Perantzada Hotel 1811

We love the location of the hotel, very close to the tavernas and the view of the harbour from the infinity pool is amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are so lovely and always helpful for suggestions of great beaches, restaurants and places to visit. Katerina, Aris and Boris made our stay even more special so a big thank you to them. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

A great spot in Vathy, with a lovely pool area and a fantastic team looking after us. Catrina & Arris were very welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast is great, our bed was comfortable and whilst the bedroom was cosy, we had everything we needed plus a large sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful harbour.

Klassiek ogend maar toch modern hotel op een geweldige locatie in Vathy op loopafstand van het centrum. Personeel geweldig en heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt super vers en veel zelf gemaakt. Ons type kamer had geen balkon, maar er waren vele zitplekken rondom het hotel waar je gebruik van kon maken. Hotel had een bar met lekkere drankjes en een kleine eetkaart. Het zwembad had super comfortabele ligbedden en wij hadden altijd plek om te liggen. Al met al een geweldige ervaring gehad!

The staff, in particular Aris and Katerina were exceptional!! The facilities were as expected by the photos, however the added value was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff!

O edifício é bonito, com imenso carisma e integra-se perfeitamente na paisagem de Vathi. A localização é ótima e garante-lhe um magnífico pôr-do-sol com vista sobre a baía, desde a elegante piscina. A simpatia e disponibilidade dos anfitriões corresponde à qualidade do hotel e reforça a vontade de regressar.

Não há nada a apontar a não ser ter ficado apenas uma noite.

We had the loveliest stay at Perantzada hotel for 4 nights. This is a special place, up above the street overlooking Vathy Harbour in a villa designed by German architect Ernst Ziller - he was a big deal in Geece! The team are totally dedicated to you having a great stay, with great breakfast in that beautiful room by the pool. I spent hours in there with the fabulous books and comfy chairs. The pool is great, so fun to swim above the harbour and snooze on the loungers. Our room was very comfortable, with lovely bathroom. Special mention to Panos for great chats and looking after us - we were not expecting an Irish accent in Ithaca!

Un hôtel de charme dans un batiment historique. Très bien situé dans Vathy pour profiter des restaurants. Petite structure à taille humaine. Jolie déco et petite piscine agréable avec vue sur le port. Très bon petit dej que l'on peut prendre sur la terrasse ou a l'intérieur. Stationnement facile (même en août) sur le port en dessous de l'hôtel, et gratuit. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympa.

Both the location and the breakfast were amazing! The hotel is located in one of the best spots of Vathy, the personnel running the place in situ is amazing and the common spaces (breakfast area, verandas and open air lounges) are among its best features and make the stay at this hotel totally worthwhile.

My room (Secret Solo) was in fact a corridor fit for linen pantry turned into a room; there was no real window (the only window was half-buried in an exterior stare-case leading to higher flours), the space was quite restricted and the price I paid was truly exorbitant, given the fact that I could not see the sky, unless I walked outside the room.

Posizione ottima, facilità di parcheggio ad agosto. Stupenda la piscina a sfioro. Camera silenziosa come tutta la struttura. Top.

Such a boutique feel makes the property really charming. Staff is exceptional and friendly. My room was spacious and with a lovely view. Really enjoyed the pool area to relax and chat with other guests. Breakfast was very nice. Easy walk into town for all things necessary.

Lots of stairs but so worth it for the nice view.

The view from our "Tulip" room was just the best. Staff were superb. Pool was great and very quiet. Breakfast was really good. Short walk into town for restaurants and bars. Room was lovely.

The only minor thing.......the hotel could do with a little bit of a smarten up. However, with all the plus points it wasn't an issue.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Katerina and her staff are exceptional - kind, friendly and warm. Nothing is too much trouble, and it feels like you are staying with family. It's a really special place. There's no question I'll be back! Breakfast is a huge plus too!

