Black out window shade was great. Very good sound proof. I always need to air my room and the window does opens a bit which is good. We were in top floor. Great hot water / shower pressure. The staff was present and available even tho there is no desk staff. We got more towels and pillows no problem. Nice neighborhood. Tons of restaurants under the train station and tracks. Breakfast was ok. (Nice Indian food tho) Real non smoking room. No old smells.

Shoddy bedside lights that didn’t work and bedside tables. Not deal breakers! Expensive self laundry.

Chambre triple minuscule, literie hyper dure et inconfortable. Petits déjeuners indiens! On ne se croirait pas au Japon. Pour ceux qui aiment, ça peut passer, personnellement, j'ai trouvé cela pas bon du tout.

El hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente, con dos paradas de metro distintas (la JB y la A) muy cerca, como a unos 100m. Todos los días hacían la limpieza de las habitaciones y reponían las toallas, el papel higiénico y los pañuelos de papel. En los alrededores hay supermercados (Seven Eleven, Lawson,.. ) y restaurantes. Relación calidad-precio estupenda.

El aire acondicionado se bajaba a 20°C durante la noche, pero supongo que si lo hubiéramos trasladado al responsable lo habrían reparado.

Krásný pokoj, pohodlné široké postele, velká koupelna, humanoidi v recepci :-), rychlý check-in i check-out, možnost přikoupit snídaně i obědy. Možnost zamknout si kufry v přízemí po check-out. Každý den výměna ručníků a úklid pokoje. USB zásuvky na pokoji. rychlá Wifi. Hotel je situován velmi blízko vlakových a autobusových stanic.

The hotel is only a two-minute walk from JR Asakusabashi Station. There is also a supermarket and several convenience stores within a one-minute walk, making the location very convenient. I highly recommend the Doctor Air room!

The hotel does not provide a hot drinking water dispenser, and the breakfast is a little overpriced.

The novelty of staying at a “robot hotel” aside, it was also quite close to an excellent coffee shop called Nano. The LG Styler was also fun to try. We arrived very late and left early the next day; it was alright for a night.

房間太小，所以床墊都靠牆，睡靠牆那側的人如果下床就會吵到另一個人 床墊跟床架可能老化了，翻個身都會有聲音，跟櫃台反應得到的答案是『從來沒有人反應過』 飯店一樓因為是餐廳（印度料理），每次回到飯店都會先聞到一股說不出的味道

成田機場過來有列車直達，飯店距離出口走路很近，生活機能也很好，下次來東京還是會選擇。

駅からも近く、近くにコンビニや飲食店があり、 清潔感もあって良かったです。

しいていうなら、お風呂がもう少しひろいといいなぁと、カーテンがレースとかだと光が入って圧迫感が減るかなぁと思いました。

The hotel was located near the Asakusabashi-Station. From there you could reach every location in Tokyo really fast (especially Asakusa, Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo Station and the Toyko Skytree). There were a also lot of restaurants and foodstalls near the hotel. The Express-Check-in and the Check-out went very smoothly. And there was always a staff member in reach, if you needed help. The indian-japanese breakfast-buffet was delicious. It had a lot of changing dishes. The bathroom was very clean. It`s a good hotel and we will surely come back someday.

The room was very small and the carptet of the room had a inconvenient smell. The dryer was a bit weak.

淺草橋站有一個都營地鐵和Jr總武線，基本上蠻方便的，走路到秋葉原、上野阿美橫町或淺草都不算遠。住宿附近地鐵下也有一些居酒屋，韓式料理，都很好吃又方便，房間2個25吋行李打得開，每天也會房務整理。

We had the train concept room and it was SO well received. The staff was very friendly and assisted us. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities. I loved the smell of the hair products and body wash.

We chose this hotel because of its location, and it proved to be an excellent base for exploring Tokyo. It is in a quieter neighbourhood, away from the busiest tourist areas, but only one train stop from Akihabara. There are direct train connections to many popular attractions and to Haneda Airport, making it very convenient for sightseeing and airport transfers. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked extremely well, which was especially appreciated during Tokyo’s hot and humid July weather. We also found the self-service laundry facilities and the currency exchange machine very useful. The room was compact, which is typical for Tokyo, but it was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the hotel doesn’t have the luxury feel of some higher-end properties, it was clean, quiet, practical, and represented good value for money. The reception robots were an unusual feature—perhaps not to everyone’s taste—but they didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable experience and would happily stay here again. We would recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a clean, well-located, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo.

