Zentrale Lage, nachts dank guter Fenster auch straßenseitig sehr ruhig, Schlüsselübergabe gut organisiert ("kontaktlos"). In der Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee (haben wir aber nicht genutzt, sondern war 50 m weiter frühstücken).

Die Treppe in den ersten Stock ist sehr steil, was mit großen Taschen/Koffern nicht ganz easy war.

Très bonne localisation, superbe vue sur la Meuse. Logement spacieux et avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dookoła ciekawe miejsca i sklepiki oraz restauracje. Zwiedzanie polecam i odpoczynek. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, odpisuje natychmiast. REWELACJA róż we bazuje problemy gości bardzo szybko. Kuchnia do dyspozycji jest wszystko. Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Serce Dinant.

Nic takiego nie było

Locatie is top, pal in het centrum en dicht bij alle horeca gelegenheden en bezienswaardigheden.

Luidruchtige en weinig rekeninghoudende medehuurders. Ons toilet/badkamer op onze etage is zelfs door iemand van de medehuurders gebruikt wanneer wij weg waren, dit terwijl dit uitdrukkelijk door de eigenaar meegedeeld werd dat dit niet de bedoeling was. En wat elk normaal mens inderdaad zou begrijpen. Uiteraard kan de eigenaar hier niets aan doen, jammer van de onrespectvolle medehuurders. Eventueel sleutel op de deur voorzien zodat dit vast gemaakt kan worden.

We really loved the fact that the place is right in the city centre the location is just perfect! We loved the place, the location and especially the view from our room. The kids really enjoyed the bathtub too! We stayed on the 2nd floor. There is no lift, but that wasn’t a problem at all for us. There are a few parking spots around the place, but we left our car at the train station, which is only about a 6–8 minute walk away, and parking there was free. It didn’t bother us at all the walk was actually really nice. Dinant is beautiful, and exploring the city on foot was exactly what we wanted to do! Everything was clean, and communication with Frederic was great. He replies very quickly and was very helpful. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and would definitely come back and recommend this place! Thank you Frederic!!

I booked this place for myself, my husband and my 3,5 year old. The place is on a really busy loud road, the apartment is split into half, so it's not like in the photos, you don't get to choose your side, the view, the bedrooms etc. You get given whatever is left. I haven't been given the view on the river, there was only one double bed, no bed for my son, there was a stained dirty cot in the wardrobe but the cot is for babies to a max 2 year old so I couldn't use it for my son. In the photos there was a better bath tub but I have been given the side with a smaller shower, the side that looks onto the busy loud road, and the smaller room for the 3 of us. We stayed there for 30 mins while we were looking for somewhere else to go. At 3.30pm we drove off to Valenciennes in France into a hotel. Hopefully I'll receive a refund from this place.

Erg netjes, schoon. Prachtig uitzicht. Keuken was een meevaller. Fijne ontvangstkamer met folders, boeken etc… en goede zit mogelijkheden. Goed gesitueerd. Nuttige faciliteiten in de buurt.

The communication and check in process was excellent. The property was clean and tidy. The communal areas and coffee facilities were good.

Although the property is central it is quite noisy. Our room was on the third floor so carrying our suitcase up the narrow stairs was not easy. On arrival our toilet was not flushing. The owner responded quickly stating the plumber had been the day before. The owner gave us instructions on how to fix the problem but this then caused a loud noise from the downstairs bathroom to occur. Upon investigation we noted the downstairs toilet was also leaking. Although this water issue was not the owners fault, he did expect us to try and fix this ourselves. After a few hours of ongoing messaging between myself and the owner, a plumber was eventually sent around at 9pm to temporarily fix the problem. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay as we spent most of our time dealing with a noisy room and an issue that should have been checked before we arrived.

Lager sehr zentral, man hat alles in der Umgebung, Alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Öffentliche Parkplätze vor der Tür oder in der Nähe.

Es war unsauber. Dreckige Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Schränke innen, Dusche! Küche Gemeinschaftsküche unsauber. Guter Wille war da, aber müsste ganz dringend renoviert werden und ordentlich gereinigt. Ohne Übertreibung.

