Communication, check in and services were all good. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Slightly noisy with traffic.

- Good location - Clean and well maintained - Comfortable bed

- There was no proper window with a view. Instead, there was a small balcony overlooking the neighbouring building, with the air-conditioning units. - The shower had poor water pressure, and the door was difficult to slide open and closed. - No Smart TV. - The decor was ok, but nothing particularly inspiring or memorable.

We liked the place, nice building and location.

Emplacement central, spacieux ( un grand 2 pièces) et très propre. L’accueil et l’aide à notre arrivée alors même que la réception allait fermer. La terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner du matin. Il y a même un ascenseur. Des serviettes pour la baignade nous ont été gentiment mises à disposition.

Die Familiensuite war super schön - wir hatten 2 getrennte Doppelzimmer , 2 Bäder und ein esswohnbereich . Die Suite hatte sogar eine Waschmaschine. Alles war sehr sauber. Das frühstück auf der Terrasse war auch sehr lecker . Ketty und Giorgio an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr macht einen tollen Job ! Die Lage war auch sehr gut in paar Minuten alles zu Fuß erreichbar .

Sehr grosszügiger Raum und äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Apparthotel befindet sich ausserdem an einer Top-Lage.

Etwas lärmig in der Nacht. Der Balkon war hübsch, jedoch nicht zu geniessen, weil die Abzüge der Warmluft von den Klimanlagen dort installiert waren.

It was a very central location, we had such a warm welcome and great advice how to spend our time in Trapani. The room was spacious with good facilities.

The only problem was the street noise at night, multiple people driving past with their music on very loud, I could hear it through ear plugs and pillow and it went on until very late

La posizione è veramente strategica, a due passi dal centro e dalle fermate degli autobus. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. La terrazza è un punto di forza, ottima per farci colazione.

L'ingresso è proprio sulla carreggiata ed è scomodo per i bagagli e la sicurezza. C'è un rumore di motore (penso l'aria) nel vano scale che è fastidioso.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione centrale della struttura, le finiture del palazzo quasi di lusso, la disponibilità di una lavatrice nell' appartamento, che è molto gradita nel ns viaggio a tappe.

Il condizionatore alla notte non ha funzionato. Purtroppo in Sicilia in questo afoso agosto è un dettaglio che ha penalizzato tutto il resto .

Purtroppo la camera al primo e lato strada non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio tutta la notte per via del traffico del sabato sera sottostante…

Struttura super centrale e ben organizzata. Camera e bagno con spazi giusti e dotati di ogni comfort. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Very central but super super basic. Nice staff I have to say I slept well but the room and the entire floor and terrace need a big refurbishment

L'emplacement etait bien! Le personnel est sympas. Les parking sont pas trops loin. En l'occurence les photos ne correspondent pas à l'hôtel. La terrasse est commune et uniquement pour le petit déjeuner.... un coup de neuf ne serait pas du luxe. Tout est payant même les premières bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre et les café et les sachets de thé aussi... la petite attention de bienvenue n'est pas dans leur politique...

Les chambres sont assez vieilles et il y a des taches partout. La salle de bain n'est pas de toute fraicheur non plus.

i climatizzatori non funzionavano a dovere

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en reageerde snel we mochten eerder in ons appartement. Ligging is perfect op 2 min loopafstand van het strand met boulevard en hoofdstraat met restaurant en terrasjes. 5 min van de haven waar de boten naar favignana vertrekken. Het appartement is netjes en schoon. Aanrader voor als je in Trapani wil verblijven.

Great location, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. 10 min walk to Eladi islands ferry terminal an array of cafes and restaurants within 5 min walk. It had a lift! We stayed in 3 other places in Sicily and all of the others involved us having to lug our 23kg suitcase up 3 flights of stairs, so this was a major bonus! Never met hosts in person (checked in late and left early in the morning), but their communication was great and they were very helpful. For the location, it was also very quiet.

Probably because of the time we arrived (sat night) we found if quite difficult to find nearby parking, but they were helpful in telling us where to stop for dropping off luggage. Pillows were a bit big and lumpy...I prefer flatter ones that don't bend neck, but I've found this to be a problem in the majority of hotels too.

Źle uszczelnione okna. Nie mogliśmy domknąć Naszego okna balkonowego przez co było bardzo głośno przez samochody przejeżdżające na ulicy. Poza tym, wszystko w porządku.