住宿離成田機場及羽田機場都有直達車，提著行李不用轉車，非常方便。住宿周圍有非常多的餐飲店，有很多的選擇。

Мы вернулись в Токио , через два дня у нас был полет. Для 3 ⭐️ это гостиница просто суперская , цена соответствует качество. Даже намного лучше чем некоторые 3 звездные в Таиланде или в Европе. Самая главная была для нас расположение , Метро станция Асакусабаши идти 2 минуты ( разные входы метро/и через дорогу с лифтом, кто летит с большими чемоданами) Улица очень оживлена, есть много местных заведения, местоположение просто 🙌 супер!!! Рядом Гинза,акихабара, Асакуса. Аэропорт через метро/Скаилаинер очень удобно с отеля (не надо бегать с чемоданами на платформах, все рядом. Персонал суперский. На ресипшене выдают все : Зубные 🪥, пидамы, тапки, и косметические предметы.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

1.У нас был плохой опыт с Рестораном Ganga в котором можно было купить вход на завтрак от отеля. Еда холодная была , на кухне повар все делал голыми руками ( разминал еду руками) Мало выбора,все казалось невкусным , но это конечно не проблема отеля.Можете выйти на улице где ооочень много заведение, Наш любимый "Суши Эдо "через дорогу , куча Севен елевен, и другие магазины даже с чемоданами. 2.Замечание парам , не берите комнату на 2 их которая 13 кв , он очень маленький на 2. ( Но нам поменяли конечно по просьбе комнату на больше , которая была суперская⭐️♥️ Просто надо доплачивать,поэтому лучше бронировать уже 15-17 кв хотя бы. 3. Просьба отеля - сделать в лифте, у входа и в коридорах ароматизатор, везде запах еды. ( в целом очень хороший отель, Мы хотим вернутся 🙏🏻⭐️

I stayed for 5 nights as a solo traveller and found the location to be extremely convenient! It's maybe a 3 minute (or less) walk to the train station, and there's several convenience stores nearby. The room was also the perfect size for a single person. I remember thinking it was a little small for two people and 2 sets of luggage when I stayed here three years ago with my partner, but it's great for just one person!

I was thinking about trying the washing machines but since there were only two in the lobby and they were in use, I didn't bother trying.

This hotel is located a short walk from Asakusabashi station and in a quiet residential area. It was great at the end of the day to return to this area and away from the hustle of other areas in Tokyo. There are endless restaurants, shops and convenience stores but so much quieter than other areas.The rooms are small as expected in Tokyo and so clean. The bathroom is great with a separate toilet and shower. We never heard any noise from other rooms and the blackout blinds make it easy to sleep. Although the check in process is fun to do with the robots, other staff are onsite when you need them. We found them very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Bona ubicació, a 2minuts de la parada de metro, s'agraeix després d'un dia de caminar per la ciutat. Moltes opcions variades per esmorzar i sopar aprop, barri tranquil, pocs turistes, bon ambient. Hotel net, tranquil, si necessites res d recepció en un moment t'ajuden a tot. Bona relació qualitat-preu, el recomano. Treballen amb sagawa x enviament maletes. Varem tenir un petit problema amb un paquet que ens varem oblidar a l'hotel i ens han ajudat en tot moment.

En realitat ha superat les nostres expectatives, el recomano si busques comoditat, bona ubicació, ben comunicat i barri tranquil però amb tots els serveis i comoditats. La relació qualitat/preu és molt bona.

Mi az ami tetszett?! A hotel elhelyezkedése! Közel van a legtöbb Tokyoi látványossághoz. Akihabara, Ueno, Senso-ji (onnan Tokyo Skytree) nem túl nagy gyaloglási távolságra vannak. Több vasútvonal pár perc gyaloglás távolságra. Sok étterem és "gyógyszertár" a közelben.

Az ágyak nem voltak túl kényelmesek. Kemény/ puha skálán inkább volt kemény. (Szeretem a kemény ágyakat) De valamiért nem aludtam rajta annyira kényelmesen.

Reservamos el hotel por el tema de la recepción con robots. La verdad es que es muy simplón y no deja de ser un autoservicio disfrazado. Hasta a mi hija de 9 años le pareció cutre.
