I had a really great stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and accommodation. One thing I really appreciated was being able to return to the hotel at any time during the night without any hassle, which made my stay feel very convenient and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely staff, clean rooms, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The location is great and an easy walk to the centre of Thamel. The staff, especially, Bobb, very friendly and helpful. The manager kept in good communication and generously sent a taxi to collect us at the airport from our late flight.

Being put in a temporary room for our first night then having to change the next morning to a slightly bigger room. We have stayed here on previous trips to Nepal yet sadly standards have dropped dramatically since our last visit 8/9 years ago. Bedding very poor quality, ripped and stained. Sheets didn’t fit so moving meant sleeping on a bare mattress. The entire room was run down and dirty.

The people there are really nice and kind. Even though I told them I did not enjoy staying there that much, they helped me call a taxi and carry my luggage.

I like quiet places. It's too noisy, and I can't sleep at night.

Rooms were perfect for travellers to stay , they were budget friendly and the owner of the hotel was so understanding and kind . He was generous throughout my stay . Staff were also kind and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable according to the price and location of the hotel was Also good. Highly recommended for budget trekkers to stay .

A few minutes walk north of Thamel within a residential neighbourhood if you want to stay out of the crazy tourist area but still want to be close to it. Plenty of mini-shops and food options nearby. I liked the 3rd floor and 4th floor terraces (real terraces not balconies) with deck chairs. And a lovely (I swear I'm not being architecturally pedantic, just google it lol) Widow's walk at the very top! Perfect for watching birds, people, surrounding hills; as a lookout for enemy combatants, counducting surveillance, what-have-you, etc etc. The owner and staff are so nice, always asking if everything is alright. It's like staying with your relatives... that you like.

Well, it IS in a residential neighbourhood, so it comes with the usual hustle and bustle of life. 🙂

Clean, affordable, and very welcoming hotel. The people were really kind and friendly throughout my stay. There is a nice terrace on each floor you can use. There is hot shower in the rooms and you can get food and drinks anytime. I would recommend to anyone. I was supposed to stay just 2 days but I stayed for more than a week.

We had an amazing stay at this guest house! We stayed for a week, and everything about our experience was perfect. One evening we were even treated to a complimentary dinner, which was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, and the entire guest house is beautifully maintained. We especially loved the charming balcony and rooftop areas - perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал: всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Хорошее расположение (около Тамеля), красивый вид на крыше и балконе. В одноместном номере большая кровать.

Зимой довольно холодно, нужно брать теплую одежду с собой или искать обогреватель.

Очень благоприятное отношение со стороны владельца и персонала отеля, они всегда готовы оказать помощь с вызовом такси или обменом валюты. Отель удобно расположен в тихом место с 10 минутах пешком от Тамеля.

В зимнее время в номерах довольно холодно, нужно брать с собой теплую одежду для сна, или искать обогреватель

I stayed with my family. The staff were helpful and friendly. Running Hot water 24hr and breakfast were tasty. The location is near Thamel. I will come back again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Is quite nice accomodation. Close to Thamal. Staff is helpful. Room is ok. Bathroom nice.

Tv didn't work. I think houskeeping is only by request. Miss fridge , but is cheaper accomodations.

Close to central Thamel, very affordable price compare to other hotels near the area. Very friendly customer service would definitely recommend to others.

The room was spacious enough. The location was very good, walking distance to Thamel. The staff was nice and welcoming. There are few nice local restaurants nearby and all the services that you might need when just arriving in Nepal for photocopies, passport pictures and sim card.

My second stay after three years. Hotel is well located. Thamel is only a 10 minutes walk away where you can buy all things needed for your trek and many other things as well. Hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, if wished. They never let you alone. For example the minibus to Ramech hap airport starts at 2 o'clock in morning. A staff member drove me by his bike to catch the bus in time. The hotel owner also took care for my save return to KTH by calling the driver to look out for me to get the right minibus.

My room wasn’t like the photos, but it was large, clean, secure and comfortable. When I explored above my floor I found the very top of their rooftop patio where I had a 360 view of the city as the sun came up. It was a wonderful view to take in. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great. Thanks.

Good place, near Thamel, quite at night, friendly staff

This is a good value family hotel situated just outside the main Thamel area of Kathmandu. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size with en-suite bathroom and the beds are comfortable. There is good WiFi and they have luggage storage if you need to leave luggage behind whilst going trekking. I would say the only slightly negative part is it’s location as it is just outside of the main Thamel area down a fairly busy road. Saying that it will only take you about 10 minute walk to get into the heart of Thamel and is good value compared to prices of Hotels in Thamel itself. Overall this is a good option for people on a budget who don’t mind a short walk to Thamel.

The bed room is really comfortable, staff are friendly and they have lovely garden with city view. Nothing dislike here feel like home
