Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I had a wonderful experience staying at Om Mandakini Hotel. The entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—especially for visiting nearby spots like Pashupatinath Temple. Outstanding hospitality, great value, and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Reviewed May 30, 2026They did not provided us room upon arrival and denied for providing any rooms there instead contacted another hotel named vrindavan Sweets and their behaviour was so rude, even rooms were untidy dull and ok. Ok.types.
Don't rely upon booking at booking.com , speciallly at Kathmandu as they show one room and provide another one.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to public transport and great restaurants. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
