Hotel was easily accessible and in a good area in the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were also clean and well kept.

Lokalita hotelu je naprosto fajn. Kdo chce být celý den jen na pláží, pro toho je ten hotel od pláže zbytečně daleko, jde se pěšky asi 23 minut. Já jsem ale chtěla kombinaci města a pláže a to mi toto umístění zcela splňovalo. Jedná se o velmi bezpečnou lokalitu, některé pokoje mají výhled na most s drakem. Personál byl fajn, snídaně super, Elisa perfektní a velmi nápomocná, bazén v nejvyšším patře příjemný, spa centrum mělo fajn masérky. V pokoji jsem zapomněla powerbanku, hned volali zpátky a snažili se ji co nejrychleji vrátit. Hotel mohu rozhodně doporučit.

Chtěla jsem požádat o pozdní check in nebo o prodloužení pobytu o jeden den, ale bylo mi řečeno, že to nejde, že je hotel plný. To chápu, to se může stát. Ale když jsem si ale otevřela Booking, tak jsem si to normálně mohla zarezervovat a fungovalo to, volné pokoje tedy byly.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue depuis notre chambre, la piscine est très agréable et a une magnifique vue sur Da Nang.. Le choix au petit déjeuner a été apprécié par toute la famille. L'accueil et le service sont très agréables également.

Il y a un malentendu certain entre Booking et cet hôtel. Il n'y a pas de sofa bed dans la chambre du coup nous avons dû dormir avec notre fille. Ce qui est fort dommage car la chambre est immense nous aurions pu séjourné plus confortablement avec un lit supplémentaire . Dormir à 3 dans le même lit ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement du lieu au vu du prix.

Very central location. Beautiful roof top terrace. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good drinks. Large bed. Amazing view from the room on the 21st floor. Balcony! In house massage and spa (didnt try).

The walls between the rooms are thin, the door likewise. Expect some noise. Also, the tub in the bathroom leaked a lot of water every time we showered, resulting in a little pool on the floor.

Habitación amplia y camas cómodas. Muy buen desayuno y ubicación. La piscina se agradece tras pasar altas temperaturas durante el día.

Vue sur la Riviere. Qualité des matelas

Le temps d'attente aux ascenseurs le matin a 8h. Car il ya des va et vient pour le petit dej mais aussi les femmes de menages qui sonnes aux chambres des 8h. Donc a 8h soit on vous reveil, soit c'est compliqué le petit dej. De plus au petit dej il veulent debarraser la moindre assiette sur la table. Et se balade avec un chariot et bouge les chaises pour pouvoir passer. Bref c'est bruyant. Seulement 4 places a la piscines. Mini salle de sport en veranda avec materiel archaîque. Petit dej qualité moyen

Pokoje czyste, dobre śniadania. Hotel jest duży przez co nie jest kameralny. Plusem jest basen i taras restauracyjny na dachu (25 piętro). Możliwość przechowania bagażu do czasu wyjazdu. Polecamy na krótki pobyt.

We took a hand towel to the swimming pool and while checking out they charged us money

I had lovely three nights at the hotel. However, the checkout experience was terrible. The reception staff is extremely rude. Took two towels to the swimming pool and left one there by mistake. During checkout, they said you cannot take towels outside the room. So now you need to pay for the towel. I said the towel is still in your premises but they are like “no, it’s a hotel policy. You take towels outside the room so you need to pay”. After paying the money also, the reception guy laughed at me and said I will show you that you didn’t carry any towels to the pool. That was the limit. I had to call the manager then and actually ask her to show the CCTV footage to her staff and make him apologise for saying such things.

For the price, I can't fault this hotel. The service was lovely, the breakfast and coffee were good, and food and drink options were nice with a penthouse pool and resturant plus a pleasant rooftop space. The price of beverages was reasonable and the rooms clean and comfortable. The spa was also really good, and I got a great massage for a good price there. Would stay again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service and an unforgettable stay! Our 2-night stay at Fivitel Da Nang was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality here is outstanding; every staff member and special mention to Lisa went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the amenities (especially the rooftop pool area) were a major highlight. It’s in a great location that makes it easy to get around and experience the best of Da Nang. If you are looking for excellent service and a great atmosphere, look no further. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are large and exceptionally good. The view of the river is excellent from the room windows, at least our balcony had a city view which is nothing special. The location of the hotel is fairly good on the river banks and in an upmarket area and walkable distance from the major river side attractions and markets. Not very far from airport either. Breakfast is average.

I found the behaviour of the receptionist lady who did my check in to be outright rude and unwelcoming. I even felt that her behaviour was outrightly biased against an Indian passport holder. The hotel seems to be getting too many Indian group tours and seems that may have caused this bias. Rest all the reception staff and the bell boys were all very curteous, welcoming and hospitable except this one lady with spectacles. I didn’t get her name.

