Room was large and very clean. Staff very friendly and restaurant reasonably priced with large menu. We also enjoyed free Yoga with Putu.

Private pool was very cold as not heated + no direct sunlight onto it. Roads just outside hotel are very hilly.

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. Good location and easy ride to Ubud centre. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is excellent, can’t complain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located in the best part of Ubud with jungle settings. Pool room is excellent with a good size pool. Photos don’t do justice, looks better in real life.

A modest breakfast. As for the staff—they tried to clean our room while we were at breakfast; when we asked them to come back later, they refused and told us we had to wait somewhere else while they cleaned. They also demanded $15 because a soap dispenser got broken—considering the room costs $250 a night, they should be ashamed.

I stayed for 3 nights at Sebali Resort, and it was an amazing experience in every way. I stayed in the One-Bedroom Presidential Villa, and swimming in a heated pool surrounded by the heart of the jungle truly felt like a dream come true. The villa was beautiful, private, and peaceful, with an incredible atmosphere that made the stay very special. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel very welcome. The food was also excellent, with a great selection and delicious flavors. Every meal was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. I will definitely visit Sebali Resort again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in Bali. Note: you are in the jungle, you may see some harmless bugs, keep your room doors closed like me, I didn’t face any issues.

Buiten leek het een beetje onderkomen. Waren wel bezig met renovatie. Maar veel plaatsen wat op Booking te zien zijn, Zijn er niet. Zo was er nu maar 1 restaurant. Het zwembad is echt koud. Privezwembad aan kamer, was ook beetje onderkomen. In het restaurant speelt een balinees muziekje. Zeer irritant. Je bent in Bali dus hoort erbij, maar is hele tijd hetzelfde deuntje, en staat te hard.

對於渡假村而言設施較少，餐廳選擇也只有一間，地形關係、每間房間都需要經過一段上上下下的階梯路 如果有點年紀，或帶著行李移動會有點吃力

The LOCATION and the travelling to and fro is mad, it will take 2 hours to travel a 60km distance. Hazardous roads.

The location is so beautiful and the room is absolutely amazing. The private pool was beautiful and we loved how accomodating and helpful everyone was, including the floating breakfast and room services. The restaurant is definitely a highlight and had regular shows during dinner hours.

The Sebali Resort is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! 💛 My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we were absolutely blown away by the beautiful resort, exceptional food, and, most importantly, the incredible staff. The breakfast was amazing, with such an incredible variety of options, and everything was always absolutely delicious. Beautiful location and very comfortable throughout. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay, and the morning hike with Nioman, a local from the neighbouring desa, was a refreshing and insightful experience.

The restaurant and breakfast felt slightly out of step with the overall quality of the stay. We also tried the Independence Day dinner experience, which was enjoyable, but we felt it was overpriced for what was offered.

It is outside the main UBUD town area and that is exactly what I wanted. It felt secluded, private, magical and totally out of the ordinary. Sounds of the river & waterfall, birds, trees - stunning. Room was spacious, well stocked with toiletries, drinks. Turn down service and cleaning of room were fantastic. Breakfast is superb. Spa treatment rooms and areas are simply sublime. And the staff throughout the property were all exceptional. Free afternoon tea daily. 7am walk with a local villager through the adjoining rice terraces is worth it!!

I loved everything about it - but guests may feel it is a little far out of town. But for me it was amazing

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cozy resort which was the perfect way to end our trip after 4 nights in Nusa Dua. Perfect choice if you love nature, unwinding and enjoy the serenity. We were surrounded by nature and beautiful forests and natural white noise. You wake up from your bed to the view of trees and private pool. View from the restaurant and pool was amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Had an amazing yoga class with Potu who was wonderful. Complimentary massage was also great. Everything was exceptional.

Main and private pool are not heated but we used the jacuzzi facility which was heated. Honestly nothing we didn’t like and we would come back again. The resort is perfect for unwinding, couple getaway and if you appreciate nature. Don’t expect too many facilities or common areas. But all the essentials are there (pool , jacuzzi , restaurant and Spa)

Der Resort ist fernab vom Trubel in Ubud,mit atemberaubenden Blick in den Dschungel und auf den Fluss. Die Villas sind stilvolle eingerichtet,groß und haben einen tollen Außenbereich. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch. Hervorzuheben ist,dass das gesamte Personal absolut erstklassig und außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend sowie gastfreundlich ist,jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Die Massagen sind ebenfalls absolut empfehlenswert. Besser geht es nicht! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Balımız için dört gün burada konakladık. Tesis çok temizdi, hiçbir şekilde böcek yada sinek yoktu. Çalışanlardaki yardımsever, güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı ve kesinlikle misafir dostuydu. Otelin manzarası, doğası çok güzeldi ve kesinlikle odalar birbirini görmeyecek şekilde ve dışarıdanda görünmeyecek şekilde izole tasarlanmış. En sevdiğimiz özelliği bu oldu. Yemekler inanılmaz güzeldi mutlaka kahvaltı dahil tercih edin. Spa çok başarılıydı daha önce böyle bir masaj yaptırmamıştık. Bize yaşattığı bu konsklama deneyimi için ve personellerin kalitesi için Sebali Resort'a teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar Ubud bölgesinde konaklamak istersem hiç düşünmeden burayı tercih ederdim

Be aware all rooms face the river. There are not rooms facing the valley. Too much noise and mosquitos coming from the river.

