Booking debería supervisar que cuando te dan un desayuno por ser genius sea un desayuno no lo que ofrecen aquí. Fatal, vergonzoso.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025The location is very central and convenient - a lot of stores are close by. The place is quiet despite being central. The staff are very accommodating. Normally, they serve breakfast from 6AM. But since we were leaving earlier, they arranged our breakfast before 6AM. The property has parking space. The place is well-managed, very clean, great wifi. We enjoyed our stay in this place and will surely book again if we are in Davao. Highly recommended.

Its better if the toilet has a bidet. and breakfast should be added with rice, eggs or hotdog.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025We booked 2 rooms on New Year's Eve at the last minute and stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms' amenities were basic with no fridge but the rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean, equipped with good AC, and a well-functioning hot and cold shower. Bedsheets were clean and the rooms come with bread and coffee for breakfast. It was a very good experience, overall. Thank you, The Strands, for a very comfortable and restful stay. Would definitely recommend and come back. :)

The shower water pressure goes in and out. Also, not enough outlet to recharge my device. I didn't alert the staff about the situation. i just dealt with it. I thought I was getting a condo with a kitchen. It was my fault not looking at the detail. Im glad that I ran into you guys. Made my first experience in the Philippines a great one. Thank you so much for having me.