We were accused of staining a pillow case, which we had noticed was marked on check in but didn't make a fuss as it looked like an old dye transfer stain that had been washed quite a few times. This was mentioned to my son and me by Mr Shiny when we went to pick up our key from reception after being out all day. I explained that the stain was there when we arrived but it didn't really bother us so we didn't report it. We were basically told it was our fault and Mr Shiny queried if it was from my husband's hair products, to which I stated my husband does not use any. We were advised that we would not be charged on this occasion, but if it happened again we would be fined the costs for professional cleaning. I stated again that we hadn't caused the stain but Mr Shiny was insistent that we had. When we went up to our room we found a written warning about the pillow case. At which stage we decided to check our existing bedding that had just been changed by the house keeping staff and found further marks on my son's new bedding. My husband then returned and we reported this with photo evidence to Mr Shiny who sent housekeeping staff back to our room to change the sheets again. We decided at this stage that we no longer felt comfortable/Safe staying in the Fivitel even though we'd already paid for a further two nights. We were worried to even put our feet up on the bed in case we got charged for any small marks. We felt really uncomfortable and totally targeted by the staff so booked another hotel through booking.com and checked out straight away. Please be warned about the housekeeping staff in this hotel, we later read previous reviews of other guests that had experienced similar issues and been charged quite a lot for supposedly stained bedding and towels. The hotel is not in the best state of repair anyway with lots of carpet stains in our room, plus the fridge in the second bedroom of our apartment didn't work. When you go on a holiday your hotel should be a place of safety and comfort there should be zero tolerance to any staff involved in trying to set up guests to extract fines from them , After a false written warning given to us we felt the Hotel had Ammunition to spring another false Claim against us so we checked out immediately to protect our property and finances , Staff involved in these practices should be investigated and dismissed if found guilty as a warning to others as it's costing guest satisfaction and hotels reputation ,unfortunately you get the usual standard response from hotels we are very sorry ,and a few months later it happens again to the next unfortunate victim.

The room was good, service was fine. The towels were very clean ...centrally located. Drawbacks Only 3 bottles(200ml ) were provided for a family of 4....also dining area refused to fill our bottles.

Fivitel was absolutely excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view was very good. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Exceptional hospitality, great facilities, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang. We would definitely stay here again!

A very good hotel located in the heart of Da Nang. Easy walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and surrounding areas (My Khe Beach - 30 minutes walk). The room was very spacious, good air conditioning, a small balcony (please note - no furniture, can only stand) with a good sized bed and a decent bathroom. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a great view, along with a rooftop terrace open daily until 21:00 serving food and drinks. Downstairs has a small coffee shop, well worth a visit, and reasonably priced for a hotel. The staff were also impeccable. Very polite, super friendly and helpful as/when required. Downsides: Food - the restaurant on the roof served the worst food I've had in Vietnam. Granted we opted for western food for the first time on our trip. But we also witnessed other guests receiving food and they were equally unimpressed Busy - this hotel gets RAMMED with people. Be prepared for some noisy neighbours throughout the stay. Not a deal breaker, but a heads up. Breakfast - see above. It's rammed. We came from a small 5 star boutique hotel in Hoi An. The elevator opened on floor 4 on our first morning to what can only be described as a zoo. It was absolutely carnage. Tip - get there around 08:45, do not go earlier, and try to make it a weekday stay General - the hotel needs some TLC. Lift down for maintenance, carpets lifted in areas, few knocks and bruises. All in all, it was a good, solid stay. You have to take into consideration the price as well. At £30 a night, you can't expect the BEST. But you get great value here. If you can oversee the small discrepancies mentioned, and you just want a good room, a good location and a nice pool, this is the one for you. Thanks for a good stay at the Fivitel Da Nang.

Leider setzt man beim duschen zwangsläufig das halbe Bad unter Wasser.

Hotel is clean, staff is nice, only my girlfriend wished that hotel can provide us iron instead of using their laundry services. Location is okay, near the dragon bridge and night market. Nice view from the room.

The room (except carpet) & bathroom were very clean. Balcony was large and spotless as well. Nice linen and towels. Hotel staff were always pleasant and willing to engage. Great views from our room and the rooftop bar and pool.

Carpet in our room was grossly dirty. Nice balcony, but zero furniture to enjoy it. We’ve been in Southeast Asia for four months and have not been to a hotel that doesn’t offer laundry by the kilogram. Their laundry service is by the piece and would have cost us around $75US paying for each individual piece of underwear and pair of socks, etc. When I asked the front desk about it, she did say they could send it out to someone to do it by the kilogram, but it was cold water only. Not very effective for clothes that have sunscreen on them. When I asked if there was a self laundry nearby, none of the staff knew what I was talking about. Researched on Facebook and found one 1/2 a mile away. Beach is about one mile. Not a lot of interesting things for immediate walkability. Grabs were about $3US to get to any markets or shopping.