We love the vibe of the whole resort. You are close to Ubud main town but secluded enough that you cannot hear the traffic or the hustle of the outside. Everywhere you can just hear the sound of the water (nearby waterfalls) and the birds. It also feels like you are in the forest. I love the villa. It’s big enough and it’s a plus that you have your own pool. I love the food as well. The highlight will be the massage. The massage in their spa is superb. Imagine having a relaxing massage and you can hear the sound of the waterfalls. 10/10 will come back again. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They never let us feel that we are inconveniencing them and they are always smiling.

May be just the private pool as the water can get cold when the weather is cold but that is not the fault of the resort. Might be best to book the villa with the hot pool if you’re sensitive to cold water.

We stayed at Sebali Resort for four days, and our experience was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, beautifully maintained, and we had the option of requesting daily housekeeping. The view from the rooms is simply magical and makes the whole experience even more special. The food at the restaurant was another highlight of our stay — carefully prepared, delicious, and offered at very reasonable prices. We also had an excellent experience at the spa. The treatments were wonderful, and the therapists were highly skilled, professional, and attentive. It was the perfect place to relax and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend taking some time to enjoy the spa during your stay! We were also impressed by the resort’s high hygiene standards, including their careful measures regarding mosquitoes and the cleanliness and maintenance of the swimming pool. Another great advantage is that the resort can arrange private tours at very reasonable prices. They can take you safely to beautiful places away from the most crowded and touristy spots, giving you the opportunity to experience a more authentic side of Bali. We were especially lucky to have Ardic as our driver and guide. He is not only an excellent professional but also a genuinely wonderful and kind-hearted person. He drove us safely throughout our trip, was always polite and professional, and patiently answered all our questions and explained everything we wanted to know. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, çok yardımcı oldular. Spa deneyimi gerçekten müthişti. Biz eşimle genel olarak yemekleri de beğendik. Odamız çok konforluydu, havuzumuz da çok güzeldi. Otelin ormanın içinde olduğunu düşününce çok fazla böcek de yoktu bu bizi rahatlattı.

The property was stunning, in the middle of the jungle with wooden paths. The room was super spacious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed. A big thanks to the whole team!

The best part of the stay were the fabulous staff. From reception, to restaurant, to room staff, to massage therapists, the experience was beyond fulfilling. The Balinese people are genuinely caring and thoughtful. Always sharing a smile, despite their obvious daily struggles. I hope the owners look after the staff and pay them fair rates for the fantastic contribution they provide to the hospitality industry in Ubud, Bali.

The environment, the jungle, the building. It was very moody. The room was always clean, there were a lot of program options. Our breakfasts and dinners were very good always. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Peni was very nice, she was always smiling.

The pool is too cold. We couldn't make use of it because it was too cold, even when it was sunny.

Das Resort ist wunderschön inmitten des Dschungels gelegen und die Anlage wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr idyllisch und stylisch. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem gratis Transport vom Hotel gelangt man trotz starkem Verkehr innerhalb von 20 min ins Zentrum. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das bequeme Bett mit Moskitonetz sowie der private Pool mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Dschungel und einen nahegelegenen Wasserfall. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die warme und hochwertige Bettdecke – sobald wir im Bett lagen, war es angenehm. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, auf unsere Anliegen einzugehen. Auch wenn es einige Probleme gab.

Wir würden uns wünschen, dass die Außenanlage besser gepflegt wird. Da das Hotel mitten im Urwald liegt, ist es verständlich, dass regelmäßig Blätter herunterfallen. Dennoch lagen sowohl auf den Wegen als auch im Poolbereich oft viele Blätter herum, was den ansonsten schönen Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Mein Mann wurde am einem Abend von einem totel riesen Blatt von einem Baum erschlagen, zum Glück ist nichts weiter passiert. Der Pool im Zimmer war leider nicht beheizt. Da die Temperaturen nachts deutlich sinken und es im Dschungel allgemein recht kühl ist, war das Wasser so kalt, dass wir den Pool während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gar nicht nutzen konnten. Auch im Zimmer war es vor allem abends und nachts sehr kühl. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht zum Heizen verwenden, weshalb es nach der Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen oft unangenehm kalt war. Ein weiterer Punkt war die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Dadurch roch das Zimmer dauerhaft etwas feucht und sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher fühlten sich selbst frisch gewechselt leicht feucht an. Die Handtücher trockneten über Nacht überhaupt nicht und mussten täglich ausgetauscht werden, da sie schnell unangenehm rochen. Mit dem Essen waren wir leider ebenfalls nicht zufrieden. Auf den Bildern wirkte das Restaurant sehr vielversprechend, geschmacklich konnten uns die Speisen jedoch nicht überzeugen. Viele Gerichte waren sehr stark und eher orientalisch gewürzt. So hatte beispielsweise eine als mexikanische Quesadilla angebotene Speise geschmacklich überhaupt nichts mit einer klassischen Quesadilla gemeinsam. An einem Abend erhielten wir als nette Geste ein kostenloses Abendessen. Leider standen lediglich zwei Menüs zur Auswahl, beide mit Fleisch. Für Vegetarier gibt es hier aus unserer Sicht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Als Vorspeise wurde ein Salat mit einem sehr leckeren hausgemachten Dressing serviert. Ich entschied mich als Hauptgang für Ente mit Reis und Gemüse.