Perantzada was the centerpiece of my time on Ithaca. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with bright blue walls, flowers everywhere, breathtaking views over the harbor, and the perfect location—just a short walk into town while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our room and balcony were spectacular for relaxing or watching the sunset with a spritz. Most afternoons were spent lounging by the beautiful pool (with Paloma, the sweetest poolside snuggle kitty, making every day even better). What truly makes Perantzada so special, though, is the people. Katarina, Aris, Panos, and the entire team welcomed my girlfriends and me with such genuine warmth that we immediately felt comfortable, safe, and like part of the community. We genuinely didn't want to say goodbye when it was time to leave. One of my favorite moments was meeting guests who have been returning every year for nearly 30 years. After spending time here, I completely understand why. Perantzada is so much more than a beautiful hotel—it's a place that stays with you long after you leave. It made us fall even more in love with Greece, and we can't wait to come back.

Great team of people taking care of guests. Our bedroom was very comfortable and lovely to have a balcony with a view of Vathi harbour. Breakfast was amazing and very generous. The pool area was a wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy the view and the pool was very refreshing.

Albergo di grande charme completamente diverso dalle solite strutture tutte uguali. Ogni particolare è studiato accuratamente. Ci si muove come a casa propria in un clima di discrezione. Splendida posizione, belle camere. Personale disponibile e attento. Particolare menzione a Katerina che ci ha sempre dato i consigli migliori sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti. Davvero brava e simpatica.

We visited Vathi to attend a wedding and stayed at the Parentzada 1811 Hotel. It was a true highlight of our 2 week visit to Greece. The staff were exceptional on every level; welcoming, friendly, accommodating and easygoing. Everyone made our stay comfortable and were genuinely willing to help no matter how small a request. Exceptional!

Truth be told, we have no complaints about our stay at this property.

צוות מאד נדיב. הוזמנו לארוחת בוקר כשהגענו בסביבות 10 בבוקר וגם הקדימו לכבודנו את ארוחת הבוק ל 0730 ביום עזיבתנו. מיץ תפוזים סחוט נפלא. פירוט , קרואסונים ועוגות מארוחת הבוקר - לקחת לחדר עם הקפה .חופשי. תודה מיוחדת לקטרינה.

אמבטיית ישיבה שלא משרתת שום פונקציה. אנחנו אוהבים אמבטיה, אז קצת התאכזבנו

Een parel in Vathy. Vanuit het hotel heb je mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het is heerlijk stil en de kamer heeft een lekker bed, prima badkamer en gelukkig geen saaie ‘trendy’ hotellook. Het ontbijt met veel verse & huisgemaakte producten, en de koffie zijn heerlijk. De eigenaresse is erg lief en gastvrij; we hadden een heerlijke tijd hier en komen zeker nog eens terug.

This is a delightful boutique hotel, beautifully and imaginatively decorated with a fantastic view overlooking Vathy harbour. We had a warm and really friendly welcome from Antonio and Katerina who treated us like old friends(it was our third visit!). Breakfasts are delicious served on the terrace overlooking the harbour. Our room (Bubble Gum) which we had requested is a bit small with limited storage space but has a large balcony with wonderful views of the harbour. Highly recommended and we intend to return as soon as possible.

The bedroom has limited storage space. The access steps to the hotel still lack a handrail despite the owner assuring us he would install one this year.

An idyllic stay, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. A grand old house stunningly situated overlooking the harbour, bobbing in the infinity pool watching yachts manoeuvring was entertainment in itself. There were lots of outdoor spaces to sit and relax including individual terraces outside the rooms. Antonio and his staff have an exceptional eye for detail, from décor to bedding to the breakfasts – perfect scrambled eggs and sumptuous home cooked cakes - nothing was left to chance. A pleasant ten minute walk around the harbour to the restaurants and bars of Vathy or to join a boat tour. Already planning our return.

Everything was perfect .. room was lovely .. pool with a view of town was fabulous .. breakfast was great and the service was superb!

Where to start- this Hotel and Ithaca are perfect gems. Set over several levels the Perantzada feels authentically Greek and luxurious at the same time. The staff went above and beyond to fulfil our every need, and special mention should got to Antonios and Katerina, who were incredibly attentive and kind. It was the perfect holiday. Thank-you.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, traumhafter Ausblick auf Vathy, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Pool war sehr schön, es gab sogar gratis Handtücher! Absolute Weiterempfehlung! :-) Einziger Kritikpunkt: Abfluss im Bad stinkt und es gab daher kleine Fliegen!

