No one is cleaning and we stayed 4 nights so we have to take care of everything that was bad, one toilet only for two rooms. Key on the doors were not there and requested for them they said there is no key for the internal doors

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026De locatie, de douche, de bedden en het beddengoed en de aparte verwarmde ruimte voor de skispullen.
De ruimte en het uitzicht. De beelden op Booking.com deden vermoeden dat er een aparte slaapkamer was, een eettafel en een uitzicht op het meer. Dat was echter een ander appartement. Wij kwamen er pas bij aankomst achter dat het één ruimte van 25 m² is (slaapkamer , keuken en eettafel in één ruimte). De privacy was daardoor ver te zoeken voor 3 personen. De eettafel was ook nog eens een soort statafel. Er is absoluut geen uitzicht omdat het geheel zich aan de achterkant van het gebouw bevindt. Kortom, de verwachtingen waren anders vanwege de onduidelijke manier waarop de foto's van de verschillende appartementen zijn gepresenteerd. Het advies is deze ruimte voor max. 2 personen te verhuren en het voor een lagere prijs aan te bieden (300 € per nacht is echt te veel hiervoor). Voor wintersport oké, voor de zomervakantie zou ik het niet aanraden.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The cooking facilities were excellent, which was great to have instead of eating out all the time, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. The view of the lake was beautiful and made our stay even more special. The hosts were absolutely amazing — nothing was ever an issue and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is fabulous for skiing, being very close to the City Xpress gondola, and the beautiful township of Zell am See is directly behind the apartment. An outstanding place to stay — we would love to return!

Alles war bestens für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und der Ausblick wunderschön. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche, respektvolle und hilfsbereite Team, das jederzeit erreichbar war und schnell reagiert hat. Věděli jsme, že vlaky budou slyšet, ale místy rezonoval celý byt a pro osoby s horším spaním nedoporučuji. Klimatizace pouze v obývacím pokoji.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Eva and Stefan (property management) are cooperative, helpful and so kind. Well equipped apartment , all facilities are in good conditions. Location is perfect, in the city centre and on the lake along with mountain view, close to train station and to bus station. Zell Am See is so beautiful to travel to, adding SKI-N-LAKE apartment makes travel wonderful, adding management (Eva & Stefan) makes travel fabulous.

It was very small living area without any windows can open check in time and check out very very bad. Normally check in 2 pm and check out 12 but in this apartment check in 3 pm and check out is 10 am. I don’t think this is worth the value. And I will never repeat this experience hotels or served apartments much much much better. I don’t suggest it for any one

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024Location was great. Hosts were very nice and promptly answered my questions during the stay. The apartment was spacious. The washing machine worked well. The view of the lake was a little obstructed but still lovely.
It would be nice to provide more kitchen essentials like coffee pods and napkins. Even with the fan it was pretty warm overnight, but the noise from the train made it hard to leave the windows open.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2024We visited the apartment in the winter, the apartment is within walking distance of the lifts and bus station. It was well equipped for cooking our meals, SPAR and BILLA within walking distance for groceries. Extra the glacier in Kaprun is a 20 minutes drive from Zell am See.
The railway is running really in front of the property so you need to keep the windows closed at night, but the benefit station is few 100mtrs walk.
