O.k.lang malinis nman medyo malamig ang aircon piro yung daanan lang talaga nakakapagod bago mo marating yung room mo sana nilagyan nila ng kahit maliit na elevator ang napuna ko lang walang security guard parang inn lang hindi hotel.

I like the location. It is at the heart of the city. And very near to People's Park, Night Market, Bus Terminal and parks!

The TV is malfunctioning and so we notified the customer's desk about it and the issue was not resolved.

Good location. Near the market where you can buy fruits. Very affordable.

In-house restaurant as it was under maintenance. The water pressure is not strong during the afternoon. How water or kettle is not free.

No breakfast in the hotel. NO AMENITIES LIKE SACHETS only half roll toilet paper and shampoo. Also bathroom are not well maintained and no safety features for senior citizens like us. No plastic mats non slip.

More of the amenities. Small sachets of basic needs. Also comfortable blankets and pillows. Only plain sheets.

I like that the staff are very friendly. You feel welcome straightaway 🤗.

The property is a bit run down. I guess it's expected for this old building .The pillows haven't been changed so I needed to ask them to give me a new pillow. Before you lay down check that the beddings have been changed. Otherwise you will smell something you don't want to smell. Also if you choose to stay on the 3rd floor there is a mosquito there. Better be prepared and get frustrated.

Hotel was Quiet

Hotel is in need of Refurbishment. Has a 1980's vibe about it. Also location is not perfect on walking outside was unable to locate Convenience Store or Bank ATM. No Restaurant was available.

It was ideal for us as we were only there for 1 night. We booked 2 rooms. A family room and a deluxe room. It was perfect for the time we were there.

No lift in the property. And my booking was for the 3rd floor. Not ideal for someone with a walking stick.

Near the poblacion

Rooms are clean but old. Rooms need to be renovated.

The property is right in the heart of city centre with nearly everything available at walking distance. From fruits and vegetables market to live bands to chill the night out or the numerous spas. The hotel is also conveniently located to coastal road with good connectivity either through grab taxis or jipneys (most cost effective transportation). The receptionist were great source of information. This helped me explore few prominent places like The National Museum of Phillipines, people's park, Ramon Magsasay park and the coastal road.

The rooms despite contemporary feel are too low roofed with old AC which at times gets very cold as it needs to be operated manually. Except for bath towel, toiletries are for sale. But of course there was shower and shampoo gel

The signing of the Checklist of items contained inside the room. The room attendant wanted me to sign the checklist immediately but I insisted that I should personally check each item listed in the checklist if they are indeed present in the room. True enough, the two remote controls cannot be located. I had to go to the reception area and ask for these items.
