Great location. Easy to get about. Straight walk to the beach and great places to eat. Staff were delightful. Very helpful and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

We booked the room for 2 nights to enjoy Da Nang. We were exhausted after so many trips by bus in the northern part of Vietnam. So it was really pleasant to have a very comfortable room with nice personnel who were always willing to help. The breakfast was incredible and the sights from our room were breathtaking.

I like the size of room but if that doesn’t matter then a double room is decent not worth paying extra £100 for excusite room which I wouldn’t if I knew.

I wouldn’t say is quiet in the room, you can hear noises from outside traffic quite clearly.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel insgesamt absolut empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das riesige, sehr breite und unglaublich bequeme Bett. Auch die großen Panoramafenster sind sehr gut abgedichtet, sodass man vom Straßenlärm draußen kaum etwas hört. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Meer sind es etwa 750 Meter bzw. ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sehr breit und hat wunderschönen weißen Sand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach im 10. Stock. Von dort hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Besonders am Abend ist die Aussicht wunderschön, vor allem mit Blick auf die beleuchtete Drachenbrücke. Ein paar kleine Punkte könnten noch verbessert werden: Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Safe und keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Auch eine Möglichkeit, die Koffer bzw. das Gepäck ordentlich unterzubringen, wäre wünschenswert. Diese kleinen Mängel werden für uns jedoch durch den hervorragenden Service mehr als ausgeglichen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dafür möchte ich mich ganz besonders bedanken. Besonders beim Frühstück war Herr Dat sehr aufmerksam und hat uns bei allem hervorragend unterstützt. Aber auch an der Rezeption und im gesamten Hotel haben wir nur freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt. So einen herzlichen Service erlebt man wirklich nicht jeden Tag. Preislich und qualitativ hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder im Estrella buchen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt und die tolle Unterstützung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Im Zimmer etwas mehr Ablagefläche schaffen, damit persönliche Sachen und Gepäck besser und ordentlicher deponiert werden können. Einen Safe im Zimmer zur sicheren Aufbewahrung von Wertsachen bereitstellen. Beim Check-in die WhatsApp-Nummer des Hotels bzw. des zuständigen Ansprechpartners mitteilen. So könnten Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts schnell und unkompliziert Kontakt aufnehmen und verschiedene Anliegen erledigen – wie es bereits in vielen anderen Hotels üblich ist. Diese kleinen Verbesserungen würden den Komfort für die Gäste deutlich erhöhen und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten.

Didn’t like the way every room can only have one key card,it was so inconvenient for a family. But seems like all hotels in Vietnam is like that, they should change it.

I like everything here, the view, the staff, the location, the pool view, the room view, and the breakfast is well prepared too. It's definitely worth to stay in this hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful all the time.

It's a bit noisy at night time cos the vehicle horn is going on all night, and the room is bit too dark for me.

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l’écoute, les chambres sont propres, peu d’espace de rangement mais une très bonne literie. Très bonne expérience dans cet établissement.

Le spa de l’hôtel est à éviter… pendant le soin les thérapeutes étaient sur leurs téléphones, ne faisaient aucun effort, ce n’était pas un moment de bien être mais plutôt d’inconfort.

Around 10 mins walk to the beach. 20 ish to dragon bridge but easier to take a grab. Very friendly staff and super clean and great a/c! Comfortable beds! Small pool on rooftop was nice at the end of a day

Breakfast was good but not the best I had whilst in the country. We came down with 20 mins until closing and lots had run out. Went earlier the next day and much better!

Dit hotel ligt in een fijne buurt met veel winkeltjes en restaurants én op wandelafstand van de zee. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht, de badkamers zijn iets aan de krappe kant. Verder echt geen opmerkingen: heel goede bedden, écht soundproof kamers, vriendelijke staff, leuk rooftop zwembad, en lekker ontbijt. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een leuk verblijf in Danang.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was just what you’d expect in such a hotel, and the water pressure was exactly what I needed in the hot weather! Really conveniently located near great non-touristy food options and only 10 minutes walk to My Khe Beach.

Der Pool war mega und die Lage auch. Auch unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig.

Das Frühstück hatte etwas wenig auswahl dennoch lecker. Und das Hotel wirkte schnell etwas leer.

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Pool und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg super freundlich. Zudem ist die Lage top: Der bekannte My Khe Beach ist direkt in der Nähe, und man findet viele Restaurants sowie Geschäfte in der direkten Umgebung.

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, weshalb ich nicht besonders gut schlafen konnte. Das Internet war zudem viel zu langsam. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend – es war nur sehr basic und bot kaum Auswahl.

The location is nice, you can easily walk towards the sea, close enough to the city, good restaurant options near by. The pool is a nice touch, with amazing views and front desk people speak good enough English and are helpful.

The room is quite small if you travel as a family, there is no room for clothes besides a few hangers. The extra bed was old, with a bad spring mattress. The pool bar was not working and there is little space to hang around the pool, with towels always missing. The “gym” is not usable, extreme heat, next to the pool, in a glass room with no ventilation and just two old equipments. The breakfast is repetitive and basic, little choice for kids. Moreover the noise from the hallway is disturbing at times.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage. Betten waren sehr bequem. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Poolbar war täglich geschlossen, obwohl sie als Angebot vermerkt ist. Unzureichender Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse.

Phòng thơm, rất sạch sẽ, nội thất mới, đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Ở trong khu phố rất nhiều hàng quán ăn uống, đi thẳng khoảng 500m là ra tới biển khá tiện.

The breakfast is lunch; pork and chicken are a bit weird choice for early morning. But they also had eggs, but we got tired of it every day.

Zimmer war sehr schön und die Terrasse war das Highlight mit Pool einfach perfekt .Lage ist zentral alles gut zu erreichen Restaurants, Strand.Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen . Kommen gerne wieder danke

Pool looked bigger on photos and not enough sun loungers. Getting charged nearly £50 for spilling coffee on quilt! Be careful.

No restaurant other than breakfast. No bar open at all during our stay. Pool felt a little crowded. View from room was of a street and construction, couldn't see anything other than street or building across road.