Lack of toilet facilities outside of rooms. Location was great but it was quite loud at night due to traffic noise.

On a busy road and quite noisy

Nous avons très apprécié la réactivité du personnel, nous avons été très bien acceuillis, chambre parfaite avec climatisation, mini bar garnis à des tarifs plus que correcte, et à proximité immédiate du centre et des ferry pour Favignana. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eu une proposition de bateau privée pour Favignanna a des prix locaux !!

un distributeur de savon pourrait être pas mal mais sinon rien !

The location in the old town was excellent! A short walk to the beach, to restaurants and shopping. Ketty was an excellent host! She helped us navigate a bus back to Palermo. We were able to borrowed an umbrella for the beach. It was nice to start our day with breakfast on the roof top terrace.

We got the Junior Suite with a balcony. It was not usable other than to hang our wet beach gear, as 3 air conditioners were on one wall and blew warm out. So no sitting on the balcony.

Lovely room with terrace; clean; very friendly and helpful staff; fantastic location.

The air conditioning unit did not seem to work properly and might need checking. Could not lock the sliding doors to the bedroom/suite itself.

Super zentrale Lage, mit Fahrrad gut zu erreichen-Räder können gut deponiert werden. Mitten in der Altstadt- und nah am Strand! Aufzug vorhanden, Zimmer gross, neu und Bad ebenso, kleiner Balkon- und grosse Dachterrasse!! Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgebende- extrem unkompliziert- Frühstück im Zimmer deponiert wegen früher Abreise!! Kommunikation tiptop!! La habitación, muy pequeña para el precio. No había ni sitio para poner una maleta. La puerta del armario chocaba con la tele. El aire acondicionado, sobre el cabecero, tenía una luz molesta que no se podía apagar. Los muebles de la terraza, incómodos. La terraza de la habitación tiene peores vistas que la comunitaria. Carísimo para la calidad que ofrece

Gute Lage. Zimmer sauber. Das wichtigste für einen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden.

Im Fernsehen sind nur italienische Sender vorhanden. Kein BBC, kein CNN, etc. Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Kein Buffet fürs Frühstücks in einer kleinen Küche, die gleichzeitig als Reception dient. Dachterrasse mit vertrockneten Pflanzen, ungenügend gereinigt.

Miejsce w super lokalizacji. Wszędzie mieliśmy blisko. Może trochę głośno. Ja akurat lubię ciszę. Ale coś za coś. Czysto, przestronnie. Bardzo fajny Pan z obsługi. Wszystko można z nim załatwić. Polecam.

Amazing clean apartment right in the heart of Trapani. Our host was super nice and he gave us many recommendations. Apartment had everything you need for a short or longer stay. Beds were super comfy and kitchen fully equipped. There is a cute roof terrace with beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone and for sure we will stay there again upon next visit!

God place , central and close to everything

The location was almost everything with this stay, except the price! Quite easy to find parking in the area, just be careful when they are cleaning the street, look for signs!

Could definitely need some repainting, maybe some new furnitures. A little bit noisy, but that is what you get when you are staying in the city area (and as usual no proper insulation in the walls, like most European countries).

Ļoti atsaucīgs personāls - izstāstīja, kā pareizi un kur novietot automašīnu, lai mums nebūtu sods par to, ka to novietojam nepareizi, jo tiek koptas ielas, un šādu informāciju nav iespējams izlasīt uz automašīnu stāvvietu norādēm. No rīta - aizveda mani līdz mašīnas autostāvvietai un palīdzēja arī atbraukt līdz apartamentiem. PALDIES! Apartamenti - ļoti plaši pārdomāti, bija 2 dušas telpas un 2 wc, kas bija ļoti ērti. Ieteica restorānu turpat mājai lejā - kas bija laba izvēla mums, kas bijām diezgan noguruši no brauciena, teica, ka būs 15% atlaide, bet restorānā bija tikai 10% atlaide. :) Taču kopumā - esam ļoti apmierināti ar šo naktsmītni.

Nekas nav tāds kas nepatika.

Posizione centralissima, in zona ricca di ristoranti, bar e negozi, Porto di Trapani facilmente raggiungibile. Colazione semplice con prodotti locali freschi. Possibilità di poter fare colazione sulla terrazza vista Duomo. Stanze spaziose.