Der Service war erstklassig. Alle sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was quite far out when you take into account the traffic and so eating for dinner you could only really do in the hotel.

Lovely rooms, peaceful location & nice atmosphere. 10 mins out of the main Ubud centre but the hotel offer a shuttle taxi service so it’s perfect.

Not a huge point but the pool was freezing - would have been more usable for us if it was a heated a little.

We had an incredible 4-night stay at The Sebali Resort in Ubud in a One-Bedroom Villa with a Private Pool overlooking the jungle and waterfalls. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly peaceful. Waking up to the lush jungle views and the sound of the waterfalls each morning was unforgettable and made for a truly authentic Balinese experience. The à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great selection of both Asian and Western dishes. Everything was freshly prepared, and it was the perfect way to start each day. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was the complimentary yoga class. It was possibly the best yoga session I’ve ever done—truly authentic, with a strong focus on mindfulness, breathing, and connecting with the surrounding nature. It was an incredibly calming and memorable experience. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you’re looking for a tranquil luxury escape surrounded by nature with outstanding hospitality, The Sebali Resort is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

El resort es una pasada. Todo es maravilloso. La villa con piscina es un lujo. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios para no tener ni que salir de allí. El spa está genial. Mi marido y yo nos dimos un masaje y salimos de allí súper relajados. La habitación cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para la estancia. La cama muy cómoda, te dan dos batas para estar cómodo en la villa. La comida está buenísima. Durante nuestra estancia llamamos al servicio de habitaciones varias veces para que nos trajeran la cena o la comida. Creo que probamos casi todos los platos de la carta. El hotel está ubicado en medio de la selva lo que hace que sea un lugar para estar en calma y el paz. El jacuzzi por el noche con vistas a la selva fue increíble. Aunque lo mejor de todo es su personal. Los trabajadores son excelentes. Siempre con una sonrisa. Amables, atentos y te ayudan en todo. Además, el hotel tiene servicio de shuttle gratis al centro. La verdad que me ido casi llorando de allí, quería quedarme a vivir ahí.

El personal fue super amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos. La ubicación del hotel es de maravilla, rodeado de selva y campos de arroz. Hemos comido de maravilla en el restaurante del hotel, super recomendado! Nuestra villa privada ha sido super cómoda y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto.

En general, para ser un 5 estrellas hubiesemos esperado más calidad en los amenities del hotel. No lo consideraría un 5 estrellas, le falta comfort y calidad para serlo. Por otro lado, nos hemos hospedado en Junio 2026, y al lado del hotel habia una construcción cuyos ruidos han sido bastante molestos durante la estadía.

Fasilitetene og lokasjonen var helt fantastisk. Rommet, sengen, badet og privat basseng var over all forventning. Personalet var meget serviceinnstilt. Vi fikk flere overraskelser inkludert, flaske vin, afternoon tea, floating breakfast. Maten var god og rimelig. Vi prøvde 2 massasjer, god kvalitet på spa.

Vannet i hovedbaseng og privat basseng var altfor kalt, flere gjester kommenterte.

مل شي كان خرافي اقمت في بالي في 3 فنادق لكن سيبالي كان اميزهم وافضلهم كل شي خرافي الفطار والنظافه والخدمه طوال المده لم نري اي حشرات ولا زواحف ولا اي شي من اللي الناس بتقول عليها عشره من عشره 👌👌

Giardini curati, immersa nella giungla, stanza molto bella ampia e luminosa, staff cordiale e sempre pronto. Massaggi ottimi e spa molto bella.

Acqua delle piscine molto fredda, purtroppo è stato inutile avere la piscina in camera. Purtroppo i lavori in una struttura subito accanto tolgono la pace e la tranquillità di cui si potrebbe godere.

Beautifully serene setting. Small, intimate resort. Wonderful staff - across the resort; reception, restaurants, spa, general staff. Fab breakfast and dinner menu.

Nothing - it suited my needs perfectly.