En la isla paradisiaca de Itaca, Peratzada es una de las mejords opciones en el puerto de vathy. Un edificio antiguo ampliado a otro edificio vecino con una pequeña piscina y una sala de desayuno. La linea conductora es un diseño minimalista cln elementos de arte clntemporaneo. Muy buena atencion. Desayuno limitado pero aceptable. Vistas a la bahia desde las habitaciones. Muy tranquilo.

Los baños tienen todas comodidades pero son de pequeño tamaño.

Εξαιρετικά δωμάτια, καθαρά, στο κέντρο στο Βαθύ, ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό, ωραιότατο πρωινό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, η Ιθάκη είναι ένας πανέμορφος προορισμός.

Δεν υπάρχει καμία εναλλακτική για να μείνεις στην Ιθάκη. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά. Η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη.

El tracte de tota la gent que hi treballa, especialment volem destacar la figura d'Antonio, un treballador eficaç, correcte, alegre i atent. Gràcies pel detall que tingueres el dia del meu aniversari, inobidable! El desdejuni, exquisit, des de la terrassa de la piscina mirant la badia. Els diferents espais comuns i a distints nivells fa que pugues sentir-te relaxat i, fins i tot, en privat. Es pot aparcar a prop tot i estar situat en un carrer estret. L'esforç econòmic que suposa per a uns treballadors com nosaltres allotjar-se al Perantzada ha pagat la pena, sense cap dubte.

Bellissima la posizione anche la piscina piccola ma molto carina e utile anche se sempre al sole era difficile trovare un po’ di ombra in queste giornate caldissime

I cuscini nelle camere magari visto che sono due metterne uno più duro e uno pi morbido La prima camera che abbiamo avuto su due piani un po’ pericolosa la scala secondo me soprattutto se di notte si deve andare in bagno

Πολύ όμορφο συγκρότημα, μέσα στο Βαθύ με εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Η Κατερίνα και ο Αντώνης με την ομάδα τους κάνουν τα πάντα για να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Τοποθεσία στην άκρη του λιμανιού που εξασφαλίζει ησυχία, αλλλά και πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο.

Το μόνο πρόβλημα έχει να κάνει με τα πολλά σκαλοπάτια που χρειάζονται να ανεβοκατεβαίνεις ανα ημέρα για την πρόσβαση στα δωμάτια και τους χώρους του Ξενοδοχείου. Εχει να κάνει με την κατασκευή και την αμφιθεατρική θέση του Ξενοδοχείου. Θα συμβούλευα όσους έχουν θέματα με τα σκαλοπάτια να ζητούν δωμάτιο στον πρώτο όροφο του Ξενοδοχείου.

Τέλειο πρωινό. Ευγενικό και φιλόξενο το προσωπικο

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο, το δωμάτιο αρκετά μεγάλο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή, στο κέντρο του νησιού, εύκολη η πρόσβαση. Η θέα μοναδική!

Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία με εξαιρετικό προσωπικό έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει στο έπακρο. Αντώνη και Κατερίνα σας ευχαριστούμε. Πλούσιο πρωινό, πεντακάθαρη πισίνα και καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια κάθε μέρα. Θέα υπέροχη.

Δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά πρέπει να παρκάρεις παραλιακά. Όχι ότι φταίει το ξενοδοχείο αλλά εάν έχεις πράγματα ή παιδιά κτλ με μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο δύσκολα θα περάσεις στο δρόμο που σε πάει στην είσοδο.

It is hard to describe the Perantzada experience: simply extraordinary! Lovely mansion art-boutique hotel, centrally positioned at heart of Vathy port. Quaity of service unique. What is standing out the most is the personnel. We felt we belong there. Remarkable professionalism, kindness, going the extra mile to guarantee a joyful trip and even… when things go south to rescue your plans by all means! Antonis and Katerina rock! We will be back!

The hotel in general was gorgeous, very clean, and has great views of the bay. The room was spacious and serviced everyday. The service from all the staff was excellent, the breakfast offers for all tastes. Katarina arranged our travel to and from the island which was very convenient and timely. Small touches like afternoon snacks or icecream were fantastic!