Great location. Frederic was easy to reach and very helpful. The shared kitchen and living room was nice.

One minor point was that the curtains of the Room Meuse weren't big enough to cover the windows, so we'd always wake up very early due to the light.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist sehr toll - es wurde uns sofort ein herzliches Gefühl vermittelt. Es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und auch sehr entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Betten (Matratzen) äußerst bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und sauber. Das Zimmer selbst war ebenfalls sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Kommoden waren besonders niedlich und die Unterkunft hat definitiv unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir finden die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert :)

Die Zimmer selbst sind etwas hellhörig, zum einen kann die Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster minimal hörbar sein und die anderen Gäste im Treppenhaus vergleichsweise sehr laut - was jedoch kein großes Problem aufgrund der wenigen Zimmer und damit verbundenen geringen Gästeanzahl darstellt.

Komunikācija ar saimnieku bija izcila. Ļoti atsaucīgs! Gultas bija ērtas. Atrašanās vieta ideāla, tuvu visam.

Vannas istabā nestrādāja atslēga. Prasītos kārtīga uzkopšana un atsvaidzināt interjeru.

Great location in the town centre.

The inside stairs from the ground level to the first level were like an outdoor iron made emergency fire staircase with see-through holes and quite steep. Not the fault of the hotel but I think this should be displayed on the hotel facility photos. If I had seen this when booking I would have chosen a different hotel. Reason: My mother is elderly and struggled to climb two or three of the steps. She also stopped as she could see through the steps to the ground. Not the hotel’s fault, but my mother cannot and will not climb this type of stairs. I ended up having to book another hotel in town for her for the night. (I think booking.com needs another search filter for lifts/elevators and stairs within any properties they have listed so can allow for this with people that have issues with stairs. And potentially bath/shower as some people have issues getting in and out of a bath).

Location is perfect we couldn't have asked for more.

The way you gain entry to the place via the boxes isn't that easy. Plus parking for the location if poor I parked at the train station as I was told that would be free. But we got a parking ticket.

In pieno centro, pulitissimo, cucina a disposizioni, bagno attrezzato, vista sulla croisette.

Läget var fantastiskt, lätt att hitta parkering. Värden var tillgänglig och svarade och gav service. Välutrustat gemensamt kök där vi hade tillgång till kylen. Köpte nybakat bröd till frukost som vi åt till den fantastiska utsikten. På rummet fanns fläkt och fönsterna gick att öppna upp.

Le gîte est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville presque en face du musée Saxe. Les lits sont confortables l'autre est serviable est disponible par téléphone.

La maison, la chambre, la.cuisine et le quartier C est un chouette endroit.

Le système pour allumer l eau de la douche était spécial à comprendre mais bon le propriétaire repond tout de suite au téléphone et explique avec plaisir comment ça fonctionne.

Bonne étape pour notre périple à travers la Belgique et les Pays Bas. Bonne situation en ville au bord de la Meuse. Possibilité de ranger son vélo. Chambres donnant sur l'avant et sur l'arrière. Pas de clim mais heureusement un ventilateur bienvenu. Kitchenette pratique pour se préparer un pdj. Messages du propriétaire arrivé avant le départ et précis sur formalités d'entrée.

Seul bémol, le prix le plus élevé de notre voyage dans les 2 pays.

We hadden een kamer aan de straat kant waar eigenlijk 24 uur herrie is auto scheuren door de straat schreeuwende mensen door de hitte konden we het raam ook niet sluiten daarvoor

erg warm en de ventilator was niet afdoende. De douche ging van heet naar koud en terug. Kon niet goed afgesteld worden.

