The room itself was disappointing as I paid for the price of 5-star hotel but the room was like 3-star hotel room. The bathroom got flooded after one shower and there was no floor mat provided. There were very limited amenities.

Crowded. The breakfast was a war zone. So many people, difficult to find a seat or even plate, mugs etc... Staff doesn't have time to clean the table and refill the missing items.

The staff accidently open my room when I am in the room. It was not frightening but I feel uncomfortable. However, I was not report to reception or the concerning people.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025広い、景色が良い。バスタブがある。清潔。温水プールが良かった。スタッフさんが親切。 Wi-Fiが全く使えなかったからフロントに電話したら、部屋にルーターも設置してくれた。対応が早くて助かった。
周りに何もない。壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音がすごく響く。シャワー(お湯)の水圧がめちゃくちゃ弱い。

ห้องอาหารแย่มากๆ ไม่มีพนักงานคอยตรวจสอบก่อนทางเข้าออก เดินเข้าไปไม่มีโต๊ะว่างเลย ลูกค้าเยอะมากๆ พนักงานในห้องอาหารน้อยมากๆ จึงไม่สามารถเก็บโต๊ะให้ลูกค้าที่ทานเสร็จแล้วได้ทัน ลูกค้าต้องทำความสะอาดกันเองเพื่อหาโต๊ะนั่ง

Housekeeping did not keep swimming pool towels stocked, even after personally informed the lobby, no attendant or phone number to contact on 3rd floor, this resulted in wet floors and elevators, which is a safety hazard

５つ星ホテルにしては、部屋の設備やアメニティがお粗末だった。クローゼットにはプラスティックのハンガーが２本だけ。アメニティはシャンプー、綿棒、シャワーキャップのみ。Booking.comの施設・設備情報として掲載されている情報も少し違った。（スリッパはない、ケーブルチャンネルや衛星チャンネルはなくローカルのテレビのみ、CDプレイヤー及びDVDプレイヤーはない）無料Wi-Fiはあったが、繋がりにくくあまり使えなかった。
