L’accoglienza ottima del personale molto disponibile e colazione buonissima! Staff gentilissimo! In più abbiamo trovato un regalino per il nostro cane con ciotola acqua traversina e detastix. Camera era spaziosa con frighetto e caffè offerto.

L’unica cosa c’era un po’ di muffa tra le piastrelle della doccia. Basta buttarci la candeggina.

We had requested a double bed but was instead given 2 singles pushed together - very uncomfortable for the night - Breakfast was okay, lacked things like milk for tea/cereal - Shower was tiny compared to the unusually large room, but the bathroom was very clean regardless! - Quite expensive for the quality

Great location, rooms spacious, friendly staff

I stayed for 3 nights. Toiletries were replaced everyday but not the towels. If you wanted fresh towels the cost is 10 euros. I found this unacceptable and 1st time it happy me in 3 weeks travelling around Sicily.

Nichts. Es war echt super schön. Hervorragende Lage, 5 Fussminuten zum Meer.

Struttura posizionata a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto di Trapani e dotata di ascensore, ristrutturata,  con camere spaziose con volte alte in legno e aria condizionata, pulite e silenziose. Ingresso alla struttura con self check le cui credenziali d'ingresso sono trasmesse su whatsapp da Giovanna con cui si può comunicare vis-à-vis solo la mattina (la reception c'è solo la mattina per poche ore); per il resto della giornata, la reception è chiusa ma per ogni esigenza si può scrivere a Giovanna che risponde ad ogni richiesta. Pulizie delle camere quotidiana con cambio biancheria e dotazione di phon e frigo bar. Bagno pulito e cabina doccia un pò strettina. Manca cassaforte ma si può sopravvivere anche senza se la vacanza è breve. Colazione abbondante ma poco varia (sia nel salato che nel dolce) Le ragazze in sala cordiali e disponibili: ci hanno consigliato ottimi ristoranti e spiagge da visitare e anche il modo per arrivarci con i mezzi pubblici: consigli preziosi che abbiamo testato e apprezzato.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, avrei gradito la reception 24h su 24 per una mia personale tranquillità; se avessi trovato scritto all'atto della prenotazione che non c'era la reception 24su24, forse non avrei prenotato questa struttura.

O estabelecimento está em zona de trânsito condicionado e isso poderia ter sido melhor esclarecido previamente porque o estacionamento é desafiante na zona. O local precisa de alguma atenção/renovação: a tampa da sanita era diferente menor que a mesma, o que era bastante desagradável, assim como havia muita humidade no local onde é o pequeno almoço. Quem está no primeiro andar não tem elevador para o quarto, o que faz a chegada e a saída com as malas mais complicadas.

Jde o budovu v úzké uličce, která je hotelem pouze částečně, protože v některých bytech bydlí trvale i místní rezidenti. Recepce není trvale obsazena, nicméně komunikace s personálem byla v pořádku. Snídaně nebyly sice žádný přemrštěný luxus, ale najedli jsme se dostatečně. Bylo pouze nedostatek zeleniny. Pokoj byl docela velký a vybavený klimatizací. Kupodivu všechno v pokoji v pořádku fungovalo, což v Itálii nebývá vždycky. Pro náš pobyt to hodnotím na italské poměry spíše na lepší standard.

Jako obvykle způsob stlaní postelí s prostěradlem a přikrývkou, ale to je ve středomoří všude tak. Problém je s koupáním, nejbližší pláže jsou buď špinavé od černých řas a bez jakéhokoliv sociálního vybavení, nebo čisté, ale skalnaté s problematický přístupem do moře.

It’s a great hotel located just off the old town which is about 5 mins walk away. The docks for all boat trips are only 15 mins walk too. The room was exactly what we needed for our stay, spacious and clean, and the break fast was excellent. Staff were very friendly too. About 20 meters from the front door is an excellent restaurant, which suited the kids after a long hot day on a boat trip.

The location for this accomodation is great, very central. The breakfast is very nice, with tasty pastries and the staff at breakfast was very polite and nice. The apartment is a good size and the ac works very well.

The apartment is a bit dark. It would be helpful to know that even if there is a lift, there are still some tricky steps to get to the apartment. The towels are not changed every day but every three days and if you would like to change them more frequently then you have to pay. For us the worse issue was the sofa bed which is uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise when used. I was also very disappointed with the communication with the owner as they did not answer us when we contacted them both via message and via booking.com

El departamento para 4 personas no es cómodo queda chico. La mesa y 2 sillas no permiten que se habrá la heladera y si lo corres para acceder a la heladera no se abre la puerta de entrada. El acceso por escaleras con una maleta es incómodo.

Buenas instalaciones, muy limpio todo y el desayuno súper completo. El personal amable, y la ubicación es buena, a doscientos metros de una de las avenidas principales y a trescientos del puerto.

Staff gentilissimo e molto attento e premuroso nei nostri confronti: hanno fatto di tutto per agevolarci nel soggiorno con la nostra bimba di 9 mesi. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per il weekend, pulito e accogliente. La posizione centralissima e perfetta per visitare il centro città a piedi.

Très bon séjour ! La chambre est parfait et très propre, conforme aux attentes. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils vous conseillent sur les activités à faire. Le petit-déjeuner est un plus, beaucoup de choix et l'espresso est très bon.