We zaten op kamer Meuse met prachtig uitzicht op de maas en de terrassen. Vanuit de kamer kon je door de grote ramen mooi kijken! De kamer was netjes alleen een iets kleinere douche, waarbij ik de douche kop niet makkelijk kon ophangen. Wel fijn dat er handdoeken waren! De keuken was prima en had ook mooi uitzicht op de maas, met daarbij goeie voorzieningen zoals koffie, borden en alles. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en heeft meerdere keren aangeboden dat als we iets nodig hebben we dit kunnen aangeven. Zo kregen we gelijk weer koffie! We kregen zelfs een leuk kaartje van dinant heel vriendelijk. Het parkeren kan makkelijk bij de parkeergarage 5 minuten lopen, van 9-5 betalen de rest gratis! €0,75 per uur viel wel mee. Zeker een aanrader, echt prachtige plek!!! Dankjewel ☀️👏🏻

La maison est bien située au centre de Dinant, le long de la rue principale. On peut mettre les vélos à l'entrée au rez de chaussée. La chambre est correctement équipée, mais il est difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause de la circulation. Parties communes bien équipées et donnant sur la Meuse.

Malheureusement, la circulation est importante et bruyante à Dinant. Les personnes recherchant la tranquilité devraient chercher un peu à l'extérieur.

Location and the view are perfect. Everything was clean. Friendly host who replies instantly.

La serratura della porta d'entrata è molto scomoda. Il pavimento dell'entrata non è mai stato pulito durante il mio soggiorno. Lo scaldasalviette in bagno era pieno di polvere e la mensola in bagno sopra il lavandino era arrugginita In cucina non c'è una lavastoviglie e non c'è nemmeno l'acqua calda ... E con elettrodomestici molto datati. La cucina sarebbe totalmente da rimodernare e mantenere pulita .

Pas de pression d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain dans les 2 chambres ! Commentaire déjà posté précédemment. Aucune isolation phonique avec l'escalier. Rideaux non opaques et jour le matin. Les leds de leclairage ne se coupent pas complètement donc il ne fait pas noir la nuit. Les draps avaient mal séchés et sentaient.

It was a 7-minute walk to the station and close to bars and restaurants. The duplex room was spacious and the views of the two windows was spectacular. Having a spacious communal kitchen with a fridge was very convenient.

I have submitted a complaint to booking.com to receive a full refund for our one night stay. We were unable to have showers because the shower tap had been repaired poorly and only scalding hot water came out. The door handle of the bathroom door in our room was loose and came off in our hand. Consequently we were at risk of being stuck inside the bathroom. Also, the smoke detector was not installed on the ceiling. To get to the room on the third floor, we had to negotiate steep, narrow stairs with our suitcases holding on to a rickety wooden handrail.

Super fijne locatie, onze zolderkamer had uitzicht op de Maas en de berg. We hadden heel fijn contact met de verhuurder.

Gostamos muito da localização. É um pouco antigo o prédio , ficamos num equivalente ao terceiro piso , com escadas , nada de elevador . Mas confortável e familiar.

Não conseguimos tomar duche, porque a torneira do duche não funcionava.. Tentamos entrar em contato com o anfitrião ,que só nos respondeu mais tarde . Mas não resolveu o assunto simplesmente disse que estava a funcionar e connosco não funcionava ( três pessoas experimentaram ) Ele tinha outras casas de banho disponíveis,no andar de baixo ,mas não deu a hipótese de usa- las para podermos tomar duche.

Il serait judicieux d'inclure des instructions sur la façon d'allumer le téléviseur dans la notice. Nous n'avons pu l'allumer qu'avec l'aide de Frederick.

We'd all like Aircon, right? Then fan was a little bit broken, but I got it to work And it's probably me but I never got the WiFi work.

This is more like a hostel. Beds are ok but fairly hard. Room is very basic and torn. The toilet is in the corridor and could only be locked by force and only half of the times we tried, so not very comfortable since the corridor was passed by others living on other floor. One room was facing the noisy road, with high noice all night long so we could not keep the window open in the heat. Had to sleep under a wet towel. People were also smoking outside on the street. The other room was facing the river and restaurants, also being noisy. But this room at least had a fan.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (1-2 Nächte) sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Besitzer hatte ich nur schriftlichen Kontakt, aber der war gut und es wurde schnell beantwortet.

Also wenn es ein Manko gibt dann waren es die Stufen die aus Gerüsten gemacht wurde, (die Idee find ich gut) aber es war sehr steil und mit Gepäck nicht ganz ungefährlich (aus meiner Sicht).
