Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Perfect location right in the middle of the historic centre next to the lake. Nice room with tiny balcony but did not overlook water . Parking at nearby hotel works well but transfer only takes you to the edge of the historic centre and walk your own luggage the last 200m. Third bed in the triple room was comfortable as well. Enjoyed breakfast in the Restaurant overlooking the water.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Fantastic location, room also had a stunning view of the lake through porthole windows and the top floor was easy to access thanks to the lift! Breakfast was a good range of food.
The shower leaked a lot. The curtains don’t fit the porthole windows, letting in a lot of light in the morning. Knowledge of transport to the train station at reception could be better, given the confusion between the shuttle and main bus during certain months and certain times.

Man musste mit dem Gepäck durch die Massen fahren. Es hieß, dort dürfen keine Autos fahren, daher müssen wir laufen. Allerdings sind hier ständig Autos in der Altstadt gewesen

There was even prosecco for breakfast. Unforgettable experience. Thank you hotel Pace for a lovely stay. It is our return visit and we will be back again next year.

Pokoje hodně malinké, nebyl zde ani prostor, kde položit kufr. Snídaně nás bohužel příliš nenadchla – výběr byl spíše průměrný a během snídaně navíc po prostoru volně poletovali ptáci, kteří přistávali přímo u jídla a konzumovali ho. To na nás nepůsobilo příliš hygienicky a celkový dojem ze snídaně to výrazně zhoršilo.

Parking - If you come by car you have to park to another hotel, and a navette will bring you to the entrance of the castle. They only have 1 car (that can take 4 people at a time) for 2 different hotels, so on our arrival we waited minimum 45min standing in the parking to have the transfer…. At the check out we waited less time. Still I believe this could be easily fixed by investing in a van which would reduce waiting time by a lot…

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön und das Restaurant hat eine fantastische Lage. Gerade beim Frühstück einfach herrlich. Wir hatten einen riesengroßen Balkon mit Seesicht. Traumhaft, wenn es nur nicht so heiß gewesen wäre. Shuttle zum Eingang nach Sirmione hat super funktioniert.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage eine reine Katastrophe. Sie stank widerlich und es lief auch grünes Wasser aus der Klimaanlage. Sie abzuschalten war leider keine Option bei 35Grad im Schatten... Nachts mussten wir sie jedoch ausschalten, da wir Angst hatten krank zu werden. Das Bad war extrem eng. Mit Gepäck zum Hotel zu laufen, wenn alle Straßen so voll sind ist super unangenehm, da man mit dem Auto ja nicht rein fahren kann.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Die Lage ist toll. Direkt auf der Halbinsel, mit Steg am See. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist extrem reichhaltig und gut und man kann direkt am See am Steg essen. Zu Fuss kann man rasch die ganze Halbinsel erkunden. in 10 Minuten ist man am Jamaica beach.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The hotel sits on the lake with stunning scenery to enjoy over a great breakfast. The room and bathroom were well equipped and clean with fresh towels daily. It sits right in the old town and is busy, park your car at Villa Pioppi and there is a shuttle to bring you to the gates of the old town.
The staff in the hotel were friendly but in the restaurant they were quite dismissive, we wanted to have a drink and the service was slow and they weren’t interested in us, only the walk ins for the restaurant.

Falta de enchufes y falta de cortinas o persianas para evitar que entre la luz. Las que hay abatible son muy viejas y las sillas que hay en los balones dificultan su cierre.

Réceptionniste „fatigué“. Shuttle promis pour dans 20 minutes, mais nous avons attendu 50 minutes, sous la pluie, car il y a un seul véhicule. On est reconnaissants pour le Shuttle gratuit, mais on préférerait qu’on nous donne le vrai temps d’attente!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We came across this beautiful lakeside restaurant while looking for somewhere to have dinner with our group of seven adults and a baby. The setting was stunning, and it looked very welcoming. We were initially greeted by a friendly waitress who showed us to our table, but unfortunately the service went downhill from there. The waiter who took our order came across as uninterested and unhelpful. When we asked questions about the menu, his responses were unhelpful and quite rude, which made us feel uncomfortable. After taking our order, he barely acknowledged us. Our drinks order was incorrect, and instead of checking on us, we had to ask another waitress to sort it out. Overall, the staff seemed uninterested in their guests, and there was very little effort to make us feel welcome or looked after. It's a real shame because the food itself was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. However, good food alone doesn't make up for poor customer service. Sadly, because of the unfriendly attitude and lack of attentiveness from the staff, we wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant despite its lovely location and excellent food.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026We loved staying here. We booked three rooms all with great views. Sirmione is a beautiful place to explore. We booked the 25min boat trip which was fab. We parked at another hotel and took the shuttle to the castle gates and walked 5 mins to the hotel. All very well organised. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful views from their terrace on the lake.
Only allowed 2 small cups of tea at breakfast . No tea making facilities in room.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Wyjątkowy hotel w samym sercu Sirmione tuż przy jeziorze z pięknym klimatem niedaleko słynnej bugenwilli przy której wszyscy robią sobie zdjęcia. Otrzymaliśmy piękny duży pokój z balkonem z widokiem na jezioro .Bardzo dziękujemy. Łazienka duża piękna, dwie umywalki stylowe meble. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone duży wybór jak na warunki włoskie, jajecznica sery wędliny, sałata warzywa owoce...Pyszna kawa, rogaliki czy francuskie bułeczki z czekoladą... Śniadanie tuż nad jeziorem z przepięknym widokiem..

Bediening op het terras was afstandelijk. Jammer, de plek is op zich mooi maar wij vonden het onpersoonlijk. Buiten alleen restaurant er zijn geen lounge plekken

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Altstadt leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück unter Sonnenschirmen am Wasser ist super. Das Restaurant ist gut. Die Dusche und das Bad sind super. Das Zimmer war zur Ankunft mit der Klimaanlage vorgekühlt.
Die Sonnenliegen sind nur durch das Restaurant hinter der Bar zu erreichen und es gibt dort keine Sonnenschirme

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Posizionato in uno dei punti nevralgici di Sirmione, questo hotel si affaccia direttamente sul lago, la zona ristorante offre quindi una vista incredibile e rilassante. La colazione con quel panorama é stata un buon inizio giornata!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Fantastic location but not very well run. The restaurant has an amazing view but the staff aren’t great.
There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. Also, they took out all the bottles from the night before at 6am which woke us up as it was super loud right outside our bedroom for over 10 mins. Also, there was no comforter for the bed.