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, alig 5-6 perc sétára található a kikötő ahonnan könnyen eljuthatunk Favignana szigetére, innen is indulnak buszok Erice vetta történelmi városába és talán innen a legkényelmesebb átmenni Palermoba is. A vasútállomás alig 10-15 perc séta, a barokk városrész központja pedig 1-2 perc ahol rengeteg étterem és bár található. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a szoba pedig tágas és tiszta!

Super lokalizacja - blisko centrum i głównych atrakcji. Do morza 800 m. Obsługa niezwykle pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadania były urozmaicone, świeże i smaczne. Zdecydowanie polecam.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. Everyone was so kind and attentive, helping us with tours, transport, and all our questions throughout our stay. Grazie💛

L'esperienza è stata ottima! Fin da prima dell'arrivo lo staff è stato molto disponibile nel rispondere su wa a domande e richieste in preparazione del soggiorno. Ottima posizione, ottima colazione interna, ottimo staff (un ringraziamento particolare a Giovanna ed Alessandra).

E' andato tutto benissimo. E' stata un'ottima scelta. Avevamo una camera miniappartamento con angolo cucina.

The location was perfect a few mins walk to the port, the majority intercity bus stops and the local buses which take you to Erice. Breakfast was included and the coffees in the morning were delicious. We had an incredible sized room. It was the biggest we stayed in during our whole trip. The amenities provided were equally great and the only place that provided intimate cleaning gel. The staff made our travels easy and we were able to leave our luggage with them before we left later on that day after checkout.

The room was amazing! Super clean and the reception staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommendable !

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the hotel is fantastic value for the location. Strong AC once you get it to work. The breakfast was enjoyable, though a little more variety would make it even better.

The biggest drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was essentially unusable during our stay. Had the internet been more reliable, I would have rated this higher.

Lokalizacja w samym mieście jest niewątpliwą zaletom. Bliskość portu dla mnie rowniez miała kluczowe znaczenie. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre. Niczego nie brakowało.

Nie polecam na dłuższy pobyt. Nie korzystałem z kuchni ale wydaje mi się że jest ograniczona. Brak jakiegokolwiek widoku z okna.

Excellent emplacement à proximité du centre historique. Excellent accueil et très bons conseils pour les visites et le stationnement. Une rue commerciale à proximité avec de très bons restaurants. Chambres très propres et petit déjeuner parfait !

Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa, pozdrowienia dla Pana Alessandro 😊 Śniadania smaczne, pyszna kawa. W pokoju działała dobrze klimatyzacja, codziennie byl sprzątany, dostarczane byly też potrzebne rzeczy. Korzystałyśmy z apartamentu, w ktorym jest sporo miejsca, nie bylo wiec problemu z przechowywaniem naszych bagaży czy suszeniem ręczników po plaży. Bardzo dużym atutem tego obiektu jest lokalizacja. Z jednej strony uliczki znajduje się zejście do portu, z ktorego wypływają promy i wodoloty na Wyspy Egadzkie. A z drugiej strony zejście nad morze w kierunku plaż. Blisko obiektu znajdują się dobre restauracje, tawerny, kawiarnie, piekarnie, sklepy z pamiątkami, apteka, a także piękne zabytki. Gorąco polecamy!

Hotellet ligger centralt og med nem adgang til Trapanis fantastiske gågader. Morgenmaden var god med et stort udvalg af forskellig slags mad.

Vi fik et værelse med kun 1 vindue som var ud til opgangen det vil sige - ingen mulighed for at lufte ud og få frisk luft ind. Det kan jeg ikke anbefale for nogen. Derudover oplevede vi, at der ikke var vand i hanerne om aftenen og der var en meget ubehagelig lugt fra kloakken på badeværelset uden mulighed for at lufte ud var det bestemt ikke en god oplevelse. Vi sov der kun 1 nat, så alt i alt var det ok, men havde vi været der flere nætter ville vi ikke have været tilfredse med oplevelsen

Essendo in zona a traffico limitato abbiamo potuto scaricare i bagagli molto velocemente e poi trovare parcheggio non è stato molto facile.

I arrived off an early flight and the staff checked me in early, he organised me some breakfast while I waited for the room to be ready and I was upgraded to an apartment. The residence was lovely and clean, staff were amazing, and I proceeded to sleep for 20 hours in a very comfy bed. It seemed a waste of the beautiful apartment but I obviously needed it..water pressure was good for shower. Nice array of toiletries provided. There were maps of the area available in the lobby. Breakfast which I got to experience again the next day was an amazing assortment of pastries, bread, pancakes, cheese, salami and other things. Honestly this place deserves a five star rating as everything about it and the staff were perfect. Amazing introduction to my first time in Sicily.

Pokój deluxe niestety nie miał nic wspólnego ze standardem deluxe. Łazienka wymaga remontu, pokój wymaga remontu, a nazywanie tego standardu deluxe wymaga korekty. Brat miał superior w tym samym obiekcie i był to pokój o dużo wyższym standardzie, po remoncie, lepszy design, funkcjonalność, łazienka, balkon.

La doccia in bagno molto piccola soprattutto considerando che era una matrimoniale superior

Das Frühstück war super, das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend und ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage war sehr zentral man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Die Wohnung war viel zu dunkel, es gab nur 1 Fenster welches sich in den Innenhof gerichtet hat, dort kamen üble Kanalgerüche aus dem Innenhof.
